Chicken Express

Can't go wrong with Chicken Express. I like their option to substitute your drink for another side. It's $10.99 for the 4 tender dinner, and it comes with enough food to feed both me and my wife, sometimes with leftovers.

The spicy chicken tenders were really good. The mozzarella sticks were good, but was disappointed that the order only came with 2.

This might be the best all around Chicken west of DFW Airport. Clean building, excellent staff, a little cheaper than other locations, fresh tea, and generous portions. I drive by 3 other locations to go to this one. Recommended.

Had a big family order through drive through and it was completed correctly and quickly without any problem. The food is always good and the price is reasonable

Their drive thru was not illuminated so we opted to walk in and order. It took a while but we had a big order for the family man they forgot our other box of chicken and one of our sides but still good. It was too far away to drive back and replace. It was also too late by the time we got home and realized. It's okay though. If I could go back today and replace would definitely consider it. They also should fix their drive thru window option. I didn't want to come in. I had two hungry kiddos in the car that I had to lug into the store.

Chicken-E is always great, and this location in particular is consistently awesome. The prices have stayed relatively low, and the food is well worth what you pay, both in quantity and quality. In my last visit I ordered an extra biscuit, and when I didn't see it in the box, I went back and pointed out they forgot the biscuit, so they immediately bagged up a replacement for me. When I got back home however, I realized they hadn't forgotten the biscuit after all, it had just been buried under the copious amount of french fries! They were super polite and gave me a replacement biscuit anyway, even though I was the one who made a mistake.

The service is always quick and the food is just as tasty as other locations but I order a number 2 which is supposed to be 7 tenders and I frequently get less. #2 is $16!! I should get all 7 tenders!

I ordered a 20 piece tender meal and they gave me the chicken that had been sitting out all day and was cold and stale. They replaced it with fresh cooked chicken, but isn't that what they are supposed to do in the first place? So disappointed.

Every time I go to these places and order family meals there’s always an item missing if it’s the extra items that I pay for and then on top of that I didn’t get my receipt and I’m think I can trust these places and now I can’t

I ordered a 20 piece tender meal and they gave me the chicken that had been sitting out all day and was cold and stale. They replaced it with fresh cooked chicken, but isn't that what they are supposed to do in the first place? So disappointed.

Go to a different CE like Weatherford or Willow Park. Out of the times I have been to Hudson Oaks, I have only gotten a decent/correct order twice. It's sad as its a great location. The chicken taste good, but the mashed potatoes have too much liquid, the biscuits are hard and flat, and something is usually missing from the order like flatware or food. Tonight it was both. The manager is nice and tries to satisfy the customer, but instead he needs to retrained the staff and cooks or get corporate in there to train them.

I stopped by to order a Large sweet tea and family order of poppers as my lunch. When provided my drink, I alerted the staff member to a problem with my drink lid (it kept coming off while attempting to place the cup in my drink holder). They replaced the lid, it seemed better at the time. They then handed me my poppers (in a brown paper bag covered in grease which got on my clothes). As I drove out of the drive thru and turned the corner, I grabbed my drink and it exploded all over me and my car. Upon examining the cup closely, it was made of a very cheap styrofoam and easily gave way - I cannot imagine that this would not somehow be noticeable for the staff!! I drove home and changed clothes (I was soaked by the Large drink) and called the manager Kyle. Although he was friendly enough at first and offered a small quick apology, he then explained that the cup quality had gone down due to the inadequate availability from vendors and that upper management made the decision to use different suppliers. That he would “pass along the message”. Although his response was not the one I expected, this less than $7 purchase is enough for me not to return to any Chicken Express again. If the quality of their food is anything like the quality of their service or service materials (like cups or containers) then I can easily spend my money elsewhere. Especially if I have to pay someone to detail my car again going forward.
