One of the best chick-fil-a that you'll find. Service is outstanding for a fast food restaurant. Any of these kids could graduate to high level service positions in their career, they are very well trained, seem genuine in desire to serve customers.
They were busier than anticipated, and I needed to get my order in time for my daughter's school lunch. I called to see if there was anything I could do to speed it up and let them know my situation. They brought my food out quickly, and I was able to make it to my daughter's lunch in time!
My boyfriend and I went through the drive through for 2 drinks, we ended up waiting a while because our order didn’t pop up on their screen. When we got the drinks my boyfriend’s was a medium when he ordered a large. He told the guy who brought us our drinks and when he returned with the right size he gave us a coupon for a free dessert. This is the kind of service people go to chick fil a for and it’s fantastic. The people are always so nice and accommodating, wonderful experience :)
First visit to a Chick-fil-A. Super fast service, friendly and helpful. Well laid out interior design. Long line in drive thru, but few people inside. Prices low-average, and very tasty chicken sandwich and chocolate shake! I can now understand the superlative reviews of the ho-hum chicken offerings. Try the spicy chicken, it's worth a trip!
Rocco was very helpful and had great customer service. One of the places I will sit inside and eat when I can. Every employee is always polite and helpful. The dining area was very clean as well as the restrooms! Thank you!
I stopped by to get some nuggets for my dog. Your dogs love pup cups, mine love nuggets. We are not the same! The mobile app makes it easy for me to skip the crazy line and get what I need.
I went through the drive-through and realized, after placing my order I did not have my wallet with me. My digital card was not working on my phone no matter how hard I tried. The young lady that was helping me could tell that I was very frazzled with The four girls in my car and having issues with the card. The young lady took care of our $51 meal. What wonderful customer service and thank you so much for helping a frazzled mama out. Looking forward to paying it forward!!!🙏😊😊
This is the nicest Chick-fil-A we’ve ever been in. The dining room area is fairly large and there are real daisies in vases on the majority of tables. It’s wheelchair friendly. The bathrooms are clean. The ladies’ room has the handicap stall right inside the bathroom door instead of all the way at the end! The breakfast sandwiches were yummy. The hash browns weren’t hot, but they were still good.
This is a busy place. They are redoing their drive-thru to make it two lanes all the way around so the drive-thru has been creatively redone and it works!! Service here is exemplary and so is the food. Use their app!! Rewards and free items are great. Today I had a free reward for a 5 count nugget and they are so good!!! This Chick-Fil-A is consistently good. I have never had a bad experience here. They are busy and the lines can be long yet it is worth the wait!! Enjoy!! FYI-not a salad person but their Cobb salad with Avocado Ranch is pretty good. Sandwiches are always good and the grilled sandwich is great!! UPDATE—both lanes of the drive thru are open-they are moving fast!! The construction is still ongoing but they have both lanes open for the drive thru!! Chick-Fil-A works to impress and proved a wonderful customer experience! UPDATE!! In a very short time, both drive-thru lanes are open!! Construction is still ongoing but you can now use the normal drive-thru lanes which is amazing. Check your app also-they have been dropping construction specials which have been amazing!!!
Stopped here while traveling. Super clean restaurant with clean restrooms. The play place is open for the kiddos to stretch their legs. Employees were friendly and food was hot and fresh and yummy. Fresh flowers on all the tables. I would definitely stop here again and I recommend this place!
This location parking is laid out terribly. This is horse country so there are a little of trucks (including duallies). The spaces are narrow and the aisles are tight as well. The food is good as always. The service is outstanding.
The staff at this location and the customer service are always great . However every time I come to this location they always forget something. For instance just now I got no straw, only one of the condiments I asked for, I also asked for an extra granola only to not get it. It was a mobile order. So I didn’t forget to ask and I didn’t forget to add it on my order. This is also one of the slower locations I’ve been to. No offense to the staff just things I’ve noticed after multiple visits.
I normally don’t do reviews but this is like the third time this has happened in the last 2 months that’s I’ve been to this location. I got a 4pc Chicken Tenders, Large Fri, Mac and Cheese, and a small chocolate shake. I went to curbside, and waited for about 20mins to over cooked macaroni (which is like this every time with the mac when I come here), there was half of the fries in the holder, 3pcs of chicken instead of 4pcs, and no fork and no sauce that I asked for. When I got home I was really shocked how much was wrong. Not trying to get anyone in trouble, I work in the service industry too, but this is upsetting. Stuff is so expensive nowadays, people should be getting what they’re paying for… Transaction #: 8068
This location I went in and wasn't in there long because I left. It was extremely crowded and loud and then was told they are very busy that the wait on my food would be very long so I didn't stick around. I'd definitely choose a different location. The employees were polite and sorry they were crowded.
I don't know what all the hype is about. A super sweet bun and a dry chiken part. Woo hoo. I'd rather not add even more sugar to my diet.
Update: To clarify, my November 24th order was not refunded. I simply received a reward as a form of “replacement” for those biscuits in which were burnt (which expires if not utilized within approximately one month). While my experience on November 29th was better (not great), my most recent experience on December 13th was not. Therefore, unfortunately, the rating still stands. Regardless, the first order received was not edible. Which, is truly a shame. One should not have to come back at a later date/time in order to receive proper service. Today, December 13th, a mobile order was placed. We waited well over fifteen minutes - most at the window. Then, I was brought out a crumpled up burnt biscuit. A replacement was requested. An employee took back the original biscuit and I again received yet another crumpled up burnt biscuit. It was extremely dry. So much so, that it was delivered in pieces. It simply ended up in the trash. So, yes, you can bet your bottom dollar I will be putting a complaint into the app. I should not have to, though… The driving back and forth game just hoping for decent service and edible food has grown quite tiresome. I would much prefer to just receive what I ordered and paid for when I ordered and paid for it. There is CLEARLY an issue at hand that should actually be taken into account by “ownership.” Please view the newly attached photograph. This is the third time in a row ordering breakfast and receiving overcooked biscuits. It truly seems to be a hit or miss, but more times than not, a miss. We have experienced the same when ordering a couple of nugget trays for parties from this same location - overcooked.
The furk Sarai taking orders should not make taking orders take so long. She was so busy wondering who else was in drive thru etc than taking order. She wasn't listening. The ppl taking orders are skipping cars so the car behind me ordered before I did. How is that productive? Very poor management of the drive thru
This is the worst chick fil a I’ve ever been too and I travel frequently. They need to do better, get more staff or shut down. The wait times are awful.
I don’t know what’s going on with this location lately. The last 5 or so times I’ve been, there’s been something wrong. One time I ordered the fried chicken nuggets, the number 3, and my receipt was correct but they gave me grilled nuggets. Another time my food smelled very Smokey like maybe they had a small kitchen fire idk but the food was not edible. I ordered the number 1 sandwich with no pickles and there was pickles on it. One time I ordered two cookies with my meal and bbq sauce and ketchup. They gave me only one cookie and a crapload of cfa sauce. There’s been many more incidents to name, those are just the few latest ones I can think of. Not to mention this location is incredibly slow. At this point, after this many mistakes, it’s not even worth my money or the wait.
Is this what I can expect to pay $10.99 for in a meal from now on? Because of so I will not continue to come here. We are signature members who’ve already hit 10k points this year by June but if these tiny 2 Bite chicken strips are what we can expect we definitely won’t be back. I know the strips are not massive but this is pathetic and a rip off
