The Wings never taste fresh even if you ask them to cook yours fresh

This is disgusting, love coming here but not going to risk my health for it. For the love of god get the mold issue addressed. This is disgusting and a health hazard to your customers. Please fix your ventilation system.

It takes a while to get your food here. We had the onion rings which were good. We had mozzarella sticks also good and if you ask the server will let you try the sauces for your chicken wings before you order.

It was super cold in there we asked to turn off the ac but they said no because they were hot running around! Every customer had thier sweaters on and couldn't eat comfortably due to being freezing cold in there!

Decent wings. French fries came out ice cold. Had to wave down the server to let her know. The amount of phone usage by host and the fact her hair was down while in a food service establishment was wild. What looked to possibly be a manager stood and chatted with employees as they sat down. Had you get up and ask for my check from my server where I found her and potential manager sitting at a table chatting. Pretty sure every employee that I saw hated their job. You could smile at them and they would just stare at you.

Not very happy with my visit. The online order said my Buffalo Mac and fries would be ready at 5:20. Walked in to get my order on time. The lady working the to go station was not very welcoming. After she grabbed my order from the “warmer” and put it on the counter she just sort of dismissed/ignored me and moved on to the next person in line. I had to turn around and put my bag on the bench to check it. No plastic wear. Turned around and asked a different girl for it. She was very friendly! Get to my car and the fries were soggy and the chicken looked like it had been sitting for a little bit. My husband brought the order back in and 20 minutes later he comes out with the new order..... the fries were fine..... but the picture I attached shows just how GROSS and greasy it was. I had already used a napkin to soak up what was in there (clearly didn’t work very well) The Buffalo Mac is normally one of my favorites from BWW. I don’t know if this is “new” or the way it’s being made now but I couldn’t finish it or better yet even eat half of it. Not impressed. Definitely let down.

Typical Bdubs atmosphere, the host was a young kid who obviously doesnt care for his job. The waiter was awesome. Friendly and did his job well..but what it killed it, the food made me and my family sick. Never going there again.

Date night with the husband. Sat in the bar area. Ordered our beer and appetizer. Had a rewards for free chips and salsa from the trivia. Never got to order food as we were told our server had to get her own drinks instead of the bartender. 20 minutes later she brought us another beer, still did not take our order. No one offered to help her, no manager around to check on the restaurant. 50 minutes later we just told her to bring us our check. Did not get our free chips from our rewards. Thanks for messing our date night up.

So I live close by. I have eaten here over 25 times. Never had the experience I did today. We had a party of 9. One was a hi chair. Waited 30 minutes for a table. I’m good with that usually it takes an hour. But after we were seated our waitress Kaitlyn was inattentive. She took our order and that was it. We never got our hi chair. I went and found one myself. My nephew never got his kids water. Finally after 20 minutes I asked the lady cleaning tables to go get our waitress. Our food was cold. Which means she let it set forever before she brought it. She came by once after the water incident. We were all done eating by that point. I felt sorry for her and left a 5$ tip. She needs to do better.

I usually have a good time and this time my server was not attentive at all. She had some friends show up and spent 1/2 an hour talking to them. Not only that when I finally got my food my order was wrong. I had to wait another 1/2 hour for them to remake it. You guys come on I know yall can do better. I will be back but I will not have the same server.

Ordered Take out yesterday. Got home, was missing the chicken strips. The food wasn't even good either. The wings were ehh, barley any sauce on them and just gross. Do Better BWW

I live an hour away and ordered 20 wings for BOGO wings today. I got home and opened my 20 wings that had no sauce on them. I continued looking through the bag and was given the SMALLEST container ever of sauce for each flavor. Literally there was enough sauce to cover maybe 2 traditional wings at best. I found this out when I got home. Please take the time to toss the wings in the desired sauce, instead of providing the sauce containers. This was the worst experience I’ve had at the many BBW I’ve been to.
