I had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious and the customer service was awesome, very friendly! Bonus points for having clean restrooms!
The staff is always very nice. It doesn't matter if I'm doordashing or if I am ordering for myself. They're very kind to me and the food is fresh.
Very nice staff. Food was ready in a timely manner and very good. Not many of these left around here, nothing else will do when you want an Arby's sandwich.
Everybody makes mistakes when they get in a hurry so you got to forgive them for that they fix the problem. They're still at the top of my list for fast food. The fish sandwiches are great.
The sandwiches are delicious.. so good everytime I go.. the people are great and friendly.. the food is wonderful.. leaves a lasting effect to want to go back!
Went threw drive threw had a little bit of wait but hey that's fast food for us! Was no longer than usual!! The food was awesome as always! Customer service was fine as well!!
The Manager is killing it on a daily basis. The food topnotch. The store is the cleanest in town. It's expensive as all get out, but it is good.
ROAST BEEF CLASSIC & BEEF 'N CHEDDAR CLASSIC for us tonight. Milk shake machine wasn't on...that was a bummer. But got home and had warm sandwiches. See y'all' next TIME!!!! THANK YOU
I went thru the drive thru and they got everything nice and made to order and added all the extra goodies and I didn't have to ask napkins ketchup arby sauce it was nice to be treated with kindness
I love their gyros. And the curly fries dipped in cheese is a must. My fiance had never had Arby's so I got him the double beef and cheddar. Plus we got our dog her own classic.
Love the girls beef and chicken. One thing I would suggest, if you can not eat iceberg lettuce and request it not put on whatever you are eating, check your order BEFORE you leave. I found out 2 miles down the road they put it on the sandwich anyway! Talk about NOT following a customer request! Disappointed in the servers!
This is the BEST Arby's around. Food is always fresh and awesome. The restaurant is clean and always stocked and the employees are always friendly and customer service is great.
It's a good clean fast food restaurant!! 🤠👍
I had read reviews that weren't great but I wanted Arby's and I'm glad we came here. The store is clean and our food was hot and fresh. Samantha and her staff are more like the bartender and server at your favorite local bar than the usually grumpy fast food staff. Samantha greeted many customers by name, indicating they were repeat business. The whole experience for an out-of-towner was great and we will be back.
Went through drive in, food came out hot and fresh
We miss having Arby's in our hometown so we stopped in while passing through. The man taking the order at the drive through was friendly, patient and thorough. The crew was busy working even the manager was helping. Excellent job guys!
This location was clean, the staff was super friendly. Our food came out hot and fresh and was super delicious!! The manager Thomas was AMAZING and you can tell his staff loves working for him. If I'm ever in this neck of the woods again I will definitely stop here for a meal.
This Arby's location is without a doubt the best managed, well run Arby's I've ever eaten at. Personnel are always competent and professional and friendly. Never had a problem with any order and they are very fast with your order. Highly recommend.
Service and food were great!
This evening we decided to do dinner at Arby’s Weatherford and the associate in the drive thru who helped me was fabulous! Her name was Cassie. Her efficient service was so good I made sure to ask her for her name. She was friendly, helpful and made sure to offer great customer service. Thanks Cassie we will definitely be returning!
You could tell the drive thru guy was having a long day but still was great. We are all human. Steak bites is what we drove for. They didn't disappoint. They were pricey though. Wouldn't buy again. We drove all the way from ranger texas to try them too. I've always loved this Arby's tho. Drive thru wasn't badly packed as suspected.
Dude it's so good. And like, you can't get a sandwich with more meat
Place could use a good cleaning. Food was good for fast food. Not recommended for daily nutrition.
Good food, store in good shape since renovation. Staff helpful and friendly. Good service bell by exit door was ringing consistantly while I was there. Was busy on Saturday at lunchtime. Would have given it 5 stars if I didn't have to listen to loud country music while eating.
Food was great. Customer service was acceptable, but not great.
I am only giving a 4 star rating due to the deals inside versus the deals online. There is more incentive to order Arby's than to go to the actual location and order. Deals should be the same regardless if you're ordering online, drive thru, or dinning in. This is a negative for me. The positive things about Arby's is they have a unique type of roast beef compared to everyone else, and its rather delicious. Also, they have a really full menu so many different options to order from. The weatherford tx location always has my order 100% accurate, and that is a huge positive for me.
I was really glad they were open because I had to pee. I was disappointed that there was no au jus for the French dip. I eventually ordered the Reuben and enjoyed it. The employee taking my order was very nice and patient even though they were closing
The food was very good and the workers there was nice as well even telling us they was gonna make fresh fries and other stuff for us.
Good as any fast food place not fast but to be expected as they do seem to make the food as ordered
Grrrrreat sandwiches, we got a Gyros and Rueben! The lady at the drive-thru window was so RUDE when we asked about a promo we heard about on TV, which is what made us go to Arby's. We've never been to an Arby's, but the commercial showing those two sandwiches and a for for $6 hooked us. If the sandwiches weren't as good as they are... we would never go back to that location. We went through the drive-thru on January 19, 2020 at 7pm in case the manager wants to retrain the rude employee.
Recently remodeled, it could be cleaner and the service could be much quicker. But it certainly looks better than it did in the past. The parking has been refurbished too.
A deli style fast food chain that deals mainly in Roast Beef and other unique sandwich styles including Turkey and chicken as well. Since the improvement and remodel of this Arby's, they have shown a good amount of change with how they deliver food as it is typically fresh. The only con is sometimes it can take a while for drive thru to get your food on those later night trips to grab dinner or a snack and sometimes the employees aren't fully aware of the orders like they should. Overall, it's still a pretty good place to eat and deserves the mention
Honestly it had been a long while since our last trip to Arby's and this trip was very disappointing! I had the classic beef/cheddar and hubby got the french dip. There was SUBSTANTIONALLY less meat and cheese on their classic sandwich but the price didn't go down! The French dip was "ok to average", nothing special. Again the meat on it was in short supply based on past experiences. Plenty of bread, just very little meat! This particular store was clean and service ran like clockwork! Cashier seemed to enjoy her job and was very outgoing! Im sure it's just the "new normal" with shortages vs supply and demand but it just didn't seem like we got the value of what we paid for.
Excellent customer service and by that I mean cordial and respectful team members. I would give a 5 if I were only rating them however, this is a place that serves fast food and that was not up to my previous recollections. Roast beef was cold in the middle. First time I ever remember it tasting greasy and feeling it on my tongue. Just wasn't what I was wanting or expecting. I may try them again
We come here often due to its location and convenience. Dining room is always dirty and the tables are always sticky. I can't remember the last time I did not have to wipe down a table before I sat my wife and child down to eat. Cashiers definitely can use more training. More times than not, it takes 2 people to get our order rung up.
Today's experience was less than ideal. My son wanted a shake and they took a McPage out of another McBook stating the ice cream machine was "broken" and we all know what that actually means. Before we ordered, I used the facilities and came out with sticky stuff all over the bottom of my shoes (don't want to know what it was). The food was descent, though the fries were lacking much needed salt. The tea however made me want to throw up. I don't know how you make tea taste like an ashtray, but by golly they figured it out. After pouring it out, the Diet Coke was far better.
The food here has been fairly good. My last experience left me waiting almost 20 minutes for an order place in the drive thru. I tried to give them a break, however when I walked in the store to retrieve my order, I was asked what was wrong with my order.... When I responded I never got my order the girl walked away. Fortunately I didn't need to speak to her again. My sandwiches were actually pretty good. Getting them in my possession was not so simple.
Do not usually write negative reviews.... I hope i can change this review soon. I usually like this place. The last visit was not so good however. When you drive through and notice the menu, you will see a picture of the Buffalo roasted chicken sandwich. So when you order this they do not tell you that you must request the roasted chicken and they do not offer it to you. I received my order and was driving when I found out it was fried. I had to return to the store and go inside to find out I did not read the whole menu. The manager made me aware by saying in a serious tone "you have to request the roasted chicken and it says it on the menu" " it also cost extra" "it says it right on the menu though". I am perfectly alright with being wrong , just do not like being talked down to. My eye goes straight to the item and not the top of the menu. They did take it back and made the roasted chicken and it tasted just ok. The bread gets soggy and it sticks to the roof of your mouth. Looks nothing like the picture, but I guess they rarely do. Just to be clear, I know I did not read the top line but that is not the reason for 2 stars. The reason is the managers tone and the quality of the sandwhich.
I have never had this issue at this location before but I ordered a beef and cheddar on doordash last night, they gave me the wrong sandwich (only beef) which tastes kind of funny, but I thought it was just bc it had no cheddar, but now I'm throwing up and I'm pretty sure it was from bad meat. Be careful.
We have not eaten at an Arby's in years. We noticed one on town thought why not. The have added a lot to their menu. My wife wanted an original with mayonnaise, curly fries and the new peach desert item. I had the fish sandwhich, curly fries and the peach desert. We did not get the mayonnaise or any sauce. The roast beef sandwhich is very dry without mayo or sauce of some kind. The fries are still great. The new peach desert was really good. They actually put a good amount of peach in them. As with all restaurants have been insane with their prices. When it cost over $32.00 for two to eat. That is insane.
As a food critic who values both consistency and local execution, I found this Arby’s location to be a mixed experience—solid in parts, but uneven overall. Located at 801 S Main St in Weatherford, this Arby’s serves the community and travelers with typical chain efficiency. The roast beef sandwiches, curly fries, and shakes follow the familiar formula, but the finer details—temperature, timing, and freshness—determine whether the visit is average or excellent. The Roast Beef Classic had decent flavor, though a few slices were dry around the edges, likely from holding too long. The bun was soft but slightly stale in one instance. The Smokehouse Brisket sandwich stood out—it offered a smoky, tender bite with well-balanced sauce and satisfying portion size. The Loaded Curly Fries were flavorful but lost crispness quickly under toppings. Service was courteous, though occasionally slow during peak hours. Staff were polite and responsive—when my fries arrived soggy, they immediately replaced them with a fresh batch, which I appreciated. Accuracy was mostly good, though one order mix-up occurred and was fixed promptly. Cleanliness was acceptable, if imperfect. Tables and floors were generally tidy but could use more frequent attention during busy times. Restrooms were functional but slightly worn, with small maintenance issues like a squeaky stall door and minor water spots. The dining room lighting is bright and practical, and while the decor isn’t memorable, it’s serviceable. Value is fair for what you receive. Combo meals range from about $8–$11, comparable to other sandwich chains. The brisket sandwich offers the best return for its cost, while the premium “loaded” fries feel a bit overpriced for what they add. In short, this Arby’s is dependable but not exceptional—a safe choice for a quick meal, especially if you’re craving something different from the usual burger options. When the kitchen’s on its game, you’ll get a warm, satisfying sandwich and crisp fries; when it’s not, expect minor lapses in temperature or timing. Strengths: polite staff, solid brisket sandwich, fair pricing, convenient location. Weaknesses: inconsistent food temperature, occasional cleanliness lapses, slower rush-hour service. Overall, it’s a competent 3-star experience: reliable, functional, and good enough for a casual stop, but not quite polished enough to stand out. With a bit more consistency and attention to detail, this Arby’s could easily earn another star.
I ordered a half pound roast beef cheese cheddar cheese sandwich and didn't have no cheddar cheese no sauce no nothing just roast beef don't give me the wrong the roast beef sandwich was still good but it missed the cheese and I ordered a Coke and ended up with dr. Pepper which I don't even drink dr. Pepper so I had to throw a drink away
The employees don't take their jobs serious. It's evident because they always forget something. No matter if it's the French Dip sause, my drink, or giving horsey sause instead of Arby's sause. They can never get the order right. When I pull to the window the employees are running around joking and laughing instead of greeting the customer (me) at the window. It's like there is no management.
Told them I needed no sauces, half the bag was filled with sauces; because of this I couldn’t see without taking them out that an entire sandwich was missing which was not noticed until I got home 30 min later. They do not answer the phone, it’s a constant busy signal.
Once again my order is wrong. I live outside of town so it’s not an easy drive back and correct. I called twice and nobody would answer. This time I ordered three Beef and cheddar combo’s. Two had cheese and one came without. Even though I ordered same size on everything and paid for it, one fry was wrong too.
My bread is chewy everytime I order the French dip & Swiss, even when I ask for it to be FRESH. Employees aren't that nice either but at least they attempt to be. Not saying I won't eat here, but as new as the store is, the food and service should be better. That is all.
this location was horrible...the food was awful, and the woman behind the counter was a sad sack! rolled her eyes. The lettuce on my sandwich was not fresh...and there were two kinds of sauce..it was disgusting. Their curly fries gave me heart burn. I don't understand why some restaurants feel the need to put that spice on fries. Why can't they offer plain to.
The past two times I’ve been here I have found that there are black specks in my fountain drink and today I agin reported this and Was told I don’t know what to tell you or what to do about it…… really how about reporting it to corporate and them getting someone over there to FIX IT
During the weekday they have a disgruntled associate on front line. News flash, you make this establishments atmosphere uncomfortable. If you’re unhappy, get another job… otherwise, food is a great.
Love the food, hate the wait. We order online because of the savings. It just took 20 minutes on top of the estimated pick up time for our order. Just updated to 2 stars because when we got home all of our food was cold and soggy. Didn't really want to spend 30 minutes air frying everything before we ate, but with how expensive fast food has gotten, I'm not about to eat it cold and soggy. They also ignored my husband when he went inside to pick up the order. He asked them if it was for us while they were bagging it, because he wanted them to throw in some Arby's sauce, but they ignored him and continued to seal the bag shut and set it on the shelf.
Tried the very disappointing Fried Turkey Gobbler sandwich today which specifically says on description “piled high with crispy onions, swiss cheese, stuffing, cranberry spread and mayo.” Opened packaging and all you could see was the turkey. Opened the sandwich and the might have been a tablespoon of stuffing on the entire sandwich same for the cranberry spread and maybe a sprinkle of crispy onions. Why in the world would you post a pic of this majorly piled high sandwich but serve it completely different and lacking the ingredients? I paid over $8 for this poorly made atrocity. Shame on this Arby’s for ripping off your public.
Last time I cam here an employee was tryna get freaky with a 13 year old in the garbage area... Ill never be eating here again
The manager guy with the mohawk haircut looked high when he waited on me after my order was wrong. They can't even look at a receipt to see what needs to be put in a bag.
Just got home from Weatherford Arby’s. Again disgusted!! Cold food…..raw Wagyu beef burger. I should have known the awkward look at the window when I picked my food up. Done wasting my time at this location.
They allowed a dasher to steal my order then cancelled it. You need to fix this issue now! Ridiculous!
Unfortunately, each chance I have given the Weatherford Arby's, there have been Arby's employees smoking cigarettes right next to the drive through. Paying customers should not be forced to breath in disgusting and toxic chemicals, right before they eat, from the direct people who make and handle their food. Also, employees need to MAKE IT A PRIORITY to ALWAYS wash their hands before handling food, and ALWAYS WEAR GLOVES.
I tried to like this place so bad but everytime I order their bacon ranch turkey sandwhich thing, they always give me black lettuce! I've had to take it off every time! I thought maybe they just had a bad week, but 2 whole weeks?
We went to Arby's had Coupon for 2 sandwiches 2 drinks 2 Fries ordered the cheddar beef and when we were eating it it had a funny taste learned l that it had red ranch on it did not Like it took and ask just to cut the red sauce off Told they couldn't do it because that's what came with it and I said well then I'll bring it back and walk my money back the manager Said Just give him one then it had no chatter on it took it backAnd ask for cheddar,no can do OMG
I think this was a bad day for Arby's. They ran out of drink carriers- I had eight drinks. The curly fries were funky- dried and nasty. And they were out of almost everything on the menu. Yikes. If I were corporate- I'd close this place down- and do a reboot. At the very least- who ever does the ordering needs to be fired.
Last time I came here an employee tried to meet a 13 year old boy in the bathroom. While the other employees defended him.
I love Arby's and unfortunately this is the closest one. I have NEVER had my order filled correctly. I'm always charged right but always get a smaller sloppily put together sandwich. Today, for example, I ordered a double roast beef...was charged for it... and received what I believe to be a children's beef and cheddar. That is the final straw, unless I can go to another Arby's I will not be a costumer. This location has ruined it.
Will not be dining here due to disgraceful attitudes towards our public servants.
TRIED to go for a late lunch Sunday. Arrived just before 4 to find AT LEAST eight cars in the drive thru, so decided to go inside. SEVERAL people waiting for service. Woman finally came to counter, too one order and disappeared. We waited a few more minutes and left. I have NO IDEA what was going on, but no acknowledgement that we were even there. SERIOUS problems? NO management? They "replied" asking for more information and gave me a link that DOESN"T EXIST. GREAT PR!!
Honestly disgusting the management cared more about trespassing the individual catching the predator than what the predator did. Y’all should be ashamed.
The manager wanted to meet a 13 year old boy # 13 meal tastes bad
The sandwich i ate tasted like throw up. I couldnt even finish it. The fries were wayy over cooked and dry. Their root beer isn't half bad however. Wouldn't recommend unless you enjoy a soggy puke meal with a side of dirt.
Very dirty restaurant!! A bunch of employees that are very unclean looking that are always outside as a group on smoke breaks. The pop is gross because they don't use filtered water. I usually love Arby's but this location is terrible.
I've been to this arby's several times since it opened many years ago, but for the last 10 years never more than once or twice a year. I swear every time is my last, but then I think, "Maybe it's changed." so I give them another chance. My latest visit was pretty normal for this place. The employees seem to congregate to the left of the front counter, where you can hear them having conversations, but can't see them. This allows them to pretend that they don't know you're there while they laugh and joke. So, then one of them will eventually come to take your order, the person that was full of merriment just a second ago is now dead eyed and communicates in grunts and single syllables. The place is not what I would call clean. The tables are sticky, having been cleared but not cleaned. This is at 3-4pm, so it's not because of lunch rush. I know, everybody says "It's almost impossible to get help anymore, so you can't work them too hard, or they'll quit." Well, fast food places are starting to find out that's changing to "It's almost impossible to get customers anymore". The only other person is the dining area had his head on the table, sleeping, while he charges his phone at the electrical outlet beside the table. He was not dressed as an employee. The food is OK, but probably the most expensive fast food place in Parker County. So the value is not there. I used to really like arby's food, memories of when a visit to an arby's was a good experience are what kept me giving them their 32nd chance. I won't be giving them #33.
I pulled up to the speaker at the drive through and the guy who took my order (Jason) was extremely rude. He raised his voice so loud it sounded like yelling and had a very irritated and rude tone. Even my son who was in the seat next to me was like why is he yelling and talking to you like that. I planned to order more than I did but after his attitude I decided to take my business else where and don't think I'll be returning.
I used to frequent Arbys but after the incident at this location in Weatherford I don't anymore. An employee here named Alvin Rodgers tried to solicit a 13 year old child for inappropriate acts in the bathroom at this location! Even more surprisingly the manager defended Alvin Rodgers following his disgusting actions and attempted to protect him from the law. PLEASE DO NOT BRING CHILDREN TO THIS LOCATION, IF THEY EAT HERE USE THE DRIVE THRU
An Employee put extra meat in my bag. The meat was rotten, small and stunk. The manager did nothing to help. Terrible location
Use to frequent this restaurant once to twice a month. The restaurant has always been clean, and never had a complaint with the quality of the food. The problem with this location is the staff. Last two visits (one through the drive thru & the other dine in) the current staff is there for one reason only (to collect a check). Guy working the drive thru doesn't say a word other than how much the order is. Just grabs the drink and passes it through the window not even realizing the lid isn't on; not once, but twice (it fell completely off 1st attempt). Last visit came into the dining room, and the lady at the register wants to get into an argument with me. Not wanting to modify a sandwich by removing items from the sandwich, and not adding anything onto it. Got heated enough that we left, and ate else where. Could tell by the look on the employee's face that we were doing them a favor, by them not having to serve us. So, I'll do the franchisee a favor of not spending my money here again anytime soon. I know since Covid; help is hard to find, but proper training in customer service & then following up to confirm it is being put into practical use would go a long ways at this location.
They indeed did not have the meats. Sorry not sorry, just not trying to get predators protected. EDPWATCH on top.
It's official, their employees do not have the meat
Last time I came here an employee was trying to get freaky with a 13 year old in the garbage area while the mangers defended him instead of the thought of a child being abused. I’ll never be eating here again.
I saw a man in a Arby’s uniform trying to touch a 13 year old boy out by the dumpster and when I told the manager she kicked me out and said “ they are fast and casual dinning”
Very rude ( supposed to be boss ) on speaker at drive thru. Could not understand her and she started screaming at me. Problem was not volume but her ability to speak where understandable. When someone thinks yelling helps their inability to speak they have a problem.
December 30th I went through the drive thru and ordered a French dip and a drink. I noticed all the employees standing up front talking with each other. I noticed that some of these folks seem to be unhealthy No one wearing gloves or hairnets. Everything just seemed unclean but I went ahead and took my chances. Fast forward about 4 or 5hours I woke up with the worst case of food poisoning. I know it was from Arby’s because I tasted it every time it came up resulting in me missing work the. Next day. I’m just now starting to get my stomach back to normal. This is not something I would ordinarily do but I feel the owners need to know and so I something about it. I would love to know if I wasn’t the only one who got sick last Friday night. Please fix this restaurant
Imagine trying to protect a PDF file and criminally trespassing the people who caught him. Do you think they criminally trespassed the PDF file? Sad!
The manager Lexi, is a rude and has no manners towards customers. She’s on her phone talking about alcohol while there is children in the lobby. I feel as she is disrespectful and she will yell at colleagues in front of other customers. She is very disrespectful and rude towards everyone here. She looks intoxicated as well.
Usually really like Arby’s. Good food, clean restaurant, competent people, usually. We did take out tonight. Live about 12 miles from the store and made the unfortunate mistake of not opening all the bags to see if all of our food was there. It was not. When we ordered our 4 individual meals we asked for 4 packets of Arby’s sauce with each meal, we got 3 packets total. One of our meals was the French dip with Swiss cheese. It is supposed to come with a cup of au jus, didn’t get that. We asked for a cup of cheddar cheese with one of our meals, didn’t get it. We ordered an apple turnover with each meal, didn’t get any of those. It would be one thing if they just missed these things completely, but we paid for all of it. Once we found out we were missing all of these things we did try to call and, as so many other reviews have said, they don’t answer their phone. Hoping they will make it right but, I’m not going to hold my breath after reading so many reviews saying they had my exact same experience.
A man came in discussing an employees misconduct with a minor. And to my disgust his coworkers were assisting in stifling the investigation. Absolutely disgusting conduct. I can't believe Arby's would promote child endangerment but here we are.
Defending creepy and predatory staff members is insane. I think your managers need to be retrained, if not, fired. Hiring people who aren’t supposed to be near children, and then justifying those actions is absolutely disgusting, and I hope criminal charges are filed. This is a disgusting business practice and needs to be handled ASAP. This review is for your Weatherford, TX location.
The guy taking our order was slow and unfriendly. The food was messy and barely wrapped. When we got our food we were missing stuff, so we went in to get it. They seemed unbothered, grabbed a sandwich off the line and shoved it in my husband's hand, turned around and walked off. I honestly got the feeling that the guy taking orders was seriously on something. One or two things being off is one thing, but all together it was just pitiful.. even for fast food.
Terrible management. When you gain bad public publicity online for something that could have been handled much better.
Alvin did not have the meat 🥀💔🙏. let it be known that the manager of this establishment (at the time of 09/06/2024) is an obstruction to justice.
0 stars for customer service. Went thru the drive thru, spend $50 and they forgot my Turnover and my 3 cups of cheese, no worries. I went inside and stated this and the Manager gave me the turnover but wanted to charge me $6 more for the cheese cups. I just paid $50 for 3 meals and I definitely stated i wanted 3 cups of cheese sauce. She was rude and hateful and we will not be back!!! Worst place in town with the rudest Manager and employees that need training to listen to an order. I was not rude in any way, I walked out with my turnover and didn't get cheese cups.
Defending a criminal is crazy work and the worst part is Arby’s is a place that can be full of children ,u should do better
Watching two managers vociferously defend a predator in their employ who wanted to meet a 13 year old boy made me sick to my stomach. Fire them and make it public!
This location would not take reports of employee misconduct seriously! Video footage of a manager fiercely protecting her right to not be filmed while an employee under her supervision planned to abuse a minor in their public bathroom and skip (dumpster). They were more concerned with being recorded in such a disheveled state than in correcting any hiring errors. But they have received one star, because they did indeed bring the meats!
The lady was very rude when coming through the drive-through I asked for extra sauce and she didn’t wanna give me any more. I have two full meals. Acted like I was asking for money or something. Anyways always have interesting interactions here. Do better
There is a difference between getting filmed, and straight up protecting criminals. The manager at the location handled the whole situation extremely poorly, and could have handled it way better while protecting their rights as a store. As a manager, it’s extremely important to handle sensitive matters without letting your ego get in the way. There was absolutely NO reason someone should be protected for talking to minors. The worst part is that the predator initially asked the minor to come in to store premise and do very inappropriate stuff, so that makes me wonder, could the store have known about it before and not done anything? Horrible management, Arby’s, do better.
How can they protect a predator? They straight up defended him. Specially the manager, he handled that whole situation terribly. Someone needs to check his laptop.
Crystal needs an attitude adjustment. Not sure if she’s having a bad day or what. But there’s no need to be rude/sassy to customers.
Arby’s has been going downhill. Food somehow is worse. I honestly don’t know how you can mess up roast beef. Then if you order a beef n cheddar, they put like two slices of meat and a quarter of cheese sauce. There’s no value for the money anymore. Curly fries weren’t fresh. Cheese sticks weren’t fresh either. I know I look stupid pulled the cheese sticks as far as possible to get the ultimate cheese pull but I enjoy it. Arby’s used to have the best cheese sticks in fast food. Now it’s all depressing.
Walked in there was nobody in the kitchen or front counter. Waited then got ignored by staff. After asking if there was a reason why no one was taking orders the employee got an attitude and snapped when was asked for fresh fries.
Pros: Nun tbh Cons: This Arbys def did not have the meats. Make sure you fire all the managers please
The actions of this Arby's, defending a predator, assures i will NEVER eat at any Arby's until this location is closed or all managers involved are fired.
