We had a party of 11 and we were in town visiting and found this place and it turned out to be a good spot for dinner. We only had to wait about 5 minutes for our table to be setup. Kyle did an excellent job as our server and he made some great food recommendations and told us about Happy Hour. Kyle brought out fresh bread to get us started. We then had mozzarella sticks and southwest egg rolls which were good. I had the Atlantic Salmon ($28)with fries and onion rings and they were good. We also had wings which were good. The Mac and cheese was the only item that needs a little improvement. My wife and mother in law had the ribeye steak(($46). My wife said the steak was fine. The kids had the mini burgers with fries. The strawberry lemonade was also good. There is plenty of variety on the menu and the atmosphere is really nice. There is also a nice salad bar with many options. They have a nice selection of desserts also. Kyle checked on us often and made sure that our glasses were full. I highly recommend this place and hopefully Kyle will be your server.

Everything was great!! Our waitress was attentive and the food was wonderful. The salad bar could not have been any fresher since they were just setting it up. The manager came to our table to see how things were going. We had to take carrot cake home for dessert.

We enjoy going here often, the food is always great. I just wanted to highlight how awesome our server Kyle was during a very busy night , he made sure we had everything we needed & made sure we had anything extra we needed. Top tier service

My aunt and uncle took me to claim jumper for Thanksgiving after we had visited my mom in the hospital. My uncle had made the reservation for 1:15pm. We got there early at about 12:30, and were seated immediately. Surprisingly there were tons of tables and booths available. The Thanksgiving dinners were on the pricey side with upgrades that would make it even pricier. We all had the roast turkey meal which was the cheapest. The turkey tasted really good, and was nice and moist and tender, and was in good portions. The gravy, mash potatoes and stuffing were excellent. The meal came with a crisp side salad, baked bread, and a piece of pie which all tasted pretty good and fresh. The only thing I didn't really care for was there choice of vegetables for the meal. The side veggies consisted of yellow squash, zucchini and carrots. I prefer peas, corn, or green beans for thanksgiving. The server was very attentive to our needs even though she was a little forgetful who ordered what at times. The sever also got a little ditzy with the bill forgetting to give my uncle back the billfold with his credit card and receipt. It was funny because she seated people across from us and took their order and brought their waters and then wondered why we were still waiting. We found out after 15 minutes of waiting that she had the billfold in her apron pouch the whole time she was taking care of the other people. Anyway, all in all it was pretty good food, and the service was pretty good overall. I give it 4 stars because everything was as good as to be expected there wasn't anything extra that really stood out or wowed me or anything. Personally I don't know if it was worth the price they were charging which was much higher than other restaurants nearby. But I didn't pay for it either, so what did I care. Just for the 3 of us before tip was about $100 and we didn't order anything extra besides the basic meal. We didn't even have drinks just water.

I visited here during a recent stay in the area. It was a Saturday night when the area had a lot of rain. When I arrived, the parking lot was 90%full. I was seated right away and the service was very good. The food was good. My issue was when I was leaving. I noticed a few of the staff outside, at their cars, which were parked directly in the front of the entrance to the place. One was just sitting in her car obviously on her brake. Another was wiping down his truck. A third was at her car which was parked in one of the 3 takeout spots. I happened to ask one of them about employees being able to park right out in front of the building. I was told that they park there all the time and pointed out other cars in front which belonged to staff. While the service and food were good, I feel its very disrespectful of management to allow stay to park right in front of the entrance making paying guests to have to walk half a block in some spots, in the pouring rain. There are many places in the area to choose to eat. If the owners don't care enough about its guests to have staff park away from the entrance, then I will not be visiting again. Not many places I can think of or have been to where this is allowed.

If you've never heard of Claim Jumper Steakhouse & Bar, you're not alone. This establishment is a West Coast chain restaurant spanning only five states. Coincidentally, by definition, a claim jumper is "a person who seizes another's claim. The vibe evokes the inspiration of Western-themed environs inside a hunting lounge with heavy wood, antler chandeliers, and stoned walls. Reservations were easily made via Open Table to their San Bernardino location off the 10 Freeway at the base of the San Bernardino Mountains. Upon our arrival as first-timers, my partner, his family and I were greeted by the host and led to a table for five somewhere in the middle of the restaurant. After being seated, our server, Milton, greeted us. He gave us ample time to study the huge menu that offered comfort food, from original rotisserie specialties to seafood dishes to hearth-baked pizzas and salad bars. We decided on 7-ounce top sirloin, Atlantic Grilled Salmon, Steak & Shrimps, and the Salad Bar. Complimentary bread started our meal. The food was full of flavor, savory, and delicious. The portions were decent. We were surprised at the end of our meal with a chocolate cake celebrating a graduation. The service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. The price was comparable to the area. This is one of the restaurants you will want to stop at if you are passing through San Bernardino, and we can recommend this place.

Huge portions! Prices are a bit higher but you’re getting what you pay for. We came in with a party of five at 7PM on a Saturday and had virtually little wait to be seated, we additionally saw other larger parties arrive without reservations and be seated as soon as the hostess arrived back to their station. The waiter was quick to take our orders and drink selections. The food came out from the kitchen quicker than you’d expect and The Wait staff was attentive to our table.

Didn’t even know this place still exists! Atmosphere was cozy and pleasant. I ordered the chicken pot pie 🥧. It was a nice size and the crust on top made it look yummy. However, once inside the filling was very starchy and the chicken pieces were huge, bland, and dry. None of the ingredients stood out in the filling. It was good because I was starving so I ate it but next time I would order something else.

I ordered delivery. The pizza is alright, but ridiculously overpriced for how small it is. The chicken pot pie is a bit bland, and would’ve been much better without peas. The butter cake was nice!

It is 3.5. Service was attentive and fast but the waitress kept recommending stuff to make the cost of the meal higher. She also didn’t mentioned the up charge for sautéed mushroom on the tri-ip. Food is average. Portion seems to shrunk. There is also a surcharge which I don’t understand why they can’t just add on the price of entrees.

All the food was good and our server was nice but the table was dirty, they didn't have kid's menus or kid's cups, and a few bathroom stalls in the ladies room didn't have locks. The portions were very large though. We definitely shared everything which worked out well. If you look at their menu though, they have items that are more expensive because people like them more (this is obviously a corporate thing but it's completely ridiculous) and it's a dumb idea. When we walked in, no one was at the reception area nor did it look like anyone in the restaurant. We weren't sure if it was open and almost just left.

Ordered a 23 oz bud light…tasted like a strawberry milkshake? Maybe it was the sanitizer? Idk..ordered the chicken egg rolls…they were nothing to shout about. This place is super expensive, my check was $30. Will not return

Chicken pot pie had to much flower and oil it was all lumpy inside, And it was hot and cold inside if it was frozen and microwaved. The baked potato had no bacon and was can nacho cheese on top? Not chedder as expected. The fish n chips oil tasted really old. The burgers where tasteless and macaroni was cold and soggy no sauce. The potato pancakes where good but again old oil ruined it bc tasted like fish and old oil. I usually never say anything and just suck it up but I felt uncomfortable paying 100$ for this food , luckily the manager took off 2 of 5 plates off.

Perhaps the worst restaurant in San Bernardino, as far as I know so far? 1st impression: no host, nobody seating us until I wandered to the kitchen area and got myself and my wife seated. 15-20 minutes to take order. (Waitress had only one other table, it was table of 8.) Menu confusing. Wife salmon deserves 2 sides, but my sea bass did not. These two items next to each other on menu, no apparent notation of what was the difference. Seared ahi tuna appetizer prepared yesterday? Not impressive although it was presented well. We did not get bread but noticed someone else got bread. Waitress said, ok, will put in oven for us, 5-minutes. Burned broccoli. Waiting for bread which will be after the meal.
