Huntington location has always been one of our favorites. We live between Lufkin and Huntington. When we decide to get Sonic, we will always choose to go to Huntington even if we are in town in Lufkin. Fast, always friendly and accurate. The food is always what we ordered and good. They make their drinks and desserts better than most. There are plenty of flavors and add-ins when you get Blasts or others mixes.

This is one of the best Sonic’s I’ve ever been to! The wait is normally short, foot is hot, and the staff is always so friendly. Haley served me my drink today and had such a positive and friendly attitude. I come here at least twice a week and have never had a bad experience.

I went by to get me a quick snack. The person taking my order was very friendly. I ordered the 4 PC small mozzarella sticks. She was very helpful and even asked if I wanted marinara or ranch. I got my order and they were delicious, nice and crispy and not greasy. There was even another employee out asking if I needed any additional condiments or napkins. I was very impressed.

I go through phases where I just love Sonic that used to have a mushroom swiss Burger on Texas toast and they only had it for a short while I've been hoping and waiting for that sandwich to come back to no avail

This place seems to always take care of me in the mornings. I stop by here on my way to work often, and end up full and with a drink that will last me until lunch for under three bucks! (Jr. Breakfast Burrito, and a large Coke Zero) I've also gotten to know the names of several of the folks there, because they're always friendly and consistent. In the evening hours, you have your typical fast-food folks; high school workers, and the like, so there's nothing special about the later shifts, but that morning crew is amazing. :)

Sonic here in Huntington, Tx is a nice clean place with decent food, it is what it is. Fast food and taste good and fast delivery.

They have the best ice cream! We used to stop at McDonald's for a cone when traveling but not anymore! Sonic's ice cream is creamy yet thick. It almost tastes like frozen yogurt. This has become our new favorite!

This sonic is on my way home so it's hard to not stop but last time I asked for tots and got charged and given cheesy tots. Not sure how you added that word in there. Only happened once.

Their food is pretty good. It's just like any other fast food place. They are however way more expensive. Expect to at around $10 per person (after tax) for just a medium meal. Their drinks are the real star though. Way too many drink combinations to list but it is so much fun to try a new drink combination each time we go. Their fish sandwich is very good too and it is a decent size, not like the tiny ones you get from McDonald's. They also allow you to pay where to park but it never works. *Shrugs*

I got the chicken strips, asked for the gravy, they charged me for it , but when my meal came it wasn't there, my car hop wasn't sure if they carried it or not, but went back in. He got me some other sauce, and had the charge taken off I appreciated it. I wasn't able to tip him because I came with only my debit card. I was expecting this Sonic to have updated like several that I've been to this summer letting you add the tip. It shows that Sonic cares about their employees, and their pay issues. My guy would have gotten a tip, if offered. Even the mail service I used this morning asked for a tip for their employee. No joke

Atmosphere, it's a drive in do that's based on your car and the people your with. The food was good , I like Sonic. The SERVICE was spot on, food arrive fast and was hot, an Jayse was polite and very helpful.

They got our order wrong, but we're good about getting it fixed. There is no compensation for making us wait another 15 minutes while they make our jalepeno poppers.

The person taking orders should wait until the customer stops talking before she asks multiple questions. Both of the kids burgers came with onions on them after I asked for no onions. She had to be corrected several times while taking the rest of the order.

Why would you advertise to have corn dogs for 50 cents on Halloween & not be prepared. Thats just not being organized! Get your act together & have someone plan & not guesstimate on things like this.

Middle of the road burger quickie. Drinks are their strong suit, if you like hammering your pancreas and kidneys with about a pound of sugar. They do have a bacon cheese pretzel dog that's tasty, though unremarkable. Unless you're famished, keep driving and look around, these chains are all about convenience and mystery meat.

I had to ask for my meal to be prepared again because the first one was not fresh. The young lady who I guess was the manager was very apologetic. The second preparation was very good.

Guessing that the person bringing our food was in a mood. Not rude but, definitely not friendly. Fast service & food was good.

Car hop was in such a hurry. Practically threw my order to me..instead of coming around the side of car. Tipped anyway. Then my burger was wrong. Ate it and went on.

Love their many drink choices. Easy in and easy out with ease of ordering and reasonable pricing. The carhops are very courteous; however those in 'management' positions need to read Dale Carnegie's book How to Win Friends and Influence People, because they leave a lot to be desired!

If you've been to one Sonic, you've pretty much been to them all. However today when I ordered French toast sticks, for their delicious unhealthiness.. only one side of them was cooked, and the other side was mushy. Never seen that before! 👀

The food was above average but lacked our usual side of cream gravy and it wasn't available at all when we asked about it. Apparently they no longer serve it which means there is one less reason to choose Sonic over Dairy Queen.

Tried to order and was told to hang on 3 times during my order. The people next to me ordered after me and received their food before I could even complete my order the 3rd time I set there for 5 minutes and no one said anything. Finally she came back on the intercom laughing and still seemed to have an issue getting it right. Very unprofessional. But the food is ok and the server was very polite.

Well it's a sonic lol. The food is about average. The service is ok. Atmosphere is what you make it. It has tables if you don't want to sit in your car. People are pretty nice.

Huntington sonic can’t seem to make the s’more shake consistently. One night was perfect, however the next time there was no marshmallow topping nor was the chocolate mixed properly. If you pay the same price every time you should the same product.

What we got was good. I understand there are supply chain issues for Everyone. We gotta get rid of Brandon so America can get right again. When he messes Sonic up...he's gone too far!

Went there at 9:50pm on a Saturday night to get drinks and ice cream and the girl ran out to us and said they were closed and were out of everything. Poor excuse for wanted to close early on a Sat night

I am not usually picky about my food at Sonic because 9 out of 10 times it's fresh, hot and perfect. Here lately, the food I have been receiving is not of the quality or standards I am used to. On this particular trip to Lufkin, I ordered 2 Corn Dogs. 2 Soft Pretzel Twists and a small Tater Tots. The corn dogs were cold and gooey, they were awful,, we couldn't eat them. The tots tasted like dried out, day old tots or they were cooked in nasty old grease, we were not able to eat this item either which bummed us out. The Soft Pretzel Twists were the highlight of our visit because we were able to eat them. I am on the road most of the day and I have very little time to grab a quick bite. So, when I do have time; I want it fresh, hot and perfect.

This sonic use to be okay but now no matter if there’s one car or if they are full you will wait for you order even if it’s just drinks for double what the wait time should be and two times in the last month I’ve been handed clearly the wrong order as they are reading the correct one off( example here’s your rt 44 dp and it was a small drink…) and she just walked off and I had to wait for someone to just walk by so I could give them the other peoples order and get mine and it doesn’t make sense how every time it can be something wether too long of a wait or the wrong order

Every time I come to this Sonic I regret it. I wanted to give it 1 more try since it's the one near home. Again big mistake. I got my food 10 mins after the screen said it was on its way so it was already getting cold. Did I mention they were not busy? One of the drinks were wrong and it wasnt a wrong that was o.k. it was a nasty one so the carhop went to get me the correct one. I waited 15 more mins saw 2 more cars order get their food n leave and still no drink. My family's food is cold and drinks watered down when I called again to ask where my drink was. They brought it out and since it too had sat there it was also watered down. I have a family of 5 and the kids are all big boys so when we order anywhere I spend alot. I will never come to this Sonic again. This was my last try.

First time ever at a Sonic where the hamburgers and tots were served cold. I mean the beef patty was cold, not a lick of warmth to it. If I had not already been down the road, would have asked for a refund. This was both burgers we ordered. I assume since it was BOGO night that they had precooked a bunch of patties. Do better…

I’m here in Huntington workin and after reading the reviews, I was very skeptical about eating at this location. I didn’t want to drive back to Lufkin, so I gave it a try. My food was HOT & FRESH!! I only had 2 issues. 1. my drink tasted nothing like a cherry Vanilla Coke & 2. My total was $9.41, the carhop gave me exactly $10 & just walked off. I was actually going to give her a $3 tip, but I’m assuming she was fine with $.59. I’m very big on customer Service!! Other than that I would’ve given a 4-5 rating.

Sonic on Hwy 64 & Loop 323 in Tyler, Tx is the worst Sonic in town. Orders constantly wrong or missing things. Most of staff is rude, and manager does very little to make customers complaints right. Find a different Sonic!

The one in Huntington Texas may only change their grease once a week and I will never go back there ever again that is just disgusting my fries tasted like rancid cooking grease to wonder I didn't get sick but I only ate 1/2 of a fry..

I was driving through and decided to do a mobile order. There were 2 other vehicles on the lot and I still waited about 15 minutes for 2 pretzels that weren't fresh and a drink.

can never get anyone to answer the phone to place an order and if you are lucky enough to hang up on you in the middle of your order and then don't answer the phone again not only that but the fries are always cold when you get them and the car hops are rude

Waited 25 mins for a drink and COLD tater tots they are usually fast and friendly but today the girl had just came and said it's real busy but I was there before it was real busy and next time I will ask for my change she didn't even ask if she could have it just left without asking

Waited in the drive-thru for 10+ minutes before anyone said anything, granted this was after 2 so everyone and their mom was here. It shouldn't take too long to say " welcome to Sonic, we'll be right with you" or "we're short staffed and we'll need a few moments" or w/e. All I wanted was a slushie for my grandmother. She is homebound and doesn't get out very often. This was her favorite place to go. Such an embarrassment; I've only ever talked this place up; super disappointed.

Ordered 3 ultimate meat and cheese burritos and the were about as thin as a pancake. I've ordered these before and they were actual burritos and full if meat,cheese,eggs,and tater tots. I also ordered cheese tater tots wirh extra cheese and didn't get the extra cheese. Oh and on top of ordering 3 burritos, they only gave me 1 picante sauce packet, just 1!! Me and my boyfriend were disappointed. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with this sonic. I love sonic but this one is just sorry.

We have watch a employee standing there making drinks using his hands to put ice in the cups. Also as he is filling the drinks up out of the fountain he is taking his other hand & grabbing handfuls of ice & throwing it in his mouth. As he is doing this ice is falling out of his hand & mouth back into the ice bin. This is the second time we have watched this with the same employee!! The first time we called the manager on duty out & she made him go to the back and she made us drinks. Today it happened again, as soon as we pulled up we saw him doing it & sat there & watched him fill 2 drink orders doing the exact same thing. One of the car hops saw us watching him & ran over there and told him, he immediately looked at us & ran to the back. We drove off, we wanted a drink but not bad enough to have ice that has been in someone else’s mouth in our drinks.

The SO called assistant manager Laura. Is a young person who does not know her job nor need to be in the roll of management. She has an attitude probably based on her age. And this is the one in Huntington Texas. As far as the restaurant itself I Love it and have never had a problem until last night 02/07/2018. She does not deserve to be in her position as a manager. I have managed most of my career and would not allow a person like her to stay.

Never in my life have I been so disrespected!! I paid with a card and knew I had to pay a tip (because my first job was a carhop at sonic) so I dug deep, in every nook and cranny...and scrounged up $1.62. When she came out I apologized and told her it was everything I had. She threw the money in her apron(dropping a quarter) and looked at me like I was the scum of the earth! When I told her "you dropped some of your tip" she said with a stuck up voice "oh it can stay there". So Mrs.Ciera, look here, I am a single mom with NO HELP from anyone if my HARD EARNED money is too good for you, then I won't give you a penny! I hardly EVER have enough after bills to treat my son, but I did today and you made me feel like cheap. Get OUT of the customer service business hunny it's not for you!

My daughter bought herself a breakfast burrito before school Monday January 14 2019. 4 hours later she was vomiting all over the hallway of her school, vomited more at home and diarrhea for the remainder of the day. This is the 2nd time someone of OUR household has contracted a food born illness from this store. Cooks are not practicing food safety and I feel are over using gloves or not washing handstand we should be able to enjoy our food with out it making us vomit due to staff negligence.

I quit going a few months ago, because the evening staff are extremely rude and I never get the correct order and if you buzz in to tell them, it's like you are bothering them. I get that it's a bunch of high schoolers but if they can't be kind to the public then they clearly need to find a new place to work.... won't be back to Huntington anyway...

ORDERED A MEDIUM SODA made the transaction $2.00 +. Noticed almost NO ice in the drink (you go for the soft ice)! I ask could he take an add some or bring it for me to add? Well, he didn't know (looking very puzzled over such a difficult request), but he would be right back...... Huntington TX location is a joke. I paid over $5 for a med oreo blast. And only oreo was the crumbs on top. So I paid $5 for a cup of ice cream. Called and complained and they said they would replace it. The guy I spoke to said he would put my name in the book and to tell them his name was John. Well either he lied about his name or what but I go about 2 weeks later to get my replacement and they said no John worked there. And my name wasnt in the book. F*cking Bull sh*t

Use to come here quite often, but recently they can't get a simple order correct. Everything is right on the screen, but when it comes out something is always messed up. Rather pay more somewhere else for a correct order.

Order came out timely had asked for sweet and low for tea didn't get. Had to ask for it again and for ketscup and napkins usually better

I waited for them to take my order. Then, the proceeded to tell me they were out of hamburger buns so I substituted it for Texas toast. After all that, they said just a moment and then silence for 5 straight minutes. Then they come back on and ask anything else? I said never mind and drove off. This is after not eating for 13 hours, driving all the way from lake Charles to lufkin for a warm shower and sleep. Very disappointed.

I made a mobile order back in February for only 2 drinks and waited over 40 minutes!! I finally said cancel the order and refund my money... After calling multiple times and being rudely told I will receive my refund in a couple days I still have yet to receive my money it is now almost April! Do not waste your time or money here!!!

Ordered two meals. Came out to over $20 immediately had to send one of the drinks back asked for a raspberry limeade and didn't get any raspberry ordered a burger no tomato add jalapeno. Didn't get any jalapeno but did get tomatoes. Also ordered honey bbq popcorn chicken didn't have any sauce on them. Tater tots were old and not hot. While my receipt was correct none of the food was nor the drink. Not sure what's going on with their kitchen staff but definitely do NOT recommend this location at all

The app is always down and the building needs a lot of attention. Very dingy and dirty. Half the stalls don't work. Mention to the manager about some of the issues and. Was told that the owner refuses to put money in repairs unless he has no choice too. Example: The drive through window leaked so much that the interior wall covering and outside wall covering was falling off the walls because the framing was so rotten before he would fix it.

Always make Mobil order get the same thing every time cherry limeade easy ice extra cherry flavor and they allway do the complete opiset they put extra ice. Service is good nice ppl just can't get the order right

Absolutely terrible food standards. Ordered a chili cheese coney and the weiner was hard as rock and was dark brown from being under a heat lamp all day I presume. I can't believe someone would just jump chili on it and expect the customer not to notice. Tots were cold as ice as was the chili. Worst chili dog I've ever had at a Sonic and the last time we order from this location. There's a reason why all the most current reviews are so bad. It's extremely frustrating to have to work late so stop to grab food for the family on the way home and it all look and taste like it was made the day before.

We got a sonic blast and a strawberry cheesecake shake in Woodville, Texas They were out of spoons? Only had a fork. The oreos were only at the top not mixed up, and paid for extra oreos. The shake after a short time had a very bitter taste and I could finish it. 3/4 or more thrown away. If we had not been traveling thru we would have went back.

Burger was cold tasteless no flavor definitely won't spend money here again waste of time. Gave it another chance but everything must be done lazy by the cooks and management must not care. Came for breakfast and get soggy tortilla burritos with obviously microwaved rubber bacon. Your better off heading to deans. Tried to give this place another try got 2 breakfast burritos barely any bacon at all the egg was so thick and dense it was like a brick and had no taste no seasoning you could tell the tortillas were microwaved as one side of it was complete mush from sitting after the steam. The people here obviously have no idea to cook any food I hope they close and something worth eating opens up. I see most people are on the same page maybe we can get a petition going to kick sonic out of Huntington and have somewhere worth eating built.

Can we please start getting orders right and get some hot food, Huntington, TX? Everything is always cold. We don't have alot of fast food options out here you would think it's not asking for too much.

Just pulled in to grab a quick bite to eat at 10:20 pushed the button to place the order at exactly 10:24 and the employees didn’t say a word but oh did they respond, by shutting off the lights and powering down the ordering machine. So I pull up the website and it says they close at 11:00pm. Correct if I’m wrong but I still had 35 mins in which to order and receive food?!? I will never go to this sonic again! What is wrong with people today not wanting to actually work the designated hours! I hope a manager or the owner do something about this. Soon.

They are rude. They was rushing us on are order. Would not let us explain are order to them. Did not send are double sonic bacon cheese burger. I have been wanting to try the crispy chicken strip ever since I have seen the Comercial on TV. I love Sonic but the strips were horrible. Nothing crispy about them. Over cooked and tough...actual looked like they had been dropped back in the grease to reheat. Dark in color...sorry I got the large. Love you Sonic but I will stick to the old menu...I know it's good.

Service has been horrid for the past month. Have messed up on my burgers and my shakes. The last time my shake lid was not fully attached so when I picked it up the super runny shake went all over my car and phone, making me have to replace my phone. After finally getting them to answer phone and speaking with managment my shake was replaced. The carhop was rude while telling me the shake will be runny. I told her the only reason I complained was because the lid was not secured when I got it and it spilled on my phone causing me to have to replace it due to damage. Her reply was well I put extra ice cream in this one.

Was not happy with the service at all. The girl could not hear me clearly and after asking me 4 times to repeat it she finally came out to the car to take my order and she still could not understand the simple order of 2 lg cinnasnacks ..one with med hot pecan praline coffee and one with med French vanilla hot coffee add whipped cream. She then charged me the menu price for the cinnasnacks and then full price for the coffees ...menu says clearly drink included, I did expect an extra charge for the whipped cream. It took 15 min to get our order. Both HOT coffees were ICE COLD, as in the whipped cream remained solid on top of the coffee. The cinnasnacks were the ONLY thing that was good about the visit. We were just traveling through on our way home and wanted some coffee to warm us up...so much for that!

I just left from there where they had the order all messed up. The carhop even acknowledged the order was missing the chili cheese fries. Another fellow came out and was questioning me on the order. I know if I have a part of my order or not. I left without part of my order as I didn't want a confrontation with this individual who swore up and down that I had the order. I will not go to this Sonic but will drive into Lufkin for our Sonic fixes.

They can't get the order right.. ever. I pay extra for bacon...but they don't put it on. I order fries and get tots, order onion rings and get nothing. They won't answer the phone and their mailbox is full...and I order on the app.

I wish zero stars was an option. The car hop was short with her words and it seemed like she hated her job. I gave her my last dollar for a tip. I accidentally spilled my wife's drink and when I asked if we could get a replacement the manager sent out an employee to tell us we would have to purchase a new one. The fact that the manager would not come outside says it all. On top of all this we got home with a small fry when we ordered a medium and the dang food was room temperature. PLEASE save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Now I have been to Sonics all over the US and it has never taken 40min for a burger. Idk what’s going on but they need some serious management. The guy taking my order was rude and very short. Over an hour from time I pushed the call button to food delivered. Timed out 2 times, Operator delivering orders and taking them too. This was the third time we've been there, where the call button reset, without anyone answering. Previous time, I moved to a different bay...that didn't work. Team Work non existant!

Worst Location I've ever been to. They don't listen to how you order your Food. They Don't Prepare your Food Correctly. They do what ever they want to do. Food was HORRIBLE. Wouldn't suggest this Location to anyone unless you want your order messed up and hard as a rock. They messed up a Footlong, Tots and Shake. Even if you pay for extra items they don't give them to you. I contacted Corporate about this Location.
