Spicy chicken bacon pretzel pub sandwich was excellent. Very fast service. My order was ready before I even finished pouring my drink. You can't ask for more than that.
Went thru the drive thru. They were experiencing some difficulties with the head seat so it took longer than usual to place am order. But when I received my food it was hot and good
I really like WENDY’S. My all time favorite. Food is always good. Hot food is hot, cold food is cold. The sandwich buns are not as sweet or heavy as other burger places. The summer salad and cod fish sandwiches are a must when they are in season. Staff is always friendly and courteous.
Callie was our cashier. She was very attentive and has a great sense of humor. She was taking her job seriously but yet knew how to relax with the customer (us) as the drive thru was busy, and we had a very large order. (3 triple baconators meals) I asked her could she throw a heart attack on those burgers because that's all the men would be missing and she laughed... every time I go there it's been very late and close to closing time but your staff there never complains and just does it. THANK YOU GUYS!!!
The night staff was great, they provided great service and was very patient with me and my family while we were enduring an extended road trip.
I have only recently stopped for breakfast or coffee is fresh and hot and their biscuit egg cheese and bacon is warm and delicious.
Went to pick up my mobile order and it was close to closing time the manager and the cashier explained to me they were out of fries and the manager was very sweet about it and explained that i can either get nuggets or a side salad in place of the fries. They had ran out of a lot of things due to everyone eating fast food due to this virus. They went the extra mile and even gave me a small cup of chili that I did not even expect or ask for. they were great that night and very humble about the situation and had a good sense of humor about it
I forgot to take something out of the freezer for supper...again. I thought I would swing through the drive thru because it had been a while since I have had one of their baked potatoes. The lady taking the order was very attentive and I didn't have to repeat my order several times. The employee taking the money was extremely friendly. Once I got to the delivery window that lady was friendly as well. To say I had a good experience would be an understatement. Whatever you're doing to keep these employees so happy please keep doing it. Definitely going back.
I arrived at Wendy’s & had forgotten my credit card. I had only $4.00 in cash. Christian, who was assisting me said no problem. He paid the extra $3.00 for my order. I will not forget his kindness. He is a credit to Wendy’s staff. Sincerely, Rod Miller

Long line in Drive thru, 1 car moved up in line about every 5-6 minutes. Drive thru worker seems to be a new employee learning. Food was slightly warm after the wait.
Eric did a great job serving me today had a smile on his face great attitude and was patient. Also my food took a little longer than expected and as I went up to grab my food Eric offered me a free frosty for the wait. As I was eating my food I saw him offer to help a lady carry her drinks out to her car as well and had to say excellent customer service to him.
I enjoyed the food. It was hot and fresh. I had no idea Wendy's was so popular with the church crowd. My only complaint was that the inside was very rundown looking with frayed carpeting that looked like it came from a thirty year old motel and smelled a little off.
Drive thru a bit slow.
Very fast and very friendly! The Strawberry salad is so good. I forgot to order my strawberry lemonade and the girl at the window allowed me to add it to my order🙂 The only complaint that I have is that they were out of bbq dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets

Food is great. Service is quick. Staff is always super friendly. Only reason for a 4star is floor is sometimes slick and super slippery.
The food was good and fresh, but I ordered extra mayo on my burger. I didn't get extra mayo. I could be mistaken, but I thought that extra mayo means on both buns, but I'm not sure. Overall it was good.
Expedient drive through and food (fries) was fresh. Frosties we're good, but..... they had no spoons. Can't use a straw on a frosty until it has sat for a couple hours. Thank goodness Taco Bell had a couple sporks we could use. Not having necessary food service items is a big hit to the business's "professionalism". Hope they improve on that cause I do enjoy their fast food.
1st visit in years. Drive through person was pleasant. Burger patty was juicy but missing surface carmalization. Seamed steamed. Fries were not memorable. Interesting sandwiches on the menu that I will try next time.
The food was good, but we had to ask for spoons and our receipt. Service is very slow for the drive thru even if you're the only one sitting there waiting to place your order. They FINALLY had Chocolate Frosties.
Well, I have always enjoyed their food and the service here has always been great. But I have always gone in the evening. Now that they are pushing breakfast and I work noghts I thought I would try their breakfast food. Wish I could tell you about it but the 2 times I have tried no one was there. You guys let me know when you have fixed the employee problems and I will return for breakfast. More stars when I get to try it.
Pretty good food. I must have been there on a good day. I didn't have to wait at all and the people inside were really nice. Prices are a bit high but I think that's everywhere nowadays.
Very slow service. Ordered a drink with our meal, they had reset the soda machine in the drive thru and it took over five minutes for them to figure out how to get one. We couldn't figure out if they only had one machine in the whole store or what. It took a lady from another part of the resteraunt to help the boys in the drive thru figure it out. They are very polite, just sooooooooooo slow.
Food was good and we were served quickly. Unfortunately the M-O-D was belittling an employee in the dining room as they sat at one of the tables in the corner. My husband asked if he could give her some advice, and proceeded to tell her she was wrong for her behavior, and told the young man he should quit. Nobody deserves to be disrespected by an employer especially in public. 👎
Lufkin TX. Was told the food was still cooking and was asked to pull forward. Other people came and left with their orders. Waited 20 minutes and received ice cold burgers. Cheese was cold straight out of the package. Was told they were out of the flavor of drink ordered when I already had received the drink and she tried to give me something else. Very weird experience.
First of all the staff is really, really nice and helpful but idk what happened when I was there. I legit got all my burgers with chicken in then?? Kinda weird eating chicken with mustard haha well I tried to eat it anyways Chicken was gross, hard and old so honestly it was a total waste to come here but again they legit chased after me to give me my terrible food so shout for the customer service but food was gross, terrible, hard
I decided to try their breakfast this morning. I pulled in the drive-thru at almost 9:30 and placed my order (sausage,egg, and cheese biscuit, sausage cheese biscuit, and vanilla frosty-cino). The cashier was very friendly, BUT I'm almost positive that I sat at the window while they baked the biscuits. Luckily I wasn't on my way to work, so I had time to waste, but they could have let me know that they were going to have to bake the biscuits and let ME decide if I wanted to wait or order something else. The food was delicious (tasted quite fresh, haha), but I see why there was no customers there. Not sure that I'll be back.
The perfect trifecta- them being actually opening during posted business hours, chocolate frosty in m stock and matching working and taking cashless payments. Not again, today.
It's good if you feel like waiting 45 mins just to order when there is only 2 cars in front of you. They only service one person at a time, one person orders then you have to wait to order until they have made their food and sent it out, they won't take multiple orders at once like most places. That is the realy the only bad thing about this place, it is not FAST food
Whoever was working the drive through at 1720 on 13AUG was rude!! Please do not ever “what” your customers. The lady who was cooking was great and nice as see made sure our food was fresh.
Has a #6 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. Had lots of bacon, nice egg, but was cold as dirt. It was almost like taken out of the refrigerator and forgot to heat it up. Had never had breakfast there. Next time I will go inside and I can make sure it is hot. If there ever is an other time.
We pulled up expecting way too much. Travelling on a 12 hour road trip with seven people I'd like fast food like a regular Wendy's, but this was outrageous. Walked in the place to a seven person line and after waiting for their food, we then had to wait 36 minutes for our to come to us. Which actually, came out sandwich at a time. If I recall correctly, isn't it supposed to be all together? Ontop of that, the soda selection machine was out of 9/10 of their selection and there was no tea. Had to ask the employee just to fill my cup with Coke. After many long, exhausting hours on the road, this was not the place to be. Definitely not coming back to this place.
I have never seen a place that has good food but has the poorest service. Dine in closed and drive thru should be closed as well. As long as it take to sit there and place your order. Cars drive off due to this problem. When you finally get to the window there are 6 employees standing around laughing and talking while you have very angry , frustrated customers who actually waited over 30 minutes for orders. WENDY'S your employees are going to put you out of business. Train your staff to me professional and punctual .
Poor service. My family and I have bought frosty tags as we have several in our party and this is a bargain for us. Several times we have come for food at the lufkin location only to be turned away from inside service as they "didn't have the staff..." Tonight the cashier yelled at me because they were stressed and under staffed complaining that they didn't have enough people to fix the frosty machine, the main reason why we even come here for food. Why are we paying for frosty tags if we can't even get the frosty for them? Why is this establishment still open when the staff would rather be on their phone and not show up to work? Corporate Wendy's, please take a look at this location and its staff. Add on to the review: the order was short food and when I asked for the remainder of the order and a receipt to go along with it i was accused of asking for food I didn't order (I ordered a sandwich meal, they tried to just give me only a sandwich). The team lead then called me hostile and threatened to call the police because I asked for a reciept.
Burger bun felt like it had been on a warmer for an hour. Lower bun was almost crunchy hard and the patties were dried out. The nuggets and fries were fresh this time. We like Wendy's restaurants in most cities, Lufkin has failed about every time we have tried.
The food was not hot. Burger over cooked and fries cold. However the potato was good.
False advertising " our fries are always hot" total HOOEY. The ONLY thing colder the my fries last night was my iced tea. This year Wendy's offered "strawberry frosties, and peppermint frosties". During the two months these were offered their machine was broken. Too bad it is the ONLY Wendy's in lufkin. Frosties are on sale again. Do you think the machine is broke again ? 8/5/24. Just read Wendy's is closing 130+ restaurants. Hope this is one of those losers.
Absolutely worst service I have ever experienced. We waited for 30 minutes for our food at the drive-through window. When we knocked on the window, the people that were working were gone and another woman came and asked what we had ordered. I will never be coming back to this location and I will be notifying corporate as to how my experience was
I'm reluctant to give a bad review, but yesterday this experience took the cake. Yesterday I tried to order a parmesan chicken salad, with a baked potato. They were out of chicken and baked potatoes. My second choice was a taco salad, they were out of chili. I wanted to order 2 frostys, 1 chocolate 1 strawberry, they were out of strawberry. I'm giving them 1 star because I settled for 2 chocolate frostys. My last three visits to this location, they've been out of something I wanted to order. I guess I'll call the next time before I go there to check on availability of what I might want to order, it might save me a trip.
This Wendy's location needs new ownership and COMPLETELY new management.....absolutely worst run location I've ever seen.....the owners should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.....this place has been run so poorly for so many years i don't even understand how corporate has allowed this place to remain open.
The food was VERY NASTY. The staff was VERY RUDE, NOT friendly, and NOT helpful. The employee shortchanged me.
We just went up there and purchased 3 big bacon classic burgers and hot home with 3 regular burgers. And they didn't give a receipt but we did pay with a card, so our bank will show whst was charged.
Pulled up to have lunch. All shades pulled down. Parked and went to the doors, gave a pull. Doors locked. No signs up saying Lobby Closed. This is has been a thing for many months since we last visited, was the same thing. Wasted time and gas. Saw at least five other cars pull up and end up leaving as well, while we were there.
This Wendy’s is the worst one I have ever seen in my life. The dine in area is never open, they are closed when they should be open and are always out of menu items. You can forget going to the drive through because you’ll sit there for 15 minutes as well. That’s what you get for hiring them. Do not go here 0/10
I wish I could give them 0 stars. Service was horrible, waiting 20 minutes just to order. Food came out in 10 minutes both our burgers were cold, Soda machine was broken had to wait 10 minutes just to get a Refill on my drink. Restaurant overall is horrible flies everywhere and dirty tables. Waste of $14.
Wendy’s in Lufkin is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Every time I go there the service is terrible and they are extremely rude. Tonight we ordered chili and the lady said it wasn’t ready and then came back and said they had one small. This was 3 hours before closing. Were they really out, or too lazy to warm up more? Going off their customer service I’m going to say the latter.
We came here to eat dinner. Because it said it was open, including the dining room. But the dining room doors are locked, and when we look inside, the drive-through person was waiting us to pull through the drive-through, which would be totally OK except for the fact, I was pulling an RV and can’t pull through the drive-through. If you say your dining room is gonna be open, have your dining room actually be open
02/24/2023…worst customer service ever!! For One they want to talk to each other dragging around like lost dogs, they want to talk to each other and disregard the customers waiting to order then they want to lock the doors and say they are closing at 730 pm. I left and went to Taco Bell as my family stayed, I came back ate my food and my family while inside still waiting for there food. Such a waste of my time will never go back to this or any location
Barbara was rude in the drive thru and took 10 minutes to take our order. And the inside was closed at 8pm they really don’t want customers
This is the WORST Wendys I have ever been to!! I ordered $44.00 worth of food and all of the meat on the burgers were cold as if they just came out of the freezer, and the buns were as hard as a rock!!! Not only that but we waited 20 minutes for our food just for it to come out uncooked and stale! There wasn’t anyone in line! Absolutely the worst ever.
It’s just sad that we have to deal with rude workers!! I mean what happened to customer service! So to who ever the white young lady at the 2nd drive thru window today Friday June 17, 2021 at 11am is very unprofessional she did not speak she just threw our stuff out the window!!! I’m disgusted with this… I used to be the shift supervisor at this location in 2017 and I would never allow my employees to show this type of unprofessional conduct!!! I won’t be back! I wonder if the DM Ms. Vicki knows what kind of employees she has working!! And as long as we waited I would of thought our food would of been hot!!! It’s just sad,,,
Took 25 minutes to get two burgers and they weren’t very busy. The inside of the restaurant is dirty, floors are sticky, and the kitchen looks pretty bad as well.
Went this morning at 9am and ordered a number 8 said they didn’t have the classic buns. So then i ordered a number 2 waited 20 minutes for them to come tell me there outta eggs. Absolutely ridiculous. They should be prepared and have stocks all the time. The service was absolutely terrible. This is a constant problem at this Wendy’s. Do not go here just go somewhere!

Terrible service. Ordered online set in drive thru line for 10 mins no service. Drove around tried to go inside doors locked at 7pm. drove back around sat in line only taking 1 drive thru customer at a time, sat another 15 mins for them to make my food that I pre-ordered online that was supposed to be ready
Apple pecan salad should have pecans. There is no dressing. The excuse we got well its a new person in drive thru.no damn excuse 🙄!! No I will not drive 30 minutes back for ya to correct it!!
I ordered a biscuit and potato wedges. When doordash got to Wendy's they were informed they did not have biscuits and they did not have potato wedges. Doordash said that I couldn't cancel the order because Wendy's said it already prepare the order. So I had to accept the order or loose my money. First, how do you prepare something you don't have. Second, they said they would give me a frosty in place of the potato wedges. Its 9 in the morning and I don't want a frosty. I suggested replacing the wedges with another sausage on a bun because they didn't have biscuits. The answer was, and I quote, "No, I'm not doing that." After refusing the frosty, they suggested french toast. I agreed to that. Then, guess what, they found the potato wedges. The doordash employee went above and beyond trying to help. The Wendy's employee was acting annoyed at having to do her job. This is bad management. I should have ordered Burger King or McDonald's.
4/8/22 4:00 pm . Haven’t had Wendy’s in at least 15 years well after today it’ll be another 15 before I try again. Didn’t expect much with the food, I mean it is fast food, but the absolute worst customer service ever. The girl working the drive through was terrible. No thank you, no welcome to Wendy’s ,nothing but a rude initial greeting. Then waited forever at the window while she just took her sweet time. Don’t expect anything to come of this but just maybe the local manager will see this and find better help
Second attempt after horrible experience last time when we were greeted and serviced by rude and cocky drive-thru workers as we waited for ages to move up and BOTH times received all kinds of messed up food from what we ordered. BOTH times, we received bacon on our burgers that were not supposed to have it on them (we don't eat pork for religious reasons). Also, this round we ordered chicken nuggets, and they mixed that up for a cheese burger and had an angry kid! Also were given old, soggy fries both times, and soggy buns from the dripping tomatoes. Never again...
I bought a son of the baconator in the drive thru. Burger was cold, bun not toasted, cheese not melted due to the meat patties not being hot. Also, there was something hard crusted on the paper wrapped around the burger.
restaurant hours state they are open until 10 pm and we tried to go in at 9:01pm and one door was locked. as we walked around a worker noticed us through the window and started to laugh with her other coworkers and didn’t even try to make us aware the other door would be locked as well. we then tried the drive thru and they stated they would only be accepting cash payments so we ended up just leaving. terrible and disappointing service.
I don’t ever leave bad reviews, but the customer service at this specific Wendy’s is laughable. The strangest part is the consistency of the rudeness and attitude. If you’re having a good day, don’t come to this Wendy’s, they don’t serve enough alcohol to make the experience worth while.
Close down! Terrible all around! It would be better as a keg bon fire, unless you have an hour to wait for overpriced bad food and you might get an over filled drink poured on you and your vehicle for your time
Had couple long ace hairs in one of the Dave's double cheese burgers. Didn't keep receipt so whatever. Sorry not sorry. Been over a year since I ate here. Hair from a head or hair from their body doesn't matter. It ran through the whole top burger patty. No one answered the phone when called.
Sat in drive thru good 20 minutes and the only thing hot in my bag is the fried chicken fries are cold as ice and taste old. Been in the emergency room all day and half the night just wanted food. Yall wrong if yall had to make more chicken you should have just made fresh fries while you are at it cause this is nasty
This place has been degrading for quite some time. With the constant excuses of 'frosty machine down' or otherwise 'no frosties', to today's horror show of what they tried to pass off as 'food'. After waiting 5 minutes or longer at order screen, I then pulled to the pickup window, and had to wait another 7-10 minutes. Only to be given fries that were so old, they weren't just COLD, but shriveled and tough.

Food took forever, asked for 2 crispy chicken blt. The sandwich bread was hard limp Lettuce and no blt items. Fries were just soggy and cold. The employee was extremely helpful and very polite.
8/4/23 around 12:45PM, host name: Cheyenne She spent 5 minutes on the system for 2 regular orders and completely just didn’t do one. I could understand if she was new, but she was chatting with the people in the back like she wasn’t new. As we were there we watched as other customers came up to get their own orders fixed along with the staff chatting about the drive thru orders they also messed up and had to fix. Never coming back here, so careless. I get it’s food service, but at least care that your handling other people’s stuff
I got a number 7 jus the burger and a 10 piece...the number 7 didn't have bacon so I brought it back and the manger remade it without bacon again. I went back AGAIN jus for the manager and a crew member to yell and curse at me even tho I return both burgers without the bacon. Why would I lie about that? Why would I waste my gas?? Why would I return the burgers if I was trying to get over on y'all. This happen in Lufkin at 9pm
This location is trash. The front doors are always locked because "staffing issues" but through the drive thru window everyone is playing on their phones. Sat in line yesterday for 25 mins just to mistakenly get cheese on my burger when I asked for plain. When did they start to put cheese on each side of the patty? This location is going downhill. Never going here again, each time I say I'll give them another shot. They always disappoint.
3/23 Went through the drive through at 12 noon, cold fries and even colder chicken nuggets. Almost as cold as the employees attitudes. I wish this Wendy's had some consistency 😒 11/21/22 This Wendy's seems to be under new management and they have been consistent w quality food during my last two visits this month, the lobby was also open today, hope it stays this way!!!!!!
Just went and ordered 2 junior bacons, a large fry, and an order of nuggets. I was served the most unsatisfactory food I ever got from a Wendy's anywhere. One of my burgers bun was so hard it crunched when my kid bit it. The nuggets were cold as if they had been sitting there all day. I'm disgusted.

My hamburger patty looked over a week old. What a disappointment after I opened it at home. This place needs to go out of business. There is no excuse for putting out such low quality food. I won't go back again.
I was in the drive thru whit only 1 car in front. It took them 30 minutes and the woman taking orders was rude. They gave me the wrong order also. How you gonna take 30 minutes and still mess it up??????
Went by several times in the morning to get breakfast and no one is there and it was around 730am. Went by there today around 810 am and the doors were locked and the lady at the drive thru said she only had two employees show up for work and she can’t open the dining area until more employees show up for work. Managers and owners that falls back on you and it’s hurting your business.
If I could give zero stars I would. All of the restaurants closing in Lufkin, I can see why. The service is dismal. No one wants to have to deal with a horrible attitude at 930 in the morning. The attendant was typical of the service I’ve come to learn is the norm for this town. And they were out of biscuits. WHILE RUNNING A SPECIAL ON BISCUITS. It’s getting to where eating out in lufkin is not worth anyone’s time.
I wish I could leave this a no star review. Wendy's in Lufkin Texas suck. I waited over 15 minutes at the speaker and still got no one to take my order. So I drove off. This is the third time. I will never go back there again. They have lost my business!
They charged me 30 cents more than the sign said the product was. Just wanted to bring it to their attention. Manager said "It's in the system, nothing I can do" Didn't think to reach in the cash drawer and hand me the change. Not a lot of money, but multiply times 1,000 customers and it is. Manager grabbed the receipt from me with his greasy hands. Got grease all over my receipt. Order was taking very long. Manager yelled at the employees "Hurry up and Get this man out of my store".
Worst Wendy’s Experience My husband and I decided to have lunch at Wendy’s today, and it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. We went inside to order to-go because the drive-through was backed up and barely moving. We were greeted by a sweet and friendly employee with long black and red braided hair—she was the only bright spot of the visit. She let us know she was new, and it was clear she hadn’t been trained properly. It was upsetting to see her struggling without much support from her team. I ordered the Spicy Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich, only to find out they were out of spicy chicken patties. I had to settle for a regular patty instead. While we were waiting, we tried to get our drinks, but the soda machine was out of nearly everything except diet soda. When we asked, the staff said they had more options in the kitchen but had to set up the Dr. Pepper. We waited ten minutes while my husband’s Frosty melted, only to finally receive a flat, carbonation-free Dr. Pepper. Frustrated, he gave up and settled for a lemonade. Meanwhile, two bags of food sat on the counter for several minutes without anyone calling out a name. When we asked, we were told they were ours—by this point, the food had gotten cold. When we opened the bags in our vehicle, the orders were wrong. We went back inside and asked for a refund. The manager came over, and instead of resolving the issue professionally, she interrogated us about what was wrong. Even after showing her the receipt (which turned out to be for someone else’s order), she argued with us! This experience was unacceptable. The only redeeming part was the kind lady who helped take our order, but the lack of training, disorganized staff, poor drink options, wrong orders, and rude management made the visit unbearable. We won’t be coming back to this location.
I was going to eat here but waited behind a car in drive through 20 min and heard the lady in the drive through tell the car in front of me “okay you need to be patient” after she had sat with two cars behind her for 10 min. There was one car in parking lot!!!! I tried to go inside hoping it might be faster and the door was locked at 5:20 pm. It is really a shame because Wendy’s is a good restaurant. But unfortunately, with service like this or a lack of service like this, this Wendy’s will not be in business for much longer.i went to Whataburger after the whole ordeal! Terrible. Tonight I order food went to pick it up (I live 5 to 7 mins away depending on traffic) I got home and my order was wrong cold and soggy. When I called to ask her what had happen she was very rude. Told me she made the order herself so I was lying. I loaded all the food up and went back up there. Showed her the food she goes oh staches off the counter. They remade the food and still gave me the wrong order. I asked for a refund and they could keep the food. She said no told me to leave and not come back. I was not rude I say please and thank you but that lady behind the counter was testing me.
Went to eat here with my family and the doors were locked. We were traveling through and we wanted some Wendy's. Had to go somewhere else because they didn't unlock the doors. (Yes, they were open, the doors have been broken for quite some time and haven't been fixed)
3rd car in the drive thru. Waiting 15 minutes before people decided to go next door to taco bell. So I pull inside and no one is working or manning the drive thru until I say something. Still got my order wrong on top of it. 3rd time this month.
Worst service I've ever seen at a fast food place. Five people standing around and no one taking orders. Food takes forever to come out. I'll go somewhere else next time I'm coming through Lufkin
First I went to Wendy's for a strawberry swirl ice cream, and in turn said I'd purchase a meal. I was very disappointed because before I could even get out of the drive-thru I ordered the biggie double stack meal. So the drive-thru lady said oh there's a wait on the meat so I said okay I'll so a few minutes passed by and I'm waiting and I'm waiting patiently. Before I even got out of the parking lot, I stuck my hand in the bag to get some fries, and they were cold as ice and old French fries, and the nuggets were cold as well. My strawberry swirl was in a swirl it had the strawberry stuff at the bottom of the ice cream. If I was to put a straw in there I'm drinking nothing but the strawberry syrup that's at the bottom of the ice cream and and even if I use a spoon I will have to get the strawberry into the to make it what kind of crap is that. My burger was dry, the meat looked like it was overcooked, and dried. It was just a horrible meal.
Service was slow, every car in front of me had to pull forward to wait on food including me. When I got home 2 meals were missing and had to go back. When I came back for the 2nd time they still got my order wrong (kids cheeseburger had no cheese). They make fast food difficult and don’t care.
I ordered my food through the app to get head start because it takes soooooo long for them to “prepare” it. I ended up still waiting 15 minutes for my food and all I got was 2 breakfast sandwiches after I was told it would only take 3 minutes to make. Wendy’s in Lufkin needs to shutdown or hire help because the wait times are really ridiculous.
We are a family of 7 and have frosty tags. Every week we try going on Saturdays and most days the dinning room is closed, and drive through is often getting things wrong. When we are able to go inside service is good.
I went through the Drive through one night about a week ago and the woman taking orders was SO RUDE. She talked like she hates her job and me being there was a big inconvenience. She said give me a moment and I'll take your order, but she said it with such an attitude. I said no you know what just forget it and I drove off. She was not getting my business after that and I'm sure she was glad I drove off & didn't have to inconvenience her any more. Horrible horrible experience and I hope she isn't treating everyone that way. 👎🏻🚶🏻♀️
The worst food and service we have ever received anywhere in 50 years! We ordered combos number 7 and 8, which were not only burnt but also old and reheated. There was no other customers at 10:30 pm yet we waited in the drive thru for 9 minutes. While being told twice she would take our order in a second. Meanwhile the two employees were outside 😳 🙄. On a break?
Make sure you CALL THEM OUT for not wearing gloves...spotted the fry girl throw a fry back in the batch w/out gloves..register lady almost served my ice without gloves til i told her and while i waited i captured a random 3rd person flippin these!! Management needs to lead by example. There's standards and this isn't it..
