Hardly ever eat at Golden Chick but received a door dash gift card and decided to try pick-up on a busy Friday night. Bryan was absolutely phenomenal. Exceptional service, offered additional things to try, and made sure we had condiments. The food was fresh and everything was delicious.

I always have the best experience thanks to Lydia! Almost each time that I’ve gone she’s been there, and is very pleasant. She’s very attentive and is always helping the other staff. I pretty much eat at the 8000 Independence - Plano Location EVERY work day! The Chicken and food is ALWAYS Fresh! My order is Always correct and waiting on me to pick it up! The Staff/Team is what sets them apart from all the other locations! They’re simply amazing to interact with and can tell they take pride in what they do! By far my family and I’s favorite Chicken place!

They did mess up my daughters order but did fix it in the end. But the food was fantastic and the best bread and coleslaw for any fast food place we have been. We loved the wall decor including the Andy Warhol inspired piece with their logo. And the chicken was juicy and delicious.

Food was great. Just the drive through runs a little slow and not digging the Ai. I wanted to order something specific but was told it wasn't available only to find out at the window that is. I just didn't ask correctly. Ugh.

I bragged about Golden Chick, to my sister, who had never had it before. I bragged about the fresh, hot rolls and how delicious they were. So ... we decided to split lunch today. The 4 piece tender meal came with 1/2 a scoop of mashed potatoes and 4 undercooked chicken tenders. They are almost colorless. The extra rolls that I ordered ... shoved in a bag, also undercooked. What a disappointment. This location did not deliver the same quality of food I have had at other Golden Chick chains. Also ... in the extra comments, I requested 1 honey and 1 butter for each roll. The honey was not in the bag. 🤷‍♀️

So as of late every time I come here, the AI ordering system is forever in slow and has skipped/deleted/not registered/messed up my order by the time I get to the window. This makes the wait even longer on top of the slow AI. I’m really sick of it to the point where I may just stop eating Golden Chick period. There have been new hires training at this location who have taken my order better and faster than this AI system ever can.

Bloody chicken wasnt barely hot, I ordered and it came out in seconds....Go to another location.... ive been eating Spicy Pickled Wings all week from other locations this is sickening now my head hurt...

Google hours said this restaurant close at 10:00 I assume if I came 25 minutes early I can still find something to eat, Instead I found a closing restaurant with all the chicken into the freezer. What that mean? They are lazy, and they re sale the food from yesterday. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Food is solid and the employees are always friendly but sadly they are now using an AI system to take drive thru orders. It took some tries to get my order right since I was subbing the drink for a side. I'm sure corporate thought this was some amazing idea when it was just so unnecessary. Will not be back!

Why do you fill my entire cup with ice? My large drink didn’t go far at all. I poured a 12 oz can of Coke Zero and I managed to fill up the cup after I drank it. I hate when you give me less product for the same cost. Would have been a 5 star but this seriously is a slap in the face.

The roasted chicken they served me in the drive thru was overcooked / dry and should not have been served. What a disappointment.
