Ordered chicken enchiladas combination dinner with beans and rice. As well as a bean chulupa. My husband ordered a burrito with bean and rice and a salad. The portion sizes were large. Good price for the value. Nicely spaced out. Large size dining area with additional space on bottom floor as well. Not sure if it was the manager she was friendly nonetheless. Overall enjoyed the food could have had a little more seasoning.

What can I say about Maria's restaurant that hasn't already been said? The Cimarron chipotle dish was superb and filling! Plus, she's always pleasing to converse with and always asks me how my family is doing.

A locally owned restaurant. The colors are vibrant. The food is hot and seems fresh. Service was fine. Locals rave about the service...which makes sense if you live there and they know you. We are used to TexMex....so this has a different flavor...but still good. We visit annually when in town. 3/2019: again, not friendly/upbeat greetings if you aren't local. Took a long time for a server to come to our table. The lunch fried chicken chimichangas was excellent (I found my new favorite) Remember it can be very busy at peak times.

This a really nice place. It's a lot bigger that it looks. They have tables ready for bigger parties. Conveniently located. Was just passing by and found this place. Staff is friendly and food was good. I had the serapiada... I believe that's the name. Known in other places as a fajita trio. The meat was a little thin and dry but the rest of the food was delicious. Chicken and shrimp were good.

Chips and salsa were great as we waited. Dinner was done quickly and we didn't have a long wait. It wasn't ridiculously priced for a family of 4 to dine in. Very clean, service was friendly and the atmosphere was bright and colorful too. My steak for my burritos was seasoned well and tasted good. My plate had a huge chunk out of it (don't worry it wasn't in my food). I was never offered any dressing for my salad which was more like a pile of pizza toppings with a few shreds of lettuce under it but overall dinner was pleasant. I would dine there again. I look forward to trying other items they had on the menu.

Changed owners they immediately changed the recipes. Wouldn't bother with eating here anymore taste is horrible now. Servers are great and i feel bad that the new owners are ruining a good thing was my favorite Mexican place to eat not anymore.

Twice we have ordered a taco salad and have gotten little to no lettuce, some chicken, and mostly beans. The whole bottom is full of beans. Seems like they try to cut cost by adding so much. The beans are also a weird consistency. Like watered down.

I recently dined at Viva Mexico and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered the Arros Con Pollo, but it arrived overcooked and extremely watery, rendering the dish inedible. The chips were also a letdown—stale and greasy, making them unenjoyable as well. To add to the frustration, the restaurant did not offer any refunds or compensation, leaving us to find dinner elsewhere. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of time and money. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for other diners.

I wish I could give zero stars. We ordered a plain cheese quesadilla for our son, and when we picked it up, this is what it looked like. Had terrible customer service from the manager that I spoke with. He had little remorse and an “I could careless” attitude about the situation .
