Google has asked me to tell you why I loved this place. But I'm not ready to discuss this...this personal topic. Love is not something to be spoken of lightly. If I'm being honest, I didn't even realize it was love until I sat down to write this review. Anyways, if you're reading this, it means I'm already gone. Just promise me you'll remember the good times. Don't think of me as the one who got lost. Don't think of the times when I was at my worst...at my lowest points, the final days. When you're missing me, just look up at the night sky and breath the damp air into your lungs. That's where I'll be...right there with you.

Very fast service in the drive thru. It had been a while since I'd been to Chick Fil A so I had to see the menu again after that staff took it down as they have about one in each lane taking orders and payment before the pickup which is very fast.

Fantastic Food made quickly and served with a kind smile. No other fast food chain has employees that are as consistently positive and polite while serving me.

Such nice and friendly staff here. I don't come here too often but when I do the service is always nice and the food is always good. Parking can be a little tough sometimes, but it's expected.

Sandwiches came out almost immediately after ordering, fast working staff and very kind staff members working at this establishment. They usually are busy but they still do a wonderful job keeping the drive thru and dine in moving.

I love this place a lot! The rewards are great and they periodically offer free full sized food items in the app! The employees are extremely gracious and the place is always spotless. The food is always good too, of course. Also, try the Icedream dessert, you'll be blown away ;)

Extremely reliable quality and affordable to get. If you haven't signed up for their reward program, you should because it's definitely worth it if you're already going to eat there from time to time anyway. Their breakfast is actually my favorite thing on their menu, the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and some hash browns is probably lesser known because they are known for their chicken, but you should try it if you haven't yet.

Very nice Chick-fil-A, located in the campus of UCI, Irvine, CA. The time I went there it wasn't very busy, the cashier provided an excellent service, my daughters order Chicken Nuggets meal, I like there Deluxe Spicy Sandwich, it's hot enough to give tingle my tongue but not crazy Spicy, I would highly recommend this to everyone who like little spice in there food.

I am a close to daily customer here. It is very consistent and very good. They have always satisfactorily addressed any of my rare issues to I have had with my food. Clean inside and out though the high areas could use a dusting.

Every time I go to a Chick-fil-A restaurant I always feel welcomed. I enter and receive a greeting from their friendly staff, they treat me at their best. It is fast and easy process ordering and receiving. My food is always at its highest quality, never given as a mess. They have a variety of sauces to offer. I always get the classic chicken sandwich, I've never tried a better chicken sandwich from any other fast food restaurant before. I wish they had more locations, but for them I interpret as quality over quantity.

Ordered four individual meals, all being custom with two kids meals and they pulled out it off. Wasn't expecting that kind of service! Chick-fil-A just doesn't disappoint! Love it!!! This location rocks!!!

The workers here are friendly. The service is efficient. The restaurant is well-staffed. Even though this location, being next to UCI, is very busy, customers receive their food within a few minutes. The food is also good.

Great service. Amazing food. REAL chicken. Nice mellow music on the background. This place is the epitome of fast food. I go here more than anywhere else and don't ever regret it. Superb place to go eat. Only caveat is that it can get full because it's next to UCI but that isn't their fault. Love this place!

A week or so ago, my friends and I went to this Chick-fil-A while visiting California. I've never dined in a proper Chick-fil-A restaurant before, only having eaten at one in an airport cafeteria, and was incredibly impressed by the quality of service! Not only were the employees very friendly and attentive to making a good environment for the customer (ie. Making sure the table was fully clean before we sat down, wiping my drink when it spilled over slightly as they filled it, being polite, clearing trays when we were finished, etc.), but I was astonished by the speed of service! I had hardly finished paying and was just about to sit at our table to wait for my order when, lo and behold, an employee brought me my food! I was gobsmacked and pleasantly shocked! Never have I witnessed such speed of service! Then, shortly after, before my astonishment had even warn off, the same employee brought me a milkshake on-the-house! Apparently there was a "mix-up" in the back that resulted in a being made milkshake by mistake and they thought of me and my flabbergastered yet positive reaction! So there I sat amongst friends, happily eating my chicken tendies with a free, banger milkshake quite pleased by the food and quality of service I was experiencing. In short, to anyone who asks, I highly recommend eating at a Chick-fil-A and I fully intend to dine there again in the future! Thanks for the positive experience, guys! Keep up the great work!

We have been to this Chick Fil A a few times while visiting the Newport Beach area. There was no line in the drive thru around 5 PM and we ordered food for 6 people. The staff was quick, kind, and gave us plenty of chick fil a sauce for all of the meals. Very pleased!

Been to at least 10 locations everyone is always so nice and helpful The food is always made the same, the deluxe spicy deluxe I mean is always my best choice with a large cup of chicken soup.

I had the number 4 breakfast combo as a sausage & egg burrito along with a fruit cup and it was absolutely delicious!!! Additionally, the service was excellent and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere as well. I have no complaints about my time there and I'll definitely have to go again!!

I visit this location frequently. They are quick and friendly. Make sure you don't forget to scan your QR for rewards points. Their kale salad is great with their grilled chicken sandwich. Their Cobb salad didn't sit well with my stomach...Maybe it was the bacon. Other than that. Great staff.

It's a good place to eat, especially after a long day at school. The food is good and service is too! Last couple of times it's been a little messy but other than that it's a pretty good Chick-fil-A!

Never been disappointed with this location and this is usually my favorite to go to! Especially recently stuff members went above and beyond - making sure baby high chair is clean, has a baby toy on it. Offered free extra milkshake they had and the best was Jen, who was so sweet to talk to my baby, after discovering she loves strawberries, she went and brought her some!

Been to very many Chick-fil-As mostly in Orange County. The thing that makes this one stand out is the way they cook their grilled chicken nuggets, where they aren't all burnt like some other locations, and the order has always been right on the money (sauces/utensils included). The drive-thru line is usually very quick and pick up counter works ok. The atmosphere is all the same so I gave it an average score, but this is only average compared to other ones not compared to other restaurants. Overall, I would have to say this is the best Chick-fil-A I've been to.

The service here is very good. You can order on the mobile app in advance, and they will deliver the order to where you are sitting. I like the deluxe or spicy deluxe meal. The honey mustard sauce here is delicious and goes great with the potato grids and chicken strips. It's a perfect place for a lunch break and is close to the school. Other than that, you can use the app to order food to get points, and they give users a gift as a thank-you on birthdays and some holidays.

Love it for its fast and good

Great staff and clean establishment. The only problem is its extremely crowded due to its proximity to the college. If you want lunch from here come before 11:45am or after 1:00pm during the week otherwise its too crowded to eat. If you drive be careful. The drive through line runs through one of the parking lanes and can block in your car.

Great food, as always. Service was fast and friendly. Mainly UCI students working and patronizing this location so it's quite busy during lunch, parking is horrible.

I don't think it lives up to the hype, but the food is pretty good. The nuggets are super small so make sure to order more than you think you want. Chick-fil-A is usually next to in-n-out and I'd pick in-n-out everytime.

I have been in many of their establishments but this one is the best one. Great friendly staff, quick drive thru service no matter how long their line gets the food is hot when it's handed to you. It's always crowded, hard to find parking so drive thru is truly a time saver.

I like this location because I always see the manager running around and working hard, just like the staff. Shows what a great team they have. No matter how long the lines are, food is pushed out on a timely manner and people don't have to wait too long for their food. They live up to the name "fast food", because they are pretty fast. One star is docked off because every once in a while, I won't get a receipt or points on my app.

This location gets very busy at lunch so be prepared to wait a bit for service. The employees are very friendly and try their best to move the drive thru along. The food is good but sometimes the chicken itself can be on the small side. Recently they made me pull over and wait a long time for my meal, they did give me 2 vouchers which was nice but after all the wait time the chicken in my sandwich was the smallest piece I ever had at a chick-fil-a which was disappointing. Touch and go but overall good service.

Fastest service I've ever gotten at a Chick-Fil-A. I came in with only a couple people ahead of me, and the worker took my order quickly and kindly. My food was ready within 5 minutes, although the nuggets were pretty small.

This place is near the University so it is fairly packed all the time, especially so during lunch hours. Employees do provide good service and the food is still delicious. I like to mix the ranch and buffalo sauces to dip my waffle fries and I like to add Polynesian sauce to my deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. If I order the regular deluxe then I'll add the Chick-fil-A sauce..

Well execute a Chick-fil-A fare, The person taking my order was particularly respectful and thoughtful. There is ample space here but it is a campus, so it's usually a bit crowded. Great place to meet up to socialize/connect.

I remember when this place was a Lee's sandwich back in the early 2000s. When they closed it down I was pretty sad but then I was happy to hear that it was opening up as a Chick Fil A. Their food here is consistently good and fresh. Their staff is very friendly and professional and I've never had a bad experience. The waffle fries are a must! Been back recently though and there's almost no seating to be found when it's really busy and sometimes the orders take longer to get than before. Not sure what is going on lol maybe it's just staffing issues

Chick-fil-A in Irvine is consistently clean, friendly, and efficient. The chicken sandwiches are always hot and crispy, and the waffle fries are a must. Staff is polite and service-oriented, which really stands out. The dining area is well-maintained and the mobile ordering option makes things super convenient. Only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is that it can get really busy during lunch hours, and parking can be a bit tight. Still, it’s one of the better fast food spots around, reliable and satisfying every time!

The service is usually decent and they are very fast. Normally you don’t wait more than 3-4 minutes to receive your food. It is a fast food so don’t expect so much. The chicken tender is the best and the fries is usually fresh and good.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning at 8:10 am. I was dinning in. I looked at over a dozen tables before I gave up and finally sat at the least dirty I could find. Literally, every table I tried to sit at was dirty. How is that possible this early in the morning? The chicken burrito was good as always.

The service is very slow and the employees looked way over their head. This is my first time experiencing a poor managed chick fil a. Drive through wait time is also very slow compared to the many chick filas I’ve been too.

The workers stare at me like I’m not supposed to be there. Like I get it? I go to CFA a little too often. I’m a picky eater and this is my comfort food when I’m out studying. I used to work at CFA for years so I fully understand you aren’t supposed to make guests feel uncomfortable for being regulars. It’s welcomed. Customer service is lacking big time here and it’s kinda sad to see CFA like this. The operator needs to be more involved.

We had breakfast there. The food was a bit dry, the environment didn’t feel very clean though it was early in the morning, and the staff were overall doing their job but i had warmer welcome and better services at other Chick-fil-A locations. Our family has been a big fan of this chain and tried a bunch in different cities we visited, and I’d say this one’s overall impression is below average.

This is the first time I have tried Chick-fil-A quite frankly, this particular store needs a lot of improvement. Right at the entrance of the door, there's drink spilled all over the place. As I stepped into the store, it's smelly as if someone peed there. May be the restrooms are closeby and from the smell I can pretty much guess the level of cleanliness in there. The food was OKish, no better than Jack In A Box and is more expensive than the Jacks. Overall, nah didn't like my visit at this store. Please improve cleanliness. You can have awesome food and awesome service but if the place is not clean, it's a bad experience.

Yesterday at 8:00 pm I asked them to get one of every sauce they have with my food. The guy said, “ we can't give you any sauce because all chick fil a's are facing sauce shortness.” He added, “we can't give you any sauce, because it's not necessary.” He was nice, but their behavior was so unprofessional and rude in my opinion. I think his behavior was so unjust and prejudiced because it seemed like he judged me. So I decided to not get the food and leave. I would suggest you if you want to get a better customer service experience, don't go to this location.

A lot of people like this place, but not me! To me it's just another franchise. 2 stars for keeping it clean, and for having reasonable prices, especially that it's in front of UCI.

Only reason it’s not a 1 star is because of the few positive experiences I’ve had here. Over the last month we have gotten our orders wrong at least 3 times. Several times it’s something very minor where we don’t notice until we get home. But other times it’s complete missed orders. We’ve called and they said they’d do something about it by sending us something in the mail but have yet to receive it months later. It’s really sad how every location can differ so drastically. This is just one of the bad ones I guess. (All coming from a past employee of 3 years from out of city).

Service was bad, and personnel was rude. A 2 year old kid climbed on one of the benches of the tables that people can’t sit (and really there was No one around us), and we got yelled at for touching the bench. ( by someone acting like a manager but being college age) Please, stop using Covid as excuse for bad customer service, you don’t have to be totally rude about everything

Chick-fil-A food barely manages to stay above disgusting, and that consistency is impressive, I suppose. Extremely friendly coworkers and a clean, aesthetic environment almost make you forget you're a pig being fed through a corporate machine, and you could have spent half the money on equally disgusting food at another fast food place. I almost thought to look up why their food only takes 30 seconds to be prepared but common sense told me I don't need to.

25% of the time you will get the wrong order. Check your bag, the food is fine, but these kids can't get an order right to save their lives. I have had to go back several times. Happened again tonight, gave us the Cobb Salad when we ordered the Market Salad.

This Irvine University CFA location seems to have the worst service and attitude. We placed a curbside pick up order on the app and it showed that the order was in process and would be delivered by CFA staff to our car. Waited and then saw the order disappear on our phone, but shows up in the history so we assume that the app shows that our order was completed. Went inside to ask about our orders and it's sitting on the pickup counter. Asked the female employee and she picks up the bags and says here's your order, but I said it was supposed to be curbside and how long have the bags been there/is the food cold? She didn't seem to care but said she'd have them re-make the order and took the bags to the back and returned within a couple of minutes and handed me two bags. Not sure if the sandwiches were really re-made, but just took the bags and wanted to get out of there with the employee's sour attitude that we inconvenienced her. We can't wait for our regular CFA location to re-open, as the service at the other location is so much friendlier and efficient from the employees and management. This Irvine University CFA s management and employees are indifferent and act like the customer's are bothersome.

Went at 630am. No line. Took 14 mins for a chicken egg biscuit meal. Watched about 6 cars get their food thru the drive thru that entered well after I ordered Manager was a bit irritated by me asking what my food status was.... Sorry, ~15mins for a single food item is ludicrous

The manager, Jen is unprofessional and rude to customers. When asked if I can have a tea, she told the cashiers to tell me no and then when I asked the manager why did you tell your cashier to say no she replied back because I said so

Arrived at 10:31 AM after already placing the order and they refused to give breakfast. Like seriously?? Either extend your hours to 11 or honor the orders that processed instead of turning people away! Very rude!

I came and wait for over 45 minute So I got $5 per hour because they didn’t care about customers.

Went there this afternoon with a friend for lunch and one of the staff dropped the food on the counter after we approached the counter and without saying thank you or acknowledging us. She was very rude and gave us a dirty look. She was hostile when I asked her why she didn’t acknowledge us. Spoke with manager Alissa M and she said she’s not her training manager and it’s OK to go to another location if we don’t like it here. Of course that’s unacceptable by any standard and it appears that she was protecting the first one that acted unprofessionally. What a pity and a disgrace on a holiday weekend. I recommend going to the Costa Mesa. We felt discriminated against and that the workers were acting as though they are a gang such that they were protecting one another as well as poisoning the well.

Uses harmful ingredients in almost all foods. Cooks in sunflower oil and the “chicken” has more than just chicken in it. Hopefully corporate stops using harmful ingredients such as canola and sunflower oil.

cut us off at breakfast at 1031. we were in line for 10 minutes but of course got there 1 minute because the kid at the register didn't know what he was doing. how about letting all the people that were already in line for breakfast get breakfast then cut it off? horrible management.

This is the worst chick fil a. They don’t know how to run their systems and will waste 30 min of your time just to end up telling you that you need to go back outside and get into your car and go to their drive through window to get your food you already paid for, when your standing right in front of them in the restaurant. Why do I have to go outside for you to give me my food?? Oh and of course they forget all the sauce. I will never go to this location again.

This was the worst experience I had with a chick fil a. I used the mobile app to order my lunch for curbside pickup, I waited for 30 minutes in the truck and then I went inside and asked to speak with a manager, I was telling her how I had been waiting for 30 minutes for curbside pickup and She started crying telling me how overwhelmed she was and there was only 2 people making the orders. It was overwhelming for me as a customer, I did not yell at her I was very calm when I was telling her, all I wanted was my order. After she cried she walked away and nothing was accomplished I still waited another 39 minutes for my order at this point I just wanted my money back but I didn't want to go through anyone else crying. So I finally got my food I was late getting back to work and didn't enjoy my lunch because I had to eat on my next break. Won't be going back there ever again. It was too much and an overwhelming experience. If you can't handle a fast paced job that deals with thousands of people a day you should not be a manager. For me being a customer and having to experience a manager crying was mentally exhausting. Please send that young lady some help.

I tried to get a soda refill. Which is pretty simple, but the front counter person was swamped. The lady "manager" just kept walking by me and never asked what I needed. Very poor customer service. I'm used to chik fil a having better service than this. Very disappointed in this location.

Food from quality and quantity is not as good as Costa Mesa branch. But the most important part was the worst service for it the poorest I've had in a very long time. I am not coming here again.

Sandwich looked disgusting and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour, took 20 minutes to clear the drive through where their split window system had three cars that got in line after me go in front of me because the order taker “needed a minute” and then I had to wait in front of the store for an additional 12 minutes for them to bring me my lukewarm order. Terrible service and bad food, completely abnormal for a chick fil a.

Unfortunately beware of billing problems here. Used the app to order, picked up food, got notice of appropriate credit charge, all was good. Then credit card statement came later and the charge from Chick-fil-a was changed to show something that was almost double what we ordered - so someone either locally or at corporate is engaging in some post-sale shenanigans to our credit card. We have an email receipt showing the correct order amount, the app still shows the correct order amount, but Chick-fil-a refuses to refund the overage. UTC location says talk to corporate, corporate says to resolve locally. Disappointed our local CFA didn't provide any help (still being overcharged). So avoid this location (or pay with cash!) as apparently keeping receipts, even within their own app, is meaningless to them.

Went through the drive through and ordered just 2 meals and they told me to park on the side and wait for my food (very rudely). Then it took them 35 mhnutes I kid you not to bring me my food. Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to.

I ordered a Cookies Creamy Milkshake to go. I waited for my order. I didn’t want to distract the staff because they were busy. However, all the people who came after me received their orders before I did. Only after I went up and asked about my order did they prepare and bring it to me. It seems they had simply forgotten about it. It took 20 minutes to get just one milkshake. They offered me a coupon as compensation, but I didn’t take it because I don’t plan to come back to this place anymore.

What is the purpose of mobile ordering if the restaurant needs the customer to arrive to start preparing the order. I placed a mobile order at 10:22 a.m. I was in the parking lot outside the restaurant at 10:25 a.m and at 10:33 a.m I received a message stating that the order was cancelled. Don’t use mobile ordering service and the restaurant should fix this issue.

Do not come here on Monday nights. Many of the people working that shift are mean, judgmental, and straight up bully their customers. I previously frequented this location on Monday evenings, but had to stop going because the staff made it so uncomfortable. On a Monday night my partner and I came to this location near closing, ready to pick up our mobile order. Right after we got to the speaker and said the name for the order, we heard a loud burst of laughter from multiple employees. They spent a good minute laughing at us. When we picked up the order at the window, the employee helping us made very passive aggressive comments about how we are their most consistent customers. I submitted a complaint about the incident to management using the app, but they never even got back to me. This wasn't an isolated incident either. I would often hear the staff making judgement comments about other customers, like "What's the point of ordering a salad AND a milkshake?" Better to just avoid this location so you can enjoy your food in peace.

By far the worst location in Orange County when it comes to mobile order / third-party orders as this location does not prioritize the prepaid orders and rather focus on the drive-thru line and walk ins. There have been 3-5 occasions where I’ve made eye contact with multiple employees while waiting under the pick up window sign and no one can ask me if I’ve been helped or need something. This is a fast food service industry and no one has been trained on how to ask a customer if they’ve been helped, I instead have to wait 5-7 mins while multiple employees pass by me and make eye contact with out following up with anything or communicating to a team-member that someone is here at the pick up window. There need to be a better follow-up / check system for the prepaid orders because from my previous experience here, it seems more effective to wait in a walk-in line and tell them you’re here for a pickup rather than waiting under the pick up sign and have multiple employees ignore you. To the manager I spoke with today because of this same incident, I thank you for being professional and also for apologizing for the matter as well. With that said though, please review the footage of the 9 cameras you have in your store, identify the issues I’m trying to bring up in this review and please retrain your staff to be more attentive to prepaid / third-party services orders.
