Alex was absolutely amazing. He did not miss a beat. We have over 25 Women in our group and there was not one complaint no one turned their food back in. He got every order right he didn’t mix up any Reciepts like I can’t even think of all the great things but he accommodated along with the manager Francisco. They did an amazing job at a very last minute for us as a group event. I can’t say enough behind things about this restaurant. If you haven’t been, you must come and check it out and get the type of service Customer Service that we received.

I went to Gloria's for the first time on Saturday and it was wonderful. I had been walking in the heat for 30 minutes but as soon as I entered Gloria's, I was greeted with welcoming smiles and a glass of ice cold water. I had a frozen Margarita and it was the best I have had. I later discovered that it is officially rated the best frozen Margarita in DFW. A bowl of chips with three delicious dips was brought over instantly and I really enjoyed them. Irma was the bar tender and was wonderful, extremely friendly, and attentive. I will definitely return frequently.

You can never go wrong with Gloria’s!! The servers and host are always friendly, food is fresh and hot, and the drinks do what they are suppose to do! We went for brunch and the food was amazing! We had the yuca Salvadoran which was amazing. The Tamales were undercooked. The rest of the items lived up to the Gloria’s reputation. Our server was great and food was served in an orderly and timely fashion. Jesse would even come and tell us about how much longer in minutes before the food will be served. The tables were neatly laid out and the ambience was pretty good.

Gloria’s is a great place for very good Mexican cuisine. The atmosphere was very good and the food and drinks were great as well. We went without a reservation and managed to get a table with a short wait. The choice of food was amazing and the taste were authentic. The cevice appetizer was a great one and the portion sizes are quite big and sufficient.

My friend and I decided to dine at Gloria's for old time's sake. In the past, when I visited the DFW more often, Gloria's was a mainstay at all locations around town. So, when we pulled up to this location, nostalgia set in for the hospitality, food, and famous margaritas. Our experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the enchiladas suizas and a couple of mango margaritas while catching up with my friend. It was a perfect evening!

My family and I have visited this location a couple of times. The food is pretty good and the service is okay. One time we went with a party of 10 and the server was already over worked when they sat us in their section. Drinks were empty for 20 minutes at a time, and food took over an hour to come out. The other time, it was great. In the end, it comes down to the food tasting good, and the atmosphere being enjoyable. I love the bean dip and the salsa, chips are tasty and the enchiladas are great!

I had a very disappointing experience at Gloria’s Restaurant in Las Colinas. The service was extremely poor, largely because our waiter had far too many tables and clearly couldn’t keep up. Our food arrived incorrect, and one person in our group never even received their meal. This was especially frustrating because we were there celebrating a birthday. When we tried to resolve the situation with the manager, Juan Pablo Vega, the experience became even more chaotic. Instead of helping, he blamed us! Overall, the service was terrible and the situation was handled very unprofessionally. I would not recommend this place.
