First time at this Pollo Regio and honestly, it hit the spot. The chicken was on point—juicy, flavorful, and just how I like it. But what really made the visit special was the service. The ladies at the counter were super kind, welcoming, and had the kind of smiles that brighten your day. You can tell when someone enjoys their job, and they definitely made me feel at home. I’ll definitely be back… for the chicken, of course 😏… but also for that amazing service that makes you want to come back. Thanks for the great vibe!

This is my go to spot for nachos! I buy queso and chips and usually a couple side dishes when not in mood to cook also a favorite is the taco platter. Love their sauces and everyone working at night is amazing and friendly. Edit unfortunately changes date. This was from 2 weeks prior. Remember I said how the evening crew was friendly and amazing.. .well today we gave the day crew another visit. If I had experienced for the first time this restaurant while day crew working, I would have never returned. Honestly they could use a lesson from night crew on customer service!!!

They made sure our glasses were never empty and were quick to accommodate any special requests. Their warm and welcoming demeanor added to the overall positive experience. **Price:** The prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. I’ve been a loyal fan of Pollo Regio for years, and they never disappoint! Their rotisserie chicken is incredibly flavorful and always cooked to perfection. I can’t get enough of the frijoles charros and arroz, and the salsa verde adds the perfect kick. The staff here is always super friendly and fast, making every visit enjoyable. If you’re looking for something new and delicious, Pollo Regio is a must try.

I got another I don’t give a fly order. Asked specifically no pico de gallo, not overdone flautas, I got the opposite. Smelled like sewage and sitting area had leftover food, floors dirty. 👀 UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me and made things right. Thank you for listening to our concerns as consumers.

Don’t order online. The store may not have what you ordered. I paid extra for things I didn’t get. Food is decent but not better than an gas station taco

Came to this location and left disappointed. Won't go to this one again. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and 2 of the slices had NO chicken in it at all. The others it was sparse and poor quality, like I got the scraps or something.

I ordered through the app and waited 15 minutes in line, only to be told I’d need to wait another 30 minutes for my food. I asked for a refund, but they said they were calling other locations to see if they could bring over chickens instead. That sounds like a health code violation — cooked food shouldn’t be shuttled around like that. Since a refund seemed complicated, I decided to wait and asked if I could at least get a drink. Instead of a simple “yes,” the employee handed me a cup and then loudly asked if it was “for water.” If I’be already paid and being forced to wait an extra 30 minutes for food I already ordered, a $2 drink shouldn’t be too much to ask. When I pushed for a refund, they told me to do it in the app—even though I showed them it wouldn’t let me. The employee walked off without explanation, and I waited even longer before someone finally returned with a receipt for my refund. By then, another 30 minutes had passed and food still wasn’t ready so I wasted all this time for nothing but bad service. Save yourself the frustration — stick to other locations. This one is by far the worst.

Do not go to this place! There is a thief there taking debit card information and attempting to transfer money from them. I got an alert from my bank asking if I authorized personal transfer of my money to a Spanish transfer account. Later that day, a transaction was made to a cell phone company, which I don't even have. I had the transactions stopped and had to have my card replaced. I called Pollo Regio to inform the Manager of what was going on and they hung up on me. I didn't even tell them the complete incident of what happened. Be very careful if using a card there. They're crooks! I will never go there again! In fact, I recommend that no one should go there until at least they get rid of the crook(s) that are working there.
