Toilet in women's restroom didn't flush, toilet seat broken. No out-of-order signs. Staff didn't seem to care when informed. Not the friendliest of staff. Would not return. Chose not to eat there, since nothing seemed to work.

Had a 15 minute wait that turned into over 20 minutes to get food that seemed to be prepared before I even got there. Soggy, chewy taco shells, cold tortillas. Horrible.

That was supposed to be a beefy 5 layer burrito and i paid for extra beef and nacho cheese. It had very little beef if any at all. You would think with beefy in the name you would have some beef.

I just ordered 3 dorito supreme tacos and they gave me the tacos dorito regular, I called so they can resolve the issue and I got no answer. Very disappointed

I walked in and wasn’t greeted or helped at all. Had another older lady and her husband show up to order food. They stood at the counter for 5 minutes with nobody helping them. Another guy walks in and gets the same treatment and just chooses to leave. Afterwards another guy comes in and looks at the menu, looks down back to see if there are people working and then I recommended he use the kiosk because the staff hadn’t helped anybody. The old lady ends up trying to use the kiosk and runs into issues. So after her being in the Taco Bell for over 10 minutes I ended up helping her with the kiosk and one other girl after her. During the time I helped these people out one employee was nowhere to be seen, one was on his phone texting, and the other was doing some light sweeping, but not a single customer was helped the entire time I was here. Would not recommend, all 3 staff should be fired, and if the owner thinks this is an acceptable way to run an establishment then this Taco Bell should go out of business.

This is one of the worst Taco bells I've ever been to, something's always wrong. They always have an excuse. Horrible service and the food sucks

Went through the drive through and they claimed they only had eight cents in the registers. They could’ve asked to if we could pay via a credit/debit card, but they didn’t.

What a bad experience. Stopped in after being on the road for 6 hours. Placed a mobile app, thankfully because they were only taking cash because credit machines were not working. Pulled to the window, I was informed they did not have fries, thats okay, then they do not have black beans. It is a problem because my mom is vegan and has other dietary issues. So we decided to just not get the food. They still haven't canceled the order on their end so I can't proceed with a refund the told me to get through the app. The manager was very rude, then to top it off the drinks we did receive seriously taste like chemicals No exaggeration bleach or somthing I spit it out immediately my lips are burning.

Just left this horrible establishment there was no one in the store Norton drive-through and I literally had to wait 10 to 12 minutes just for a box and she still got my order wrong. This is ridiculous. Customer service sucks. I tried to get her attention to correct the order she would not come back to the window or approach me at the cash register Once walked in, never will attend this establishment ever again might need more employees I’m not sure

I had to spend 5 minutes just ordering on a kiosk because they don't have anyone to take my order. Then the kiosk shows "fresco style" using pico de gallo but they handed me tacos with only plain tomatoes and lettuce. Then she argued with me about. Researching, I found out Taco Bell quit using pico de gallo in 2020 despite raising the prices by about 80% and removing the cashier here.

Blond woman with blue glasses was very rude just taking our order. (Christina was cashier on our reciept) You could here her smack her lips as we had questions & modifications. Food came out accurate and hot. She did apologize for the wait & told us thank you & have a good day.
