I love Whataburger and they always get my order right. I always get the double meat Whataburger meal with no cheese, mayo and ketchup, grilled onions, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and bacon with my buns toasted with a sweet tea and fresh french fries.. Sometimes I get onions rings. My teenager gets a Whataburger Junior plain!! The food be hot and fresh.

The young man that took my order at the drive thru needs a raise. Keep this guy around. Too many drive thru employees are rude and inconsiderate. It was nice to have someone ask all the correct questions while speaking clearly and politely.

This whataburger used to be so slow however, service has always been good. They have good ppl working now they have a manager (Christy) I think is her name that I hadn't seen before and she has made it so much faster. Daniel at the front is so nice, polite and helpful but again Everyone here is super nice but now they are a lot faster. Love it.

Took my granddaughters there this morning 6/18 around 9am the one by Atwoods in Hachie. It was very clean. Cashier was friendly. But mainly wanted to post because the cook made their pancake the shape of mickey mouse, they loved it! Thank you!

The food was excellent, but the best part of this visit was TERINA!!! She really made my day!! I had a sad morning in divorce court, and stopped for breakfast afterwards. This woman Terina, who works here, was so kind and warm. She went out of her way to make sure my mother and I had what we needed. Most importantly she made me feel like i mattered, on a day i doubted it.

Great experience at this local Whataburger. From the person taking my order to Terina (Whataburger associate) going around checking on every customer if anything else was needed. Great customer service. We had 8 big orders and all of it came out fresh and good taste.

A traditional Whataburger. You dont need any thing more than that. Donnell had our orders, really nice guy. 👍 😁 The burgers were nicely put together. A differential compared to other fast-food locations, which always seem to be put together in a hurry. Good ingredients. Nice options for beverages.

Upped update. Much better this time. Free double with medium fry and drink purchase was a very good Whataburger burger. Bit of a downside was the amount of fries for a medium order of fries. Previous review: Used app to order dine-in. Mistake. If you use the app, triple check the order. No table assignment like Chick-fil-a, so you wait standing for your order. Better to just order in the restaurant and get a number, sit down, and let them bring it to your table. As far as this Whataburger location, slow and disorganized kitchen makes for a cold burger waiting for frys to get done. Maybe next time will be better.

I absolutely love this Whataburger location. They never make me wait, and the staff always greets me with friendly, kind faces. The service is consistently great, and they really make you feel welcomed every time you come in. I honestly prefer coming to this location over any other it’s my go to Whataburger because I know I’ll always get fast service and good vibes.

Good location. Seems well run. Food was on point. Tried the new spicy chicken 🐔 sandwich. Not bad, but I think I will stick with the 'other guys' spicy sandwich. Burgers here are always good, fresh and made to order.

Went through the drive through and got #2 meal and while there was nothing wrong with the fries, I am not a fan of those super thin cuts. But the burger was really, really good. This was my first time trying Whataburger and I will definitely eat there again.

We were in the area for an event so we stopped to grab food. We went through the drive through to order food and immediately were told they didn't have ice for the drinks but the drinks were still coming out cold. That was fine. We still ordered drinks and they were cold. The drive through was not fast at all. Even after we paid we still waited several more mins to actually get our food. The food was hot and pretty good. Def recommend doing a mobile order and picking it up here rather than going to the drive through.

Restaurant was very clean and food was good. Unlike other Whataburgers, had to go wait in line and ask for condiments and napkins. Stood in front of 3 employees talking to each other and finally had to interrupt just to get napkins.

A favorite of our family anytime we're in the area. The burgers,fries, strips , and shakes were excellent. We ordered a big online order for pickup . We were missing one person's food when we checked the order before leaving. It was cheerfully provided. Check your orders people.

Although there were a ton of dead cricket's and a few alive in bathroom (I realized there is a problem in the area)...the food was good service was excellent. I did get dripped on several times from ceiling from condensation. It was just water so wiped off.

Staff was decent. Not the best but not the worst. Lots of crickets inside but it's a bit understandable since there's a cricket invasion. Food was great and delicious and my friends enjoyed their meal as well. In all honesty, all that could really improve is the staff. They seemed like they were just ready to leave. Overall, a pretty good restaurant.

The wait was too long in the drive through. When I finally got to the window the young man said they were short-handed very polite and apologized for the wait time. I did understand but was in a hurry. And when I got my breakfast sandwich the eggs were super salty. I did go to where I needed to go then I went back to inform the manager about the wait and the salty sandwich. He was very pleasantly concerned and apologized for the inconvenience. I've eaten there before so not sure what happened today. But I will go back because they do have good customer service and they were concerned about making things right. Thank you manager !!!

Visited in the drive thru. The line moved quickly. My custom order was prepared hot and per request. Associate was courteous and professional. My food was good. I've always received better than average service at this location.

I took my grandson through the drive through to order a burger combo with onion rings. We drove through to the second window to pick up our order, and we sat to check our order before driving off, and they put fries in the order instead of onion rings. I blowed my horn to let the girl at the window know. She looked at me and said it says fries on the receipt. I looked at her and told her, but we ordered onion rings. She said it again that the receipt said fries, and I said, but we specifically asked for onion rings. So ginally she said I have to talk to my manager and closed the window. So we waited for about 5 minutes or longer, and she brought back a bag with an order of onion rings and apologized for the mistake. I will prefer to drive over to location across the Farley Street Bridge over the interstate to the Broadhead Road location from now on. I went there a week prior for my grandson, and everything was good and the customer service was awesome!

Usually everything is good at this location the food the customer service etc but tonight we went we ordered a breakfast platter with extra sausage bacon and pancakes they forgot the sausage and the pancakes on the platter just got a plate with a biscuit and eggs after waiting in line for an hour with 3 people in line looks like this location going downhill from now on will be going to another location

Poor Service, as always. Employees don't greet customers nor ask to take orders. Women employees are the worst. Too busy with their phones. It's very rude and annoying!! This is a management problem.

Ordered in drive thru! Lady in front of me could not seem to get her orders ordered correctly and it took for ever. When she finally finished and ordered mine, I set in line behind her at the window close to 10-15 minutes. They finally brought my order out the side door. Two other cars behind me left without getting their order. When i drove off the lady in front of me was still there. She was talking to people, gave one of the employees a piece of candy and waved several times to people inside the building. Very unprofessional. I don't normally complain but will never do drive thru again. We love Whataburger but this was not a good experience and you lost at least two orders while i was still there!

Me and my mom came through the drive through this morning. My mom ordered 2 sausage patties, an egg round ,a piece of cheese and a drink for herself( She's gluten free hence the order). And a sausage egg and cheese on a jalapeno cheddar biscuit combo for me. We get to the window , pay for everything and get our drinks. We proceed to sit there for 10 minutes being completely ignored. not being told that our food would take a minute, not being told that we need to pull around to the front where the curbside parking is, not being told anything. Another minute passes and my mom has to honk to get somebody's attention to let them know that we have been sitting there for nearly 15 minutes by this point. the girl that opened the window was very rude. Said "what" when she opened the window. And then tried to tell my mom and I (we've both worked numerous food service jobs) that they don't start making the food until the order pops up on their screen. While that is correct, we had already paid for our food and drinks. Meaning they should have had it ready I'm under 15 minutes. That or they should have told us they were making it with more fresh ingredients and had us pull around to the front.

Went through o the drive thru ordered a junior Wateraburger extra pickles add bacon. I got neither, waited in line forever and the order was cold. This is the second bad experience establishment. I would not recommend this particular restaurant.

Not impressed. This is the fourth time we have ordered our family meal for and it is EVERY time the burgers are dry, the fries taste old and the MOST upsetting is there is always something missing! This is the 3rd time that I was picking up my online order and they left out a burger. Plus I received my food 6 mins after the due time. The whole purpose of an online order is to stay in the car but as I had to check and see 1 of the burgers missing I had to get down and wait longer for them to get my burger. After getting home I noticed in the chicken strip box my Gravy was missing. One of the crucial reasons for the chicken strip meal. Y'all guys need to get it together. Everytime I go to the other whataburger by Butcher road they always get it right! Also on the paty melt the onions need to be cooked longer on the grill. So I went back a 4th time and sat waiting for my online order to be brought to me and again they forgot about my order. I had to get down and go inside to the counter and they said they forgot. So I had to wait even longer.

We were THE ONLY people inside the restaurant. And yet we waited nearly 20 minutes for an order that was wrong when we finally got it. Our kids meal wasn't there. Had to wait some more. Finally, an employee was leaving. He looked at us, then turned around to get our order corrected. He was the only employee concerned with how good the service was.

Never fails almost every time,something on my order is wrong or takes past time stated for curbside. When I order curbside I'm in a hurry. That's why I do it. So I can grab and go. Not go in and get it correct or get it a half hour past quoted ready time. Service has to get fixed.

Stopped in after peak lunch, a group of 3 people ahead of me. Waited for 5+ minutes to order. There was no one at the counter and when a lady did ask if I'd been helped yet they still didn't hurry to get there. Placed my order for a standard meal with no custom changes. Waited again for 18 minutes to get my food. Fries that were served to me were the same ones that were in the warmer when I arrived. General cleanliness was also a bit lacking. Will not visit this location again.

Food was good. My complaint though is I ordered through the app. Pulled up to the window, they said they’re getting and asked if we’re using the app. “Yes I ordered with the app already!” “Okay, what can I get you?” “Uhm, I already ordered I’m jus picking it up” “What else can I get you?” “I paid on the app, I’m just picking up” “And what can I get you today?” “My name is ———“ “And what can I get you?” This is a legit conversation I had. Why all this back and forth happened? Probably a teenager that was not paying attention at all and didn’t care. Crazy how I have to say the same thing over and over and over again just to get absolutely nowhere

Ordered specialty burger. Sweet and spicy bacon cheddar burger. Sub the bun for a tortilla. Apparently was an issue I did that. Even though of all the years I have eaten at whataburger and also use to work there!!!!. Having to sub a bun with a tortilla was never a problem. Just put it to the side. Which they did but. Had to give them that option. To make matters worse all the ingredients was not present. Like my bacon that is included in the cost. So I paid for something I did not even get. I'll be going to my usual location. This one is not worth going. Only reason why I'm not asking for my money back. Is because I believe even that would be an issue.

This morning, I stopped by Whataburgerfor a quick breakfast on the go. I’ve had solid experiences with them in the past, so I figured the new Breakfast Bowl would be a safe (and satisfying) choice. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case today. By the time I made it to my destination and got ready to dig in, I was seriously disappointed. The biscuit was dry—like sit-on-your-counter-overnight dry. The hash browns were burnt and tasted like they’d been reheated from the day before. Honestly, the whole thing felt like leftovers that had been thrown together without a second thought. I usually don’t have bad experiences at Whataburger which is why this one stood out so much. It just wasn’t up to their usual standards. I would’ve been more satisfied pouring myself a bowl of cereal at home. Come on, Whataburger. Y’all can do better than this.

I tried calling multiple times no answer...Order our meals $43.49 worth off food. Received food they left us waiting At the window not to ask if we needed anything else. I had to honk repeatedly to get our drinks. Get home all the fries are brown like the cooking oil hasn’t been actually dumped out an added fresh oil. Then to top it off I only order one apple pie to have it crammed in the apple pie box all smashed. definitely not coming back to this location.

They said they are out of chicken, and biscuits. So i ordered an avocado bacon burger. They then proceed to tell me that they are out of Texas toast and fries. Then they said they could give me apples slices in place of fries (lesser value) or charge extra for onion rings. I asked for the manager, who came out with an attitude, spoke with him about my options for the sides. He did not offer to substitute onion rings for fries until i requested the order be cancelled. IF YOU ARE OUT OF THAT MANY OPTIONS, CLOSE YOURS STORE, PICKUP FROM A NEARBY STORE OR BE PREPARED TO OFFER SUBSTITUTIONS WITHOUT UPCHARGING. I GOT HOME THEY DID NOT ADD THE ONION RINGS OR EVEN THE APPLES SLICES NOTHING BUT THE BURGER. Terrible customer service. The people are not at fault for a stores short comings. If this was the first time something has happened with this location, i wouldn't have posed. BUT i've had missing fries sauces and even a burger once. GET A BETTER MANAGER!

Most Disgusting Whataburger ever been I love whataburger but this one right here is a no no, I can In around 8:00 pm the crew was very rude, my patties were uncooked and the place smells and trash everywhere. If you eat specially burgers this is not the place for you. Management please do something about the crew they need another job.

Worst whataburger I’ve ever been to and that’s saying a lot. Pulled up to a line that wasn’t terribly long. I’ve seen longer. Had I known that line would average 8 min a car, no lie, I wouldn’t have stayed in it.) 48 minutes later I have my food. Thank GOODNESS i checked for ketchup bc after asking them 2 times already it still wasn’t in the bag. On down the road, family discovered a burger I didn’t order, sorry to the person who actually ordered that meal…and finally…take a drink out of the large diet Dr Pepper, the only thing I ordered for myself mind you….only to find out it’s coke! I don’t know how you could possibly screw up whataburger more than this store has. Geeze. My daughter is in gymnastics in Waxahachie twice a week…guess I’ll cross this store off of our rotation bc this isn’t the first experience like this…I was patient and forgiving the first 10 times. Now I just feel insane for expecting a different outcome.

They literally will ask you for extra money!!!!! BEWARE Why does the guy who works overnight thinks that it is okay to ask for a tip when coming through the drive through,? Never in my life has anyone ever asked for extra money in a drive their and, it is not formal to tip drive through employees. First time it happened like 6 weeks ago he caught me off guard and I gave him my change for a tip!(it was like 5 dollars and some coin) told my self I would call and complain, kind of forgot. I have went twice this week and he did it a few nights ago and then just a few minutes ago. Is this a what a burger policy i am unaware of because again I feel very uncomfortable being asked that question. If this is a standard practice(I've never encountered before my 6 years coming to various What-A-Burger restaurants) then I would probably avoid going there in the future. Every single time my order is messed up I have to wait for half of it to be remade so I can go and enjoy the other half cold

I walk in and try to purchase 2 Bob's and 2 Taquiatos and informed they were out of Eggs. So 2 biscuits and Gravy. The order comes, 45 minutes later. I get home with the order and my Bob's came with egg on them after asking for sausage and cheese. I thought they were out of eggs. Ridiculous...

Went through the drive thru, waited for about 15 to 20 minutes for my food. When ordering i asked for no tomatoes and guess what the girl that took my order put no lettuce so here I am 10 mins away from the restaurant with no lettuce but I got tomatoes ughh. Well before I was handed my food the lady at the handout window tried to hand me a flimsy drink carrier because they were out of bags again wth. The lady at the handout wind then proceeds to Habs me the wrong order. The girl that took the order never repeated the order and at the handout window she didn't ask my name. I managed a whataburger in Mesquite so yes I believe poor training poor management and I haye to say this this store does not seem like a corporate store. Will not return a waste of my money

I would give a negative point score if they had it. Prices are ridiculous and the wait time in drive through is unacceptable. This is supposed to convenient, it is now better and cheaper to sit down at a restaurant. I will no longer throw my money away at fast-food establishments, especially whataburger.

Worst Whataburger experience ever. Accidentally ordered breakfast on the app at this location. Came to pick up my order and after 20 minutes the order still wasn’t ready. After showing my order confirmation, they located my food. The food was not fresh at all, fries tasted like they were made last night. Will never order from this location again.

This is the worst Whataburger. The burgers are very salty, fries are super cold and old . I couldn’t even enjoy my $18 meal this has been our 3rd attempt. Never again will I go to this location. I would rather travel further out than coming going to this location.

Too many kids working that don't know a thing. Waited at the counter while everyone looked at me until finally I got " I guess I gotta get the counter." Service slow. I seen one gentleman finish his drink before he even got his meal.Everyone asking questions on what to do now. RETRAIN these kids !! Had to listen to a young man ask over and over if it was okay to drop regular chicken in the same grease that he had dropped spicy chicken in. One young lady cut the line just to take her own order and then demand the boy to drop her fresh fries. Just too many kids. No real training.

Update December 2023. My sweet tea tasted like water! My fries were cold, cold and were cooked in old oil. Furious!!! We’ve been in line for 30 mins. They always take forever and my soda always tastes watered down. Horrible service.

We sat behind a car at the drivethru window for 10 minutes. Why didn't they park the car so the rest of us could get our terribly prepared food and leave? This is the 2nd Whataburger I have been to. I am done. Terrible food and even worse service.

Ordered curbside, then found out they were out of the shake we ordered. They tell us we can't get a refund, we ask for another burger instead. They drop off our drink and don't mention the burger. We wait over 15 minutes, then flag someone down. 2 employees come and inform us they can't get us a refund. We ask for a manager. We have been waiting 10 minutes for manager to speak to us. We have been here for 30 minutes waiting. We still have a 3 hour drive home. Lousy service

lost my airpods here and left without them. after realizing that, i came back an hour later asking if someone had seen my airpods, no one did except for one employee who was in the back who decided to put them behind in the back under a dumpster so “no one takes it” pretty sure this dude tried to steal my airpods💀. you guys need to fire this dude immediately or figure out what he was doing. check the cameras for july 29th, 2024 if you guys even have cameras. also ask the employees that were working that day around 3-6pm. again, july 29th 2024. please take action because that piled onto an already bad day i was having, i have no attitude to any worker there and just want this person to be confronted and fired if there was ill intent. because if he was planning on just saving it until someone claimed it why was he the only one who knew it was there?

Salad tasted like seaweed. Chicken for the salad looks like cat food. Forgot to give the spicy dressing. Hamburger was dryer than Texas heat. Fries had no salt. Dr Pepper was flat. Drive through was long. Just a waste of time and $20.

The location used to be fast and good, now it's none of the above. The price appears to have gone up and quality drastically declined. It is unfortunate that there is only one location. Edit: They roll out a new "order online for a chance to win!" And for 3 days the mobile order option is disabled by store. Amazing, can't pay out if nobody can order.

I went through the drive thru to order some food at 11:30 pm. The lady that was taking my order did not comprehend what I was asking for, she caught a attitude with me. I stayed calm because I new they were preparing my food. She gave me my and milk shake drink with a hole in it. And was laughing about it. My car have cream leather seats and she destroyed them with this Dr Pepper drink. I want contact the owner, this is not right I did nothing wrong to get this punishment.

I spend a lot of time on the go, so I eat out a lot, and fast food restaurants use to be such a major convenience, but apparently, those days are gone. It took almost thirty minutes to get a burger and large tea. And there were only a couple of other customers in the store. Employees are rude and slow, and the language barrier is REDICULOUS! Let's be honest, folks, when you run a business like that, profit is your only concern. It's sad when places like waffle house and Denny's and Applebee's get your food to you quicker and with a smile. Never again.

I usually love this place, but today, I waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes with me being the third car in line. Well maybe the food will be hot and fresh, right? NO! I got home 5 minutes later to very cold fries and two very cold burgers. So so disappointed!

This isn’t my first time having to drive back to fresh fries but I figured I’d leave a review with time. 11:30pm on a Monday and we were the only car in line. I don’t understand how they could serve us barely even warm fries. Do better!

Wife waited in drive through for an hour to get cold food and be upcharged for shakes after being told we can't get shakes so we had to tell them to give us a refund for the shake upcharge we left the drivethru without even getting our sodas because the service was so terrible

I’m so tired of spending 15-20 minutes in this drive! I finally get to the window and they don’t have my coffee. Then offsite the coffee is so strong it’s undrinkable. This is the 2nd time this month the coffee was that way. I go there frequently and know what there usual coffee tastes like.

DO NOT go through the drive thru at this location unless you are willing to wait 25+ minutes and be extremely disappointed when you get to the window. Waited 30 minutes tonight from the time I gave my order until I got to the window to pay. I checked my order before leaving and was missing gravy for 3 orders, 2 drinks, and a chocolate chip cookie treat. I was told they ran out of gravy, I had to ask for straws to go with the drinks they forgot to get, and never got the cookie. The chicken strips were very dry and the fries were cold. Several cars in front of me seemed to have similar experiences as many people were handing back orders and some even driving off. Unfortunately, this was our second horrible experience at this location and we won't be back.

I’ve never gone to a Whataburger where they serve dark fries like this. I could taste the oil that keeps getting reused. Lazy people. I also haven’t ate whataburger in about 2 years.. smh

Went thru the drive thru at 10:21am ordered a biscuit and a taquito. At 10:40 we moved one car space. We finally were able to drive around the cars in front and left without food. They need a lesson from CFA!

Stop to get some breakfast and it was the first time I went this location and the girl at the drive through was rude and acted like I was bothering them for showing up. She said it was going to be a 20 minute wait and asked if I wanted to wait that long like she was trying to drive business away and their was only 1 car infont of me. I said nevermind because I could tell the food was probably going to be shitty just from the way I was being talked to. If you dont want to work fast food and have a attitude like that choose a different job and dont give people attitude because you dont want to work.

Ashley who was taking orders for the drive thru was very rude and didn’t take my order correctly. When we got home and looked at the burgers there was a bottom end of the tomato on one of them and the fries were cold. The only positive thing about my experience was the gentleman at the window who was taking payments and handing out the food was very nice.

No stars deserved. The absulute slowest drive thru I've ever been to in my life!! Only stuck around because there was 5 cars behind me and curbs on both sides. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I come here occasionally at night and the service is legitimately the worst I have ever seen. Nothing but kids who dont care enough to acknowledge guests in the lobby and a manager I assume who just seems to press buttons when beckoned. I know the experience I am going to have when while taking my order the cashier uses his headset to ask if "no sauce" means "dry". As I am typing this ive been waiting 25 minutes for 1 burger in a restaurant that has 3 dine in customers and maybe a car or two in the drive through. Doordash driver just came in to complain about waiting 20 minutes as well. I cant speak for how this place is during the day but if it is any reflection of this experience then ill never choose to eat here again.
