The service is extraordinary. Very unusual for fast food and a pleasant surprise. I don't eat the food ( go for a friend) or spend time in the restaurant, but use the drive-through.

Not sure why their bean burritos taste better than anywhere else, but man they are awesome. They also sell the hot sauce by the bottle now. ❤️😍😍❤️

April 23 a little before 9 pm young man taking order at drive threw and a beautifully spirited lady at window! Im 49 and have been through alot of drive throughs in my time and they were absolutely amazing! God bless and give them two a promotion and a big fat raise because people like them are so hard to come by , it took me 49 years! Food is good and the service has always been polite. The only negative is the chili burger wasn't that special. But, I like everything else I've tried. Prices are pretty reasonable also.

We love Taco Casa! It is the one restaurant chain where the food quality, service is great and the bathroom is clean. One note on this location: the Bathroom is is not wherlchair accessible. There is a taller toilet and handrail if needed.

This place rocks! Amazing sushi and other seafood delights. But I ordered the hamburger steak and garlic butter mashed potatoes, and I've eaten at several restaurants around the US, and let me just say that if that wasn't the best hamburger steak ever, it's definitely sharing 1st place. I mean it was delicious. And huge. Kudos to the cooks and staff at Blue Water Cowboy. Not only the pride and joy of beautiful port aransas but the true taste of Texas that makes me proud to be a Texan. I definitely give this place two enthusiastic thumbs up 👍 👍

Taco Casa is not a fancy dining restaurant, but it focuses on simple Mexican dishes, made from quality ingredients, and high day-to-day consistency. They do pretty well at that, and prices are reasonable. One very small item: They sprinkle olive slices on several dishes, such as enchiladas. A few slices are very nice, but many preparers apparently think. "If a little is good, then a lot will be great." Not so, and too many olives has to affect costs negatively.

They’re always very nice. The food is almost always meets expectations. Sometimes they’re closed randomly now due to employee shortage. So if you need a job… They try do to whatever it takes to keep you happy and get you fed. Great taco lites, super burritos, super nachos, and they customize the burritos with black olives and extra cheese. Noice! 👍🏻

As sketchy as the restaurant looks, it’s always good. The employees are friendly, they always get our order correct.

The food is consistent, fast and better thn Taco Bell by far. What more can you ask from a fast food taco restaurant? The tacos are LOADED with cheese and tomatoes, it's why I come here haha, but I thought it was worth mentioning in case you've never been here. I also pick up the Super Nachos to-go because they store all ingredients separately for you so they all stay fresh. Super thoughtful for fast food.

Best drive thru Mexican food around. They put black olives on a lot of foods so make sure to order without if you don't like them. They just started selling guacamole also and it's pretty good stuff. This location is always fast and with good service.

Great place. I go there 2-3 times a week. Very friendly good food with good portions. I went to Taco Bell and didn't get served, then Taco Bueno and the burrito had a tea spoon of beans. Taco casa is great they even do complimentary drinks for kids.

Great establishment. They accommodated my son whom is autistic, they don't do quesadillas but made him something similar and he ate it and we asked if he wanted more and he said yes and ate both, the sweet worker have him one for no cost thank you so much for making my son/ family happy. This is the first time that I have ever eaten here and I absolutely loved it! My wife says that she always sees cars in a line and Ready to be waited on. And so we thought we would give it a try. The young man who waited on us was very courteous and very helpful and quickly gave us a senior discount on the drink since we saw that we were seniors. Without asking. The food was very plentiful. Very tasty and we definitely will be back!

This location and it's employees have been a huge PLUS place for Waxahachie. They are kind, not rude and rushing the order, even when they are swamped. The order from start to finish is fast. Everything is made correctly and in the bag. Plus you get a smile throughout all the experience.

Taco Casa is thebomb.com My family and I no longer live close to a taco casa so when we come it is a treat! My husband got his favorite 2 taco lites. I got my favorite the super nachos with everything. If you don't want your chips getting soggy, get everything to the side and don't forget the taco casa sauce!

Best Taco Casa within the DFW metroplex! The staff are attentive and anticipating your arrival, they double greet as you walk in, they double check your order and ask if you need anything else. Truly the best location. The store looks good, atmosphere is great, and the staff look genuinely happy and are beyond respectful! I give this location a perfect 5☆. Employees are super nice and caring. One employee was asking all the customers how they were doing as he walked around cleaning up. The food was delicious as always and prepared correctly and timely. You cannot make an old Taco Bell building do any better than what you receive here now. Highly recommend!

Taco Casa, service wise, remind me of Chick fil A. There's always an upbeat employee at the counter ready to take your order. The employee doesn't have to run back and forth between drive-thru window and front counter. Easy in and out access. It's a fast food restaurant. Excellent service. Everyone is well-versed in English. Food is awesome. Fresh vegetables and cheese. You get plenty of cheese. Filtered water is on tap. You can taste the difference. One of the few eatery where the food look like the picture on the menu. Prices are moderate. It's extremely sanitary. Whenever we have a taste for Mexican fast food, Taco Casa is where we stop.

Friendly Service! Wouldn't Call It Fast Though, Order Took A Little While. When The Food Arrived It Was Steaming Fresh So, No Complaints On Quality. Overall Good Experience It Just Took A Little While For The Food To Arrive.

Taco Casa is always alright when you have that craving. A little expensive for what you get, in my opinion, but most of the foods are actually cooked there unlike "tico bowl" where everything comes in a bag and in powder form. If you get the ultimate nachos (big nacho plate or whatever its called) always ALWAYS order to go, even if you dine in. You will get giant scoops of all the ingredients, enough to fill a bag, instead of just 1 portion.

Everything was good except the floors. From experience, they may be mopping floors with same water/bucket they use in the kitchen. Floors were clean but super slippery, even with good tennis shoes on. Might wanna change the process to clean floors before you get a slip and fall = law suit.

The tacos were decent at first but within 10 minutes or so the taco shells were falling apart. The quality of the ingredients seem low. I would say the tacos are a good value they are very large for the price. They also got my order correct that's a plus.

My taco salad had quite a bit of lettuce ,scattered tomatoes on top, plenty of olives, a sprinkle of meat and beans,. I usually get a great salad, not this time! Also taco sauce was left out of my husband's taco lite order.

Beef is not good like it was in past, has changed quit a bit, pretty gross now. No hot sauce available recently when I visited one entire reason I eat the food and want to come to the restaurant and last night the one time I wanted a large drink, they didn't have any large drinks and asked if small was okay...no its not okay...Is this due to new management, someone??? Place is drastically going down hill. Whoever thinks they running this place...you're running it straight into the ground.

Taco was so dry. I asked for mild taco sauce because they only had packets of Hot taco sauce. I was given a small bowl of something that had so much powdered chili seasoning in it and it was heated up like it had been cooking. I went back into the store and was told that Taco Casa does NOT have a mild taco sauce. The taco was huge BUT VERY DRY!

Ate Tacos there last night , got home and spent 2 hrs. on the toilet. Was a real wonderful night.

They used to have quality and quantity. Neither is the case now. Look at lack of cheese, beef, lettuce, tomatoes and condiments when you get home. At least the prices have gone up to reflect the owner's blind yet obvious greed. At least they give you something resembling food after payment has been rendered.

I love taco casa, but it's pretty messed up that they won't pay their staff. It's such a big problem that the one in waxahachie is now closed on Sundays. How about you PAY your employees a living wage instead of closing, making the customer suffer, and then blaming it on your staff...

Ok, so it was National Taco Day 🌮. We went to one fast food establishment and they had no ground beef 🙄. Mind you my sister and I drove 40 minutes to get food. Needless to say it was a very disappointing trip. Customer Service was phenomenal! Our food on the other hand was poorly prepared. I requested onions be added to my "Chilada"....none. My sister requested onions be added to her Super Burrito and OMG it was like they cut up 10 onion's and made her an onion burrito. Requested jalapenos on our Nachos....none and the tortilla chips tasted burnt. Could not even eat! Like I fore stated there was a young lady in the drive thru who was extremely polite however I did notice when she reminded another young lady who was preparing the food to make sure onions were added. This particular young lady rolled her eyes and it appeared she didn't want to be bothered so therefore she would be funny....ok it was late in the evening 8-8:30pm and we couldn't go back so we call the next day and speak with a manager Lena. Gave her exact same info I just said here. We drove back 40 minutes to rectify the problem. She's gone....got off at 3pm. I said we just spoke with her before driving here! Then had to hold up the drive thru arguing with some Hispanic lady who I assumed was another manager or shift leader because we didn't have a paper receipt. I pulled out my cellphone to show her the debit card purchase which had the business name, location and amount. She argued and argued then wanted to know when we had spoken with Lena. I stated again before we made the decision to drive back but she didn't tell us she wouldn't be there. Talk about some very much needed training at this location. But the young lady who took our order was nice. I wished I knew her name. In spite of the busyness of the day they were expediting the orders well and I didn't fail to commend her. Needless to say I won't be returning.

Found a small rock in my burrito. I could of broken my tooth or worse if I didn't find it in my food. I feel like someone put it in there purposely. Didn't like it. It felt weird when he handed me my food. Should got a refund instantly. Food was cold and just nasty. Customers should be able to file a lawsuit when workers put things in people's food that could potentially harm a customer

I went to the drive thru and order 1 Meat Burrito, 1 Taco lite, 1 soft Taco. And they gave me 6pcs of Bean Burrito instead of 1 meat. It happened twice already. I didn't get a chance to double check my food because the line in the drive thru was long. I called the store and the lady want me to come back and return those Bean Burrito. I told them that I can come by tomorrow after work but they only told me to hold on and until I hang up because I don't want listening them taking orders. I can't believe how Poor their Customer Services.

We walked in at 9:27pm. Ordered, they were out of a few things.. that’s ok, it’s late. They let us know our food is ready. I asked if we could get some hot sauce, the guy behind the counter says we don’t have any, we are trying to close. I’ll give you four and have a good evening. We are and were gone by 9:52. It’s fast food, if they want to close at 9, then put that on the door. He was so rude, we won’t go back there.
