Excellent dinner - had my favorite Chicken Madeira which was just delicious! Service was terrific and the chocolate mousse cheesecake was so so good!

We had a wonderful meal on what seemed like one of the busiest days of the year. The day after black Friday. Our server was Larry. He was knowledgeable professional friendly and welcoming. All of the food was excellent. I had the coconut cream pie for dessert and my wife had the original cheesecake. It was a very decadent meal and I'm looking forward to my next trip back

I had a Doctors appointment close to the Cheesecake Factory after my appointment we went there to eat. It was 3 of us. The steak tacos plate, Tex mex egg rolls the meat loaf plate, and for dessert the strawberry cheesecake, and top it off 2 of the best drinks we ever had. We recommend it. If you go there, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing food and drinks. Waitress was awesome. We had double smash burger with bacon with fries and Spicy Asian Chicken Tacos with rice and black beans which were amazing and a pineapple cherry limeade which was totally awesome.

Early dinner on a Sunday at Cheesecake Factory. We love their bread, mmmm! Ordered the chicken madeira and the Cajun salmon with broccoli and spinach. I liked that we can swap out sides. I wasn’t sure how the spinach would turn out, but it was a good amount and cooked nicely. So many cheesecakes to choose from. We tried their fried rice pineapple upside down cheesecake. Yum!

Been here many times and always a real treat. Love the decor and the food is extremely good with an extensive menu. Service is very good and this place is usually very clean. This past visit I has the Steak Diane and my wife has the Steak Medallions..both were very flavorful and made to perfection. The cheesecake is fantastic. This is a really good spot if you like great food.

The family and I visited on a weekend. It was extremely busy, but our wait was not long. I was pleased with how quickly we were sat, and with having a larger party size. The time between being seated, receiving apps, then entrees was spot on. Everything tasted great and we will visit again.

This place is consistently awesome. Update, January 2026: Their coffee used to be fabulous until a water spill fried all their coffee makers. Either they've gotten a cheap brand of coffee or they're using tap water because the coffee tastes like what you get from a Waffle House with 8 year old coffee makers that haven't been maintained. Their sweet tea suffered the same fate. 🤢🤢🤢🤢

The Cheesecake Factory in Jacksonville always delivers! The menu is massive, but two of my absolute go-to’s are the Pasta Da Vinci and the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka. The Da Vinci is rich, creamy, and packed with flavor — total comfort food. And that rigatoni vodka? Perfect balance of spice and creaminess… I could eat it every week. 🍝🔥 The portions are huge, so you always leave full (and usually with leftovers). Service here is consistently great — even when they’re busy, the staff makes sure you’re taken care of. And of course, no visit is complete without cheesecake. With so many flavors, it’s impossible not to grab a slice to finish off the night. 🍰 Whether it’s date night, family dinner, or just craving good pasta and cheesecake, this Cheesecake Factory has become a staple for me in Jax.

We don’t come to Cheesecake Factory often but it is always an option when my mom comes to town. My mom and I took my 3 kids (4,3&2 yr old) before the holiday weekend starts for lunch. My biggest pet peeve is service if the server isn’t helpful or friendly it brings down the entire experience especially when you have kids. Well this time i was absolutely BLOWN AWAY with how amazing our server was. He interacted with each of my kids he made them each their own plate with slice bananas and bread. He made sure their food came out first without me having to ask. His name is Myron(Miran?) I’m not sure how to spell it but he was fantastic. The little gestures make the biggest impact. The food and atmosphere was good as it usually is and we were lucky enough to be seated around people who didn’t mind 3 young children. But this would’ve been a completely different experience if our server had not been friendly as he was.

We stopped by for dessert - a special sweet treat because we don't have a Cheesecake Factory in our hometown. No surprise they were super busy (aren't they always?) and our wait was about 20 minutes. We sat on the patio and the atmosphere was clnice and relaxed. Our server was friendly and super helpful - giving suggestions when we asked.

Hey, I tried the Cheesecake Factory for the first time last weekend, and it was a blast! It was a bit crowded, but we had a great time. We waited about 20 minutes for our table, but we used that time to explore the shops and grab some souvenirs. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous! The atmosphere was lively and the service was friendly. And let’s not forget the cheesecake - it was absolutely amazing! So, if you’re ever in the mood for a sweet treat, make sure to save room for dessert at the Cheesecake Factory. You won’t regret it!

1st time going... will definitely be back!! We got the stuffed mushrooms for appetizer, best I've had. I got the Italian sausage w/ mushrooms in this wine sauce... my daughter got the bang, bang chicken n shrimp. Both very, very good... we got a slice of cheesecake to go. Lemon margarine and tiramisu and I brought a piece of red velvet cheesecake home for my better half (his favorite cake). Everything was amazing. No wait at lunch around 12:45 and Shay was very attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu,I asked if there was anything not on this menu, he said if I could think of it; it was probably on there. I think I did finally think of something not on the menu, Japanese cheesecake!!! Lol would love to had been the one to tell him. Great atmosphere, lots of seating. If you haven't tried, put it on your list! Ask for Shay, he'll steer you on the right direction.

Flavorful portions with endless menu options that make it easy to find something delicious for everyone. Friendly service, upbeat vibe, and incredible variety of cheesecakes keep it a fun, indulgent spot worth the occasional wait and crowds.... Make sure you check in early via the app or on person.

Phenomenal dining experience at Cheesecake Factory. Their food is amazing and there are so may options to pick from. Their service is always top notch. Our servers name was Morgan and she was very patient, kind and attentive. I love going to Cheesecake Factory for date night, girls night, birthdays or family gatherings. They never disappoint and their desserts selection is out of this world.

Our server Ami was absolutely amazing. My daughter had her 21st birthday last week, and got a drink. After dinner our server brought out a birthday dessert for her without even asking, which was really thoughtful. The food was amazing and had awesome flavor.

Overall the experience was good. They delivered 1 of the three meals incorrectly. On another meal, the sides were also incorrect. Our waiter corrected it. However, by the time it was corrected, the part that was correct was no longer hot or warm. We each ordered a cheesecake. After waiting for it for some time, we asked to cancel it as we couldn't wait. Even though we asked to cancel it as we wanted to eat it in the restaurant because we wouldn't make it home for another 4-5 hours, they boxed it for us. The cream was melted and the cheesecakes didn't "look good" by the time we got home, so it wasn't the best.

What you can expect from Cheesecake Factory. The service was spot on. The food was perfect and meal pace was really great! Enjoyed each dish. The only thing we were not fond of was the silverware set up on directly on the table surface, first time I’ve ever seen it presented on bare tables. Other than that everything was great!

We had a brunch / lunch experience two Saturdays in a row at this location. The experiences were fairly consistent in that while the restaurant was very crowded without much waiting room, the staff was efficient and friendly. The tables were clean as well as the floors (meaning old food wasn’t left in an unsightly mess). Both servers were great and came back frequently for how busy it was. My only two things I would advise (not really a complaint) would be the second booth we sat in was much more cramped and the seating kept you in a. Very rigid upright manner. The first one was more open and relaxed with some space to enjoy conversation. Also the portion sizes changed. No doubt this was a simple error in a busy kitchen around whether a lunch or dinner size portion was ordered. The Asian orange chicken we ordered both weeks varies greatly. The first week it was a huge pile of rice with five pieces of orange chicken. The second week is pictured below. Portions were huge, quality was spot on for both the chicken and my shepherds pie. If you don’t mind crowds, this place is worth dining in. If you want the food without the crowds, use curbside pickup.

The chef creates unique option. 🥖 🧈 They provide hearty salad entree. I like their salmon salad. 🥗 Also, I really like their quality, very large shepherds pie which can be shared. There is a good amount of mashed potatoes, a quality and smooth mushroom gravy, nice beef, plenty of peas, and carrots. I feel fortified. I wish to add a salad. I wish to only receive their most basic portion of some white and brown bread with butter. 🥔 🥩 🍄‍🟫 🫛 🥕 🥧 🥗 The chef bakes a great, refreshing slice of pineapple upside down cake cheesecake.

Haven't been to the cheesecake factory in years. Decided to eat here since we were in Jacksonville. Majority of the time, all of them are always busy/crowded. There was a 20 min wait, so we decided to eat on the patio, no wait. It was a pretty, warm day but not too overbearing for outside. Our waitress: Bri L. was attentive and kept our drinks filled. She did a great job for our experience. There are plenty of menu options. It's a bit of a wait for the food. The calamari was good. I ordered the grill club, and it was better than what I expected. My chicken was not dry. Of course, we ordered desert, which is not spectacular to me. We spent less than 2 hours in total here. I always thought the cheesecake factory was overrated, but the visit here wasn't bad on Saturday afternoon.

I visited this place with my family. We really had a great time. As we had a pregnant lady among us. The staff had taken extra care and got seated right away. As soon as we got seated we had bread at our table and we devoured them not looking any side. We lovedddd like lovedd the cajun shrimp but the quantity wasnt enough. I also did order pot stickers and parmesan truffle fries. I ordered pineapple cocktail and it was good but my sister ordered peach cocktail which was the best. The thai stir fried noodles were not up to the mark. We ended the night with dessert. Had lot of fun. Some dishes were tooo good and some were okayy. All matters is memories we make.

Enjoyed my meal and waitress. My issue is with the female manager,(wearing glasses) who decided to sit a large party around myself and my companion. She did it with the intention of trying to rush us so they could have the table we were at. Considering how large their party was they shouldn't have been seated in the bar area, nor around our table because there was a break in seating. Don't send the waitress to bring us to go boxes when we were not done dining. Everything was going great until that tackiness occurred. My meal was surprisingly really tasty. I tried the cheeseburger spring rolls for the first time. My companion had the Jamaican jerk shrimp with plantains, black beans and white rice. We shared a white chocolate raspberrycheese cake with an addition of strawberries on the side. Shared appetizer consisted of fried calamari with the sauce of cocktail. Yummy Manager needs training on guest relations....re-training.

Terrence the server had an arrogant demeanor and way that he talked to me and one of my employees. I've never experienced such service from Cheesecake Factory since I first tried them in 2011. Me and my family celebrate our birthdays here every year so you can imagine how many times we've been here and we're a family of 4. This was supposed to be our "Holiday" dinner that was long overdue for my employees and we did NOT enjoy our time. There were 5 of us and I treated them for our much deserved holiday dinner and what we got were cold food and an arrogant server. Paid $200+ and I feel I could've taken them to a much cheaper place & would've enjoyed our time. I come to Cheesecake Factory very often and bragged about the place so when I took my employees who haven't been I felt sorry for their experience. Hopefully next time it won't be like this.

The food is Ok, the location is quite convenient. Parking will be quite difficult to find. The location is very busy so please be on time for your reservation. Large party reservations are required beforehand and they can only hold reservations only if a higher percentage of guests arrive on time.

For a first timer, the place was very expansive nice decor. Was very crowded we were told 20 but ended at 35 minute wait. We were seated right beside the waiters station with the POS system and supplies, better set-up would have been nice. Then they pulled the shade and cut off our view. My parents won't be back it was too loud for them to handle. I got the meatloaf plate it was flavorful but wouldn't get again. Dad's steak Diane was tough, my husband got the chicken bowl it was almost enough, but he had the fried zucchini--he said very good. However they forgot his homemade biscuit, when we got it very tiny but good. I had asked for 2 biscuits but you cant get them without ordering only what they come with. We might be back alone. Not something we will think about going to again. We got the cheesecake on the way out to avoid paying more tip. Trust me we paid quite enough! Reeces, strawberry, coconut, and turtle.....ALL DELICIOUS! For desert if we are in the area we would go. The waitress help very much, she did everything to make our time enjoyable. However the cheesecake to go don't have the extra toppings that the "in restaurant" does!

Let’s break down our experience at the Cheesecake Factory. We arrived around 9:30 p.m., and the first thing I noticed was the bathroom — very dirty and not well-maintained. I always wash my hands before eating, and seeing it like that was disappointing. I understand it was late, almost closing time, but for a big, popular restaurant like this, it shouldn’t be an excuse. The first time my husband and I ate here was back in 2021, and honestly, the food wasn’t great. That’s why we never came back until yesterday, when my nieces wanted to try it. Fast forward to 2025, and unfortunately, not much has changed. I ordered the Diane steak and only took one bite. My daughter ordered the kids’ Alfredo. She tasted it once and didn’t touch it again. My nephew got the pizza and said it was too greasy. The rest of the kids ate some of their food, but most of us ended up asking for boxes because no one really enjoyed their meal. The cappuccino was very strong. My niece didn’t like it at all, but I actually did, everyone just has different preferences when it comes to coffee, so I don’t blame them for that one. The lighting inside was extremely dim, which didn’t help the overall vibe. Will I come back again? Maybe… in another four years. I’m not sure. They do have a huge variety on the menu, but from what we ordered burgers, pasta, steak — nothing really stood out. The only thing that tasted good was the cheesecake, which is expected since that’s their signature item. It’s good, not the best I’ve ever had, but definitely enjoyable. Just be aware that one slice is usually 900–1,200+ calories, so it’s not something you’d consider “light.” Overall, the experience was okay, but not great. Definitely not somewhere I’d rush back to. *calamari is actually good.

Good atmosphere. Always crowded, busy and the in demand place. Only place we make reservations.. Maybe it’s their unique menu! Try same item twice, good chance it won’t taste the same. Coconut limeade was good first time, second visit in two months changed impression :) But better than custom mojito with jalapenos. Coconut limeade appears to be the only good option in non alcoholic drinks. Same with Avocado egg rolls but appears the best bet for vegetarian(plus eggs) besides Zuchini fried appetizers. Not much to choose from main course. Couldn’t get Alfredo pasta as we were told there will be chicken broth in Alfredo sauce. Thanks to the server we had during our first visit! Server during second visit wasn’t that good! Tried cheese pizza with custom toppings. Was decent flat bread pizza different from usual pizzas. Dulce De Leche Cheese cake was ok. Overall appeared pricey for a vegetarian!

I ordered for my main plate the carne asada, worst decision I made. It was mostly white rice and corn. The veggies covered the lack of meat. I counted 5 small cubed pieces of meat. I was super disappointed and I haven't even left the building. It was 26 dollars for carbs and veggies. I do recommend the tex Mex egg rolls, they had actual chicken in them. My White Russian lacked alcohol, tasted like milk and i don't drink often. As for my waiter, TJ, he was fantastic and had great customer service. Update: I did tell TJ before I left how it went and he apologized. I just told him to let management know, because I wasn't trying to get anything free. Also, I added the hot fudge sundae and that was enormous.

Long wait for dinner. Thai chicken salad watered down lack of flavor. Meh. Steak had so many fries like wow. Pretty salty. Pasta was good. Pickle fries were awesome!! We did get a free piece of cheesecake for extra long wait for food. That was nice but it was an excessive wait time after 8pm! We got there at 6 waited about 40 min. Then very long waits for order to be taken and very long food wait times.

Went for my sons birthday. I'M NOT A FAN. Feels like....a factory. Very tight spaces to try to squeeze people in. Food is decent, cheesecake is ok. There are a LOT of options, that's a bonus. The Thai chicken wraps are the best! Some of the waiters/waitresses don't know customer service. Checked on us 3 times, for and hour dinner. He was too busy and had too many tables i guess. He thought we were only ordering cheesecake so he kept ignoring our needs. Eh, it would be a while before I chose this place again. Too many people, too close to your food walking by.

Dined here for a birthday dinner. It was very loud and so warm your ice melted quickly in your glass. We had indoor seating. The food took at least 30 minutes to arrive. My spicy chicken sandwich and fries were good. The chicken fettuccine was very rich, the flatbread was good, but my dad was disappointed with his pasta dish as it was very bland with little meat. Our server forgot my milkshake as I specifically stated I wanted it with my meal. Since he forgot I just ordered a cheesecake for dessert (the pineapple upside down cheesecake) I had the pineapple upside down cheesecake and it was very sweet. My youngest had the celebration cheesecake for her birthday and she didn't finish it, as it was too sweet. My dad had the marshmallow s'mores cheesecake and it was so rich he couldn't eat it. It tasted like cocoa chalk. My oldest had the peanut butter cheesecake not the Reece's one but the other, and it was ok. I will not be returning. The restaurant is way too crowded and loud. I was pretty disappointed, but that's ok. We still left a good tip

Last visit wasn't the greatest. Slight decline in food quality. Server didn't come back and ask how our food was. I also noticed they've stopped boxing up food for the customers (it was very nice when they did that previously). But the biggest surprise was the obvious size decrease in cheesecake portions. The picture speaks for itself. The cheesecake is half of the normal size (you can see the outline of where the cheesecake should fill to). This is normally our favorite place to eat but won't hurry back.

We tried to give this place another chance. Ordered Mac and cheese burger, Asian salad, and three cheese pasta. The burger was awful. Had no flavor. My Asian salad had literal chicken nuggets instead of chicken breast or even tenders would have been ok. Chicken nuggets. And very dry chicken nuggets. Didn’t taste good at all. The pasta was fine. Nothing amazing. Over $100 for an early dinner - it was not worth it. We definitely should have gone to PF Chang’s. Will never go back.

Our server was amazing, but it was so crazy understaffed. There was a long wait for a table (understandable of course it was a Sunday night) but once we got our table we were there for way longer then we had planned because of how long it took to get our orders in, food to come out, and to get the check. We were done eating for about and hour and had to wait for our check. The service that we did get was great, there was just not enough staff.

We sat outside, as it was a beautiful sunny 80° day. The waitress comes and takes our drink order and brings our drinks. This is the only time we get ice. She comes back about 10 min later to take our food order. The food took about 20 min before we got it but they only brought 4 of ours and said they were bringing my husband's. Even though he ordered the same exact tacos my daughter ordered. We were done eating by the time he got his(20 min). In that time, no one came to our table to explain why he didn't have his or anything. My husband finally got his when she came to our table to see if we wanted dessert. At that time, she refilled my middle daughter's tea but no one else's. My other daughters sodas were watered down and warm since all the ice had melted 40 min before. My water was not bath water warm as the ice melted 40 min before and it was baking in the sun. We order dessert, including the amazing chocolate cake, a lemon raspberry cheesecake and a tiramasu. We had to send the tiramasu back as it mushy like it has sat in water and was warm as like it sat under a hot plate. We get our check and still never got refills, never apologized for my husband's long wait or the fact we only saw our waitress when she tried to get us to uncharge for dessert and bring us our check. We love the Cheesecake Factory in Kennesaw, GA where we are from. But regret wasting the $200 on barely edible food in Jacksonville while on vacation. The only redeeming quality was the chocolate cake.

This is one of my top 5 restaurants in town. I've been going to this restaurant for way too many years to count and I get the same dish each and every time. It doesn't matter if I'm dining in or getting a to go order. Spicy chicken chipotle pasta w/ shrimp added. Last night my friend and I dined in and the experience left a lot to be desired. First thing, after we placed our order which includes 2 appetizers. Fried calamari and pot stickers and 1 martini, we hadn't received my friend's drink or the appetizers. The waiter NEVER came back to the table!. We sat in the first booth by the kitchen. Every time the waiter walked by he didn't even look in our direction! Each time throughout our experience there that the waiter came to our table I had to flag him down! After waiting over 15 minutes for 1 drink and 2 appetizers, those items were dropped off about 1 minute after i flagged the waiter down. The pot stickers weren't even lukewarm, they were cold! My friend still ate them, I didn't. The calamari was okay. We didn't have time to finish the appetizers before our main dishes were bought out after waiting more than 15 minutes for the appetizers. As soon as our main dishes were put on the table by the food runner I could see there was an issue. The tortilla strips weren't on either dish (we ordered the same dish). Also, upon looking at the food the chicken in both of our dishes was BURNT!! It looked like charcoal was mixed into our food. The waiter never came back to check on us! I had to flag him down again after sitting there for over 15 minutes without eating. I expressed our concerns, showed him the food and showed the manager the food. We agreed to allow them to remake it and the remake wasn't any better! There was still charcoal pieces of chicken in both our dishes. The only thing I ate from the remake was 2 pieces of asparagus and it tasted burnt. I'm 100% sure that they only took most of the burnt chicken out the dish, mixed in new chicken which wasn't all that great and served it to us. There's no other explanation that the remake still tasted burnt! I opted to not eat the remake and it was taken off of the bill. My friend decided to keep his but, he didn't eat it, he put it in a to go box. I also opted not to get any other dish made. This experience was very disappointing, the waiter didn't care and the manager seemed to not care either! Even after this horrible experience we still tipped!! It's going to take a lot out of me to willingly go to the cheesecake factory anytime soon.

Went last night. Ordered the buffalo wings to start. They came out warm, not hot. I asked for well done but they weren’t. Wings were also very small. I ordered the Jamaican black pepper shrimp, and the plantains were left out from my dish somehow. My server took it upon himself to not ask me, but instead, give me the larger size wine. My husband ordered the French dip burger and the dip was so salty that he couldn’t even try it for a second time. The fries were the end of the basket…small bits and pieces and my goodness-SO SALTY! My daughter ordered a kids portion of the Alfredo fettuccine, but received bow tie pasta in a pool of milk-she took a bite and left the entire dish that had no taste at all. The only thing that was decent was the chicken potstickers, which could’ve been a bit crispier, and of course, the cheesecake which was the dulce de leche with a side of vanilla ice cream. We would’ve loved to say that part saved the night, but our waiter gave us 3 spoons to share, when there was clearly 4 of us. We didn’t want to complain bc the table behind us didn’t even get their food order so the manager had to come out and apologize…so I didn’t want to give our server having another dissatisfied customer. We will never return to this place. Not even for the cheesecake. Horrible dinner for $170

From the start, hostess took down my phone number wrong. Ended up waiting extra time due to first mistake. Second, our so called server “Kyle” was no where to be seen for about the first 10 minutes. When he did finally come to table, he thought his goody charm would make up for poor service. He came back with a bread basket, which turned out to be extremely burnt and hard. Asked for another basket, his remark was “good luck, they’ve been like this all evening”! Ordered two drinks from the bar which took another 8 minutes. Still did not listen to our order of three appetizers. Came back once to ask about food and his whole demeanor sucked. This may not be your overall job of choice, yet at least try and make the customer feel welcome. He flirted with the ladies next to us, which I get…but do not treat other customers like a burden. Your overall personality, appearance and attitude stunk from start to finish. Place is just horrible from beginning to end. My husband and I own a restaurant, this type of service and quality overall is not a standard we enjoy at other restaurants, let alone ours!

The food is overpriced for the portion size. I paid about $30 for jambalaya and macaroni, and there was barely any food on the plate. To make matters worse, the service was very disorganized. The waiter brought my macaroni first and then my jambalaya nearly twenty minutes later, so I couldn’t even enjoy the meal together. I also tried to speak with the manager about the issue. He didn’t have a badge on and seemed completely uninterested in helping or addressing my concerns. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but after this experience I won’t be returning.

We get there at 7:30 were told an hour wait looks busy we say “okay” we get sat around 8 great not quite an hour wait we order drinks the drinks take 20-25 min to get to the table whatever. We order food it took another hour to get to the table on top of long wait times while seated the server Alyssa H was not in a postive mood she snatched menus out of our hands came up to table with an attitude “WhAT CaN I gEt YOu” it was irritating being nice to someone who clearly doesn’t want to be taking your order. I ordered the Louisiana chicken pasta and it was luke warm, not hot, lukewarm like it had been sitting in the window Already made for 20 min we got sat at 8 we didn’t leave untill 10 it should not take 2 hours to get food and drinks and the server should not be having a negative attitude on top of luke warm food it was a terrible experience the drinks were the only good thing about this experience I will never be coming back to this location
