So expensive for a place that can't cook. The Kennedy places around my way at Lefferts and Rockaway Blvds are cheaper than this. That was my first and only time ordering here.

Why is a order of French Fries $7.00. Order the Jumbo box and the Cole slaw that comes with it, is only half filled. Rip off

Worst place to order food from. I ordered food for delivery, they missed up the order and when I called they said it was not their problem. Half of my order was missing. The gentleman on the phone said it his shift just started and it’s not his problem.

Called to place an order for pickup, the guy answering phone was rude and unprofessional asked if they had a certain item. He said I don’t have time to tell you the menu comes in person and see for yourself.. recommended going to the Kennedy on Sutphin instead…

The service is fine but the food has become low quality and spoiled. I've been twice now (and have since stopped) where once the cake I got had mold on it and received a refund because I checked right when I got outside. The 2nd time I got Mac and cheese and found it to be spoiled when I got home. I'm no longer going there for food of any kind.

At one point this place used to be decent. Now it looks like they hired new employees with a crazy B.O problem. Pretty much decided not to eat here after smelling that when I got to the counter. If you're not bathing; what makes me think your hands are even clean bro. Nope.

I ordered on the phone for a cheeseburger with no tomato. I have a tomato allergy. When I opened burger there was no cheese, and there was a tomato, no pickles, no onions even though I clearly asked for onion. When I went back 12 hours later on my way home from work they refused to cooperate and give me another one. Said they wanted to see original Burger which I threw out because I could not eat. Never coming here again. They always mess up. Food is cold and everytime I ordered Philly it was drenched in oil. Not worth time or money. Texas is only 2 dollars more and I get exactly what I want and the food is hot.
