I have tried every single item on the menu. The haters need to get a grip. This place is great. A beacon of hope in the otherwise irredeemable hellscape that is JFK airport.

My best experience was here! Melly was my favorite bartender/server in all of my New York stay! She made me feel welcome and great to talk to. I honestly look forward to stopping by back by because of her!

Pizza and vine were great. The star of the experience was Melly I our bartender and host. She’s the nicest person we met in all of NYC.

I love NY pizza!! Got a slice of cheese and it was pretty good, although a bit pricey

We were pleasantly surprised how good the pizza tasted. Delicious! The service was great as well. Couldn't ask for a better place to stop for a quick bite.

The pizza was good and the service too. This place is not closed pff but there are some ice tables to sit at to have your pie. The slices are generous on size and taste good. 2 slices is more tha enough for the hungry adult, 3 is overkill. Of all the eateries in JFK thus one is probably the best

This is a very busy food outlet inside Terminal 4, right opposite Gate B29. The pizza's taste is on point, the dough isn't very thick n dry, and it also has a slight crunchy bite. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza and added mushrooms on top, so they put the cheese pizza slice and then added mushroom to the slice before putting it back in the oven so the mushroom gels fully.

Very nice pizza inside the terminal. A definite must try inside the JFK airport in New York City. They make fresh pizza on the spot. You can order the whole pie or by the slice. It is very affordable. But they accept only card and you should order only by the machine. Vegetarian friendly pizza place. They also have drinks, but are very expensive.

Pizza was fabulous. I got the cheese one with pesto. However when We arrived we wanted to order at the bar but the restaurant provides no menu and wants you to order by your phone. The task proved to be very difficult as the site kept crashing

Food was great but watch the prices when you get the bill. At JFK, you’re charged more than the menu prices for drinks. We realized this after we paid and the manager started questioning our server. Apparently, it’s a long process to refund us. So our server, Seti, gave us the refund from his own pocket. He needs a raise!!! He made the comment though that he didn’t want to get in trouble. Why would an employee get in trouble for AWESOME customer service?! I hope he gets his money back!

My first pizza in New York and it tastes better than Texas so no complaints. Pricey because we are at the airport, duh. Smaller than normal fountain drinks, but fat America needs to understand, that super sizing our fountain drinks in the first place was a big down diabetes alley mistake in the first place. I justified to myself that, “we aren’t in Texas anymore, so.” As far as the register lady, I’m in introvert myself and am relieved to not be greeted by some super peppy super fake person who is really dying inside. Everyone was friendly. I can smell and taste the difference between the pizza dough vs pizza in Texas. I know this is just airport pizza and I haven’t made it deep in New York, but everyone’s negativity below makes it seem like we are all royalty or something LOL

The bartender was sassy and funny. Loved her! For an airport bar, Pizza Vino Bar does the trick. Good drinks, pizza, and music. Can't ask for more.

Pepperoni pizza was tasty with a good sauce and slight char to the crust. Nothing special overall but it is a fine slice. Expect high airport prices.

Taste was amazing. Did not receive my order for 20 minutes. When asked, they did not have the order print and made it in another 10 minutes. 30 minutes wait for a slice of pizza 😂. Need to improve on service.

My son in law ordered three pizzas, two margheritas and a pepperoni. It took quite some to prepare and when the pizzas were arrived, one of them was very burnt underneath and the other was burnt. Only one of them was cooked perfectly. My daughter and son in law didn’t want to complain but I was having none of it. They managed to finish most of the pizza but weren’t too happy about it being burnt and very burnt. I went to the counter and complained. I explained the situation and requested for the manager from one of the employees. He was very nice and got the manager right away. When she arrived, she was also very nice and accommodating. She offered to give me free pizza. I was very happy with the outcome and decided to write a review.

We ordered 2 slices + fountain soda combo. Service was quick. Pizza was good considering it's at Airport. Wish it was heated for a bit more so it does not go cold too quickly. They only have pizza. Do not look at 5 year old photo of the menu, which says they have other options like garlic knots.

Some reviewers mistaken this “Pizza Vino Bar” location for the “Pizza Vino Kitchen & Bar” which is on the same floor but totally different location where whole pizza are sold there. No slices. We came here for drinks & to the immediate left of this bar is another shop called “Pizza Vino” that sells pizza slices. Will be highlighting to Google Map of incorrect pictures posted for this location (Pizza Vino Bar & Pizza Vino versus Pizza Vino Kitchen & Bar). The bartender is hard working & provide good friendly service. He had to clean the tables off pizza crumbs bought next door also a related store (Pizza Vino). 2024-AUG-30 evening

The pizza was perfectly reasonable, we took the third salad on the menu, it was refreshing, delicious and fresh. A great light and easy meal before the flight.

Basically, exactly what you'd expect. High airport prices and rapid service. Mediocre pizza that gets the job done. Annoying variation in slice size; see attached photos.

M

It's airport pizza you can't expect much but it was better than I expected even though I suspect they gave me a slice from the night before.

B

Food is OK. The counter is cramped and it’s not clear what to do to get your food. One side is just for pizza. The other sod is a bar with table service.

The Mushroom Pizza was very good but the Vegan Margherita was nothing but pizza dough with some sauce. So hard to judge the food quality. The cashier was very helpful and nice. Overall, 3.5 stars

This place had many lazy employees including the manager. It was slammed and they were all walking around no one helping each other. Manager is a joke!!! John R was busting his butt running around but he was the only one!! He had three quarters of the bar and another lady had one quarter. She wouldn’t even help him out!!! Give JOHN R a raise!!!

J

I mean it's alright, but... the crust is a bit thick like flatbread, and mine didn't have nearly enough sauce or cheese so it was a bit dry.

A

It’s airport pizza in New York, not New York pizza, so don’t set high expectations. But after seeing other T4 bistro reviews, this is the only place I felt safe ordering from. You can see the slices before they serve you, so if it don’t look good just don’t order. Overall I’d pick the cheese over the sausage. Maybe the pepperoni is true top dog. Each slice is like $8 but at least they’re bigger than average!

Mark McCool

Not a bad pizza. Certainly not a New York City pizza. No comparison to what you can get in Manhattan. For an airport, it’s acceptable. Love to see a little thinner crust. I give it a 5.

I recently had the chance to dine at Pizza Vino with my mom while waiting for our flight at JFK International Airport. Overall, it was a decent experience that balanced convenience with quality. We ordered a sausage and spinach pizza, which was very tasty, and enjoyed two margaritas at the bar. The pizza had a crispy crust and a generous amount of toppings. If I were just rating the pizza by itself, I would give it a five. The ambiance was typical of an airport setting, a bit noisy and bustling, but Pizza Vino managed to carve out a cozy nook amidst the chaos. The staff were friendly and efficient, with Dovina, in particular, providing excellent service. She was attentive and made sure our order was out quickly despite the busy environment. The total came up to $81.20 for the pizza and two margaritas, including a tip. It’s a little expensive for pizza, but I really enjoyed it. By the time we finished our margaritas, we felt really nice, especially considering we were a bit stressed at the airport. While it wasn’t the best overall dining experience I’ve ever had, it certainly hit the spot for a quick bite before our flight. If you’re at JFK and craving some pizza and a margarita, Pizza Vino is a solid choice. Rating: 3.5 stars

The desk lady was friendly and she offered me a pizza pie which costs $38 which is very very expensive. The pizza was only cheese and they charge me for extra box too. Next time, I will look at their menu and search more. Obviously, I could afford the pizza price, but that is not good for business that the customers are not happy with the price. Live and learn and do not buy when you are in rush and hungry.

Although service was friendly, and the sandwich was tasty, the side salad (which you pay extra to replace) is lackluster. The sandwich is really tasty but greasy, and the staff, although nice, is slow. Plus, I was not aloud to sit down since it is technically a “bar” and I am 20 years old.

K
Kathleen McPhillips

Not only were they confused about where to order if you were eating at their counter, the only receipt I received was the credit card total. We ordered 2 chicken paninis and two 12 ounce beers. There should be no tax if you don’t take it to go. So a $60.48 bill came to $80.01. My husband said “no tip” so he could tip cash. After I reviewed the bill it appears they gave themselves a 32% tip. I told him to save his cash. Ask for a detailed receipt!

M
Michael P

My tasteless sandwich came on old, burnt toast that barely resembled the menu photo. Basil-less pesto and without savor. I watched another customer be presented with a burnt pizza and was asked "Is this okay?" Obviously the cook is confused as to how to operate the oven. I should have checked the Google reviews first!

D
DJ

The prices on the menu are lower than the price they charge you. They don’t tell you. I ordered a large wine and watched them under pour due to bubbles and not letting them settle to fill the full measure of it. For 30 bucks I expect every last drop and definitely not a full ounce short. Not a fan of this spot. Other places will give you your full pour for your 30 bucks while also being honest about the price on the menu- not listing it cheaper than the other spots around to reel you in only to charge you above what’s listed. I don’t care if it’s only 1.25 difference- it’s the principle and the lack of transparency that is annoying. WHAT I SEE ON MENU SHOULD BE WHAT I PAY!!! Get your menus corrected!! Not happy at all about this experience.

Took a half hour to make a $20 salad that had all the ingredients prepped, with open seats at the bar.

B

Bad seating “rules”, good pizza. No signage on seating, but if you buy at the only “order here” sign you get kicked out of the quasi “dine in” side even if it is empty, regardless of how many slices you just bought. Bad customer service.

Worse NY pizza I've ever had. I agree with reviews mentioning a friendly staff.

K

Order a drink here and waiters did automatic just top up with tips without asking. It’s on airport so prices are high already from before.

U
Udai Atamna

Extremely overpriced and very bad quality. Everything is basically prepared beforehand and heated upon order, go figure how fresh things are and how long they’ve been waiting for you. Staff is slow and service isn’t professional nor efficient. Save your money and get away from this place, you’ll be better off with a McDonald’s for sure even though it’s not a direct alternative.

This place was miserable. The employees looked like they didnt want to work there. I get that we are at an airport and price gouging is expected but at least provide good food. The calzone was super thick on the edges and the cheese was lacking. The accompanying marinara sauce left much to be desired, especially seasonings. The garlic oil pasta was horribly bland. I wasnt expecting spice or anything but at least let me taste the garlic and salt The drink was also about $4 for a small and refills were $2. Ridiculous. Overall a horrid disappointment.

I Wish I would have seen the 2.6 star reviews for this place before committing. The pizza is not good, the garlic knots were soggy and under cooked. The pizza is really doughy, It looks way better than it taste. Trust me when I say keep walking and find something else.

Pizza was good (it's NY) but the disgusting rotted mint in my drink with no acknowledgement by the server is WILD. $42+ for one drink and pizza 🤣

You’ll love paying $60 to vomit. Great diet plan! Not so great if you’re traveling. Everything is over priced as expected but at least hire someone to help the poor waitress working the place alone & make a decent slice.

Foodie4U

Pizza was ok definitely had much better elsewhere. Also, incredibly pricey (its at an airport so that's to be expected) and there was no sense of urgency to prepare orders to send customers on their way.

Pizza was alright. Everything else pretty terrible though. The self service ordering is awful, hardly works. Takes forever to get your food, despite ordering slices of pizza I can literally see sitting there? Was told to move from the tables as they were for dine in only, despite the fact I just ordered from them and was dining in? Also can't order half the stuff on the menu. Wouldn't bother

A
Abbey Cobleigh

It looked like they must have been busy which I totally get but the bartender was lowkey so rude 😭 I sat for like 30 minutes and she didn’t acknowledge my existence while taking the orders of people who sat down after me. I tried to ask her if I could order a few times but she just ignored me and wouldn’t look at me. Very strange.

C
Carly Jones

Tried to buy a pepsi, guy with grey hair and glasses acknowledged me and wasn't serving anyone else but told me to go and pay for it at the cafe opposite... Said it would be quicker. Not sure how it was quicker when he wasn't serving but there was a queue in the cafe. Assume he must be working shy.

R

From the moment we walked in, the staff were rude and unwelcoming. Our orders were taken hastily, and it felt like we were being rushed. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and didn't meet the usual standards we've come to expect from this place. When we politely raised our concerns, the server responded with hostility and made us feel uncomfortable for even mentioning it.Overall, the experience was very unpleasant. It's a shame because we used to enjoy dining here, but after this visit, we won't be coming back. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service. HORRIBLE SERVICE COLD PIZZA THAT THEY REFUSED TO HEAT UP....

Rude staff, raw pizza. I saw three people complain while I waited on my pizza. The staff were beyond rude, they were aggressive. My pizza dough was raw making it inedible. Binned it. I could've complained but they have no care for service anyway so here I am.

My mom and I just flew in from Europe and we stopped at vino pizza to get a slice each. They have a bar next to it vino pizza bar. My mom ordered 2 beers and when we went to sit at a table to eat the bartender told us we couldn’t sit in there because we didn’t order the pizza from him! The beers we ordered came to $26! $26 for 2 Michelob ultras and we can’t sit to drink them?! That’s the attitude that give NY a bad rep! And the pizza was not good!

A
Asher Faris

Cooking staff is really slow and inefficient. And still they’re taking in more orders than serving people. If you’re not able to match the pace a capacity of crowd, hire more efficient staff or close down. Wait staff/manager was somewhat helpful in going to the back to get the tiramisu out and offered to cut it for us as we have already waited 20minutes. And yet the cook staff were full or attitude towards him. Seriously, I think the current 1.7/5 is too generous. Would’ve given a zero or a negative if I could. Talk/complain less and move faster with your cooking. If you can’t do it, it’s time to consider a change in career.

A

Pizza Vino does not accommodate those with food allergies and not for safety reasons. I was really disappointed in how the cashier treated me and responded when I asked to order a pizza without pesto as the base because I am allergic to nuts. I do not recommend this restaurant!

A
Andy Zotti

They refused to make the pizza slices I ordered. Told me I had to get what was already made. Waited 15 minutes for 4 slices and then they told me they aren’t making what I ordered. I had to get a manager to get my $35 back. 8 people standing around and 1 guy only making cheese pizza. Close that place down!

I
Ike Potts

If I can get it zero stars I would. We ordered a $60 Pizza and they took a pizza by the slice pizza and reheated it for a very minimal amount of time. I was expecting a pizza that had just been made but instead I got some cardboard that had been on their counter all day and the staff pretended like it was normal when questioned about it. Avoid at all costs. What's happening here is robbery.

M
Marc Rountree

Spent 35$ on hot trash. At least it was hot (warm). In all sincerity, I ordered a 2 pizza combo with a drink. Sausage and pepperoni. It was $1.25 for each topping and they were out of both. No reimbursement. My wife ordered just a cheese pizza, however, they completely forgot about my order. As I stood there, patiently standing and kindly waiting for my order, I realized that I was forgotten about when the server took off his gloves and walked to the back on his phone. Avoid this place like the plague, and if you made the mistake like me of coming here without checking the reviews, I’m sorry.

R
Richard Margetts

The worst serving experience that I've ever experienced! Genuinely felt that I was inconveniencing them by ordering from them. 2 people literally stopped work during my order and just walked off on their break. Turns out my pizza had already been taken out of the oven, but just sat on the side getting cold until someone decided to try and work out who's pizza it was. It tasted fairly pleasant when it came out, allbeit cold! Every single member of staff appeared to be either surly or apathetic!

Disappointing Experience with Rude Service Unfortunately, my visit here was far from enjoyable, primarily due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the female bartender. From the start, it was clear she had no interest in providing good customer service, which really soured the experience. The pizza took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it was nothing special—not worth the wait or the money. Slow service combined with poor food quality made this visit disappointing. To top it off, despite being rude throughout, the bartender still seemed to expect a tip, which was completely uncalled for. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

D
Dejan K

Saddest piece of excuse for something they would like to call a pizza slice. Flour used tastes like plastic, warmed up stove blend, tasteless mash on top.

K
Keanu James

absolutely the worst service the lady at the counter was absolutely rude, impatient and crazy. The pizza was burnt she got irritated when I told her I was using a voucher and impatient with me to pay because I need to add my card to apple pay, she was acting as if I would steal the drinks because I still need to pay 6 dollars. I had already had a bad experience as my flights were delayed due to a mechanical fault and cancelled flights due to Atlanta bad weather. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything even if they were dying of hunger as I was when I ordered it. She also made a rude gesture when passing me in the airport.

A
Aju Thomas

The order process wasn’t bad, although I had to scan and place a code online. When I was done, I saw no option to pay tips. However, I found out that they charge you around 20% tip, which was never disclosed to me before placing the order. I would have paid the same tip anyway. But it’s the lack of transparency that I found unpleasant.

a
alanna russell

The woman working in the pizza place with the purple short hair probably has the worst attitude I have ever seen. She was so rude to a man in a wheelchair when he was just trying his best to order, not to mind that she was rude to everyone else too. Honestly made me want to cry. She shouldn’t be working in a customer service.

D
Ducharme Louis

We ordered a Kale Chicken Salad and when we received it I asked why there was no kale at all in it. The waitress, who was really having a bad attitude, just said that they did not have any kale, I then asked for a discount and she refused. I would not recommend this unprofessional place.

C
Casey Martin

Skip it if you can. I’m fine paying an airport premium for a good NY slice, but this isn’t that. Trash pizza and trash service at an extreme price. Go to shake shack.

S
Soraya Benhamida

The team is on hand underwater to support you if you have any difficulties ordering from the machines. 10 days in NY and we found the people great and welcoming. We're on our way back, at JFK airport, and we're ordering on the machines, but unfortunately it's not clear enough for us, who don't know the menu at all. We received our pizzas fairly quickly, but unfortunately I made a mistake and ordered meat by mistake. So I asked the cashier if it was possible to change the pizzas, kindly apologizing 50 times. I understand that it's complicated, all I had to do was tell her to reorder. Instead, I get a barrage of criticism, scornful looks, a cashier who throws the pizzas on the counter, because according to your staff it's forbidden to make mistakes. I left without eating and losing 50 dollars because I don't have time to beg and apologize 500 more times for my mistake. She could just tell me to be careful, quickly explain again what to select to have only cheese and I would have recommended it. Very poor reception, very poor service and I leave angry after 10 wonderful days in NY.

M
Mevlut Hilmi Cinar

Had a bad time during the order of our pizza - a simple ordering process turned into a disrespectful argument caused by manager’s attitude - she has been stressful, I understand that, but her reaction to customers made the process harder not easier and loudly she was complaining about customer’s not being satisfied. Are you kidding me!!! It is 6:19 pm ET at JFK airport terminal 4 now — she was the lady with glasses and seems like the manager but if area managers read this complaint, they should do something about it. In service business, customers come to your place to get service not to get scolded.

P
P W

My recent dining experience was soured by the service, particularly by an employee named Ilka G. While I expected the airport prices, I didn't expect the utter lack of engagement from the staff. The most glaring issue was the poor functionality of the ordering kiosk. When I asked for help because the kiosk didn't have the full menu, Ilka G. responded with attitude, saying, "You have to order through me!" in a very dismissive tone. It was clear she was unhappy at work and unfortunately, that negativity was passed on to me. I was shocked by the complete lack of professionalism.

P
PRIYA GOEL

They didn't take my order and forced me to place it online. I had some issues with online booking and I begged them to take it offline but I was told that they can't do it. On the other hand, they did take it offline for others. Worst place in entire USA.

L
Lucyna Reich

Very impersonal, unless you order via QR code nobody pay ANY attention to you, and on top of that the online menu doesn't reflect the actual one, and on top of that you are required to tip before anyone provides any service to you. Once we finish this drink we are gone and never coming back. Did I mention the woman that brought us our drinks looked like she hated being here and had no personality whatsoever.

M

So you had a long flight you see a place to eat, and when you sit while your mom orders the bar, employees tell you you're not allowed to sit there....even when you're ordering from them.So what the point on having tables and chairs to sit and eat if they don't let you enjoy the pizza you just bought from them....Employees sucks even calling your number they have an attitude...dont waste your money and time on garbage place. 01/12/2024 2:222 pm

This was difficult, I never want to give let than desirable reviews... But, we ordered or food and the pickup soon was above a glass wall which isolated the employees who ignored is. Also, our pizza was burnt.

D
Drew

I had a voucher to use at this location, the woman that worked there (who was clearly busy) and said she had a bunch of orders—which I understand. But because this restaurant operates on mostly screen orders, she said she wouldn't be able to get to me for another 20 minutes. So I'm supposed to stand there while others were putting more orders in on the screen and she would get to me eventually. The 20 minutes wasn't the problem, it was her sour delivery and inability to make any eye contact that was off-putting. Having many years in the service industry myself, I could tell the flow of the workers there was mediocre and slow. So it's not a surprise why putting an order in would take long. Horrible customer service probably from a lack of management and workers. It's clear the workers there are miserable and barely want to look at the customers they serve.

K
Kelsey Ross

I would not come back here. They didn’t have half of the things on their menu when I was there. And sandwiches could not be customized (ex. no cheese) because they are all pre-made. The service was slow, and they were calling numbers that were way after me before I got my food. I ordered the Margherita which was advertised as having fresh basil and mozzarella, and this is what I got....

A
Adam Hotspur

Food was okay. However, service was awful. Staff was unprofessional. I had ordered to eat in and received the pizza in a takeaway box with no slices cut and no cutlery and when the worker had cut the pizza slices it was hardly cut so I had to do it myself. We also ordered garlic knots which was on the menu via scanning the qr code and paid for. We then had to ask 30 minutes later for our garlic knots and they said it was not in stock. And currently still pending a refund of $6. Staff were also unapologetic of the matter. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Awful service.

J
Julia Jack

Their app is buggy and slow, so don’t expect to be able to sit down to eat here (you can only order dine in through the app to eat there, you can’t order with a waitress ). So naturally I walked half a mile to eat it at my gate after being forced to order take only only to realize I paid $20 for a goat cheese salad that didn’t have goat cheese. Don’t waste your time

N
Nicola Allen

Terrible place paid $22 for a sandwich that was dry asked for mustard but they did not do any condiments!! Very very rude staff we were also told we could not sit at the bar with our food because we we’re not ordering alcohol drinks! Never will I go there again.

M

$36 for a 1 topping pizza to go may be high but I get that it's at the airport. What i don't get is how that $36 pizza turns into a $47 pizza and they can't explain the $11 price difference. Restaurant tax in NY is 8.8% so that adds about $3 but the other $8 nobody knows. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Passing on the $50 pizza.

I had the worst experience at JFK apt - we ordered a pizza for my son and sparkling water which they didnt have - my 9 yo son sat on a stool there for 10min then whn the pizza was ready an employee told us very rudely and a bad attitude that we cannot sit at the bar. I told her we order pizza from this place and it's written Kitchen & bar - its a open space inside the airport, where a lot if people are passing with children, no one was having alcohol near us nor us,then other employee there started shaming us " what a mummy taking the child at the bar" and so on- we was inside an airport, sitting on a stool at an open establishment named Kitchen and Bar - and my son was sitting there for 10mints which show intent- they could have told us we arent allowed the eat the pizza there since we ordered to avoid all this.We moved to mcdonalds and my son had the pizza there

Looks good... my meat lovers pizza was 1/2 baked, it fell apart and the crust was soggy, bottom was not even toasted.

Menu is deceiving. Was only given the option of buying a cheese pizza or a pepperoni pizza despite having other options listed (also wasn't given the option of buying garlic knots either despite having them). A small slice is $8. Go somewhere else.

The worst place at the airport. The bartender monday memorial day 6:pm did not attend me after 25 minutes wait. Very unrespecfull. A video will be in YouTube and Facebook as a place don't go in JFK airport.

We waited in front of the register for 15 minutes until a worker told us we have to order via the app by scanning the QR code. So we went to other side of the restaurant and sat at the bar and placed our order. Then a waiter asked if we ordered and we did but bc we didn’t scan the right QR code, we couldn’t sit at the bar bc we technically ordered to go and not for eating in. We asked if we could still say and what we can do and she advised us to go eat elsewhere. I waited 35 minutes for 2 small pizzas and it wasn’t even busy. Do not come here

Waited a ridiculous amount of time for a pre-made, $22 panini to be told I wasn’t allowed to sit at the very empty walk-up bar because I didn’t order dine-in. Mind you, I’m very visibly pregnant and told the waitress I was only sitting while waiting for my food, and was still told to move. Ridiculous.

Probably the worst pizza I have had in a long time. There is no cheese on it. They re-warmed it for me, one slice was so tiny and the other huge. Atmosphere is fine since it’s in an airport. Service is fine, they are doing their best to move the orders.

The worst service, attitude, and food. 20 minutes wait for the worst pizza and we weren't allowed to use their sitting area if we didn't purchase alcohol from the bar.

$15 for an uncooked pie is redunk. Flew in from Cleveland and was hungry. Figured if I’m in NYC the pie should be good. One bite almost made me hurl. Bad look on yall

Terminals to order don't have the option to order a full pizza as it shows on the menu. Asked them how to order one and they said they don't have any full pies right now...around the corner they had 3 ready to go in the oven and 2 already cooked. Basically, forcing you to buy by the slice at over $6 per.

Want a "real" NY experience? Come to this place for sure. They ignore you HARD. They will even look at you and still ignore you. BUT, they do yell and acknowledge most of the other airport staff who walks by. If you're in any kind of rush - please don't waste your time here.

If I could rate this place with zero, I would definitely do it!!! This is the worst service I’ve had by far!!! I had a really unpleasant experience when, after I had ordered my pizza here and was sitting by the bench waiting for my order to be ready, me and my partner were kicked out from here (same place where we had ordered our food). We thought it was a misunderstanding and explained that we had just placed our order and were waiting for it to be ready and even so, the man said that we could not eat there. As for today I don’t get it. So you buy food from a place but you cannot eat it there???? How is that logical?? We didn’t want to argue with the old man as we were exhausted after a 12 hour flight, so we just left. To our surprise, a pizza order was delivered to a couple who was sitting next to us at the same moment we were gathering our stuff to leave. I was 🫥🫥. Of course the couple looked at us with surprise, without understanding anything of what had just happened. Please do yourselves a favour and never go to this place!!!!

Just purchased a pizza here and it was an absolutely horrible experience at JFK. Please save yourself from the horrible food and experience. We told the cashier we wanted it "to go" as it is an airport and planned to carry what we didnt eat on the airplane, however, upon receiving the food, we were told we had to leave their sitting area and could not eat there. Why were we not told this before instead of being embarrassed in front of everyone? Also to make things worse, the food was burnt (see photo) and taste burnt also - not a single flavour in this pizza. This is not the type of place you want at an international airport, I will never recommend this place, my only wish is I didnt spend my money there and that I could give them a rating of ZERO.

Service was slow and the pizza was about the worst I've ever had. The little totinos square pizzas from the store are better than this. I wish I'd read the Google reviews but I was in a hurry

If you want the most ghetto experience before your flight then you have found the right spot! I arrived SIMPLY for ONE glass of wine. Encountered a rude server and more. If you sit down, it’s one of those pay apps where you have no human interaction until you have paid and you now have to hear no for everything you already PAID FOR. The name is literally called PIZZA VINO. No wine glasses, no wine opener. Had to settle for a wine I didn’t want because the wine bar has no wine opener in site. They did nothing to rectify this and they were so rude. Anyways. Horrible. I simply wanted a refund. Or the actual wine staring me right in the eye behind the bar. Nope, just a crappier version of wine in a highball. For 25$! Cheers!

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at an airport. Pizza Vino at JFK Terminal 4 is an absolute disgrace to hospitality. First, the setup is confusing — two sections right next to each other, one for take-out and one for dine-in. We unknowingly ordered at the takeaway counter and sat down at a table. Instead of handling this with basic courtesy, the bartender Tess rudely told us we had to leave or she’d involve the manager and even airport security. Threatening paying customers like that is unacceptable and completely uncalled for. To make matters worse, when we later raised the issue with the manager, she was equally dismissive and couldn’t care less. On top of it all, when I simply confirmed that my vegetarian pizza would not contain meat, the staff taking my order responded rudely again. This place is not just poorly managed, it’s actively hostile to its customers. Pizza Vino needs to remember that no brand should treat people this way — especially in a global transit hub like JFK where first impressions matter. Avoid this place at all costs.

Just ate here recently and I have to say overall the food and drinks weren’t bad, although kind of pricey(it’s the airport so I expect that) but the service was HORRIBLE (no smiles, no engagement, almost like they are in prison) I waited minutes to see how long it would take them to greet me and it never happened. So I said hello to one of the staff and the interaction wasn’t great(as a guy who has worked in restaurants/hospitality for many years, I notice these things right away.) After I paid, the employee snatched the receipt and didn't say goodbye or thank you. Just didn't understand the lack of friendliness or professionalism.

I put one star for the service, but John R deserves five stars. John R is a rock star. He was taking orders, delivering food, never brushing off customers. A true hard working American. However. A negative one-star for everyone else. The manager is on top of list of atrocious service! This manager on the day we sat down had had long dreadlocks and wore blue shirt on the day we sat down. He looked at me when I sat down and walked away. Even the other patrons warned us that the service was horrible. The other staff/waiters were not any better than the manager. When we asked for help, they told us we had to “get with John”. The manager never once lifted a finger. Hey manager. Instead of rolling your eyes and shaking your head at John R, LEAD BY EXAMPLE. Use the four letter word that you have no idea it means. HELP. Give John R a raise.

Ordered a slice of the "vegetarian pizza". I asked if it came with toppings. Cashier said yes. Spent $8. She then says "1 cheese slice" and I said "I had the vegetarian" she laughs and grabs a cheese slice. I repeat that I had the vegetarian. She says "vegetarian is cheese toppings are 1.50" . I asked for a refund. She said no. I ask for a supervisor. She says it will be at least 30 minutes. This was around 130pm at the JFK pizza vino on terminal 4 on August 30th. Stupidest conversation I've had all week. If she just told me it was a cheese slice and mentioned the 1.50 toppings tag when I asked if the vegetarian came with toppings, I would have probably bought it and grabbed a few toppings. Why lie?? Guess you got my $8, easy there Al Capone.

It was just too busy to order a pizza and the poor staff were overwhelmed. They got my order wrong and subsequently got a few orders ahead of me wrong. Hopefully they swap this out for some Mediterranean food someday. It's so sad to not have a slice of real NY pizza at the airport.
