Rude!! Absolute worst customer service! Order is always wrong and the fries are always cold! They first blamed me for my order arguing with me even tho I had the app open and proof on the receipt, then they pulled me up to wait 15 mins for my iced coffee that they got wrong. Ridiculous. Won't be back!

Worst McDonald's experience ever The guy who started taking my order was awesome. I don't know what his name was. Otherwise I would shout him out but he was struggling a little bit and this other lady named Lindsay or something like that just kept on walking all over him. She was very rude toward him and toward me she should not be in customer service if she treats employees plus customers like that

Terrible service I ordered from the kiosk at approximately 12:03pm and waited 20 minutes for only a 2 cheeseburger meal and my fries were not salted and on top of that it was a bit racist for the floor manager and crew to make the only black person wait last when there were people ordering from the kiosk after me and received their orders with friendly service which I didn't get neither a sincere apology in which I've worked for Mann enterprise for 3 years

This is the first McDs I've gotten terrible service. They put my order on the counter without calling my name nor number. It went cold before I realized it was mine. They gave me my money back, but I would have preferred my meal.

They need to let the customers know that when they are ordering adult happy meals, that they do not have the adult mindcraft that they are putting the kids mindcraft in instead, so the customers can decide if they still want one

Orders a crispy chicken biscuit got home and it was a sausage egg biscuit. After I waited for over 10 minutes for it. This location has went so downhill since the manns took over

i normally receive great and kind customer service. however today i did not. i was ordering through the drive through, and kindly i asked if i could go ahead and order or pick it up inside. they said that i could. when i came in, they were complaining about my order the whole time, and loudly. they even complained to a customer while i was waiting in line. it was just a medium coke. nothing big. i asked if it was alright, since it would be easier. i would have been able to work with a yes or a no. i could have just been told: no sorry, and not have people yelling about my order to other workers and customers as i wait inside. i always do my best to be kind to fast food workers and retail associates, as i am one myself, and i don’t appreciate this. i would have completely understood if they couldn’t, that’s why i asked respectfully and with consideration.

Zero stars would actually be my rating. Received a more than obvious moldy bun on my cheeseburger. Still don't understand why the person making it didn't see it. Fries were of course cold. I did take it in and received a refund. I can't imagine I was the only dissatisfied customer that day. I will never eat there again and would not recommend.
