The store on main street serves better quality food, has better service, and "better serving sizes" than the Grand Avenue location. Each store is privately owned.

The best run DQ I have ever been too. Place gets crazy busy but the management and staff are top notch.

Me and my wife love there cheeseburgers and chicked strips excellent tatse and cant forget the smors blizzards a must if you have never tried that flavor yet!!!

Stopped for a cold drink today around 2pm. Wait in drive thru was short, and the young man that served me was very friendly. Wish I would have got his name to mention him personally.

Every time I go here, I am so happy with the food and service I receive.

The people are so nice here. I obviously love their sweet treats, but it's easier to come back when the staff is pleasant.

My Mother and I ate there. They have an outside place to eat. It is under the trees that shaded us from the sun. They had potted plants and several tables out there. It was like having a picnic. Loved it!

It was definitely a pleasure to stop in and see what this place was all about, since i have not had a decent DQ experience in the past, and this was definately a change to my DQ experience. Fast, friendly and the food was very good. The restaurant was clean and the workers were very busy.

These guys run a tight ship at this location. Don’t let the kids working there fool you, even during a rush on a Saturday night, my food and service was spectacular. The bacon cheeseburger meal was hot and fresh and looked good enough to be in an advertisement. The Peanut Buster Parfait was well proportioned with equal ingredients throughout. All food was delicious and ready within 2 minutes of ordering. I can’t ever complain about the service here, so whatever they are doing at this particular DQ in the heights, they are doing it right. 👍👍

Dairy Queen in the Heights is my favorite place to eat fast food. Their Chocolate Ice Cream is the best of any place. Their chicken strips are really good, and their service is wonderful! Love this place!

Out of all of years I’ve ordered food from here, today was the first time I’ve ever had my order messed up but the way they handle the mistake was amazing. Manager Megan was apologetic and they were incredibly fast righting the mistake made. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Heights DQ. Keep up the good work!

I rated incorrectly on Uber Eats so I wanted to make sure the review was correct here. I got a delivery order and the food was correct, tasty, and fresh. The fries were crispy. It was the first time I had the chicken strips and while a little dry they were hot and freshly cooked. The delivery order was fast and the driver very efficient and friendly.

I remember workers being more attentive to their customers, in service and food... There was almost chilli on that dog, a spot, and I do mean spot, of cheese, no one asked if we wanted any condiments of any kind... Not really impressed

Good little spot to eat. Only downside is the parking entrance is usually blocked by drive-thru guests and entry can be dicey if the people leaving don't see you coming in.

Very good blizzards, I liked the chicken tenders and fries as well. Kind of crowded but that might've just been that day.

They serve a variety of burgers and chicken entrees, however are well known for a variety of ice cream treats. The Blizzard is featured every month with a special flavor for the month. It is usually, ice cream to start with then an added treat to make it special. Added treats can be: berries, candy bars, fruits, slice of pie or cake, nuts and so on. I've always experienced my meals warm or hot, cooked in clean oil. I know when I order up, I can expect top quality in aspects.

Dairy Queen will always hold a soft spot in my heart, it's where I've gotten ice cream with my family for years and they've never disappointed. However, taking a critical look at the restaurant, they have excellent store services and a decent customer experience. The food in general is honestly not that great, though to be fair that is more of a DQ Corporate fault, as the food is often prepared well by the workers but the results are always lacking and bland themselves. Nonetheless, the ice cream is top notch with a wide array of flavors and options that change with the seasons yearly, so when it comes to soft serve their repertoire is top-notch. The customer service is fairly decent. I've seen them make plenty of mistakes here and there, but they always aim to make it up to the customer whenever a mistake is made. The workers are nice and efficient, and the atmosphere is well-maintained both inside and around the store. Overall, a rather good experience for a fast food restaurant.

Food is always great at this location. Just need a little more attention to detail. My blizzard had a small hole in the side of the cup. Truly not a big deal. I just wrapped a napkin around it.

The young lady working in drive through was very friendly and courteous. The good was on par. Very good. I ordered 2 Orange Juliuses(Strawberry Banana Premium Fruit Smoothie) and the six piece chicken strip basket meal. I gave a 4 star because of the loud diesel truck running behind us in the drive through. We could barely hear anything the crew member said and vise versa. The meal after being half eaten!

Blizzard wasn't mixed all the way through, just vanilla soft serve. Very few m&M's.

Service is spotty, sometimes good, sometimes not so good. This time it was mostly good! But my malted was barely mixed at all, more like it was layered.

The service was very good, but I was disappointed when I actually got my food- I ordered a small cotton candy blizzard, and almost the entire bottom half of the blizzard was just straight un blended vanilla.

The only issues I have with this dq are that there have been over a handful of times they ran out of ,specificly, flamin sauce for the flamethrower.

The dairy queen on Grand Ave is much better. These guys never put enough cookie dough at the bottom of the blizzard 😭

My A1 bacon cheeseburger was pretty dry, not much a one sauce on it. Also, this DQ has Coke products instead of Pepsi products.

Messed up my order (I ordered the brownie with ice cream and instead got the cookie with ice cream) which is fine, I had gone back and both between the two. And jokes on them because I think it was more expensive LOL Either way, it was good, serving was a bit small, and that’s the reason for the two stars; one for the wrong order and another for how small it was

Always great treats this DQ is staffed by teenager's almost exclusively so things don't move very fast however I've never had a wrong order or bad service. Drive threw is always packed and dining room is packed with yound folks and typically loid.

Disappointing customer service. Got food shortly before dining room closed. Ate and then wanted to get ice cream to go. Went up a few minutes after dining room closed but still fully functioning kitchen for drive thru. Was told "this side is closed" but I could go sit in the long line in the drive thru. Guess we'll get ice cream somewhere else.

Recently ordered a blizzard there, got home to find it was hugely under filled, for over $5, you would think it would at least be filled. Not to mention have all the ingredients (one very pale health blizzard-should have fudge blended in)…sigh. At least the burger was exceptional.

They didnt give us all of our order. They forgot a drink, fries and gave us the wrong burgers. But other than that food is good.

Incredibly poor service. They gave me the wrong price and didn't give me my drink. When I went back to get it, they said the drive thru machine was out of my selection and they would give me a cup to get my drink in the lobby, but then the guy disappeared and the manager came to the lobby to refill that machine, but then she disappeared too. I was considering buying something else while I was waiting, but didn't want to leave my son waiting in the car for twenty minutes for an ice cream pizza, so I left without out it or the drink. I don't have very high expectations for fast food places and I'm usually very forgiving since I worked fast food when I was younger, but this was super disappointing.

During my most recent visit to this dq, I ordered a mint chocolate blissard. When I got my blissard, the worker did not flip it. It was only half-blended, with vanilla visible at the bottom and a peanut at the bottom. The people with me also got poor quality blissards as well.

My family & I enjoy the food & ice cream at DQ... but it seems like every time I go to the heights location the girls that work there are unfriendly & the soda machine in the lobby is always out. Last time I asked if they could fill my drink by drive threw because the lobby machine only had diet & the blonde working rolled her eyes & was totally annoyed I was asking them, they also forgot our Sunday which no biggie it happens but when I asked for it she kept arguing that she had handed it to me (huffing around & rolling her eyes yet again) when what she had handed me was my son's chocolate/Strawberry mini blizzard. I really just try to avoid the heights location anymore

I ordered the 1/3 burger meal deal, the chicken strip meal deal and a burger on the side. She asked what sauce we wanted then we checked out. She didn't read the order back or give us the receipt, when I got my bag it had two chicken strip meal deals. We thought since she didn't ask what sauce I wanted, she rang up the burger deal. She didn't. Then when I went back to the counter to just get a different sauce so they didn't have to remake my order, there were four teens juat standing back there not doing anything. I said excuse me, they looked over and continued to talk and not help me. I finally got one of the older workers to help, i asked for sauce because i got the wrong order and she said oh youre missing something? No. I just want sauce for my order that was wrong.

Ordered a 6 piece ch iken strip basket with gravy and ranch. Received: 3 chicken strips and a gravy. No ranch- missing half my chicken strips but definitely charged for the whole thing. I understand that mistakes are made but this was Oops I gave you a 4 piece instead of 6- there is no 3 piece on the menu so whoever packed it knew they were shortchanging. There were 4-5 staff visible at the drive up and only 3 cars total in line so its not like it was overly busy either.

These people need to learn to double and tripple check they have the entire order in the doordash bag. I heard a doordash girl ask if each item was in a bag they said yes. And the bag did not feel heavy enough so the doordasher had them open it and sure enough half the order wasnt in the bag. These are the problems that cause chaos for drivers and customers. It starts with the manager who trains. Train correctly and keep an eye on everyone, thats why you get paid more. You are supposed to babysit and have the headache every day not us customers. So please double check and train better its your job.

You never get what you order and if you do its rear. For the price its not worth it anymore. You tell them whats wrong, and if your lucky they will re do it. Its still not what it should be even after that. The young people that work there are for the most part very nice. It comes down to poor traing.

I will never go back to this Dairy Queen!! I personally went in and ordered a birthday cake for my sons party. I talked to the manager and explained what colorers I wanted. I was very specific. She was busy and I guess she didn’t pay attention to what I described to her. When I went into to pick up my cake they brought out a complete white cake with no color except the name in blue. I wanted blue trim etc., so I had to wait till they scrapped off the white to add my blue. It was so frustrating!! The girl I talked to went to see if she could give me a discount. Well out barrels the very loud manager telling me she did not make a mistake and told me we had a conversation she remembered well. Well it escalated from there. She was shocked I questioned her and looking at all her employees and customers very loudly made noises and raised Both arms in the air. . Like can u believe this customer! She did it several times! Talk about being humiliated and embarrassed. She thought I was hostile, but I couldn’t get a word in!! She asked what I expected and I told her, well now a discount or free cake. She did give it to me, loudly with sarcasm and disgust. I never been so humiliated by a person in a business before like that! Don’t get a cake there it won’t be right and you’ll face humiliation!! They lost a customer and more!!

I'm working an UberEats order, i come to check in to get a customer's order, and because its onr of the warm days at the start of summer over 80°i dec0ide to treat myself with a blizzard. Well, i guess not because I'm not allowed to order after checking in. I will deliver any order i get, but will not be getting food here again. Very unprofessional staff.

If I could rate a zero I would! Where do I begin... the customer service is terrible. The staff is concentrated more on messing around than doing their jobs. The manager is a joke. She cannot control her staff and operate the business. After messing up my order and having to correct them three times, I watched my blizzard sit on the back counter and melt after asking twice if it was mine. Sorry about the wait doesn't count when they fail to serve the item once it's made. This place needs to get the act together. It is summer, it's going to be busy! Attention to detail goes a long way.

First thing, the lady taking my order was obviously new and needed help and instead of teaching her the right way the manager chewed her out for not knowing how to take orders, so far so good. When the manager took over my order, she stumbled around like she didn’t know to take orders at her own dead end job (irony at its fullest). When the order was over I had gotten my sunday before everything else and I go to sit down and wait. Then a drunk man at the booth next to me asked money. Over all a great experience. My food came out fast at least. That’s good because I wanted to leave sooner.

Ordered with Doordash for pickup. Lobby is closed for remodeling. Line out into the street. Pickup turned into waiting 40 minutes. Forgot cocktail sauce.

We went to this Dairy Queen around 10:30 (opening time) today and tried to go to the lobby. The doors were locked, and a lady could be seen inside cleaning. She looked at us and continued on to ignore us. Hours of 10:30 were posted on the door, as well as online. We waited an additional 20 minutes and doors never opened. Another car ended up pulling in as well to wait and no one ever came out. I also tried calling the store, and no one answered. If you have posted hours, it’s really important to follow them. Especially on a Saturday morning where people are out and about. We’re going to end up going somewhere else for food, being ignored by staff right as you get to a fast food place is NOT promising they will live up to any expectations.

Ordered tonight through Uber, took an hour before Uber was able to pick it up. and both our burgers were made wrong and all 3 orders of fries were cold and soggy. Only thing good was the strawberry milkshakes

Extremely poor service, condescending staff, and management. Literally every time I go to this location they get my order wrong. With the allergies I have getting it wrong like they did tonight has nearly ended with a hospital visit. This is unacceptable. I should emphasize that when we brought my food back because of it being made incorrectly and causing an allergic reaction that the manager (I believe his name is Randy?) told us it was my fault for not telling them it was an allergy. We tried to. The girl taking the order interrupted us twice and insisted the food we ordered did not have cheese (I'm allergic to dairy). We ordered it explicitly without cheese and still received the order wrong. That is not the fault of the customer.

The worst meal we have had in ages! The burgers had to have been made at least 4hrs before. Cold, dry, rock hard patties. We're not even made as we ordered. If we had not been in the drive through & home, we would have gone back. Not impressed.

I go specifically for the Stawberry Cheesecake Blizzard. The last handful of times I was lucky if I got 3 chunks of Cheesecake minimum. I eventually said something to the person taking my order & she recommended I pay .75 that way I was guaranteed to get some & she personally would make sure I got the extra I pd for. I hesitated but since I was desperate to get more than a few I pd the .75 only to get – 0 chunks of Cheesecakes!

We went and got food from this day queen earlier today and it was HORRIBLE. We paid 30 dollars for what we thought was going to be good food. When we got it we had ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 1 double cheeseburger, onion rings, fries, cheese curds, 2 strawberry cheesecake blizzards, 1 cookiedough blizzard, and 3 rootbeers. We didn't get cheese curds instead we got fries. You didn't put enough staws in our bag for our 3 drinks. You burnt the cheeseburgers and your food tasted like garbage. I regret spending my money for what I thought was going to be good food and I am not going to come back for a long time

Disgusting. Whatever happened to dairy queen and their old fashioned burgers. Truly disgusting my mushroom Swiss had gravy in it I about puked. Bunch of teenagers working there that would rather flirt and goof around than listen to their customers kid missed half my order. You'd think for how many people behind the counter one of them would have gotten it right. And to top it off they didn't have half the stuff that was on the menu. Gross gross gross. Will not be back.

We came here 2 days in a row and unfortunately we had the same lady who took our orders. Both days she got our orders wrong, she made extra vanilla sundae then on the second day, she also made another vanilla instead of the chocolate we ordered. She didn’t apologize or anything and not even thank you at the end. No smiles which makes me think she must hate her job. Her name is Kimry. Your costing the business with your salty attitude.
