Poorly trained employees; the brand urgently needs to train its new hires, especially in customer service and attention. Furthermore, they close well before the scheduled time.
Good place, good service, good subs... Only most of the times I've been there, they've barely had any drinks, or it's just plain water. One thing about the hours... the last time I went at 7 pm, it was closed. It says here they close at 10 pm. 🤨
They never have anything (this has happened to me several times now); I ordered my sub with oregano and parmesan bread and they didn't have it, they only had plain white bread (like any old roll). Other times they've been out of turkey and another time they've been out of several of the vegetables. In short, this franchise is really going downhill.
Sometimes you go there and they don't have lettuce, or the toaster doesn't work, or you have to wait 25 minutes for bread to bake. But the staff is always nice and they are patient with me and my so called Spanish.
I ordered through the Uber app, and all the ingredients tasted like egg. I couldn't eat it because it made my stomach upset. I hope they improve the quality.
I went in to order one of their famous subs, since they were advertising some specials at the door. To begin with, the employees seem to assume everyone who comes in is an expert in the ordering process, which they should avoid. If they see a customer asking questions about the packages and ingredients, it's not okay to look at you like you're a weirdo and just point out that the menu is on display. The proper thing to do, if you notice a customer is undecided, is to assist them, offer options, and explain how they can order their sub. Employees are supposed to be prepared to offer alternatives and know the products they sell perfectly. It's clear they don't like it when you ask questions or request extra ingredients. They immediately respond with the classic "it's more expensive that way," as if you didn't have the money to pay. It's obvious they judge people by their appearance. Just because it's in an upscale area doesn't mean everyone is going to be dressed in fancy or expensive clothes. After familiarizing myself a bit with the ordering process and the ingredients, I placed my order and paid the extra charge. I ordered a "BBQ rib" sub. My surprise upon eating it was very unpleasant. The supposed rib wasn't rib at all! It was a paste-like preparation that resembled meat—I couldn't quite put my finger on what, but it wasn't beef or pork rib. It tasted like ground beef and bacon, somewhat smoky, and the consistency was strange; it was a piece of meat, not a rib. The flavor was nowhere near that of 100% meat. I ate what I could, thanked them, and left, very disappointed with the service. It was clear they had no interest in providing good customer service. The place was rather neglected, and as soon as a customer left, they took far too long to clean and disinfect the tables. In short, my bill came to almost 160 pesos: a sub, a soda, and a bag of chips. A far from delicious and satisfying visit—a one-and-done experience.
Pedí en Didi y me faltaron mis bonneles y me los cobraron nunca me había pasado y estoy decepcionada ya que fue en tienda donde no entregaron el pedido completo, pedí pan integral en mi sub y tostado y me lo mandaron de pan blanco y sin tostar 🙂
El horario aparece que cierran a las 10 pm y acabo de pasar a las 8:55 y está cerrado
Una lástima de lugar. No tienen ningún otro pan que no sea blanco, ninguna de las personas que atiende escucha que estás pidiendo y no respetan las promociones que solicitas con anticipación. Y además, todo el pollo insípido y las costillas parecen embutidos. Nunca volvería 👍
Los envios estan del asco, me pedi un subway serie junto con unas papas y las papas llegaron todas aguadas cuando las papas tienen q estar crujientes y al subway le faltaron ingredientes como el queso mozarella ( se supone q viene con salsa y lechuga y de lechuga no tenia nada ni si quiera la salsa le pusieron) o sea literal pura carne y el pan y mi guacamole pero ese lo encargue yo a parte. Asegurense de enseñarles bien a sus trabajadores a preparar un subway please.
Pesimo servicio! Van 4 veces q voy y nunca tienen pan! Y solo te quieren vender ensaladas! Es impresionante Pesimo servicio
I ordered my sub toasted and they delivered it untoasted; it was terrible. My brother had gone there and they gave him good quality subs, but today when I went, they gave me very bad ones.
The three employees serve you reluctantly and with sour faces, as if you were asking for something for free!
The manager (Eva) refused to sell me a platter because it was 30 minutes until closing time and they were running late, but she said she would sell me regular Subways if I bought them. The branch's hours are until 7:00 PM, not 10:00 PM as stated on the website. Then two girls arrived, and when I told them they were about to close and wouldn't be served, she told them I wanted a platter and that she wouldn't prepare one for me.
When I arrived and placed my order, they told me they didn't have that ingredient. There was no hand sanitizer in any of their dispensers, and when I asked to use the restroom, they first said it was occupied, then out of service, and finally, supposedly, they had put acid in it because it was "very dirty." If they don't want customers to use the restroom to avoid cleaning it, they should put up a sign at the entrance saying "Restroom Not Available."
ROBBERY! Yesterday at 3:45 pm I went to pick up a Rappi order and they told me they didn't have any bread. They didn't cancel the order and they still CHARGED me!! I can't get a refund through the app, so I was robbed!!
I arrived and they just told me there's no bread! About 10 of us are going back! Can't they take precautions? Do they only bring in 10 loaves a day? I've had terrible service at this Juriquilla branch before (the one right across from UVM), but to completely run out of bread! That's the last straw! 🥴
Terrible store. There's never any bread, they only offer "salads." It's truly ridiculous. They have no standards, the staff is rude and inattentive. I don't understand how they can continue operating like this. I'm giving it one star only because it's impossible to give them zero!
I can't bill because the location isn't listed on the subway portal and the business phone number doesn't exist. It's terrible that they put a phone number and it doesn't exist, they waste my time having to go back to clarify an invoice... AWFUL SERVICE
I hope they close soon. The worst Subway ever. There's no doubt the franchise owner doesn't care at all. This is the third time I've been and they're out of bread. They only have salad. The staff doesn't even pay attention to you. They serve you with headphones on, haha. It's a joke to go there, honestly.
Every single time I go something is wrong today they said the bread had just come out of the toaster and that I would have to wait for 20 minutes before they could start and then after I waited they said the toaster oven didn't work and that they could only heat it up in the microwave
