Always the best burger around. Reliably delicious, this is my go-to fast food. Surprisingly affordable and fast service despite it usually being busy. (I give myself about 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru when it's full.) Look up the secret menu online and order your burger protein-style (no bun) or get your burger and/or fries "animal-style" (grilled onions, cheese, and spread). My favorite burger!

I stopped coming too often because they were messing up with my order almost every time. But this time I came I had a 10/10 experience. Shot out to Hailey who took my order. She was so genuinely kind and handled my order perfectly. She was so attentive made sure my order was right and I had everything I needed. Excellent service and friendly vibe. Raised up my mood. 👌

I eat here almost every night. The manager (George) and ALL the night staff members are super kind, polite and efficient. I come here for the good food but the way I am treated at this Jurupa location is what actually makes the experience special.

Great location with awesome service. Very clean and a quietly professional group of people who work there. Consistently outstanding service. The food is always fresh, flavorful and made exactly as I've ordered it. This location just like Manny other In-N-Out locations is clean and well maintained. The white walls with red trim is timeless.

In N Out never disappoint me is always clean well maintained and the employees look like they are enjoying what they are doing. The energy is positive the atmosphere has an indistinguishable aroma of belonging.. Wow..I have no other words to describe this place every time I walk in my jaw drops to the floor the ladies that work here are some of the most beautiful I've seen in many years thank you for your service. Definitely 5 stars ✨️

I usually have enjoyed the food at this location but today whoever is on the fryer needs to be switched, my fries were so hard and weren’t soft as they usually are, really disappointed and that’s what I was looking forward too

Love the staff everyone here is wonderful and works hard to provide good quality food, but sometimes staff needs to keep in mind that it’s important not to undermine customers that aren’t satisfied with the quality of their food. My partner noticed his shake was green (not sure why) and he was incredibly anxious so I asked for a remake. When approached the first person was incredibly sweet remade it, but the second person gave me a judgmental face and told me “It’s a Neapolitan” with a very rude tone talking down to me. When I tried to explain I understood that but was still wanting a remake she simply repeated “It’s a Neapolitan,” I understand it’s busy, but it being a multicolored drink doesn’t change my partner being too uncomfortable to drink it nor do I want to force him to.

Idk what's going on, maybe just our orders the last 3 times, but now I'm disappointed. This is the 3rd visit in a row that the strawberry shake is Less than strawberry and the the same thing with the coke, so watered down. I think I need to start checking the drinks before we drive off. Burgers were still fine but please look at the drinks before u let them leave the window. U can clearly tell the coke is too watery. Sorry In N Out, but this sucks.

If I’m requesting extra lettuce.. why do I have close to none??? Why is my burger bare,dry, and hard after literally 5 mins??? Smh unfortunately I didn’t check my food before leaving the window ..idk if this was someone else’s order or what but ts was nasty… this is unacceptable “fresh” my ssa

Who doesn’t got there hair tied up? Zoom in. This in n out is usually great, but I was done with my burger half way done with the fries, and that hair was BURIED in the fries. 🫠

Gave me the wrong fries, and they were going to bring me a new fries but forgot so and I finished my burgers without fries 😔 Staff is friendly but forgetful. Went back to counter 20 later and asked for my money back for the fries. All the apologies were fine but still no fries.

Avoid this location. Fries always seem tough. Burger has little taste. The lemonade machine is dirty.

So disappointed. Customer service was amazing, but we got home my husband’s burger was wrong & we ordered a beef patty with no salt for our dachshund & they forgot to give it to us. I didn’t notice until I got home so I didn’t even bother. Make sure to check your orders!!! Don’t make the same mistake we made.
