Even though it is a bit out of our way, we continue to make the drive for their special subs. I will no longer go to Subway as their subs cannot even hold a candle to Jersey Mike's. I have never been to a place that puts so much meat and fresh cheese on a sub sandwich it is actually sublime. The place is a little bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. I am able to make two meals out of a regular size sub sandwich. Kudos to them and the good work they do I will not go anywhere else from now on for a sub sandwich.

I just had a great experience at this location ! The staff was extremely patient and friendly! I haven’t been to Jersey mikes in a couple years so I wasn’t sure how to order . They worked with me to assist me with ordering. I came at 3:16 today wasn’t too busy. Thank you so much , have a blessed day !
I have been eating at Jersey Mike's for over 8 years. The service for online orders or for in restaurant service has always been good. My favorite subs are the #2 Jersey shore's favorite, #42 Chipotle chicken cheese steak, and #17 Mike's famous philly.
Best gluten free bread around and surprisingly amazing protocol to avoid cross contamination. I had my first philly cheesesteaks in eons and I will 1000% be back. Sandwich didn’t taste gluten free at all plus all of the normal sandwich size offerings apply to GF unlike most places. I am now a big Jersey Mikes fan!

I can't say enough about Jersey Mike's. This place is AMAZING! It's easily the best sub sandwich place there is. The staff is always friendly and the sandwiches are always awesome. Highly recommended if you want a sub or a cheesesteak. I have not had one bad experience here. And they have a points/reward system!
I recently went to have a hot sub at this location. I was on my way to Costco when I saw it and since we hadn't had it for a while we decide to stop in after shopping. When we walked in there was a few employees. The older lady that helped us out had nooo personality. Very serious and didnt really say much when we were ordering. She didnt even give us our receipt after ordering. I had to go back to ask for it after a few minutes of waiting. The Chipotle chicken hot sub was good but it is on the pricey side. My husband and I both got a sandwich, I got the 6 inch and he got the giant one. Got 2 drinks and it was 45! We didnt even get chips with it. But it reminded us as to why we dont go there 🙄. Overall, the food was good, the service could've been better. I think the first face you see at an establishment should be a friendly outgoing person. I love to be greeted and feel welcomed, but that might just be me...

I like this chain and this location has t ever let me down. My go to is an Italian and I love the pepper relish they have and the fact they have deli mustard. Worth coming to for lunch if you want a Sammy. They do not sandwiches as well as subs.
Their sandwiches are good but the service is not. I waited more than an hour for my sub, and every time I asked them about my sub they didn't know about my order (online order) it was a disaster, a lot of people waiting
Only giving three stars because it’s usually delicious here but very disappointing tonight as my sandwich was all wrong. I ordered ham provolone, mikes way, minus tomato and onion, add mayo and pickles, on rosemary parm bread. I received my sandwich with lettuce, pickle, mayo, ham and provolone on white. So the wrong bread and missing the vinegar oil and seasoning which is what makes it taste so good. On top of that they didn’t have sweet tea which is the whole reason I ordered a drink so I got the cream soda which tastes odd.
Really, really slow for fast casual sandwiches. I work in food service, and have for a decade. I get being busy and in the weeds, but there’s definitely have a problem with how the place is being run. Definitely not a strong move to be training the new guy on grill during the Friday lunch rush, let alone at a location that sees this much business. Good product, godawful workflow.
Messed up my sandwich really bad even tho I ordered TWO of the same sandwich it didn’t even have a tomato that’s actually so messed up MIKES WAY COMES WITH TOMATOS BY DEFAULT the workers here act like it their first day on planet earth just completely unacceptable I’ve been trying to get a refund for 4 DAYS I hate this location I hate the workers and the Manager is USELESS
Please don’t bring or let dogs inside a place people eat that’s just gross I understand service animals but a grown dude at the door with his dog just walking around while he eats is gross
Obvious lack of leadership. Took 35 minutes to make our food. Employee jumping from putting on toppings to grill to register. Touched money with gloves on, just to return to the grill. There were like 4 people there. 1 working, the others looked confused. Dont know if they were new or what. Will stick with the other locations until this place can figure it out.
I am writing to share a concern about the customer service at your location at 94 W. Grand Parkway in Katy, Texas. During daytime visits, the experience has consistently been disappointing. The employees often seem unfriendly and rush through orders, which makes customers feel hurried rather than welcomed. In particular, the daytime cashier has repeatedly come across as unpleasant and not personable, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere at the counter. This is especially frustrating because previous staff members at this same location — a young Black gentleman who sliced the meat and another employee who prepared the sandwiches - were exceptionally friendly, professional, and engaging. Their positive attitude truly reflected the level of service I would expect from your brand, and their absence is very noticeable. I continue to visit because I enjoy your food, but the decline in customer service has made the experience far less pleasant than it used to be. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and that steps can be taken to improve the customer experience at this location. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I would appreciate any follow-up regarding how this issue will be addressed.
Went in and ordered 3 sandwiches, 1 mini, 1 regular and 1 giant. I payed for them and then the lady started making them. She finished them and then proceeded to tell me that I had to to pay 2 dollar extra because the giant sandwich doesnt come with cheese. I was like why did you not tell me before I paid. She told me to pay so I could take my sandwiches. Never knew you had to pay for cheese, I know you do if you order extra but not for normal. Do yourself a favor and Go to Jimmy Johns or subway and pay less to get same sandwich but atleast toasted and you dont have to pay for regular cheese!
This location is extremely unorganized. It took 40 something minutes for my order even with several employees in the back. One person was doing everything and handling cash with food prep gloves on, while others looked totally lost. Im not sure whats going on here but the management really needs to step it up. Its clearly not the workers fault. They just look overwhelmed and need better training. Until things get sorted out, Id suggest going to another location.
Wow, 3 different managers there. The last one is the WORST. This is the 2nd time in 7 months where there was such a Long line bc the 2 employees & manager was MORE worried a out the online orders instead of the 5 people waiting on line. Also manager was MORE about helping those that were there to pickup their order instead of helping the 5 including me whom was waiting patiently for More than 15 minutes. I saw 2 just left. Then 30 minutes later still 3 of us still waiting while ALL.the online orders are been made and hand out. Please get BETTER managers and Better employees, instead of getting managers & employees not acknowledging the customers whom are waiting patiently in line to order. This location has gone DOWN since the Asian manager took over. I had to drive the other location on Fry whom had online orders but asked what I would like in 5 minutes. Not sure why I wait 30 minutes with 3 others at this location and no one knowledge anyone but the employees were talking to each other & their manager, Not the customers. Avoid this location. Go to FRY off of 99 which is only 15 minutes away.
