Xi Hot Pot serves delicious food with fresh ingredients and many unique toppings. The spicy broth is flavorful and aromatic. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, but there aren’t many tables, so it can get crowded.

The place is clean and cozy, with very fresh ingredients. The beef slices are thick and flavorful. Staff are friendly and attentive, always quick with service. The spicy broth is rich and aromatic without being overwhelmingly hot. Overall, a great dining experience—I’ll definitely come back!

Great for hot pot lovers! We chose half beef tallow and half pork broth as our bases and they were great. We chose mild for the spice level on the beef tallow which was a good choice because it is pretty spicy (we don’t do a lot of spice usually). We ordered fish, tender beef, pork, daisy crown veggies, fried tofu, black wood ear, and they were all great. Fish was tender, as was the beef and the pork was a good price at 3.95 for a small plate of it to cook. Our servers were kind and willing to answer our questions about the menu. Cooked rice is free with your hot pot meal and you can go get it yourself at the sauce bar. Very authentic place to get your hot pot on!

Had a great experience at this hotpot place! The broths were flavorful without being too heavy, and all the ingredients tasted really fresh. They had a good variety of meat, seafood, and veggies, and everything came out quickly. The staff was friendly and checked on us often to make sure we had what we needed. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, making it a great spot for a casual meal. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

Finally found a truly authentic Sichuan hotpot! The spicy broth tastes exactly like what you’d get in Chengdu—rich, aromatic, and properly mala. The heat level is legit, not watered down at all. Highly recommended for anyone who wants real Sichuan flavor.

It was such a great experience! The ingredients were fresh, and the soup base was full of flavor — especially the spicy one, just like in Chongqing, China. We came here on Friday night for dinner. Overall I think it’s good as a Chongqing hotpot restaurant. The atmosphere is good, the staff is friendly and the food have a good presentation as well as taste. Personally I like the rice cakes and meat.

I had an amazing experience at Xi Hotpot! All the ingredients were fresh, and the sliced beef and lamb were beautifully cut and very tender after cooking. The broth was flavorful without being greasy—spicy pot had just the right kick, and the clear soup was light yet tasty. There’s a great variety of veggies, tofu, and meatballs, and dishes came out quickly. The staff was friendly, always ready to refill soup and clear plates, and they checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. The place is clean, spacious, and perfect for friends or family gatherings. Great value for money—definitely coming back!

Our server explained how it all works and made a few suggestions while also explaining the heat factor for the mild spice broth. We went with mild but OMG even mild was super spicy🤯 We loved it! We placed our orders and then proceeded to make our dipping sauces and get our white rice…… Everything was fresh and the flavors and spice was amazing and 🤤 Both my husband and I are now huge fans! Our server was attentive and friendly and get suggestions were superb! We will definitely be back!

Happy to report that this spot delivers the authentic Chongqing Hot Pot experience! The fresh ingredients, the perfect balance of spiciness and numbness, and the overall flavor profile truly make you back to Chongqing. The only slight complaint is that the prices are a bit on the higher side. Additionally, I think it would be beneficial for the staff to be more proactive in offering guidance on portion sizes, especially in terms of helping customers avoid over-ordering. Overall, though, the food quality and the authentic taste make it great choice for hot pot lovers and looking forward to returning to explore more of their offerings!

We also paid 2$ for the sauce bar which includes rice and at one point they ran out of rice and couldn't refill it. They didn't have anymore ready so they had to make more in the back so we never got a refill on the rice which is necessary for our spicy hot pot. It's sad to see because I know they're hard working and the food is good but the lack of service really diminished our experience.

The service at this hot pot restaurant was severely understaffed. When we visited, there was only one server handling everything — seating guests, delivering food, and cleaning tables — which made everything very slow. As for the food, it didn’t feel very authentic overall. The duck blood was the only standout, but the rest of the ingredients were just average. We all felt extremely thirsty after the meal, which isn’t a great sign. Wouldn’t rush to come back.

Ordered spicy hot pot in "mild" and this was not mild.. this was extra spicy . Even our thailand student could not eat it and she eats extremely spicy food. It was not enjoyable at all. Waste of money and food.. mild needs to be mild. We have gone to other hot pots and mild has the perfect MILD spice. They need to rename mild to extra hot and the medium to extreme..labels are clearly off . When we asked if it was mild they said yes and for next time to ask for less spicy because apperantly everyone struggles to eat the mild.... but how are we suppose to know that mild really means extremely spicy? If they know people struggle to eat mild and nobody can eat the "medium" they should have told us and maybe they need to refix the mild to tone it down.. spent over $100 to struggle to eat and let it go to waste.
