Great coffee, great service, and even better atmosphere! Love coming here when I need to study or get stuff done.

This is a great local spot to have coffee, study and or chat. I like that there are food menu options that aren't loaded with preservatives and don't require a microwave. Staff is always warm and welcoming - their greetings don't feel forced or rushed. I order espresso and tea mostly. I appreciate the tea is never burnt. Tea is very easy to burn and it ruins it for me. There's an attention to detail here I'm very fond of. Consistently clean bathrooms and tables. Also the lofi on rotation 10/10.. my ONE question (which definitely isnt worthy of docking a star!) is... why do the cookies crunch like crackers? >__< also, shout out to the barista that never makes me feel like a weirdo when I order two drinks- for myself :)

Best cup of coffee I've ever had in my life! Excellent decor, friendly and efficient staff. Prices a tad on the hgh side, but you get what you pay for. Ordered a "flat white" and it was the best ever. Having been all over the world, there are some seriously good coffee shops out yonder. This one ranks right up there with the best in the world. HIGHLY recommended.

I love that they are close to my neighborhood and next store to my hair salon I go to. Tried it today for the first time. Ordered my standard double shot on ice, 2 pump white mocha breve. It was the best one I’ve had anywhere. Espresso is very good! Nice ambiance. Friendly service. Look forward to frequent visits.

We are addicted to their coffee! We get their soy latte 90% of the time and even without sugar or cream, it’s smooth. The staff is consistently friendly and professional. I love their scones, moist on the inside and hard on the outside. We come here at least once a week.

This is a great location if you are looking to meet someone for coffee or get some work down. The tables are spaced far enough apart where you can not hear everyones conversations. It also has a great coffee and breakfast food menu.

Kona Reserve is my fav local coffee shop in Katy! If you’re looking for a coffee shop with high quality espresso, this is it. The shop itself is also adorable and has lots of tables — there’s usually a healthy mix of people chatting and adults or students working/studying. They also have a drive thru! I absolutely recommend Kona Reserve for those looking to support a local place 🤍

I got a very good oat cortado and an open face avocado and boiled egg croissant sandwich. The atmosphere eon here is great, lots of plants. The baristas were very sweet.

Pretty good place to hit up. They have a good vibe and a good variety on the menu. We got their banana muffin, iced latte, cold brew, and croissant sandwich. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. I wasn't a huge fan of the Cold brew it had a tart taste. I'm not sure if it was just a bad batch or what. We will definitely try it again though. Love places that roast their own beans.

Such a beautiful coffee shop with so much to offer. Drive through is great, but the dine in experience is pretty beautiful. All the coffee was delicious, and the gelato was too. As odd as it may seem, I’d rather a coffee shop have no plants or live plants than have fake ones. The plants here are happy and thriving, which to me somehow says that the people there care enough to tend to them. It’s a beautiful place for some quick prom photos in the rain as well.

Hazelnut, Vanilla and I forgot the last one… BUT I ended up getting SF Hazelnut Coconut Latte! Doesn’t that sound delicious? If you want sugar, you’ll have to ask for it when you order. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating, will return again soon!

First time visiting! We went through the Drive Thru, quick service and the staff was super friendly! Since it was our first time we asked for recommendations and the staff helped us pick. Coffee was delicious. I got the White Maona and my husband for the affogato latte and both were yumm! Will definitely be returning when we are that way.

This coffee shop is all around great. (I gave 4 stars on the atmosphere because they have metal chairs that scrape across the concrete floor when you move them.) The service is first class with the baristas remembering who you are and what your coffee order is. The strawberry muffins, slightly heated, are my favorite. The place is very clean, which is important to me. I enjoy it there!

Ordered toffee mocha and Kona mocha. Both are good but Kona mocha is best. I find toffee mocha too sweet for me. Great service and ambiay.

This shop's coffee, including their lattes, has gotten better over the last few years. It's still pricier than other spots nearby, but the staff is always friendly and I like the atmosphere. I've tried their lattes, specialty drinks, and a few baked treats which have all been good. It's spacious and open which is a nice change from the dark and sometimes cramped coffee shops I find.

The coffee I ordered was great coffee. The shop's atmosphere is nice with lots of seating. It's great to have good coffee options in an area that previously didn't have any. I love Slayer espresso machines, they are fantastic machines. My only gripe is the price. (yes, I'm rounding up by 20 cents) $5 for a small and $6 for a large? Also the 8oz bags of beans were impressively high. Comparatively to the industry leaders (in more expensive markets no less), these prices are off-base. I will go back and try some of their finger food, those looked interesting!

Nice place to have a coffee. Need to heat up your regular coffee a bit more but I will give the benefit of doubt. The wooden chairs need to have soft cushions underneath them. Whenever a customer is coming in and pulling the chairs out to make way to sit on them, the chairs would make a very annoying, loud and a screeching sound due to the metal legs dragging against the cement floor. There was a very nice server at around 9:00 AM on the 04/25/2022. Very attentive and courteous. Sorry I couldn't get your name but thank you for your service and keeping up the standards, making your customers feel welcomed.

Some things are great. Some things are not so great. The chai tea lattes are excellent. I made the mistake of ordering the caprese salad sandwich. Instead of using a vinaigrette they used a gel that had a funny taste to it…the basil was so thin - it could be called micro greens…and I’m not sure about those olives.

The bacon egg and cheese bagel was about Dunkin quality for double the price. The banana walnut bread was very dry and didn’t taste fresh. Overall, a good spot for coffee with plenty of seating to get some work done

I came here because of the reviews and to find an alternative to Starbucks. I told the cashier that I haven’t been here before and wasn’t sure what to order but she didn’t have any recommendations and couldn’t answer my questions about certain menu items. Maybe she is new, this wasn’t a big deal, but other coffee places are at least friendly and say hello back to you. I ordered the ice blended coffee. It was pretty good, I’m just surprised at the prices, literally more expensive than Starbucks for a small, plain blended ice coffee. It was good but not sure if it’s worth coming back.

I’ll tried to come here on my lunch break and go through the drive-through for two chai lattes and two Lovenox bagels, I got my coffee really fast, then they asked me to pull around to the back of the building, because there was someone behind me, and that they would bring me my sandwiches.. I think they literally forgot that I was back there because I had to call them 15 minutes later and ask them to bring out my sandwiches and now I am late going back to work… that is ridiculous and I need to do better with being more efficient. why do you have a drive-through if you are not going to be efficient? And telling me to go to the back of the building is not cool. Cause it took 30 min to get 2 drinks and two bagels in the DRIVE THROUGH.. They didn’t bring the food out until I called the cafe. Don’t come here if you only have a 45 min lunch break… and on top of that. They didn’t even toast the bagel!! Why did it take that long to give me a bagel with cream cheese and salmon on top???

I live down the street and frequent this location for meeting friends and doing work. Guest Wifi internet is routinely down (able to connect, but no data) going on several years now and I'm forced to use mobile Hotspot which is slow. For these premium prices, I expect amenities to work reliably. Perhaps they do this intentionally to discourage camping?
