Kolache Factory

I didn't even know what a kolache was but was told I had to try one. The counter folks were great about making recommendations considering I had no clue what to try. I'm glad I stopped by because kolache's are awesome!

As a returning customer, Kolache Factory!! Thank you!!!... for the gift of a cinnamon roll and 3 glazed donuts, in addition to our usual purchase, your sweets are on point, and that sausage and egg kolache is my fave!! A loyal customer.

Ok let me start off by saying Rossi ( I believe that is her name) is the best human being I've come across in a long time. I work for centerpoint inspecting gas lines and I got sent out here yesterday for my work day which is almost an hour drive from my house. I always drive to me work area and find somewhere to have breakfast before I ge to work which in this situation was this place. I got here and as I was getting down down I've realized I had forgotten my wallet at home. This has happened to me once before and it was terrible I had to struggled to find a place to order online which for some reason online ordering was very difficult specially in an area you don't know and after struggling for like 2 hours I decided to get DoorDash app and have food delivered to me in my work area which I had to wait another hour for it to get delivered so now I have google pay so I can pay with my phone. I went in here and advised Rossi I lost my wallet and if I could pay using my phone. Unfortunately they didn't have the machine for I can pay with my phone but Rossi was kind enough to let me get the food and go back the next day nd pay. I was mind blown because this is the first time this happens to me where I got to a restaurant I've never been , 1st time ever and they are kind enough to this for a customer. Now today I went back ( today my work area was in Downtown close to the Houston zoo) but I went back just to pay Rossi and show my gratitude. I got my breakfast today (which by the way their Italian chicken kolache and ham & cheese croissant are delicious) we chatted a bit and as I was paying she told me not to worry about yesterday's food and she will just charge me for today's breakfast. Oh my God , my heart, this girl is an angel. Seriously, Rossi, you have a great soul. Please don't ever change no matter the difficul time or people you have to deal with, don't ever loose your kind soul. The world needs more people like you. Next time I get sent to work over by Katy area will definitely visit again. You have gained a customer for a lifetime. A million thanks.

We didn't know there was a kolache factory at this location. I stopped in for a snack and the kolaches were fresh and no problem when heated. Employees were helpful about the different kolaches ingredients.

Definitely miss having kolaches. The man at the register was exceptionally rude though, over a couple of cubes of ice for our coffee. Aside from him, I was happy.

I really want to look up some kolache recipes, as I don't think we have them in Ireland. The coffee was good too.

the workers are so sweet! they let me buy kolaches even though they were closed. AND THE KOLACHES ARE SUPER GOOD ALSO!! i got the brisket and it was really yummy

Rosie, the manager and her staff are always with a smile, ready to take our order. We have been going for years due to the customer service and the delicious Kolaches. We have gone to dine in, pick up and drive-thru.

Hard to go wrong with a good kolache, and this place has them! I love how they have a drive thru (even though it makes it WAY too easy to just grab them really quick on my way home from the gym!) Very nice staff, very quick service, very good variety and a very good experience.

I love the kolache factory… However, sometimes they really don’t do a good job in labeling the bags. Today I did not get the order that I asked for. I checked two bags that were labeled. The other bags were not labeled.

As expected, the prices for the kolaches had come up some due to the egg price increases. However, you should not reduce the amount of eggs in the kolaches which they have done. Hopefully they will go back to normal soon. Food is very good. Very friendly staff. Parking is it somewhat difficult how this building and parking lot is set up. Drive-through is a little awkward how it’s set up if you’re there when it’s busy, you’re not going to find a parking space and it’s hard backing out or even trying to back into a space due to the traffic pattern.

These were nice, yeasty, soft kolaches. I bought apple and strawberry. I much preferred the apple. It was very fruity. The strawberry was more jelly than fruit. I also bought a dark roast coffee which was a little disappointing. I'll be back but will skip the coffee.

Wonderful kolaches. Very fresh and delicious. Combinations I wild have never thought of. They take email and phone orders so it's boxed when you get there. Try the sausage gravy one. It should be illegal is so good

These were nice, yeasty, soft kolaches. I bought apple and strawberry. I much preferred the apple. It was very fruity. The strawberry was more jelly than fruit. I also bought a dark roast coffee which was a little disappointing. I'll be back but will skip the coffee.

I brought a coupon that had the bottom portion removed so you could not see the address- and despite being a frequent regular, they refused to let me use it.... just a warning to others trying to use a coupon from the back of your Fry’s receipt.

Dough is undercooked, particularly in this location. Tried multiple times.

It wasn't bad, but I did expect more from a place that sells kolaches in Texas. It's more like food from Oklahoma...just meh.

It is overpriced for what you get. I understand that it's a chain but it's nothing special. I had the Polish mild. I did see they had a lot of interesting flavors that I had not seen before as well as sweets like cinnamon rolls.

Service is very fast, even if it is busy. Food is ok but affordable and coffee is just ok. A good option for a quick bite/drink before going to work.

Mixed Review. My issue is/isnt with this location. I went to this locations website and clicked order now and ordered online. I admit i did not double check where the order was going but just assumed since i clicked order now on this stores page it would order from this location. I showed up and they didnt have my order and for some reason it went to the pasadena location. My positive for this location was that they were able to handle my order but i had to pay again for it. I called the other store to cancel it and they are making me pay for it even though i couldnt receive it. Now after doing more research when clicking this locations order now page it sends you to a location in california. While i admit my mistake, i wish kolache factory in general would fix their webpage to help future customers.

Used the drive thru this morning at 8:30 a.m. One would assume the kolaches would be hot and fresh on a Saturday morning, but not the case. I ordered the Bacon & Cheddar, which contained cold, dry, lumpy, stale cheddar and the Jalapeño Popper, which was only slightly better. I gave 2 stars only because the prices are fair (if the food is edible) and the drive thru is convenient. Unfortunately, these particular kolaches were not up to par. I threw them away half eaten!

Even if you order online, you have to wait in line. Don't expect any expedited delivery. The service sucks.

Disappointed in service. Ordered some kolaches trough the drive trough, she didn’t warm kolaches. They came out very cold, when asked for picante sauce she gave us a Attitude that she didn’t know what that was and didn’t have any. Attached is the photo of the picante sauce she finally gave us.

Stopped by on Oct 4th around 11am. Great food, and coffee and the lady learning how to operate a Kolache Factory was lovely to chat with. Unfortunately the man working there decided it was acceptable to make rude and disparaging political comnents about Republicans. Not sure why anyone working in a service capacity would think that would be acceptable. Your political opinions should never enter the workplace. We get bombarded enough with political garbage without having to listen to it while trying to get a cup of coffee. Will not be returning.

We bought 5 kolaches and the Philly cheese steak was nasty and didn't have a lot of meat I'm really disappointed and we had to wait a long time in line.

The biggest &(?@: ever! My husband came in asking for potato,egg and cheese and my husband asked the idi@(9(! in the counter if he was 100 % sure of it. He assured my husband. My husband came home and we discovered they gave us ham and cheese and ranchero. I am glad these people do not hold important positions like sending rockets moon or in an operating room because they would mess up constantly.

First time coming to this location on my way to work and I was very disappointed , kolache flavors were off compared to the usual kolache factory I visit on Morton
