Great staff who make great food. Everybody was really friendly and patient. The wraps and sandwiches were very good with very fresh ingredients. The staff were fast and the food looked as great as it tasted.

I work about 10-15min away from this Jimmy John's, so I'm often coming in for a to-go order right at closing time. Every time I've been to this location, I've gotten an excellent sandwich and great customer service. Chris H. and Abby took care of my order tonight and they were awesome! Highly recommend this store.
Always fast service and a great selection of sandwiches. Some of my favorites are the Totally Tuna, Italian Night Club, Country Club, and the Beach Club. I prefer JJ's over Subway. I wish the white bread was a little softer and also that they would automatically cut the sub in half. Not a meal breaker but my personal preferences. The wheat bread and chips are good
Jimmy Johns always provides fast service and good sub sandwiches! I love their veggie sandwich and BBQ chips. The new ranch sauce they offer is delicious as well, cost extra for a container, but you get more than enough for the whole table to share! Worth a try! Sandwiches are great quality and a good price for a meal.
We used to live in the neighborhood close by and this Jimmy John was awesome, especially with their delivery. We were addicted to them for a while because of it. Unfortunately we moved and our new Jimmy Johns has been awful, especially compared to this location. We stopped using the app and just pick up from here now.
I love the staff here. They are always friendly and welcoming. I have ordered in store but usually do off of app and pick up. I have never had issues either way. Its always done in a timely manner and done correctly. Always fresh tasting too!

Surprisingly awesome. There are so many sandwich shops around I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and freshness of the cheeses and meats. The provolone alone made my Italian club pop. The freshest ham I've had lately and quality salami rounded it out nicely. I will be there regularly now.

Used to love this place fast service with no mistakes. Last two times I visited I got the wrong sandwich and I waited for up to 15min with only like 3 people inside. The new employees they must have hired arent the best.
My go to jimmy johns location, definitely closest. Fast service as usual and professional staff. Just a suggestion to improve service to vegetarian customers, they don’t hesitate paying for the food but wish they get the same service as others!! Review Updated- Sep 2023
Fast and friendly crew made our first experience a good one. Now if I could get my mind around ordering off the extensive menu, I'd be in good shape! The point, this is a good place of you want a sandwich. Try em out.
I want to know why they only have 1 Choice of cheese and 5 or more choices of meat.?? I work for a Hospital and we offer 5 choices of cheese. Roast Beef goes with cheddar not provolone. I reached out to there feedback survey and was told that they've been Open since 1983 an only been offering 1 type of cheese. So for 36 years they've NEVER ask the customers would they like another choice of cheese.
This place has the slowest delivery for a company that advertises fast delivery. I ordered almost 1.5 hours ahead of time and yet they were still over 20 minutes late. Better off just driving into the store for your food.
Guy at register was really rude and unfriendly. Love the sandwiches though so I stayed and suffered through him so that I had my yummy reward.
Food tasted fresh , but anytime you pay $11.00 for a sandwich chips and drink for that amount. And get basically 3 slices of turkey with lots of veggies that totally wrong. They need to visit Philly and see what a hoagie is supposed to look like. Even jersey Mike's do better then this place . Never again

I love Jimmy John's subs, but I will not be going back. My daughter asked for cucumber on her Slim and they would not do it (I didn't expect it for free either). They want you to order the more expensive sandwich and take stuff off. All she wanted was a couple of slices of cucumber! The guy was a total jerk about it too. Ridiculous.
Customer service or employees being friendly. 100% great. Mgmt when I was just informing them the bread I got for my sandwich was super hard and not very good. Got very defensive. I'm all for being proud of your company. But Its not like I asked for my money back or a partial refund. Just started the bread I got for my sandwich was super crunchy. That was it. Wont be going back.

I went inside to order my normal sandwich clearly and got all the way home for my sandwich to be wrong. Called and Devin said he would put my name down to see what he could do. Called a few days later to mention it to the manager checo or whatever the name was and he couldn’t do anything about because it was a “free” veggie item. Very poor customer service he wasn’t sympathetic at all and lacked empathy. It was the principle of me ordering something regardless if it’s free or not I’m paying for it and it should be exactly the way I ordered it. Lack attention to simple instructions I won’t spend another dollar at this location.
I was shorted a sandwich on my online order. The other sandwich had wrong toppings. Drove all the way back to store from my house and was offered nothing for the inconvenience.
The minute I walked in to pick up my order i paid for the lady yells "where is your face mask"? I said "i don't have one and I'm only picking up my to go order". She was extremely rude and to top it off the tuna sandwich literally had nothing on it but a tablespoon of tuna. The whole order was wrong. You're business is going to lose customers over this mistreatment and it's not a LAW that you have to wear a mask. And no one is forcing me to wear one. Won't be back.
Thought we would give this location a second chance, and that was a bad idea. Order complexly wrong had to argue with the driver and show them the order placed online and what they delivered. After the driver left found something else wrong called the location and the person who picked up the phone couldn't care less. The owner of this franchise apparently does not care about his business.
Poor customer service. Heavy set guy leaning on counter by register when I placed my order. I paid cash. He continued to lean on counter and tried to get my change with one hand. Then he didn't wash his hands before opening a box of frozen bread and placing on a baking pan. No gloves. No sanitizer. Will not return to this establishment.
This Location is Extremely Slow, I have ordered from Jimmy Johns around the Country and always have gotten my food within 15 Min, this one took 45 Minutes and a rude manager on top of it. Still Hungry, Guess I am going to drive somewhere since service seems to be a thing Texas has not grasped yet I will be calling the General Manager to Follow Up
I'm still waiting on a refund from almost 2 weeks ago now the transaction is removed but yet the funds were nor refunded that's stealing
Jimmy John’s Joke! I tried to buy a turkey & Swiss...no Swiss cheese...in fact the only cheese they had was provolone. If it was true Auricchio provolone, or something similar, then I would’ve bought a sandwich. The worker showed me that nasty over-processed provolone, that tastes like vomit to me, so I passed. No roast beef & mozzarella, no havarti & ham, no turkey & Swiss, no beef & cheddar...nothing. I’m guessing they don’t have many balanced vegetarian sandwiches either, since cheese provides a good source of calcium and protein. I left and went to trusty ol Panera. Yes it’s a large chain, but at least I had choices. Only one kind of cheese...I still can’t believe it. That’s like walking in and finding out they had every type of cheese, but only salami. No other meat, just salami. Completely bizarre experience.
This place always gets my order wrong. I always order the Beach Club that comes with avocado, but they NEVER put the avocado in it. Ridiculous.
Love this spot but was severely disappointed today. Came in on my lunch break which happened to be at 3:00pm today. Placed my order with the young gentlemen on the register. As I placed my order a girl with blond hair started making the sandwich. Once the transaction was finished I proceed to the drink fountain right next to the expo counter. She asked if I wanted a bag, I said no thanks, got my sandwich, and left. On the way back to work I took a few bites out of the sandwich. After taking the first bite I looked down and there was a long blond hair hanging out of my sandwich with mayo on it and all. I couldn't turn back and address the situation due to the fact that I was short on time but why should I have to....why is this even an issue. Not only is this discusting but it is unacceptable. Looking back I remember how long her hair was and how it wasn't tied back under her hat and I want to know why.
Won’t be back, was overcharged... manager was so rude, trying to get the money I was owed was so embarrassing, they lost my receipt, manager didn’t say sorry, they were talking about me like I wasn’t right the! Even when I was given the change I was owed, the manager handed me the money, turned around and walked away. Not a “sorry about that” , “have a nice day” ... nothing. Not impressed. That in my opinion having worked in the food industry, in the past, myself is just poor customer service, especially coming from the shift lead. I’m far from impressed and will definitely not be back.
I had a sandwich delivered and they never disappoint but today my sandwich was just as sad as this rainy day. I ordered the toasted chicken bacon ranch and I got soggy bread, ranch , and lettuce.
I tipped the delivery driver once or twice now the driver thinks he had the liberty to charge my card the same tip every delivery also The rewards are garbage a free cookie or bag of chips no Free sandwiches no matter how much or quickly you reach your 5 required purchases I deleted my account because of this
Worest experience ever from JJ! They contracted the delivery out to UBER. The person was lost, would only respond to me in Spanish via text, and would not pick up when I called. I called the store and the manager told the associate to tell me I need to contact uber to find my order! WTH I don't order from Uber I ordered from JJ, why do I need to contact them. Or better yet apologies and resend my order back out with a JJ delivery driver. On top of it my order was wrong! It's like WTH 🤦♂️

Ordered the sandwiches 1 hour ago. Their tracking says it was out for delivery 40 min ago. Still not delivers. Called store and they said to wait another 5 min. Keep in mind. I’m only 2 miles away. Food finally arrived. Sandwiches are warm and ice is completely melted in the drink. Nice job Jimmy John’s 😡
I ordered delivery through the app and received a call from the restaurant where I was told they did not have a driver at the moment because their drivers car was not working so they cancelled my order. I did not realize that if I ordered through Uber eats the driver would also be the one from the actual restaurant. I thought other Uber drivers would be making the delivery. But I get another call from the restaurant where I was told they use the same driver and they had to cancel my order . They told me I was supposed to be reimbursed in a few days. This happened November 8th and today November 13th I realized I still had the charge. I called Uber eats and was told the restaurant marked the order as completed not cancelled. I don’t like giving negative reviews but that was just rude of them.
I just left this location (2/23/26 around 5:40pm), and the customer service from (Corrine) was extremely disappointing. The girl at the register (Corrine) was very unwelcoming from the start. Also, her dirty looks she was given, don't get me started. I politely asked if I could add mayo to my sandwich, and she told me no because “the sandwich already has meat on it,” which made no sense. The sandwich was literally being prepared at that moment, so it wouldn’t have been an issue to add it. Her “I don’t care” attitude was very noticeable and made the whole experience uncomfortable. Customer service should make people feel welcome, not like they’re inconveniencing someone for asking a simple request. I would not recommend this location if this is the level of service being provided.

The food was completely bland with no real flavor, and the portions were surprisingly small. The fillings were limited, and nothing felt worth the price they charge. It’s frustrating knowing their other locations serve genuinely tasty food, but this one does not come close. Definitely not worth the visit.
Usually the tuna is good. Today, at around 6:30ish, went to get a tuna sandwich. It was as stale and bad as ...ahm....' ways of the sub' tuna. Disgusting. I have been going here for 5 years now. This was the most stale I have ever tasted it. Felt like vomiting after with a really bad taste. Will give them one more chance (bod) and then if the same result will never go back.

Got a delivery, should have been a combo and instead I received no chips and a bag with an empty cup inside! WTH
My wife went into this Jimmy John's with a gaggle of 5 kids and ordered a bunch of sandwiches (6). Screen on the cash register said $63+. The employee tapped the credit card reader and told my wife to tap here. But the CC reader showed $75+. My wife asked the guy, why is there a difference and he told her, "I don't know, it must be tax". My wife said okay, got paid for her meal, asked for a receipt and the receipt showed a $12 tip that my wife did not elect. She came back up to the employee and asked him about it and he acted like he couldn't understand her. So she sat down and ate. After eating she asked to talk to the manager and the manager blamed my wife. Said she must have hit the 20% tip button. She assured him that she had not touched it at all. The manage continued to blame my wife and reluctantly agreed to refund her the $12, continuing to tell my wife that the employees have not way of adding the tip. But the employee did, he reached down and tapped the button on the CC machine and added the tip before my wife even looked at it. An employee does this. Okay, shame on him. But when the manager blames the customer, shame on Jimmy John's. What a crook. Choose another sandwich shop or eat at a different JJ's.
