Great dinner here. Lots of seating, full bar, clean and our server was friendly and attentive. The flatbread was so fresh and perfectly paired with olive oil/balsamic vinegar. The linguine was seasoned perfectly in my opinion, not overly salty like some restaurants tend to be. The clams were fresh, and juicy and the pancetta added extra flavor to the dish. I also thought the prices were very reasonable and the portions were adequately sized and more than enough for dinner.
I got the spaghetti and meatballs, meatballs with polenta( first time trying) as well as the Caesar salad. It was awesome. I did call to make sure the order would be correct ( I ordered from uber eats) they didn’t answer at first, but the lady did call back to make sure I was okay. I’ve never a restaurant call me back before. She was very helpful over the phone and explained to me other dishes I could try. I will definitely go in as well as order from uber eats again.
We’ve been about 3 times since this place opened a few months ago. Not too bad on prices, and the food puts this place on our rotation of places we like to go. This trip I added some shrimp and chicken. So good. Good job guys.
We enjoyed the gnocchi, arancini, and pappardelle with lamb. The wine menu had many Italian choices including great Tuscany wines. The service was stellar and prices were fair. They had live music and the servers were phenomenal
We came in on Saturday at lunchtime and the service is amazing. Then when the food came out, it did not disappoint in the least. Average cost of food is about $20-$25 a plate and well worth it.
We went to the Little Italy in Katy by Main event. Wow! The ingredients were obvious high quality and fresh. The taste on each dish made me crave more. When you comem ask for Andy, an amazing and attentive server! First the 🥗: most salads are pretty basic with little to excite you and I didn’t expect much from a simple salad but wanted something fresh. Instead of something to basic I received a simple salad with fresh ingredients that tasted so good. The tomatoes tasted like they were good quality and not the normal store bought. The lemon vinaigrette was beautifully acidic and really allowed the brightness of the salad to shine with the baby arugula. Next we split the hot honey 🍕. Pizza is normally pretty standard but both the ingredients on this pizza with prosciutto and hot 🍯 gave it a unique and the crust which was nice and airy giving a wonderful touch to a delightful pizza. Lastly we had desert which was cherries jubilee. This had dark cherries with their gelato and some pastry dough, the cherries are flambéed in brandy which gove you that nice warmth against the cool of the gelato and the then there is the creaminess that the gelato imparts. I cannot wait to come and try some of the other dishes that we saw while here.
Loved the restaurant and the service was even better! Randy took care of us and he was super caring, and accommodated all of our requests. The Cacio e Pepe was super delicious, creamy. The octopus was super well done, not too soft or hard. The parpadelle was also incredible, great taste. The drinks were amazing! Everything was delicious!!
Little Italy’s offers an outstanding dining experience. The food is absolutely delicious — the gnocchi Bolognese was exceptional, with a perfectly balanced sauce and tender pasta. The seafood pizza was also fantastic, featuring fresh ingredients and a crisp, flavorful crust. We paired our meal with a rosé Prosecco from Mendoza, Argentina, which was wonderfully refreshing and served at the ideal temperature. The desserts were a perfect ending: the mille-feuille was light and flaky, and the tiramisu was creamy and authentic. The customer service was excellent, especially thanks to Mr. Andy, who was attentive, warm, and professional throughout our visit. Definitely a place worth returning to. Highly recommended!
Such a delightful Restaurant. Wonderful service. Delicious food. Everything we tried was delicious & carefully prepared. This is a nice restaurant for date, meeting friends , solo dining or getting your friends together. The Pizzas are wonderful. We had the Linguini Frutti Del Mar , Italian House Salad & Flat bread. We enjoyed it all. They have a nice wine menu. We were delighted by Randy our server. #Pizza Di Mari ( fabulous) #Pasta #Date #Night #lunch #Bunch #Dinner #brunch #Wine #Gnocchi #Ravioli #Black #Truffle #Risotto #Steak #Oysters @ Little Italy Restaurant
First timer here, stumbled upon this restaurant because I wanted Italian for my birthday dinner. It was exquisite! Randy was such an amazing and friendly waiter and Jose was amazing as well, the Sicilian Cosmopolitan was delicious! Will definitely be back!
There is a great Italian restaurant in Katy now! Little Italy is the place you need to try. Great service and superb food. My favorites are the pappardelle with lamb and the fried calamari. Just Delicious! The Chef and the Owner came to my table to check how we were doing. This is a really family friendly restaurant. Just try it.
Wow! The best and most authentic Italian food in Katy! I have a wheat (gluten) allergy & normally bloat pretty fast with pasta…but, for some reason it did not happen! Yeah! Absolutely delicious!
Food is super delicious. So freshly made and the workers are so nice. Highly recommend. Everything was so good. Must try and will definitely come back with more people.
I'm really glad we found this authentic Italian restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and we will be back. I only have two little complaints so I'll hit those first: I wish that the ceilings were lower so that they would mute some of the sound and make the restaurant seem homier. I miss cozy, warm restaurants where there isn't a lot of racket. I could hear great, soft music playing every once in awhile, but with the restaurant being so open the music was lost to the clatter of silverware and plates and chairs scooting. My other complaint is that it took a long time to get our drinks. I could see the bartender making them, then the glasses sitting there, then a lot of people standing around looking at them, or moving them, and eventually we did receive them. It was just a little bit odd. I love to spend time at a restaurant, but I like that to be my decision and not because I'm waiting for something. Now to the most important aspect of the review: the food. We didn't skimp on our ordering! We got the bread, which was inexpensive and incredibly delicious and was served with oil and balsamic vinegar. Next, we had the meatball appetizer which was amazing. It was huge and was just the right texture. I've had meatballs that were so ground up that it felt like I was eating a ball of wet cat food, but this was meaty and chunky and had a big glob of melted cheese inside of it. Utterly wonderful. I also ordered the shrimp and lobster arancini. I have no complaints about it; it was very yummy, but the meatball did blow it out of the water. For our main courses we ordered the penne a la vodka and the macaroni. The penne was really wonderful, although I think it would have been nice to have had the opportunity for fresh parmesan at the table. I'm not sure why I ordered the macaroni; I think I just wanted to try something different. It had a strong taste of Italian sausage, and was served in a watery broth type topping rather than a sauce. Honestly, I'm sure it's very delicious to the right person, but I probably should have stuck with one of my favorites. I'm not sure why I always feel like I need to try something different, lol. It too could probably have benefited from an extra topping of fresh Parmesan. Interestingly, it got better as time went on and the sauce thickened up a little bit. Towards the end of dinner we saw a neighboring table getting fettuccine Alfredo out of the center of a giant wheel of Parmesan and that's absolutely what I should have ordered! However, I can't find that on the menu even now, knowing that I definitely saw somebody getting it. We finished up our dinner with some of the most marvelous desserts we have ever eaten, the mille foglie and strawberries cassata Siciliana. We critiqued them like we were judging the Great British Baking Show and found zero fault. Hand shakes all around. I very much look forward to visiting Little Italy restaurant again and trying that amazing wheel of cheese dish!

I had the meatball pizza. It was very tasty and cooked correctly My wife had the cacio e pepe. This is prepared tableside in a huge pecorino Romano cheese wheel. I tasted it and it was fantastic. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. We got an order of flat bread which is served with oil and balsamic vinegar. I enjoyed it very much. Plenty of food enough for each of us for another meal.

My husband found this little gem on line so went for lunch. Andy was our server and he was so polite and knowledgeable about not only the food but the restaurant itself. We had a capri salad and bread which is a must! We then ordered two pizzas; a margherita pizza and a meatball and pepperoni pizza. Both were so delicious but our favorite was the meatball and pepperoni pizza. Would definitely recommend.
The food here is wonderful, but what makes the difference for me is the excellent service. Thank you, Lia, for always giving such awesome service! Your drinks are great and I know you'll take care of me when I see you.

The food was great, all fresh ingredients! The wine and martini was good too! Our group of five each tried a different plate and each meal was on point. It was a good experience overall.
Food was delicious. We both had the Cacio E Pepe. It was interesting because it wasn't really Cacio E Pepe but rather Pasta alla Ruota with some pepper. It was still yummy but it needed that clarification. Garlic bread was extremely overpriced. Twice the price of other restaurants that charge for bread service. Not worth it at all. Service was great. The waiter was always there when needed. He was on top of handling every need quickly and pleasantly. They were very accommodating in finding me a good seat that worked for my oversized power chair so I could get under the table AND where I wasn't sticking out blocking the aisle.

As others have mentioned, the portions are small. The adult portion of Alfredo was the same size as the kids, for $6 more and did not include a salad. The Alfredo sauce tasted like the Marie Calendars frozen TV dinner meals. The flat bread was good. The brussle sprouts looked like coleslaw with chunks of meat, we think pork. Did not like them. The waiter could have shared that when they were ordered. The kids cheese pizza was good and large in size. I wish they straws had wrappers. They also add 20% tip without permission. We only had 5 in our party.

Excellent service! But did they change the chef? My wife and I went to last year. Food was delicious! We r went this past weekend with my in-laws. Classics (Lasagna and pasta Bolognese) were very good. The pizza was not great - no golden oven crust, etc. My hot honey pizza was a cheesy pizza, cold ham, and honey (no spice at all). My wife's ceasar chicken salad was drenched in dressing (think of when a little kid adds their own dressing). The bowl of brussel sprouts was just brussel sprouts and cheese, a little pancheta (not good). If you're going to go, stock with the classics, ask for dressing on the side.
