The lady at the drive through today was super sweet and helped make my stressful day a bit better
Relatively new place. Good food I got the large order of beef nachos. It was huge. Came in a pizza sized box. I also had some shrimp quesadilla. It was good though a little bland for my taste. But it did have plenty of shrimp in it-- that's why I gave this place 5 stars. Quick service too. :)
Yeah when it comes to breakfast and those flower tortillas and Taco Cabana is like the bomb.
Came in to get a favor order. The manager was super sweet trying to see why it wasn't coming through but after a few minutes it showed in system. Meanwhile I waited and admired the restaurant it's cute and super clean. Oh and I thought it's so cool you can see the huge tortilla machine making tortillas from inside, that's why they are so fresh and delicious
The cashier Alice was amazing!! She made us feel like we were eating at a five-star restaurant and our nachos and fajitas were delicious. They were stuffed with meat, nice and hot and the portion size were great
I really liked the service I received here. Theyre very friendly, professional and courteous people at this location. The food was fresh and delicous and the lady working the dining area cash register in the early afternoon - mid afternoon shift today provided really great customer service.
Went to eat here tonight at 8pm with my family & the overnight staff was great! The shift manager Lashunda Kimbrough was so polite & had great customer service skills. She served us with a smile the whole dine in. She made us feel welcome & at home. The whole staff was just great! An I will be a retuning customer for sure!
They got new management and it shows! Jermaine, the manager, had some of the best customer service ive seen here in a while, and ive been living near this location for 5 years. Great job, he deserves a raise!💗
The mexicana breakfast platter was very good, as usual. Our best Mexican food for breakfast in our area. Service was a little slow, which is unusual 30 minutes for breakfast, not quite the norm.
Courtlan was the super nice lady helping us and was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Also the food was prepared perfect as always at this location we eat here once a week and have never had a bad experience.
I live in The Woodlands and was in this area for business, and my husband & I decided on Taco Cabana. This was the best Taco Cabana we've had in years!! I wish whoever the cook and order taker was could teach and train all the other restaurants!! They made sure the food was fresh, and it was delicious!
After another store let me down, I called this location. LaShonda was extremely pleasant and had exactly what I was looking for. She apologized for the other store's failing, and invited me to come to her establishment. She had my order ready and waiting when I arrived. This location has now got my loyalty, even though it's not the closest to my house. LaShonda has FANTASTIC customer service skills. Give that woman a raise! 😁
The atmosphere was awesome we went in the last wk of 2024. We are veggie and hence we ordered only veggie items and all were great. They were very fast in serving and we loved it. The servers were smiling and helpful with the menu
NGL the food is pretty good. Better than some taco stands around. Price is very very reasonable considering inflation. My wife and I had 2 breakfasts platters with a variety and 2 coffees , it was less than $20! Also the employees were very very nice and set a good atmosphere
I rarely give 5 stars for fast food. I gave it for the service and cleanliness. The lady at the counter made all the difference. She was busy the whole time. This store is on the freeway and we sat outside. Dust and grim was very minimal. Food was better than another local down the way. So great job
One of the best ones I have been to. I will admit I stopped visiting TC because the one closer to me at kirkwood and I10 has declined tremendously, unfortunately. But this 24611 Katy Fwy location is so much better, the food the atmosphere and the staff were just right!!! Thank you for taking the time to care what your place looks like for the diners and for being nice, even when it was busy. Will definately be back. TC has been a family fav for years!!!! I will take photos next time.
Taco Cabana is as good now, if not better than, I remember. I haven't been for dinner in a little while, usually grabbing breakfast tacos to go in the mornings. I had to celebrate the grand opening with a Mango Margarita. The chili lime spice around the rim was the perfect add-on. They have draft beer, too. They have Margarita Monday, with special margarita flavors and happy hour pricing all day. Next month I hear is Guava Jalapeno. And y'all these cheese enchiladas were delicious. I love the black beans. Mixed with the rice, of course. Katie enjoyed her steak street tacos as well. The queso was tasty and the new salsa ranch sauce they have is killer - super spicy. They call it salsa fuego, and mix that with ranch. We got a few tortillas on the side too, and they were fluffy and delicious. Of course the place was super clean. Staff was friendly, we were checked on several times. They've revamped their menu, so I'll definitely be back to try the brisket and the shrimp. And this location has dessert - pies, cheesecake, and ice cream.
The service and food at Taco Cabana on this evening were exceptional. Cudos to the Supvr and chef. The flautas and enchiladas were fresh, hot and delicious.
I want to commend the young man in the drive-thru. Didn’t get his name, but he has dreads. He was practically running the store on his own the day I went since they were short staffed. He has great customer service skills and deserves a raise. 5 stars for him. The manager (Hispanic lady), however, is rude. Food is hit or miss.
Sadie and Tino killed it in customer service, they were extremely patient while I tried to get my order together. Grateful for the experience!
Amazing service it’s 8pm and when I walked in both lady’s in front dropped what they were doing to help me. I felt so welcomed and I’ve never experienced that at a TC before. Honestly so blown away at how lucky y'all are as a company to have employees like them! 10/10 will come again because of them !
I stay in Houston and it's always an issue with my food service. I come here late after work before they close and workers are always kind and my food is PERFECT! ORDER ALWAYS RIGHT. NO MISTAKES. Whoever the crew and drive thru window people are at night are doing an awesome job. Never disappointed . Thank you for your wonderful service.
Great people here. The cashier was patient and friendly even though I was undecided for a while on what to get. They had the store decorated for the Christmas holiday and it looked really good. I ended up ordering breakfast even though it was closer to lunch time. The food came out well and they made me fresh steak for my breakfast taco. Really good experience. I got my food to go because I was still working but wish I had the time to sit down and eat in the store.
Very friendly, would recommend everyone to visit.....one of the worker is an florist. This location is always clean when we visit. Food is great for when you're craving a quick Tex-Mex meal. Only downside is they only ever have one person at the register which can make it a little slow moving at busy lunch hour times. Other than that service is always great and friendly.

This place will replace Taco Bell for me. I loved their tacos but not their bean/cheese burritos. I need to learn their menu more. What did I like so much? Their atmosphere....clean. Nice decorations as well. They seem more sincere and service oriented unlike Taco Bell which is getting so impersonal and computerized.
The cashier added the wrong meal to my order. I didn't realize it until he gave me my food, because it is the same price as the meal I actually wanted. When I told him it was incorrect. He told me that's what I ordered. I told him no it wasn't. He again told me the same thing and said well you can't use your coupon for what you want because it is for the combo. I told him I didn't care and I didn't want the order he gave me, I want what I ordered. In the end he called the manager. I told her the situation and she fixed it right away. I appreciate her stepping in and fixing the problem. I come here all the time, because I love their food.
Great experience at this location. 5:30p on a Saturday was not crowded at all, service was really quick as well. Food came out hot, portions were good, flavors were all as expected from a Taco Cabana. They did give our order to the wrong people at first, but besides that, a pretty seamless experience, we'd come back.
Taco Cabana is our go-to spot for takeout or a quick meal, and they never disappoint! The food is always fresh and flavorful—you can really taste the difference in quality. My personal favorite is the brisket taco, perfectly seasoned and delicious every time. Paired with a side of their fresh pico de gallo, it’s a meal I keep coming back for. Plus, they offer a 15% military discount, which is a great bonus. Highly recommend!
This location was just ok. The service was ok, nothing over the top. The food was just ok, not as good as I remember. The atmosphere was good at first, but, until we noticed food on the floor at our table.
READ THIS!!! If your food is cold just re heat it it’s not that hard and if the workers are walking off with smiles on there faces there probably just talking to each other they are very friendly but don’t expect much from a 10 dollars for sum taco plus they work for 12 dollars an hour just appreciate it or go somewhere else and no am not a worker I’m just saying because all these dumb reviews
Food was OK. I think the price for what you get is a little lacking. Service was OK. We were visiting from out of town. This is on the maybe will eat here again list.

Honestly, the food and service is 50/50, sometimes it's good and sometimes not so good. I would just suggest just double check before handing the food to the customer. I should have checked as well. I ordered and got charged for the beef steak tacos only to arrive back to work and see that I was given chicken instead. I understand mistakes happen, I'm just not really a fan of chicken tacos.
Taco cabana use to be a good fast food Mexican restaurant back in the days. My most recent visit the food portion and quality was horrible. I ordered 2 beef fajita tacos and they were very skimpy with the meat and the meat was almost like beef jerky. I typically only eat the breakfast tacos now. I enjoy eating the bacon, egg, and cheese and chorizo and egg breakfast tacos.
2nd time here. I made the biggest mistake...check your bag before you leave! The drive thru staff read off my order and it gave me comfort that's what was in the bag. What I ordered was definitely not what I paid for! Hence the 2 stars this time. I'll check you guys out again in a couple months...LOL.
Food was pretty good, ordered street tacos the meat was a little tough, rice was hard on top like it's been sitting a while. Onions in the salsa bar looked old, lemons were slimey the cilantro was brown and black. The customer service was great though.

I ordered the Steak Fajita Quesadilla, and the Steak Fajita Taco Combo. I did NOT receive any tacos?? $14 for some chips and guac is FOUL, this is robbery. quesadilla was yummy tho just wish i had the tacos.
No one was in the restaurant and the cashier was rushing us to decide on what we wanted. The the order was wrong. I ordered beef tacos and got chicken tacos. Usually a great location but with reduced staff and no inside seating it was a really bad experience. Will most likely go to the one closer to home going forward.
Food is great but customer service lacks big time. Get ready to wait in the lobby for at least 10 minutes before any of the workers realize there's a customer at the counter. When they do come the workers look at you like you ruined their day because you were hungry. No greetings, no "sorry for the wait", nothing. Oh yeah and they have a salsa bar with no salsa just a flower basket. CORPORATE needs to make adjustments here. I gave them 2 stars only because I like their chips & queso.
Food was as expected, but the drive through window took 45 minutes. This is not an exaggeration. Was the third car behind the ordering window when I arrived and left 45 minutes later with my food. Why would I even wait that long you might ask? I don't know. I was in too deep after 20.
The food was good but the serving of avocado was a teaspoon not even enough to enjoy my cabana sampler plate.The order was right. The servers are always nice. The place was really dirty there was food crumbs on a lot of the tables food crumbs and napkins and trash on the floor. It was hard to enjoy my food and a dirty place I was actually going to take my food and go eat in the car.There was a cleaning towel sitting on one table as we ate. The salsa bar was missing lots of things and the new Chipotle ranch salsa tasted very sour and gross. I used to drive out of my way to go to this place but now I'm not so sure.
I went through the drive-through yesterday around nine-ish. Ordered two cabana bowls with fajita chicken. One with pico and one without. The refried beans was a little bland, but we consumed the food anyway. Well on today after conversing with my wife and asking her how was her stomach? And did she have to go to the bathroom? She says yes I had two bowel movements the first one was OK and the second one burned her butt. I told her that I had the same experience. Not sure what’s going on with the food, but I hate with a passion paying for something only to enjoy it for now, but pay for it later if you get what I’m saying. I used to frequently visit taco cabana, and then I had to give you all a break because of the quality of the food but then, after trying to revisit the old stomping ground well not such a good experience.
Slow. Its 11:21am on a Tuesday. I'm still waiting for my 3 pack steak street tacos. It's been over 20 minutes in the drive thru line. This is an outrage. I finally get them and I'm eating it just to find the limes in my tacos with the hard skin so when I take a bite I'm tasting the sour lime nasty skin of it including. You put the limes on the side so people can squeeze the juice on the taco. You don't put them inside the tacos!!! Crazies, muy loco.
Cashier was pleasant, but took over 45 minutes to get my order I placed online. It was just 10 breakfast tacos. When I arrived, I let them know I was here to pick it up. I was told “they are making it still”. After sitting for 30 minutes waiting, I asked the cashier again and he checked, and told me the same thing “they are making it, I’m sorry”
Me and my husband went there this morning the cashier in the front is super friendly. They messed up both orders. He wanted flour tortillas and I wanted beans with my eggs and bacon. Told the lady about the flour tortillas she had an attitude and just took the tacos. Then I saw that there was no beans in mine. Told the cashier and she was helpful but when I got my two tacos one was egg, beans and bacon and the other was just a pack of two tortillas 😄 will we eat there again... Yes!
No matter how infrequently I visit this Taco Cabana, I sit in that drive thru FOREVER!!! That said, the person working the window is very nice, but there is no sense of urgency. I could understand if there were customers eating in, but that is not the case.
The food is good, when they get your order correct. They don't have someone working the front counter, you have to ask a staff member to take your order. Very short staffed.
Corn tortillas went from a bag straight to my “tacos” no other toppings although I wanted them just how they come, and this was $7.24.. like come on. The meat and tortillas are cold. And I somehow waited 12 mins for this and nachos. This is why everyone chooses taquerias where the cooks care about their food. Gave taco cabana one last chance but clearly that was a bad decision
I called the store to make an adjustment to my Uber eats order. Simply asking the toppings be placed on the side to prevent my food from being soggy upon arrival. The person that answered was cool about it but unfortunately for him he never hung up the phone and I heard their ENTIRE convo. A man in the back who I’m assuming is preparing my order begins complaining loudly and upset . He asks serveral times “why the f do we have to do that” he then tells the man that took my call “I don’t think we have to adjust there orders like that. And then the other gentleman told him to just do it to keep ppl from complaining. He continues complaining as if it was so bothersome to him to make my order the way I like it. Not soggy. The fact that he asked if he had to do that and the other guy told him yes to prevent from complaints. Well here I am. To the gentleman that took my call this is nothing against you but to the rude person in the background challenging whether to make it how I want or just slop it together and act like I didn’t call is absurd and this review is specifically for you. Called in at 8:53pm 8/15/23 night shift.
Never again I will be going there. I went inside and nobody helped me. I was waiting for 20 minutes and nobody came to get my order. The guy in the drive thru didn't even say nothing just keep walking.
This place went downhill faster than this country after Biden took over. Stood in line for over 5 minutes inside waiting for someone to take our order. No one ever showed up so we left. Apparently the 3 guys I saw making tortillas aren't qualified enough to run the register.
I was waiting to place order for about 10 minutes. A lady that worked there came out to tend to a table and ask a lady that was standing next to me if she could help her. She went to the back to grab salsa for her and I never saw her come back. I left, it's like no one was working. I was not even acknowledged.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered curbside to pick up at 6 pm. I arrived at 6, called and was told they would bring it out as soon as they were done make it. I asked how long to expect and she said she didn't know. We waited another 10 minutes before calling a second time. The employee again said they would bring it out when it was ready. We waited an additional 10 minutes and I went inside. The employee walked to the back and came back a minute later with my order. It was ready they just hadn't gotten around to bringing to me. I said "I've been waiting 20 minutes. That's a very long time for an order." She said nothing and walked away from me.
The food was absolutely horrid!!! Let’s start that I like Taco Cabana and have ate there for years. This food experience was horrible… a complete waste of money . The steak on my cabana bowl was burned and the shell was not fresh. And they gave very few pieces of meat anyway. The flautas on the other meal was over done. The margaritas was ghastly. It was by far the worst Taco Cabana experience I’ve ever had; and as of right now I don’t intend to go back in the near future. The cashier was nice… but the food gets a solid ZERO.
The worse place ever. The Manger needs to get her crew in check instead of trying to be their friend. Get there and wait like 8 mins just to get a cashier. The guy is fighting with the customers in front of us about chilli con queso.. finally order. Get our drinks. Table is dirty. Drink station dirty no napkins. After 28 min wait get our food it's cold and hard corn tortillas. Do not eat here. The staff is dirty and the store is too.
I have been to this Taco Cabana at least 5 times and everytime has been a horrible and rude experience, I never come off rude or have disrespectful but these guys are just angry creatures. This morning I waiting for 10 minutes just to even take my order when I had been saying excuse me and being polite to get their attention but they still didn’t hear me so I had to be louder and louder the short heavier set wants to come out with a bunch of attitude and give me dirty looks. I still being nice asked her is she just couldn’t hear or if she was busy because then I’d understand but she proceeds to give me dirty looks and not talk back to me, she deserves to have consequences but I highly doubt anyone will do anything at this location, disgraceful way to treat people in our Katy community
This is the filthiest Taco Cabana in Katy that I know of. I guess it's new management but every time I come here the floor is super sticky with trash on the floors and tables. The employees don't seem to care either. I only come here because it's near my gym and i love the food but it's absolutely disgusting.
If I could give 0 stars I would, the absolute worst customer service, drive thru for 35 minutes and no apology, management needs an overhaul or something. We will NEVER go to this one again. Mason location much better! Adding to this because now we finally got home and they gave us three times what we ordered and left out our tortillas, and we paid for what we didn’t order! I called to speak to manager and no apology or anything. Just absolutely clueless. This has happened each time we go to this location. Never ever again! The manager definitely needs some help. Do not go to this location
Ordered from the drive thru, ordered a small breakfast bowl but was charged for a bigger bowl. Went back to get it corrected and was told by manager that charge was correct and no refund would be given. Called again to explain situation, and later the worker verified that the punch in for the prices was incorrect. Was that worth all the effort for a difference of $3? Yeah cuz it's about the principle. At least now they can fix their computer and prevent over charging customers.
Horrible customer experience. Wish i could add photos of how disgusting this place was tonight. Trash bins overflowing with trash, had not been emptied in hours Floor was dirty, liquid spill, food and napkins on floor. Just gross. If anybody would have slipped and fell yeah it would not have been pretty. I did call the complaint # hope I get someone to.call me.but it won't help.. I.ll contact health inspector... Went to restroom to wash hands that was NOT ANY BETTER... No manager in sight.was told he was in back washing dishes. Last night to this NEW location.
Don't place a mobile order and expect them to fix it in a timely manner. Placed a mobile order at 10:45 am and was already in the area. So I ran another errand and came back after 11 am. My order said it would be ready by 11:12 am. So I asked the lady at the register about the order, and she went to check. She came back and told me that it would be 5 to 10 more mins because they are taking care of the customers that ordered in the store first. I'm pretty sure my mobile order was placed before those people considering it had been over 20 mins already. So as I'm waiting and waiting, I start noticing that people who had just ordered wait a few minutes and received their food. I told one guy that I had been waiting in the store for 20 minutes now and still not received my food. So after waiting a total of 45 minutes, I finally got my food.
I usually have very great service here but not this trip. My husband and I went through the drive-thru. The lady talked to everyone, never acknowledged us except to get payment. My husband asked for extra pico & jalapeños and she was so busy holding extra conversations that we didn't get our request. When we sat there and she finally realized we needed something, we told her again and she basically just darn near tossed it. I wanted to go inside and throw ALL of the order on the counter and ask for a refund but my husband said to not worry, just don't return back!
Unacceptable. This place ALWAYS has such a long wait wether you done in or drive thru. I have tried to go there 4 times in past 2 months and the wait time for a to go order exceeded 30 minutes. Tried again today, same story. This team needs to get it together. I go there because food is decent and I get 20% military discount. At this point that discount isn't worth it if I waste 30 minutes of my day. They seriously need to fix the issues of getting out your orders.
I wanted to get something from their quick and easy but the cashier was taking for ever to take all the orders when there where 3 people in the line including me. Once I finally got to the cashier to tell her my order I ask for a dozen tacos when I asked that she replied with "How much is a dozen?” I simply just tolded her and tried forgetting about the simple and easy question she asked. When I finished telling her what I wanted I sat down waiting for the food it took almost a hour to come out. When it finally came out I saw that the order was wrong so I sent it back then after that they got it wrong 2 for times. When I got all my correct stuff I saw that the employees where laughing at the fact that they got it wrong so many times when I was seeing them all at the front with a line of customers that had complained about what they did wrong one guy asked one of them "Do you think this is funny?” The employee replied with a surprising "Yes.” So after that I just left and did not want anything to do with that lack of respect place.

Taco cabana has been worth the money maybe once in my life. I always thought it was bland for the price. But it’s been years and i thought I’d give it a shot. Omg. The food was terrible. Lettuce was half frozen and the street tacos has like no flavor whatsoever I’m not sure if it was seasoned for two cars mine included. Asked for salsa. No salsa. And the line took forever. 14 dollars later. No personal vendetta here but either my sinuses are effecting my taste but im pretty sure this was just bad! It looked like a sloppy pieced together meal that wasn’t even warm. Won’t be returning. Wasn’t thinking.
"Z" was working the window tonight, at least I believe that's her name as she wouldn't tell me so I had to read it from her name tag as she closed the window in my face. This location is horrible. Very inconsistent. Dreadful personalities. Train your employees to either all charge for substitutions or not at all. I shouldn't be asked to pay extra for something after ordering it without an up charge at least 5 times in the last month, and I should definitely be treated better for merely questioning the upcharge.
This review is not about this location but on Taco Cabana’s catering service. Wanted to make a catering order and tried calling their Houston representative named Mayra Vasquez several times and left several voice messages. Did not get any response.
Deleted my 5 star review for this up to date one. I went in there and literally stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be helped. Staff walked by and acted like I didn't exist. I made eye contact with 3 of them and at 10 minutes the manager rudely told me she would be there when she could while she was in the back. Yes it's value food but from 7 months ago this place is trash and management obviously doesnt know how to manage. No longer coming here just because how terrible the service was today.

This place is terrible! We ordered mixed combo taco and got chicken and beef with nothing on it! Its so small ! Better off going to Taco Bell! Taco cabana costs $10 for 2 small tacos with what? And they also gave us soda water instead of sprite! What the heck?! The meat was so salty and has nothing on it what so ever.! Never coming here again!
One star becuase i cant give them 0. Each time I have ordered from Door Dash they give them either an incomplete order or wrong items, I cant blame the DD becuase they are not allowed to check the orders and pick up what they are given. 1 time ok get a pass, but my husband likes this place so I order from them a few times just becuase of that and each time its something. I will no longer be ordering I have called the last 2 times about the order and they "cant do anything" cant refund but they can put a note in the system so I can come get the items I didnt get/wrong order. I dont want to drive to get this when I work long hours and have a long commute home, I look forward to coming home and I live in a small town a bit away from the restaurant.
STAY AWAY FOR THIS LOCATION. Not even sure why this spot is even open for. Order inside & you might stand there for minutes to almost 20 minutes before anyone comes to the front. Drive thru is a little better. But I heard they miss up orders. Someone explain how you order & paid for chicken nachos and get BEANS ONLY nachos. Then order taco but get cheese& bean burrito. I NEVER have any issues with the one on Mason Road.
Do not order delivery from this store! Check your bag before leaving if drive through or pick up order as well! They never give you any salsa! Every time it never fails. Idk if they are being stingy even though you pay for big thing of salsa or they are just to incompetent to read an order! This happens every single time and no refund on money you spend either!!!! I don’t order from here often because of this problem! It needs to be addressed!
Walked in and placed an order for 4 people at 10:30am. After waiting 40 minutes of waiting the food was still not ready. The dining area was filthy with trash on the tables, floors, and unemptied trash cans. Taco Cabana will not be getting anymore business from me.
You guys still don't have your act together. It wastes alotta people's time. Playing party music in the kitchen and no one at the front counter doesn't inspire any confidence either.
Quite literally the most disgusting food ive ever tried to eat. I hadn't eaten at Taco Cabana in so long but i really wanted chicken fajita tacos. So I stopped after work and picked up the family order. Spent almost $40. Me and my husband got food poisoning from it. Im not sure what happened but the meat was rubbery and the texture was so off. I initially thought they went from using chicken breasts to thighs cause some of the meat looked pink then dark. It was so odd. And I told my husband that something wasn't right but I was tired and had already worked all day so I ate it. Ive been sick for days after eating this food. And I know it was this food cause only me and my husband ate the meat. My daughter ate the rice and she was fine. Im extremely disappointed in this as ive been a long time ccustomer of Taco cabana but never again. Im still waiting for Someone to contact me. Its been days since I filed a complaint and havent had a call or email back. DO NOT EAT HERE! Im posting a pic so yall can see the disgusting meat we received.
I sited in drive through for longer than 20 min I would say for 3 chicken flautas. Didn’t get the flautas. I left. That’s ridiculous. Not fast food if you have somewhere to me. I could’ve dined in at a restaurant and left by now.
I was stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Completely absurd on its own, then I received my order, which was incorrect, and then I got my corrected order and it was cold. You would think they would know how to park people to keep the line moving it there was something they were working on that was taking awhile. Several cars left while waiting, I wish I had done the same.
The manager here is rude and should not be in food service, waited in dinner for over 10 minutes before came to register to take our order, once he did wr had to correct him multiple times to insure our order was correct. After awaiting 30 minutes exact and watching others receive their food i ask "THE MANAGER" if we would receive our food. I was then told she only has 1 person on the grill (5 individuals were there and talking to family members) so i ask why were others receiving their food and i was told people woth smaller orders get their food first. This is not right i demand to talk with the owner. One way or another i will be in contact with the owner.
I would love for someone to contact me asap. The number listed rings and has a Verizon wireless disconnect message. We spent $50+ dollars on 1/5/2023 it wasn’t busy yet we were asked to park in front. The fajita steak meat didn’t look fresh. It appears of meat that’s been sitting up where it appears dried out. The rice didn’t look fresh and had clumps which lets me know it’s not fresh. I feel like as a good service worker you should be able to use your best judgment. If you know the meat has been sitting it for a while it’s time to trash it and the rice. I’m wondering why did we need to pull around to front door if it wasn’t being freshly prepared. I’m disappointed and we hadn’t ate there in a long while and this is a reminder of why I hadn’t been back.
