Wrong order and bad customer service. Get some staff that have good customer service please. Not going back to this location

Showed up at 6:40pm to buy a donut. First, they close at 8pm but they locked the front door. I considered going through the drive thru however someone was standing there at the window ordering. We thought oh you can walk up to the window, cool. We decided however to walk inside, news flash door is locked. So we went around the side and waited behind the gentleman as she served him his doughnuts and he paid. Seeing everything piled up I still decided I wanted to buy. I waited my turn behind the guy(Hispanic) she(Hispanic lady) was serving. She tried to close the window on me when I approached. As soon I was opened my mouth to speak she tried to close the window as she spoke drive thru only, drive thru only. I tried to express why I was initially standing there and to follow that with my confusion of why he was just served there with no car. But she waved me away continuously cutting me off and repeating herself, drive thru only, drive thru only. At that point I had it and said, screw this. He blocked the drive thru so how could I pull up? Do you expect me to run him over? There was literally no space. Their drive thru is not even a drive thru. Go there and you will see how it’s awkwardly placed. I do not recommend this business. I ultimately feel discriminated against. Why serve him but not me? He and her were of the same race but not me(Caucasian). I don’t want to take it there but I will mention it because it feels odd how it all happened. He was not in a car but you take his business. Not only did the lady miss out on a tip but a regular customer. I just moved here last week and was looking for my go to spot. I tried their old fashioned cinnamon rolls a couple days ago and loved them. I wanted to grab one tonight after a hard days worth of work. Please look into this employee because that was extremely rude. We waited there politely. A family approached their locked doors as we walked away angry and complaining. They turned around immediately. You should do the same. It’s not worth it. She was not friendly in any matter. The lady clearly does not want to be there and obviously picks who she wants to serve. She made that quite obvious. I will not be back. You should be ashamed of your work ethic.

I am confused. I am staying at the hotel next door and have been told to try Shipley donuts if I ever get the chance. But there are so many reviews about rude employees and old product. I have 3 days to decide. Hmmmmm. (Jeopardy music in the background)..... any improvements as of 8/13/25 ???? Please post recent visits.

This was not Shipley donut. The worst half dozen donut I've eaten. I'd bitten one and thrown it and the rest away. It tasted rubbery and wet.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in, the lady that was taking our order was rude and kept interrupting me as I was ordering. My icing on my donut wasn’t even on properly due to how aggressive she was grabbing them…Don’t go here cuz if I could throw my donut at her, I would have.

I wish I could give this store negative remake. I am so upset with this store. Lady at front door was rude . Store hours are till 8. We reached at 7:40. Lady threw all donuts in front of us and said store is closed. We asked her to update the store timing and she said no we clean up at 7:30. This is the second time happened with me this store. Why do you keep the store hours till 8 if you start cleaning up at 7:30??? This is really unacceptable. Horrible place . Don’t go here.

Chocolate glazed donut started out good. Ended quickley with long black hair. No hair nets worn? I've been a fan since 1968. Won't return to this location. However still a fan. Customer service was okay.

The recipe change of the kolaches is absolutely not it, hard dough, weird cheese, and a different kind of sausage. Would’ve rather spent the extra dollar or two to keep the old ingredients. Lifelong customer but unlikely to return due to changes :(

The kolaches are hard enough to throw at a small animal and kill it. I couldn’t eat it. Also when you pull up to the window even with a worker standing there who looks at you, expect to sit and wait a while before she climbs off her high horse and does her job. Not impressed Update: contacted corporate twice no response cowardice and lack of service

Poor customer service from two older women. My wife and I had a caramel ice coffee and told them it tasted very sour. They let me get a hot coffee in return but they made one while I was eating and had the girl in the back try it to see if it was sour. They talked to my wife saying in Spanish that there is nothing wrong with the drink while we were eating. I found it rude that they would interrupt our breakfast just to let us know what they thought about the coffee. I usually don't ask for anything or complain but this was our of line and felt like they didn't belive me. It had to have been a bad squeeze or something because it was undrinkable. I can drink just about anything but that was not coffee. Thankfully the hot coffee was good.

It was a old Hispanic woman in drive thru , i bought 6 donuts and 1 donut hole and all i was politely asking for a plastic bag to carry then she gave a big attitude for a no reason. I was wonder if you hate your job, please quit. We deserve better customer service.

Very very disappointed in the kolaches old hard and nasty this was my first time coming here and it will be my last !!! Wasted my $5 for no breakfast ! The taste was soo bad and the bread super hard and dry !
