Had dinner at this location yesterday evening. Ordered the small filet, shrimp, with asparagus. Was served by Sara immediately. The food was absolutely exceptional. The steak was cooked medium rare as ordered and perfectly seasoned. The shrimp was fresh and not overcooked. The asparagus was cooked perfectly - tender but with the right amount of crunch. The Caesar side salad was delicious. It was an absolutely perfect experience - the server and the cook did an exceptional job. I was impressed.

I like this style of this restaurant where you can go to have a drink at the bar or you can go to eat something simple like a salad, I recommend the meat salad, it is very tasty, you can eat it with meat or chicken. The attention was very good and the atmosphere I loved.

The food is always consistent and I appreciate the team that works here. FOH and BOH. Cameron is by far the best server I’ve had at this location. Very attentive and patience and polite as can be. Even during a rush on a Friday night as he was tonight. Appreciate you Cameron. And the Katy location.

Stopped by for dinner the other day. I was seated quickly in a booth. Table and seats were clean. Waitress came by pretty quickly. She was very friendly and personable. Took my order and brought my drink and bread out promptly. Filet arrived cooked correctly with good seasoning, no sauce necessary. Baked potato had the correct toppings. Mac and cheese was gooey with nice breadcrumb crunch on top. She checked on me regularly throughout the meal. Good service, good food, will definitely return.

We was a group of 26 people, we receive the tables and they were ready they didn't take to long to serve the drinks, appetizers and food, the offer us as appetizers chicken bites that was between sweet and salty, it taste delicious and very tender, the bread 🍞 and butter 🧈 was ok and the main dish really I can’t complain, it was a tortilla soup 🍲 & grill chicken with strawberries salad (100% recommend). The service was very friendly and respectful.

I actually loved it.. a bit dim inside.. took my eyes some getting used to..lol.. but overall.. the food and service were great.. my girls ordered the mac n cheese which one liked..lol.. my other girl is picky so wasnt fond of it. It wasnt just normal mac n cheese. It had maybe scallions or something to that taste in it.. the rest of us loved it tho.. i ordered the chicken fried chicken n my husband ordered the steak which we were very pleased with.. the salad i had with it was bigger than i expected.. i ordered a mango margarita which was delicious and the shaker it came in filled my glass 3 times.. so i was pleased.. cant wait to go back again..

Love the atmosphere of this place. As far as steakhouses go, it fits the bill. I've had the ribeye on a couple of occasions and it's a solid choice. Highly recommend the brisket nachos for an appetizer.

This place is great if you’re looking for a decent steak. Their brisket queso was outstanding, I don’t think I’ve ever tried anything like it! I got their 8oz sirloin with mushrooms and onions which as you can see in my picture was smaller than expected but I still very much enjoyed it as it was cooked to perfection (medium rare). My partner got their prime delmonico and I can attest I have never tried a steak so tender in my life, the flavor was all there, and every bite was juicy and full of flavor if you’re willing to splurge definitely get that steak! Overall service was fast, food was great, and the place was clean.

Food is never disappointing, we ordered the cheddar mushrooms, smashed potato, outlaw rib-eye and longhorn steak, the steak was very well cooked and delicious, but the most amazing thing was the excelent service from the waiter, unfortunately i did not ask his name (he worked for the army) but he was super kind and talkative, all the time making sure we were having a good time and enjoying the food.

I usually start my reviews speaking on the food, but this time I have to start it speaking on the exceptional server. Our waiter Duriel. He was so attentive and observant and was on point from the beginning till the end. Duriel not only brought us our food in a very timely matter but we never not once had to ask for refills he already had one ready by the time our drinks were half way. I took my boyfriend here for his birthday since this is his favorite steak house and it made his birthday even that more special to have such great service. Everyone was very nice but Duriel went above and beyond and for that I am writing this review to highlight Duriel as such a great waiter who deserves all the recognition for today. Thank you Duriel not only the food was amazing, but that special strawberry cheesecake you brought out for my boyfriends bday too. That was icing on the cake on his special day for sure. We will be coming back and we HOPE to get you when we do.

Always great service and steaks are are always delicious. 😋 I love that when we order, my child's food always comes out first. That's the way it should be. Manager was on duty and tending to the dining room with other staff which is always a plus. Definitely love coming here for dinner.

Been to another location several times, first time to this one. Got my usual Parmesan crusted chicken and the new Parmesan crusted fries. Both delicious! Will come again on special occasion.

Friday evening about 7:30 arrival. Parking lot was very full, however was immediately seated in a booth. Server was exceptional except for a couple of details, one being the ice tea ordered had lemons in it, when it wasn't ordered that way. Was provided a warm small loaf of bread with a cup of butter while we waited for our ordered meal. We both ordered a filet, one medium rare and one medium well. The medium well was medium at best, however I did not address that issue. The filet came with two sides, one of us ordered the house salad with sweet potato, while the other was Caeser salad with loaded baked potato. Food presented well and tasted great. Each of us cleaned off our plates. Western themed decor. Would return for another meal in the future.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The food is always prepared to perfection and ready right on time for pickup. If you get a chance, stop in and see my guy Duriel. I’m hoping next time his daughter's soccer team is performing alittle better.  Regardless, Duriel is a fantastic host and takes great care of his customers, which I truly appreciate. We’ll definitely be back!

We went late afternoon. There was no wait and the ambiance was nice & calm. The food was excellent. My friend ordered his ribeye medium rare and it was done correctly. His meal portions were great. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries. My fries were done perfect! They were hot & crispy. My cheeseburger was delicious. It was prepared with even amounts of bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, & pickles. I gave 4 stars to service because we needed our water refilled and we had to ask another server for water refills.

My son and I had just left the hospital due to an injury, and we were both exhausted and very hungry. Our server, Joseph P., went above and beyond to take care of us. He was incredibly attentive and made sure everything came out quickly—there was no wait at all for our bread, drinks, or food. His kindness and efficiency truly made a difference for us during a stressful day. We were able to enjoy a great meal and be in and out without any long waits, which we genuinely appreciated. This is a lovely restaurant and the food is excellent. The service was nice and friendly. I went for the 22oz longhorn steak which was really tasty. The kids all had steak which they gobbled down no problem. The wife went for the pork chop, be warned you get three!! She washed it down with a couple of sangria's, berry and the peach one.

The first time we came here, we didn’t even get seated as there were not enough waiter that night and they told us to go to the bar. We decided to try it again after 2 years and I’m glad we did. This time the service was great and the food was delicious. Waiter was very attentive and even brought us a delicious ice cream in honor of our anniversary. It was nice on Monday night. Pricy but so worth it.. it was the best steak I’ve had!

Good service and attentive waitress when I went by on Wednesday, May 7 at dinner time. I love to get the strawberry pecan salad, the raspberry dressing is so delicious. My ribeye was cooked perfectly medium too. I didn’t like the chocolate stampede dessert much, however, the plating for it was phenomenal.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon and were seated immediately. The restaurant had a comfortable atmosphere and was nicely decorated. It took a few minutes for our waitress to approach, but she was friendly and pleasant. We ordered the Wild West shrimp appetizer, salads and ribeyes with baked potatoes. Pros: The food was all delicious and the portions were generous. The Wild West shrimp were hot & crisp and had a wonderful flavor. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Salads were fresh and baked potatoes were a decent size and stuffed with butter and cheese. We were also served warm, fluffy complimentary bread with butter. Cons: The lighting was dim, so a little hard to read the menu. Our waitress seemed stretched a little thin. A different server delivered our food, we got refills on drinks from a server we flagged down and it took a while to get our check. She was sweet though. The prices were more than you'd expect to pay on some things. A glass of sweet Tea or a basic cup of coffee should not cost over $3.

I went for dinner early evening. I asked for an old fashioned and it was wonderful. I asked for 6oz filet cooked well done and it was perfect and juicy. Bread was warm and salad was yummy and big.

Delicious food although portions are really big, you can easily share a dish. The Longhorn queso appetizer is absolutely delicious, totally recommend it. The have great COVID measures, social distancing and all waiters wearing a mask, so you feel really comfortable with dining in.

I can’t say anything negative about this LongHorn near Katy. Good environment, good vibe, good food and correct price. To be really picky, I will say that the guy at the bar (while I was waiting my table) did not pour my beer correctly, it was lacking foam, kind of minor issue but it was what I could come out… food was amazing…

The place was relaxing. Me and my hubby went there for dinner. The drinks were amazing!!! I had the lemon drop and hubby had a beer. My wife and I met our daughter's family her for dinner. The service was good but my T-bone was a bit tough. It was cooked to the temperature I asked for but just not that good. My daughter enjoyed her ribs as well as my son in law enjoyed his ribeye.

This restaurant is good. I like the food, the meats are of high quality. It's not a very lively place; I recommend it for a quiet lunch or business trip. The prices are a bit higher than other similar restaurants.

I hadn’t been to a LongHorn Steakhouse in a while, and man, I really need to go back more often. Since I was dining alone, I sat at the bar, and as expected, I met some interesting and funny people. That’s the great thing about bar seating—you never know who you’ll end up chatting with. The staff was incredibly engaging and welcoming, making me feel right at home. At one point, another staff member sat next to me for a moment while handling some paperwork, and we struck up a conversation. It genuinely felt like I was just hanging out with friends, which made the experience even better. For my meal, I took my waitress’s recommendation and ordered the Parmesan-crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Let me tell you—my mouth was so excited for that food. It smelled incredible, looked amazing, and tasted even better. I didn’t order any alcohol this time, but even the soda was great—not watered down like in some places. Beyond the food, the restaurant was spotless. My area was clean, the bathrooms were well-maintained, and of course, you can’t forget the free bread and butter—always a bonus. Between the reasonable prices, excellent food, and top-notch staff, this visit was nothing short of amazing. LongHorn Steakhouse is definitely going back on my list of go-to spots! We stopped in last week and loved everything. The small serving of salmon was small, but tasted great. bread was terrific as were the vegetables. We were very happy.

Not the best service. The stake was also not as good as advertised, and they didn't cook it right. Nice atmosphere tho. the server refused to pick up empty plates and cups making it feel very cluttered.

The Longhorn tasted really good, but undercooked. The chicken was succulent, according to my wife. The canned cheese in the queso was flavorless, but the pico de gallo had good flavor. Overall it seemed like Denny's with a higher price tag, better environment and friendlier staff.

I rarely give negative reviews but this visit was pretty out of character for the chain. On the positive side, the food was great...we had the filet, and the ribeye. On the negative side, it was almost like we were sat in a section without an assigned server...first we were not greeted after sitting for nearly 15 minutes, we finally waved down the hostess. Once someone came over and got our drink order, I'm told they were out of the draft beer I ordered so he gave me a bottle instead at the higher price (without asking), then our salad showed up with the steaks (unusual), finished my beer before steak arrived, and nobody stopped at the table again until about 10 minutes after I finished the entire dinner (no beverage). I ordered another beer (through a different server finally) and after I received it, nobody else talked to us until we left. I had to get up to get a to-go box at the hostess station and paid the bill through the pay app. Not sure if we just had bad luck or if this location is mismanaged but tonight was definitely a bad night.

The salad was good. My bf ordered the 18oz Fire Grilled T-bone Steak/medium well/Idaho loaded Baked Potato/and a Caesar Salad. The meat was juicy and tasty. The Baked Potato was good as well. My brother ordered the 22oz Longhorn Steak/well done/Mashed Potatoes/Fresh Steamed Asparagus/Rice with Grilled Shrimp Skewer. The meat was very juicy and tasty. The Mashed Potatoes were ok. The Asparagus was to the point, great taste. The Rice and Shrimp was good as well. We ordered Strawberry Lemonade to drink. Very refreshing. Overall, it was good. The presentation of the food could have been a bit better. All that really mattered was the taste. Except for the loud annoying people on the other side of the restaurant. Will probably not be coming to this Longhorn Steakhouse. Thanks but no thanks.

This place was a bit disappointing. We went on a regular night during the week to get some dinner. Once we got there there was a long wait of 15-20min which we didn't mind. We waiting and then we were sat. Our server was not great to say the least. She only came to the table like three times which was to get our drink order(which by the way took like 13min to come greet us) and then our check. Other server was the one that brought our food out. She didn't come check on the table at all. The food itself was ok. The fried okra was super salty and the breading was soggy. The 8oz steak I ordered medium was essentially well cooked and it was also a bit salty. Mac and cheese was pretty good and creamy. The establishment looked cleaned. I didn't go to the restroom so I can't speak for that but the rest was okay.

I called the person who answered said we will be right out. 3 customers later and one who had just pulled out and 15 minutes passed ...I called back and they were so sorry they forgot and would be out with my order. The lady who brought the food out went brought the food to the car who just had arrived. My order was for 715 I received it at 732. And of course the lady gave excuses but none were good enough. The potatoes were still warm, not hot but warm. The food itself was still warm but needed to be reheated. Despite all that the food was still good although it was rewarmed. The potatoes were blah...you know once a potato gets cold or not hot it isn't too good. I wish I could have tipped the cook instead. But they all still deserve two stars but the cook saved y'all. I would definitely come again but to dine in.

We have been here many times, but today was not a good day to give them business, and it may be a while before we come in again. This is a value steakhouse. With respect to the food, when they cook it well, the value proposition is fantastic. Consistency on food quality is a bit variable here, so be ready to roll the dice. The service has always been on the slower side. Sitting at the tables or the bar does NOT make a difference. They appear to be consistently understaffed. For today, we came in and decided we wanted to sit at the bar. There was availability of seats, but the (only) bartender was in no rush to clear the scene from the last patrons who had their card swiped 20 minutes before we arrived (receipt). A man was waiting for a carryout order, and the look of exasperation on his face told a story along the lines of “Officer, am I free to go?” Lastly, after waiting for about 5 minutes in front of the seats we wanted, we weren’t even acknowledged. We took one look straight down the row of bar seating right into the kitchen, and we were treated to the beautiful sight of an overflowing trash can waterfall. If that’s what you CAN see, imagine what you CANNOT see. That sealed the deal tonight, and we left for another restaurant.

7-pepper sirloin was overcooked and undercooked—like they forgot about it and then flipped it for 10secs to get quick color, I ordered it med rare. Seasoning was also way too salty for a 6 oz sirloin. I ordered the full size salad and the sirloin was the only option, please give the option to up-charge for a filet. This is the ABSOLUTE LAST time I will eat at this restaurant! I ordered steak and salmon medium and when I got home from curbside the steak and salmon was so overcooked it was inedible. I called and spoke with Melvin (mgr) and he said either I could drive back which I was too tired to do or text his cell phone with pictures which I thought was inappropriate. So my $70 dinner went to waste and my family has to make other dinner options. I get so frustrated with customer service these days and unprofessional individuals handing customer issues. This was an insulting encounter and knowing that this is how they treat their customers is enough for me. I work too hard for my finances to waste money. The service was a 0. Melvins service was a 0. ⸻ We have been loyal LongHorn customers for the past five years, often dining there every weekend and sometimes more than once a week. Unfortunately, today’s experience was absolutely horrible. We arrived at 1:45 PM and waited over 30 minutes without receiving drinks, bread, or even being acknowledged properly. It became clear that the lady serving us was also working the bar, and we had to ask other staff members just to get our drinks. Eventually, the manager himself had to bring them out! When the food finally arrived, it was brought by a different server — and to make matters worse, my husband and I received our meals, but my mother-in-law had to wait several more minutes for hers. The entire experience was chaotic, unorganized, and incredibly disappointing. After years of consistently good service, this was beyond unacceptable. Based on today’s visit, I would never recommend this location.

Used to love this place but now the service is just gone down placed the pick up order at 8:45 and said it was ready for 9:04 only to get my order at 10:12 and all I ordered were three sides and all I got was excuses that they’re busy but it’s hard to believe that it takes over an hour for three sides

We had a great time and an amazing waitress! Unfortunately, what ruined the experience was overhearing a manager, Charlene, belittling and bullying our waitress. Before leaving, we made sure to get her name. Charlene should not be in a management position if she cannot handle situations in a mature and respectful way. Hearing what she said both to our waitress and behind her back was unprofessional, inappropriate, and downright childish. We love coming here, but we cannot continue to support a business that treats its employees like this. I truly hope upper management addresses her behavior immediately.

Longhorn Steakhouse - Memorial City is the best! It’s better quality food and service. Today is Wednesday. It’s approximately 4 PM. I am not a content customer! The Wild Shrimp came with more crumbs than shrimp, sweet potato was not sweet and my daughter’s Mac and cheese was so dry! I will not come back to this location.

This was my first time back in quite a while. Staff is friendly and attentive. They had several big parties with small children so it was quite noisy that night. They were happy to remake my drink (happens). I was very disappointed in the steak. It was tough and chewy and I could not eat it. The shrimp were fantastic.

12/24/25 They close at 8pm We 2 adult 2kids got there at 7:15pm wanting to order to go. They said ok go to the bar. We waited for someone to approach us to get our order, no one came until I ask the waiter if I can order they say, no they weren’t taking orders anymore and he turn and left us there. Then I ask to speak to the manager they told me he say they were too busy to come. Rude service. I’m very upset with the situation.

Incredible what is so many complaints in what is a week. They make you wait more than an hour and they do not assign you a chair, they do not even take the trouble to give you an explanation. If I am able to give zero stars, I would. First, when my family & I arrived (5 adults and 5 kids), they spent 20 minutes cleaning a table when there were only 2 other families dining at the time. We ordered the chicken fried chicken with 3 sides, the T-bone steak medium well, parmesan crusted chicken & ribs, & LH burger. For starters, the chicken was pink & had a tart after taste (I had to send it back), my brothers t-bone was cooked well done & was tough as leather (he had to send it back & order a different menu item). We spent over 2 hours there and was given a refill on our drinks once. The okra side was chewy, and even though they took my chicken fried chicken plate off our receipt, they STILL charged me for my drink and side of okra as seen was NOT eaten. Then I ordered a Caesar salad as a side, and they brought out the Caesar salad BEFORE my dish. I had voiced my complaints with the on-site manager Amy Fogarty & she did not care. She only said, "I'll check with the kitchen on your brothers replacement dish so we can get ya'll out of here." To make matters worse, everyone in my family and I woke up the next morning with heavy headaches & stomachache. My husband and I were very disappointed with our experience at this location. Unfortunately, it seems the quality of service has really declined. When we were first seated, the waitress came to take our drink order. We told her what we would like, and she walked away without any issue. When our drinks arrived, she placed them on the opposite side of the table and walked off, forcing us to reach across the table to grab them. We then waited about 10–15 minutes before she returned to ask if we were ready to order. Once we ordered, our salads were brought out, but one of them was tilted as it was placed on the table and several croutons fell into my lap. While I understand accidents happen, there was no apology before she walked away. About 20 minutes later she briefly stopped by to say she was going to check on our food. When our meals finally arrived, both steaks were cold. The sirloin I ordered was extremely tough and dry—I almost choked trying to eat it. My husband ordered a filet mignon cooked medium, but it came out nearly well done. We waited for the waitress to return so we could address the issue, but she never came back to our table. Eventually, my husband and I had to walk to the front to find a manager so we could pay and leave. The manager took our card and went to the back to locate the waitress. We were never shown our bill before the card was charged, and it appeared that we may have been overcharged. Overall, this was a very frustrating dining experience. We will not be returning to this location. It seems like new management and better staff training are needed.

I dined at Longhorn Steakhouse on 02/21 and experienced, without exaggeration, the worst customer service of my life. We were initially seated directly next to the restroom. Within minutes, we were overwhelmed by the smell of fecal matter coming from the bathroom. It was so bad that we immediately requested to be moved. While we were eventually reseated, that was only the beginning of the nightmare. From the moment we sat down, it took over an hour and a half to receive our food. Not 30 minutes. Not 45. A full 90+ minutes. And when the food finally arrived? It was cold. Completely cold as if it had been sitting out long before it ever made it to our table. The service was beyond unacceptable. We ordered water and never received it. Our alcoholic drinks were delayed and incorrect. Our waiter repeatedly messed up our order. I even ordered a salad and never received it at all. We constantly had to flag him down just to ask about our food, remind him about our drinks, and correct mistakes that should never have happened in the first place. It felt like we were begging for basic service. When I brought these concerns to the manager, I expected accountability or at least an attempt to make things right. Instead, there was no real solution offered, no meaningful effort to compensate for the extremely poor experience. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a content creator, I do not take posting negative reviews lightly. But this experience was so disheartening and disappointing that I felt obligated to share it. I have posted about this on my TikTok and Instagram to make others aware. I would absolutely NOT recommend dining here. The service was chaotic, inattentive, and completely unacceptable. Be aware.

My experience at this steakhouse was truly disappointing. I chose this place to celebrate an anniversary, expecting an elegant atmosphere and service fitting the price. However, after almost an hour of waiting, the food arrived cold. The most disappointing part was the manager’s indifference, as he offered no apology or solution. It’s a shame, because a place of this caliber should not treat customers this way. I hope they take this feedback seriously, because I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this.”

I recently placed a takeout order from LongHorn Steakhouse and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of my meal. My daughter picked it up for me, and when I opened it at home, the chicken was extremely overcooked, the broccoli and rice were both burnt, and my salad was missing the dressing entirely. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was not a small oversight — the meal was simply not prepared properly. When I called to report the issue, the only response I received was “I’m sorry.” I expected more accountability and a solution. I’ve always expected better from LongHorn, and I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously.

The food is good the service is not. I asked for napkins and plates multiple times to share an appetizers and they wouldn’t bring finally had to get up and get it my self. Horrible service the staff hangs out by the kitchen while folks wait.

I have been to this location on several occasions…food is always good service is usually better. Our server was absolutely the sweetest. The issue came when I received food that I felt was below the standard I had come to expect from this location. Attempted to address it with the manager (not sure of her name) whoever was on duty around 7pm 10/20/25. She was VERY defensive practically calling my guest and me liars before rudely asking do we want our food remade or not? NOT I will not let someone with such poor professionalism made any kind of food and bring it to me. Definitely will not return to this location.
