finally made it to Waffle House, and it definitely lived up to the hype! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a cozy, inviting atmosphere that felt like stepping into a classic diner. Despite being a small location and quite busy, we were seated promptly, which was a pleasant surprise. I opted for a classic breakfast: scrambled eggs with cheese, crispy hash browns, toast, and of course, some perfectly crispy bacon. Every bite was delicious, and it reminded me why breakfast is such a joyful meal! The hash browns had the perfect crunch, and the bacon was a tasty highlight. The staff were friendly and efficient, which added to the overall positive experience. On a chilly Sunday morning in Houston, there was nowhere else I would have rather been. I left feeling cozy, full, and ready to take on the day!
Being my first time at this or any Waffle House, greatest experience. I'm very picky on how my food turns out. Especially my hash browns. They were perfect! Everything was! The staff was super friendly. Very interactive and always checking on us. Food was fast and hot. Its very rare I find a place I love. I'll definitely be back to this place.
I never have too high expectations for fast food places, but this waffle house was great. It was very crowded but the waitress was quick to find us a table. Breakfast was cheap and tasted great.
Olivia is the best human being I've met in a really long time!! We came for a little food while we wait for our fur baby to be tested for gastrointestinal lymphoma and she saw the tears in my eyes and gave me to biggest best hug I've had in a long time!! The world needs more people like her!!
As soon as I walked in the door someone said hi - showed me where to sit. Waitress was friendly and competent. Food, OMG - exceeded my expectations. Coffee ☕️ not spectacular but acceptable. Overall my only disappointment was not seeing a brawl like I thought happened all the time at Waffle House. Maybe those are uncommon at 1:30 in the afternoon on the weekend. 😂
What can you say about Waffle House!? We were in Houston for a quick trip and had to introduce my kiddo to the Waffle House experience. It’s always busy, but they get you seated fast. The staff is consistently friendly, and you can always hear the camaraderie between the team and their regulars. It’s part of what makes Waffle House feel like Waffle House—comfort food with personality.
Late night/early morning eats with friends (as is common for Waffle House) and honestly, had super friendly and attentive service. Food came fast made to order right in front of you. Everything came out perfect as usual, I’ve really never been disappointed. I get my eggs scrambled hard with cheese, my has browns made all the way minus the ham and gravy, and a succulent chicken breast. Waffles don’t disappoint but did not get that this time. If you’ve never been and are looking for a good breakfast this diner taste and experience of Texas will do you well. 😌
I woke up this morning wanting to go dennys but then i saw waffle house and i told my husband lets go there instead can i just say i will forever be going to waffle house from now on !!! Ronda my waiter was AMAZING i love her energy! Im a big potato head can i just say dennys always gives me raw hash browns but here they were cooked all the way they were DELICIOUS i had to order another plate of just hash browns 😭😭 thank u for starting my day off right 💛
Definitely the best Waffle House I’ve been too. World Famous Cook JayLene does an outstanding job cooking this food to perfection. Will definitely be back to visit.

This was my first time at a Waffle House and I have to say, it was amazing. The food was tasty, the service was impeccable and the team work in that kitchen is something to behold.

Me and my husband just ate here 7/13 on our way back home to San Antonio and it was my first time at a Waffle House! I just gotta say I was throughly impressed from the staff to the food! I had the hash brown bowl and a waffle with bacon. It came out fast and hot! But what really impressed me was the staffs friendliness and TEAMWORK. Valerie and Olivia doing what they do and also chatting with the customers so friendly. Jackie calling out orders and the grill staff getting it done without skipping a beat! EVERY SINGLE PERSON their pulling their weight and then some. It was great to see and just an awesome atmosphere. We will definitely eat here if we’re in town again. 💛
Jakari or (J) was very welcoming when I arrived and made sure to acknowledge us, which was nice being new to the area. We had a small inconvenience Jordan was great in apologizing and rectifying the situation a small apology can go a long way when mistakes happen! Thank you Jordan and J.
Stopped here on our road trip home and was pleased with our service and food. The staff were friendly, the food came out very quickly, was delicious and Keonte was an excellent waitress. All around a great experience.
For years I was passing by and always wanted to visit, so glad that I finally did. Upon entry a delicious aroma of freshly cooked waffles greeted us. Deborah was the sweetest person and provided the most attentive service I’ve received in a very long time. Waffles were popping hot, coffee was fresh and tasty, hash browns were golden and crispy. 2 other employees were also very quick and very friendly with other guests. The cafe is clean and the service process is well organized (I didn’t noticed any delay with placing an order, receiving food and checking out). I’m planning to stop by the other time I’m in town.

Man, I haven’t been to Waffle House in years and to be honest it is not my preferred breakfast spot but during my recent experience, the service was immaculate and I really did enjoy my 1 AM breakfast. I usually don’t prefer eating inside the restaurant because it’s loud and sometimes it can be chaotic so I took my food to go and it took <15 mins. Below are the ratings on what I ordered: -Grits: 4/5 -Cheese Eggs: 5/5 -Raisin Toast: 5/5
The food was great but what made the experience there the best was our server Jade. She was so welcoming and pleasant to speak with. She took great care of my husband and I. The only con about our experience was there was a cook giving our server a hard time every chance he got. Do better guy in the durag!

Didn’t get to eat the first time we went there. Sunday was packed and wait was uncertain. People were in line waiting for a seat. Place has only a few sits and tables. Went to check the other place nearby, same experience. We ended up eating at a different place that turned out to be very good! When we crave for waffle, we will go on weekdays then. Maybe line is less than Sundays.
