This location is the best. They understand the assignment when i saw more cilantro. They also have fun with me when i come in. Very personable just like old friends. I was fat and this place helped me get not so fat. I also wish i could sell feet pics for money.

Great experience today at the Murphy location! Andy was super helpful and patient as I was placing a large order that required some guess work. I was stressed from a long day and a 40 min drive in traffic on a Friday night. Listening to Andy and Aaron playfully banter as they worked was a great experience. They were moving quickly but also both calm (not all wound up). I left feeling happy and chilled out!

I came In tonight for a to-go order and Kenzie and Andy were great to order from, very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu when I needed recommendations on which protein to pick For my burrito. They were also super helpful with helping me pick out the best combo meal to order that would provide me the best value for my dollar, when i expressed interest in adding chips and queso to my order. Overall I had a very pleasant experience overall here tonight and I will definitely be back!

I’ve never been to this freebirds location before but know that I will definitely be back!! Especially as long as Miss Emma is working here because her energy was the best and she was the sweetest. Answered all of my questions and made ordering so fun! (I didn’t even know that was possible hahaha) But yes 1000/10 service. 1000/10 food! I will be back:) Thanks Emma! 🤪

Had a great experience here thanks to Andy. He was genuinely kind, super helpful, and made picking out my order easy. You don’t come across customer service like that very often anymore. Everything was quick, smooth, and pleasant, but never felt rushed. I’d definitely come back, especially because of how great his service was.

Makayla was literally the most sweetest person ever. I pointed out I’ve never been here before so I was a little confused and Makayla explained everything perfectly & was completely selfless. She looked so busy with the door dashes but still attended to us and was never rushing us. Thank you so so much we appreciate you & u made our night X10 better!!

Always love Freebirds!! They make such great burritos and I feel I get plenty of toppings for the price! Kids eating free on the weekends is such a perk for my little guy!

Anyone should download the Free Bird app and watch the Dallas Stars this season because Free birds is the official burrito of the Dallas Stars so Freebirds is doing these promotions where if the stars scored three goals in the game the night before then Free birds is giving away something for free and the stars are awesome hockey team they will be scoring three goals or more in the majority of their games this season so let's all come to Freebirds the official burrito of the Dallas Stars Freebirds is where the big burrito started That's why Chipotle came around that's why Qboda came around.. I really like this Freebirds location on Murphy Road — the atmosphere is great, and the team is always friendly and welcoming. It’s one of my favorite spots to stop by. That said, I was disappointed to hear that the Walking Taco is being discontinued. Honestly, that’s one of the main reasons I come to this location — it’s unique and something your competitors don’t offer. It really sets you apart! I truly hope you’ll reconsider bringing it back, because it’s a fan favorite and adds to what makes this location

Over all the food was really great! It was all totally worth it. I only had 2 complaints. 1 I wish the food was warmer or hot so it felt like restaurant quality. And #2 I wish the trash cans were not 90%full. But the food tastes and the food itself was great. It was the first time we went.

Surprisingly no "pescadores" no "mariscos" on the menu but vegan chorizo made the cut. The "assemblyman" was very patient with a newbie who got puzzled by a wrap masquerading as a cold burrito. The custom nachos was prepared attentively but a few more fixin's should have been suggested. There are other places where one can take their own sweet time to fill out an order form but here one is made guilty of holding up the progression of the queue by vacillating with the limited choices. Service is probably the only reason for a return visit.

I hate to compare, but…there is a Chipotle just half a mile away. I get the whole Hotelling Model of Spatial Location from a business perspective, but Chipotle tastes significantly better to me. My biggest gripe was the rice at Freebirds. Perhaps it was just the batch on the particular day I went, but the cilantro lime rice was very mushy and over cooked. I'm not sure if Freebirds also uses basmati rice, but the grains were significantly shorter. The rice ruined everything for me. The vegetables were also mushy and over cooked. The corn salsa didn't have much flavor, which I was disappointed as I'm a big fan of Chipotle's corn salsa. Given that this Murphy location is new, perhaps with more experience, they will get more consistent with how the food is prepared and cooked. However, customer service was pretty good - the people behind the counter were very kind and attentive. This place is more spacious than the Chipotle down the street, and the interior is newer and cleaner. They do have some more options (I.e more tortilla and sauce variety) compared to its competitors. I didn’t get to taste the chips, but the texture does look very promising based on what I saw.

We went to the location 😁 2 people working, we will touch on grooming Well when you are dealing with food maybe a hair net because the worst thing to have is someones hair in your food! 2. Cleanlyness trash was full and tables should be wiped down; not by the customer. 3. Coupons should state one person and transaction and additional sides is a fee to avoid false advertisement 4. If it is free for kids on Sunday then state is it One child per family 5. Chips should go with every meal Presentation is everything

I could have ordered fajitas at La Hacienda Ranch or other like priced sit down restaurants for this!! I was shocked. Quality was bad. Iceberg lettuce has replaced romaine. Food was old looking and the best thing I had was the drink which was tea. Its subway decor at best, and I left thinking about going to Chiptole next time (a place I cannot stand). Surely a better experience is in order, and it best get that way soon, because with Chipotle and Chiloso, so close by, this place will be out of business soon, if unattended. Best of luck FB, you lost us.
