The food was outstanding — the burgers were delicious and the fries were great. However, the experience could have been a lot better. When we arrived, all the tables were dirty. They brought out the fries first, then my burger, but my daughter’s chicken sandwich took so long that by the time it finally arrived, I had already finished my meal (I tried waiting, but my food was getting cold). We ordered a big bowl of fries, and they were already gone by the time her sandwich came out. The food is definitely worth trying, but the timing and cleanliness need improvement.

One of the workers picked his nose right before delivering someone’s food. The burger was cold, and not even a smash burger. My son’s chicken sandwich had an unidentified sweet taste and was soggy and cold. The fries were hard, and the tots were CLEARLY frozen. The sweet potato waffle fries were burnt, and the workers clearly did not want to work there.

Cleanliness is 3/5, service 2/5 food 1/5. Its a checkers with different name. Lowest quality fast food at highest price.

Put an order in online and got the incorrect burger. I drive all the way back to this location to have my food remade and it is still incorrect missing 3 items that were clearly on the receipt. At this point I’m just frustrated because I’m hungry and they clearly cannot read. So not one time but twice that my order was incorrect and came out of my way. Just ridiculous, please get better employees that know how to follow simple instructions. Not coming back to this location again.

Deep regrets! I hadn't tried Smashburger in awhile and I wish I hadn't! The Burger was red in the middle, fries barely cooked, and the bacon topping was completely raw! At this moment my stomach is aching and I'm contemplating my next move in regards to escalation! At this point only a refund would suffice as I will not be visiting again!

Being pregnant I was craving a burger so I had my husband take us here to Smashburger, after arriving home I couldn’t wait to eat. As you can see the very moment I took a bite I immediately started gagging and had to spit it out. Burger was not fully cooked at all. Very disappointing, pregnant women cannot eat raw food!!!😡😡 anything I can do to get a full refund or something this is unacceptable. Food was definitely not cooked. This is negligence and breach of implied warranty. Putting the baby at harm with this😡😭

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband placed an order for pick up, drove 15 minutes to pick up and came back home only to realize they messed up 3 of our sandwiches. Our two grilled chicken sandwiches that were only supposed to have mayo and cheese added were smothered in ketchup, smash sauce and pickles. Another sandwich was missing avocado and cheese. Called the store only to be told they could give us store credit. The MANAGER then hung up on my husband for him saying he’d rather a refund instead because we will not be returning. Called back and was put on hold and they never answered again. Definitely not a place we’d recommend, the fries tasted old as well. Also the onion rings weren’t cooked through so there was big chunks of onions mixed with wet batter. Take your money elsewhere.
