It seemed great from the front entrance, I couldn't get out my wife wasn't feeling good so she couldn't lift my wheelchair out for both of us to go inside. But she said it was filled to the max.

Snoozed on a Saturday morning and totally didn’t lose when ordering online and doing carry out for breakfast. Food is amazing whether dining in or doing carry out. Thank you, Snooze, for an amazing breakfast. You never disappoint!

Delicious to the max! They just opened today and the service was incredible! The staff was super friendly (thank you Dominic 😊). We were there on a Wednesday morning I had the bourbon pumpkin pancakes 🥞! And a side of chicken sausage! Now let me say this I love sweet stuff, and this was just perfect for me. Some people might thinks it’s too sweet of a syrup. However, it was delicious. My co worker had the pineapple upside down cake, that was also super good tasted just like a cake! Overall I will definitely come back.

This place is great for breakfast or brunch! Service is always good, and the place is always clean. It is a little pricier than your average breakfast restaurant, BUT this is not average food haha. I love this place. The food is fresh and delicious and we beat all the line and wait by going super early when it just opened. The service is kind and fast. I had the Benedict duo: salmon Benedict and the barbacoa Beef salsa verde one... (I forgot the actual names of the menu lol) but they were both amazing and blew my tastebuds away. Took my wife on a brunch date and we had a great time. We dined in and ordered a few different things. Our favorite was the French toast! Very soft and delicious. We also loved the hash browns and how you can customize it. We added veggies and cheese . I also got a bowl and a matcha latte. The bowl was great, the matcha latte was awesome as well. I asked the waitress and she confirmed, they use ceremonial grade matcha 🍵

Don't hit the snooze alarm otherwise there will be a long wait, but it's worth it. We waited about 45 minutes for a table. We didn't wait inside with the crowd, we walked around. We gave our number and they texted us that our table was almost ready. They also have coffee and water while you wait, or you can order a mimosa from the bar.

Fantastic!!! The food was super yummy and well presented. And the service was excellent too. Our waiter, Chase was very nice and attentive. We went on a Sunday morning, it was packed and we were seated in less than 20 minutes. We’re definitely going back to try some of the many options they have. Snooze was great. The lunch wait wasn't to terrible, only 20 or so minutes. The food was generously portioned and I enjoyed every bit of it. I tried the B.E.A.T. Sandwich and it is an item I will definitely order again. Our waitress was amazing and kind. She knew that I hadn't been there previously and had a hard time choosing, she took it upon herself to throw in a pineapple upside down pancake. It was beyond delicious. Staff was masked and friendly. The service was excellent and the food, delicious. The portions weren't huge, which was good for us. I had the Breakfast Potpie and my husband had the shrimp and grits.

Great breakfast today! Our server Brenton made the visit fun, and kept our guys laughing. We had a variety of regular and gluten free pancakes, eggs Benedict, corned beef hash, eggs, etc. It was all a hit. The pineapple upside down are everyone's favorite, but mine was the blueberry Danish. They were delicious. We agreed the pumpkin pancakes were a bit much. Sweet potato pancakes are good, and so are the plain. My hash was delicious, and we enjoyed our coffee. Fun environment, great food, great service.

Server was extremely good and friendly. My eggs were cooked perfectly and the bacon was out of this world. Although it took awhile to get our food. Also I don't recommend the blueberry danish pancake. I'm serious about that bacon though. Incredible!

This is the best place to have breakfast or brunch. It never disappoints. Food is delicious, portions are right and ingredients are great. This time I tried the Lox-N-Latke Benny and it was so good. We also had a single pancake and it was delicious and fluffy. 5 stars for sure!

Love this spot. Always have good service, and the breakfast items have a unique twist on them. The burrito and BLT are easy choices for me, but my wife likes just about everything on the menu. We’re here at least once every other month.

Snooze is a nice brunch place in Cinco Ranch. No wait when we showed up at 10am. The breakfast was yummy, and service was good. We got the basic snooze breakfast, eggwhite omelette, and pot pie. They have a huge assortment of items on their menu so you do not feel limited to anything! Next time I will definitely try a pancake or French toast plate. If you're of drinking age and enjoy alcohol, this place will not disappoint. They have a variety of bloody Mary's, mimosas, and mish mashes of your favorite drinks.

Highly recommend this restaurant! 11months ago; I absolutely fell in love with this place! The service was great and the food and drinks were delicious!! My new favorite breakfast place. The seating was nice and comfortable. We were greeted by friendly staff and our waitress was great! The tea and coffe was so yummy!! The eggs were cooked very well. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you for the great food and service. It took a little bit to get the check but not enough to lose a star.

It was an absolute pleasure to have breakfast with my friend over here. In fact, he introduced me to this place. We booked our sitting an hour ahead using their app and we got our table within 5 minutes. I would recommend everyone to do that in order to avoid the long lines! Hostess was wonderful and we ordered Benedicts. Perfectly made. I would recommend making the Hash Brown crispy well made. BTW - they serve their own Colas not Coca Cola.

My first time dining at a Snooze and it did not disappoint! I ordered Juan’s Breakfast Tacos and they were filling and delicious! I asked our server what the seasoning was on top and he said it was simply chili flakes. But, they added such a depth of flavor! The staff were extremely pleasant and our server checked on us frequently to ensure that we were satisfied and enjoying our meal. I’d definitely dine here again!

Love this place for a breakfast treat. The OMG French Toast is always a must have. We also had the corned beef hash with eggs, 3 egg omelet, and a couple different Pancakes. They have great choices for Pancakes. We use the leftover OMG sauce to finish off the Pancakes. They should offer it as a pancake topping or side dipping sauce.

Met some friends here for breakfast and sat outside on the patio. Before we even ordered a pancake sampler of 3 pancakes was offered to us for free! Of course we said yes and it was nice getting to taste some of their unique flavors. The pancakes we tried were the coco-Nana, blueberry danish and a pancake of the day. My favorite was the coco-Nana! My main dish I chose the sweet potato hash and loved it! It was the perfect amount of food and could definitely take a small bit home. My husband had the 3 egg omelet and was underwhelmed. For him, he said he wouldn’t necessarily come back but I really enjoyed mine and would definitely get it again. A friend of mine had one of the smashed avocado Benny. Looked delicious but boy was it a lot of food! She took half home. Everyone agreed the hash browns were nothing special.

We came here last Saturday. Good looking restaurant. It's very busy and the wait ranged from 15-20 minutes at around 1030-1100am. They do take orders for drinks while people wait for their tables, so that's excellent. We got the Benny Goodman and Chile Verde Benny, both were delicious and was actually pleased that we weren't overly full. Good portions. We would definitely order again, but also try the assorted entrees they have. We also got French Toast Neat, really enjoy the mascarpone with it. Overall, we really enjoyed the place, food, and service. The wait in line is worth it.

We ate at Snooze, an A.M. Eatery for the first time today. We decided to come here because they have a covered outdoor patio, and they're dog friendly. They have lots of seating outside with fans that really help to keep you cool. Everyone was friendly, and the service and the food was excellent. Our server even brought out a dog bowl with water for our pup. We ordered the Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes, the Spuds Deluxe with chorizo and bacon, the French Toast Neat, and the Breakfast Pot Pie. All the food was delicious! First time stopping in, and I could feel peace the moment I walked through the door. The two young ladies up front greeted me with genuine kindness not the surface-level kind, but real warmth that carries good energy. I ordered the Protein BLT Bowl, and it was on another level. Clean, balanced, flavorful hard to believe something that rich in protein and flavor sits around 800 calories. The food was incredible, but the atmosphere was even better. There’s heart here. You can sense it. God’s favor rests on this place. I’ll be back every week grateful to have found a spot that moves in alignment.

The best breakfast joint in town. Been there several times and have not been disappointed once. Over the years, I have tried a few items but their omg french toasts are outta this world and a must try. It's a healthy portion so can easily share amongst 2 ppl. The pancakes are good as well the strawberry one being probably the best. In terms of savoury their egg options and the burrito are both good choices. Recently tried the avocado Benny and it was solid.

I had a large breakfast order that I placed online the night before. There were issues with the way I entered it. In a panic, I called the morning the breakfast was to be ready to have it corrected. Tara, the manager, was extremely gracious and helpful. Despite it being busy, she kindly re-entered my orders and had everything ready on time for pick up. We had french toast, shrimp and grits, tacos, chicken sausage, fruit, all 3 of the fresh drink options (lemonade, green, and pear drinks -can't remember the exact names). We had an issue with one of the dishes but that was quickly resolved without hesitation or any questions. Excellent customer service! Besides the women's restroom needing tending to, the ambiance is very conducive to an intimate, get to know you better type of vibe! The decor and color scheme is even inviting and gives a homely, comforting, vibrant, I've got time to hit the Snooze button again feel! Service was top notch. My wife and I sat at the bar counter where Johnathan and Jackie were very attentive. The spicy bloody Mary was top notch. Snooze infuses their own vodka for the spicy variety. Highly recommend, see the photo! The 3 egg scramble was incredibly flavorful. I had mine with sausage, chorizo and prosciutto. The hash browns were lacking seasoning but texture and presentation were great. The OMG French Toast was divine but sweeter than I personally prefer. My wife thoroughly enjoyed them. The bacon is absolute perfection. The drunken dirty Chai packs an espresso punch hiding the rum. Well done Snooze, we will be back!

Update 11/26/24: Twice we've been turned away because the dog friendly patio was closed. The most recent was the week of Thanksgiving when all the schools are out. They had a wait for indoor seating but still didn't open the patio. Disappointing loss of business for them. A fun breakfast/brunch place. Prices from $12.50-$15 per person. They have really big breakfast veggie burritos that you can add meat to for an extra $2.75. I used to get a breakfast potpie, but it's no longer on the menu. We enjoyed the French Toast Neat, the Breakfast Caboneria, and the Habinero Porkbelly Fried Rice. We won't get the caboneria again as it gets cold quickly and really didn't feel very unique, no eggs to make it "breakfast". The Fried Rice was fabulous! It comes with sunny side up eggs, but I requested scrambled. They have seasonal menus as well and a different special pancake flavor each week. This location was built into an old bank, so they do have a portion of their dog friendly patio covered where the drive-through bank teller spots were. The dog friendly patio is actually a decent size, and they have fans and heaters to help make it more comfortable during our weather extremes. Snooze also has a good rewards system, so make sure to sign up. Update (1/10/24) They no longer have the Monday-Wednesday happy hour. We're bummed but our bank account isn't. 😔 With the rewards program you can redeem for points to get 2 free mocktails then add a shot of alcohol for a small price.

The wait was not too bad for a Sunday morning, but then again, we did do the call-ahead waitlist (highly recommend). We have been here several times. The Bennys are my favorite. Went today for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Checked in at 9:45 am, there was already a 40 min wait. So get there early. As far as the food, French toast was a little on the sweet side for my taste, but was freshly made. Menu is really diverse for a breakfast place. My kids loved their food. Service was good. Just be prepared to pay a little more than usual for breakfast, but I think it is worth it.

I was pleasantly surprised by this spot. I dropped by just because I was in the area and had breakfast. I ordered the breakfast pot pie and it was very good. I did not care much for the pastry it was a lot flakier then I’d like it to be but the sausage gravy was delicious and my egg was done perfectly and the rest of my breakfast was just fine. My mom had the corn beef hash which was so good. It’s real corn beef and so flavorful. I’d definitely come back and try some more options.

i love the food here at snooze, but the service is horrendous. waiting for a party of 3 for 30+ minutes shocks me, they let people who got here after us sit before us and there party was only 2 or 4. the whole hostess stand is filled with females who don’t know what there doing. i’ve worked as a host before and might i say terrible job lol. they look lost, confused, shy and quiet. our server made this experience 10/10 and actually made the day better. food is phenomenal but the energy and interaction i received walking in here ruined everything for me and my party. this is the 2nd time that it has happened with the SAME females working.

Food is quite heavy. Large portion. Omelets are not for flavorful. But the drink are really good.

Came here on a Wednesday lunch hour, business was good, service was good too, but the food was just OK, found the burrito was on the salty side. It was not bad, but it was not extraordinary either, just OK.

The staff stood there chatting and laughing instead of tending to customers. There wasn't many customers and plenty of staff. The kitchen had lod music playing and then different music in the dining area. Mocha was luke warm, food was good, except my bacon was over cooked. Not the best experience we've had at Snooze. Usually its great service.

The pancakes are always good. Usually there’s a long wait, but this time I came around 1 PM and got seated right away! Food came out super quick too, overall 5/10.

Delicious food, packed on weekends. Make sure to check that they give you straw, utensils and anything you might have put in you order if you used their website. A bit disappointed on the to go size of their lemonades being 12oz. I feel like they should be the same size as when you dine in as they are the same price.

Really not my vibe. I asked for crispy bacon. It was not. My scrambled eggs were soupy. The grits.. I didn’t know anyone could make grits inedible. It’s much less than I expected. The waitress was great.

I really wanted to enjoy Snooze, but the experience just didn’t hit the mark. The food itself was pretty good, but everything else brought the vibe down. Our server was unprofessional—she spent more time flirting with my man right in front of me than doing her job. Not cool at all. She was trying way too hard and came off as a white girl trying to act Black, which was honestly cringe. The place was super crowded, and we had to get on a waitlist just to be seated. The only decent part was the spot she seated us at—it was comfortable. As for the drinks? Watered down and not worth the price. Definitely looking for a better breakfast spot next time. This ain’t it.

Hello all. I have been coming to this Snooze for years. This is my families favorite spot for special events, birthdays, and friday morning dates. However, the last two times visiting have been less than mediocre. First off, the restaurant does not have its sparkle like it used to. It was surprisingly not very busy on this Friday morning around 8:30am is when we dined. Our server just simply didn't treat us with the service of what we're used to at this location. We put our drink orders in and it was fine. About 20 minutes went by and (we had been ready to order since we got our drinks) our server was just on her phone, near the bar talking and laughing with another server. It was not busy at all so you'd expect excellent service. But no. It's unfortunate because we love Snooze. It was just such an unpersonable experience. Server didn't check in on us until after we were already done eating. Felt like we were at ihop honestly. Also bring back the blueberry danish pancakes.

Horrible customer service. Parties of 4,5,&6 were being seated when there was only one member of the party present. staff sat people they know prior to the parties on the waitlist.

We came to celebrate my sister’s birthday. We noticed the table was so unbalanced, we waited for the waitresses or the hostess, so we decided to moved to the next table. Omg, worse decision EVER!! The hostess finally came to us I was trying to explain her the situation, she was so mad this are the things that she said to us. 1. That was another waitress table (later I found out it was hers) 2. They only had 3 employees 3. She was on her knees trying to fix the table ( when I had tried myself but that table was just broke I knew she wasn’t gonna be able to fix it) 4. She asked me if I wanted to leave ( why?? Cuz I’m Hispanic) To all this she was the “manager” on the morning shift. The waitress Hunter she was very nice and she handle the situation professionally. I did let her we appreciated the way she handled everything. That’s the “manager” the way she treated us was horrible, why? Because, we are Hispanic she thought she could treated us like what??? To be a manager she has a very poor appearance, that hair! Her attitude, she can’t handle a situation professionally. Yes, my sister and I we are emailing the person ABOVE her.

This was the worst snooze experience I've ever had. The food was terrible. My Grits tasted burnt, the pancakes were under cooked, and my eggs had no flavor. I feel like I wasted $25 and I've never felt like that leaving snooze before.

It was my first time at the restaurant. Ordered a veggie omelet and taco plates. The omelet had 2 hairs in it. The head chef came and apologized. But theres no telling what hygienic practices they follow. Safe to say it was my last time eating there too.

Waiting list does not exists, you get there and they only say “15 to 20minutes” and not true. For 2 people they took 40minutes, they served 6 other groups that arrive after us with no waiting list ahead. TERRIBLE SERVICE, they just try to put whatever ironic face to make it see like “I don’t care your lost time waiting and lack of respect”. After arguing and waiting for the outside table and 2 chairs they decided to gave us the one with no shadow! While they had 6 other EMPTY tables for 2!!! Really mean, lack of respect and type of consideration for my kid and me pregnant! TERRIBLE! There are a lot other places, better quality sense of service. The 2 hosts and the person that took us to the table, TERRIBLE! Wrong orders, 20min to serve… worst experience ever.

Came here for the first time. I was very excited for the reviews. I’m a foodie so just know I like my food cooked good and seasoned good. My eggs tasted very bad and the eggs were gooey and not cooked well. Pancakes were doughy and were not flavorful at all. My friend and I took two maybe three bites to give it another try. Maybe it was just our attitude but no we couldn’t finish our food. When our waiter came over we mentioned it to her and she said oh I’m sorry. And gave us our check. I don’t remember her name. This was Friday morning 8/20/21. We sat in a booth by the bar.

This is their protein BLT bowl consist of 80% cold spinach , an uncooked slice of tomato , 1/4 of a bacon and some meat small pieces and one egg . We didn’t like it and the manager said no way they change it or not charge us for it . So rigid and inflexible with customers !!

My review is a late but I wanted to share, I used to come here all the time UNTIL there was a hair found in my omelet TWICE. I've never been back and have told others. Place doesn't seem sanitary. And by the looks of other reviews here, it doesn't seem like its changed.

My server was staring talking to a customer for about 15 minutes. I was sitting behind her and not once did she come to take my order. Another server had to take my order due to her having a side conversation

I order from this franchise all the time. The food is good but the Cinco Ranch location is super stingy with their portions. If I’m paying $18 for a spuds deluxe I expect most of the tray to be covered with food. Without fail every single time this location always gives a tiny serving. I was in Dallas for a couple of months and that Snooze AM location gave great portion size. Avoid this location. The ones in downtown Houston are better.
