Charlotte's Restaurant has some great food. I make a point of stopping here every time I'm in Kenai. Sometimes service can be a little slow, but this is because it's a popular busy restaurant. The staff is friendly and attentive.

I love this place. Every time I come to visit Alaska for a few weeks I come here at least 2-3 times a week. Especially for the breakfast because I cant find any other cafe that serves sourdough pancakes or waffles. Everything is made from scratch and is fresh when served. From the orange juice to the side dishes. Now the lunch doesnt come short at all. I love the California croissant meal and the hot sub which I took a pic of as well. The customer service is very nice and welcoming. The residents of Kenai Alaska are nice people. The other customers that come in to the cafe will say hello to you. But overall them sourdough pancakes, waffles, and toast are unique and excellent. FIVE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food was fantastic! Many express that they have had good service, but that was not our experience even though it was not busy.

I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews, but Charlotte’s has been going downhill for a while now, and after today I feel like it needs to be said. This used to be my spot growing up, but the last several visits have been consistently disappointing. Today I ordered beans and a side of pasta—both were practically inedible. The beans were hard, runny, and cold (which seems to happen every time now), and the pasta was gritty and tasted more like egg salad than pasta. Paying $17 for food I can’t eat is beyond frustrating. The service has declined just as much as the food. A warm, welcoming atmosphere used to set Charlotte’s apart, but now kindness and even a simple smile feel like too much to expect. After five disappointing visits in a row, it’s clear my favorite spot to eat is no longer worth coming back to. Unless things change, Charlotte’s has lost what once made it great.

Went in with my little family of 4, we were completely ignored other than being seated and given menu's with water. The server didn't acknowledge us nor we were welcomed. Waited 15-20 minutes with no one coming to take our order. Someone else went in and they served them right away with taking in their orders, we got up and left.
