was told my chicken strips would be four min and i got my food 6 min later hot and fresh. It was quick and tasted good.
Me and my son stopped to eat they mad his blizzard by the time we sat and my banana split 30 seconds later. Our food is good and service was great

Food was fresh, service was great. Everyone was busy cleaning or preparing food orders. All the staff was extremely courteous.
Slower than normal service for a fast food place
I ordered a strawberry banana milkshake and a 4pc chicken strip basket. Food came out nice and hot. Had to wait a little for the chicken but was work it. Fries were crispy too.
The girl at the drive thru speaker kept disappearing and couldn't answer my question of what can I get in a malt then after she said you can get whatever comes in it, tells me I cannot get m&ms, only Oreos. If she'd answered my question and stopped disappearing I feel like I wouldn't have been sitting at the speaker so long not knowing how to order.
Drive thru, the woman was kind of rude, said she was the only one working so I needed to be ready with my order. Well I ordered, I don't know how "ranch" which is what I said and "no dip" sound alike. I got a choco brownie extreme blizzard, not much choco in it at all like it is when I get it at other dairy queens. Prices are going up, really need to ensure people get what they're paying for.
The lady in the back cooking was very angry and yelling at the costumers. They also gave me old ranch is was separating and lumpy.
If you want a burger cooked yesterday, and microwaved today. This is your place.
I wish I could leave this place a negative star. I stopped by for a quick treat and simply asked for the chocolate dip sauce on the side. I was told this location “does not do that,” even though I have ordered it this way from this same location before. I then asked for a little extra chocolate sauce and was denied. The cashier at the window said he needed to wait for his manager, so I waited. After several minutes, the manager still had not come over. When the cashier reopened the window, I asked if I could just have the original dip sauce and requested the manager’s name. At that point, the manager came over, did not introduce herself, refused to give her name, and waved her hands in my face in an aggressive manner. This interaction was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary over a simple request. Management should review the drive-through cameras from January 30, 2026, around 9:15–9:25
Ordered a medium chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard with cheesecake bites watched the lady make it when they handed it to me I said she didn’t put any cheesecake in there which I paid extra for. She said it’s in there it’s blended. I said no I watched her make it walked out and turned around and gave it back to them and said there aren’t any cheesecake bites in here. The lady said oh I forgot. When someone is watching you make something then calling me a liar is very unprofessional. Watch what you pay for here
showed up at 9:15, website says they close at 10pm. but they were only open for ice cream, interesting closing the grill an hour early
Very horribly run restaurant. Service was awful they clearly didn't want to serve me. Told me my tender basket would take 10 minutes to make, didn't want to complain so just asked for 2 cheeseburger meals for my friend and I. At the end of my order I clearly told them what sauces I wanted. Got to the window, I wasn't greeted, he just stared at me. I was given my order and got 2 of the sauces I asked for, then asked for another 2 and told me I'd have to pay. I offered to pay, then the manager told me that I couldn't do that all of the sudden. He gave me my drinks 2 minutes later and they were both close to halfway full. Not too sure what's going on at this location but would not recommend ever coming here. Maybe just make it a subway like every other shared circle k.
Anemic Blizzard. Stopped for a treat, medium blizzard with snickers and RPBCs. Well, I was hard pressed to find more than a dusting of any of the candy. The blizzard just tasted like "vanilla" ice cream. Then I realized their "vanilla" ice cream, by itself, does't taste so great
I arrived about 20min until closing time and the staff was very unfriendly. You could tell the minute I walked in they didn't want to serve me even though other people were there and other people came after me. The soda nozzles were already taken off which caused my soda to be watered down. The chicken tender basket was horrible. I asked for ranch, ketchup, and utensils and you would have thought I asked them to do something outrageous. They also locked the doors to where they had to unlock them for me to exit. Not great service, terrible food and bad atmosphere. Do not come here if you dont have to.
The pop is always flat. The manager is always upset. I got chicken tenders and one was too hard to eat. I paid regular price so they should have made sure it was cooked right. When I asked for the deal the manager got upset so I just kept what I had. Making the customer happy is not the first priority here. There is another DQ not too far from this one.
Coming from Apex Stopped to the Dairy Queen on 1010 in Cary . Ordered a cheese burger , dbl cheese burger and a fry. Waited 8 minutes for the food after pulling off I noticed right away by the way the cheese burger was packaged I’d have poor quality food. A 4 year old could have Wrapped a better sandwich. The burgers were cold as soon as I left the window the fries were hot , I called to tell them they gave me cold burger's they hung up on me when I called back and told them I was going to give a bad review they said ok. They didn’t offer to make things right . A lot of lazy employees and poor service. I won’t go back . So sad I love Dairy Queen . I’ll be going to Maynard DQ
This was a bad visit. Lady at the window this morning seemed like she couldn’t care less about being there. The $3+ Ice cream cone looked like a sloppy mess, and the vine itself had the stale texture of cardboard.. you need an area director to come in and fix this place. Unless you happen to be getting gas next door, I would drive to the Maynard location if you want Dairy Queen. Their much more dedicated and enthusiastic.
Went into the store to get a dip cup with some extra chocolate shell. I ordered a large. When they handed me the cup, I looked at it strangely and asked if it was a large. The ice cream didn't even go above the rim of the cup, it was about half the size of larges I have received in the past. They said it was a large, so I walked out. After I took the lid off I really thought they did not give me what I paid for. It was about the size of a small cone. I went back inside and said it just seemed small for a large size. The guy that took my order said "I assure you it's a large" and picks up a small cup and holds it beside mine. The contents of my "large" would have easily fit in the small cup. I said it just seems pretty small. He turns around and says to someone else "he's saying it's not a large", to which the other employee responds without looking "it's a large" and continues doing what he was doing. They offered me no compensation, did not ask if I'd like to have it remade, did absolutely nothing to ensure I was satisfied, which I was not. Will not be returning to this store based on the attitude and lack of care they gave me with handling this situation. 0/10 experience, this team needs to be retrained on handling customer concerns and what good service looks like.
The ice cream was great. The girl in the drive thur was not, she should go next store and learn from the cashiers how to give great service. There is no reason for an attitude ma'am 😒 it's not our fault if something is listed on the menu board but you no longer serve it🤷♀️ not to mention our order was wrong.
