Even when I pull around to the drive-through and notice, the line is extra long.I don't worry. This chick fil a has the process down.It moves quickly, and I get the correct order.

The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were working hard to keep the tables clean during a busy lunch. The team was courteous and friendly. My wife and I had the Cobb salad and drinks. Delicious. We come here often, both to eat in store or drive in.

Good food with a relatively simple menu. There is always a line, but that must mean it's good. Service goes fairly quick as there are order takers in the drive thru line. Sometimes they forget items, but mistakes happen. Food consistently good.

Incredible staff!!! Drive-thru line was wrapped around the building but I ordered and received my food within five minute of joining the line. One of my cups had a hole at the bottom that was impossible to spot until Coke started spilling out of the carrier and into my car. Within seconds I had a new cup with fresh Coke and more than enough napkins to clean up the spill. Throughout the commotion, the staff handled everything with an incredible amount of grace.

Fantastic Customer Service…. I have been dinning at the Keller location for several years. Each visit Rita makes it a point to Greet me and visit. She epitomizes Customer Service. You can tell she loves people and really enjoys what she does. In my opinion this is the Best Chick-fil-a anywhere. Keep up the Fantastic job Rita and I will see you soon.

Great food, and prices! Staff members are very friendly, and very quick! Staff always remembers your orders, and always greets you with a smile on their face. I have never been disappointed in food I may have been served here. This place always is busy, but they are very good at being quick and serving food as efficiently as possible. Definitely could never go wrong here. Always will continue eating here!! Absolutely LOVE this place! Thank you Chickfila for serving Keller!

Excellent food as always here. Service and staff are on the top too. Very courteous and welcoming. Always cleaning up and clearing out trash. Highly recommend anyone come and enjoy a meal.

I love Chick-fil-A in general, but this location is always above and beyond the great things you already expect eating at this chain. I once had to park across the street at the gas station because it was taking a long time to prepare my food. It was prime lunch time so I expected this and wasn't bothered at all. When the girl brought out my food she apologized for the delay and offered a card good for 4 free breakfast sandwiches to apologize for the wait! I come here often and always have a great experience (and typically the service is very quick).

8/2: Staff were amazing, nice atmosphere. Food was a small miss. Fries were all pale and soft (not crispy) and buns just seemed warmed up, not toasted. Chicken was still amazing. Great example of a CFA. Clean inside. Staff is super friendly. Food quality was on point. Amazing service.

All the employees I came in contact with were so nice and welcoming. Ordering was very efficient and the long line went quickly. The manager was kind too and could tell it was genuine. The food was good and hot. Mac and cheese was basic though. Love their lemonade. It was my first time trying it. I'll definitely go back to this location.

This restaurant does everything possible to get drive-through orders out quickly. Young people don't wait for you to drive up - they come to the car and take your order. At the pick-up window, someone is outside to carry orders to those in line. My order, lettuce wrapped grilled chicken, usually takes a little longer, and they are able to deliver orders to cars behind us, freeing these customers to head home. Children's meals come with a book - always an excellent story. For some reason their milk is the freshest, all the time.

Drive-thru order taken by a polite young man, ans was filled accurately and quickly. The Peppermint Chip Shake was surprisingly good with a defite peppermint flavor but not overwhelming. The Chucken Sandwich was hot and tasty, and the Mac-n-cheese was warm, richly gooey, and just the right amount of "crusty" pasta and cheese.

I will never understand why they don't begin preparing your order in advance when you order lunch items during their breakfast hours. I can give them a hour notice and they still make me wait 15+ minutes to get what is essentially the same chicken, shaped differently. Make it before I get there if you know it's going to take so long.

Typically a great place with the usual friendliness and professionalism plus hot tasty CFA as I've come to expect. Eating in is best option. Drive through is often packed though fairly quick. Pick up had not been a good experience for me last couple times as I had to wait much longer (15-20 minutes longer) than suggested on the app.

Yet another update: Any restaurant requiring me to come inside to order gift cards loses my business. I am over this particular location. The service is too inconsistent for me. Update: The service at this location has drastically improved since my initial review. Dear Chick-fil-A Chocolate Chunk Cookie: You bring me joy...pure joy! 🍪 Old review: Drive-thru is extremely slow...every visit. After several/regular visits, I'm still waiting on the exception. The double lane concept doesn't appear to be working at this location. Generally an 8-10 minute wait after pulling in and before actually pulling out with order.

First time at this location; i walked in to make a google review but Kennedy told me that she was told to let me know manager was against it🤷‍♀️ Kennedy took my order, she seemed new and helpful. This has great location, restaurant was clean and food was good. What i loved the most was the awesome friendly service i received by Cathy. She was attentive and provided me with great service. She made my dining experience comfortable.

I havent been to a CFA in a while so I had a little sticker shock on the prices. For fast food, nearly $12 for 10 breakfast minis ($1.18 ea) … well, I just wont be able to eat out often. Close to $35 total. Maybe all FF is this pricy now, but thats the same price as a plate at Panda, or a burger and fries at Shotzees. Super friendly and quick service. Very clean as well.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A so it’s really hard for me to say anything bad, ever. However, at this location it never fails that my order is wrong or they leave something out. Today I did a curbside pick up, ordered on my app. Not only did my drink come out wrong but they forgot my sauce. I just think that if there’s no one inside the restaurant and it’s just curbside pick up and drive through service they could get it right. Disappointing.

This is our go to Chick and the employees are always really nice, but lately the curbside pickup has been slipping on quality. Like the last 4 times in a row, the order has come out wrong. Wrong drinks. Wrong sandwich. Order missing all the fries. Something wrong every single time in the last 4 trips. I admit it probably won't keep me from coming back, but I know they pride themselves on customer service and the quality of those curbside orders have been SLIPPING. I used to never have to check my order at this place, but now I refuse to leave without checking it :-(

Chick fil a used to be above par for fast food restaurants but now this location and several others are so slow to fill orders these days. There are 9 people just behind the counter and it takes over 10 minutes to complete a simple order.

I would have liked to do a survey, but unfortunately that wasn't an option. So I have several complaints! This was our first time to dine in at this location. We told the guy that took our order that we were dining in, however, food came out in sacks and a drink carrier. Second, he asked if we wanted any condiments and I told him ketchup. Didn't get any! I know I can go get it myself, but since you sacked it up like I was leaving, there was no ketchup. Third, my husband had a salad and I had fruit, but you only put one fork in the sack. Fourth, why do you think cleaning the bathroom at the lunch hour is a good idea? Your busiest time and you choose then to clean the bathrooms. This is the absolute worst location that I have been at. Will not be returning to this location for dine in!

Most Chick Fil A locations go above and beyond. "Have a blessed day." Their motto. I'm a supporter, and yes, I have a home location, and the franchise owner and manager is amazing at wanting to make everyone's day bright and doing good. Shout out to Midlothian CFA! This particular location in Keller was disappointing in helping me help someone VERY worthy, make them feel that way. That in itself just kind of makes your heart drop. You're willing to pay for something because you know they have overhead, but they're still unwilling to make a very small change. Have a blessed day, CFA.

Based on the wait at the drive through, this is not fast food. They want to take your order before you can even look at the menu in the drive through lane. For what purpose? If you're going to wait 20 minutes anyway, why not let the customer actually see the menu? There seems to be an assumption that everyone knows what's on the menu. Then after you order, they ask you what sauce you want, which apparently they believe is also common knowledge So before you pull up to the menu, you should know that you are committing about $8.50 (including tax) for a chicken sandwich without anything on it but a pickle sliver, a medium-sized portion of waffle fries, and drink that is a small cup mostly filled with ice (the least they could have done was to fill it up to the top). Admittedly the sandwich is tasty although not gigantic. I appreciate that they put it in a foil package to at least keep it warm. The waffle fries were okay but had so much salt on there that they could cause a hypertensive emergency. The excess salt ruined the taste of the waffle fries. And don't expect to find ketchup in your bag, as I guess they don't think that most people who order the waffle fries want ketchup with it. It would have been nice if the attendant had told me which drink was which, so I didn't have to figure it out in the dark.

My husband and I have been coming to this location for many years… but recently the chicken has been terrible multiple times, super tough and rubbery. I know sometimes there can be a bad batch of chicken but not this many times. Old review: By far my favorite Chick-fil-A!! Service is always quick and food is always fresh!

I go here a lot, good usually tastes fine and the same as every other Chick-fil-a. However, every single time, without fail, they ALWAYS mess up my order. ALWAYS. It is kind of comical at this point. They'll even mess it up when it is early in the morning, not busy, and my order is small. Last night I was astonished that my order was actually correct when I checked it— but when I got home I noticed that they put chicken in my southwest veggie wrap. Like I am just so surprised and confused on how they are so consistently wrong. Other than that, the staff are friendly enough and the building is clean enough. It is just so irritating that they can't put together a three item order without messing it up.

Ordered the same salad 3 or 4 times now and not once have I not had to go back inside and either get the dressing or accessories they forgot to put in the bag or get the correct chicken in my salad. Customer service was good each time but still you would think they would get it right occasionally.

Love Chick-fil-A but, our fries were sorta cold today. The girl scanned my phone and I Never received my free brownie.( since the deadline is the 23rd.) I called to let them know and he told me he would add a free one to my app....haven't as of yet . Since the scan didn't go through I also didn't receive my points which I would do through my receipt had I gotten one 😏 . Very Disappointed !

They will always, and I mean always, get your drive up window order wrong! After getting your order do NOT leave the window before going through your bags carefully because if you are courteous and leave the window so the other cars can get their orders before checking yours, I guarantee you will be walking back inside to get something they left out or got wrong. The only reason we come back is because the food is good and it's the closest one to our house.

2nd time I got wrong order at this location. I just ordered market salad with warm grilled filet. Nothing on it but add egg & bacon crumbles. I get home. They have Chick-fil-A chicken not grilled. And no bacon and egg. If I order online it's usually right but in person no. I will learn to double check.

Update: this is just my least favorite store to go to— they never make sure to tell you who to follow and people in line just cut you off so I’m behind like 4-6 people that I ordered way before them and showed up before them. It’s very frustrating and I already called and gave feedback to a manager still the same process. Only at this store I went through the drive-thru. I had asked for Chick-fil-A sauce and Polynesian I had asked for no ice in my drink. I was told the app wasn't working and I can get a receipt at the front for my point so I asked her if she could just put that in there to make sure they put my receipt in my bag. I didn't get my receipt, my drink had ice in it and I didn't get any of my condiments. Usually I check because I don't like wasting my time to have to drive back. But I had to drive back and have them fix my drink I had to get my receipt so I can get my points. And then it was just disappointing that I got a large fry and I feel like Chick-fil-A never fills up their fry boxes correctly it's practically a medium fry.

Came to this location for the first time. Interior dining area was unwelcoming & felt like an afterthought - they had 1 section that appeared to be blocked off for carry out. There was only 1 trash can & a small little condiment counter with just the bare minimum. Dining area was dirty. I ordered on the app and clearly selected “dine-in.” The other CFAs bring dine in on a tray… this store brought me a to-go sack when I was clearly seated at a booth to eat. I had to ask for a tray. Overall, this place is dirty and clearly not well-run. Will not go back!

This location is one of the slowest locations, you’re waiting a good minute, i ordered on the app went to go pick it up which it should’ve been ready by the time i arrived, did not see it on the “Pick Up” shelf, the two employees were busy talking, one trying to set up a new girl I’m assuming in the system and the other taking his time taking the order of another employee, there was 2-3 other guys waiting as well that arrived to pick up their orders and nobody made an attempt to assist, i couldn’t wait anymore since i ordered ahead, so i left and cancelled my breakfast

Most of the people were great except LINDSEY. Apparently she’s a manager but can’t manage her terrible attitude. I brought my coworkers here for a lunch break and she treated all of my coworkers disrespectfully. She sounds like she hates her job and hates every customer that comes in. All the other workers are great and do their best I can tell… but LINDSEY just treats all the customers poorly. Reading the other reviews I can tell I’m not the only person that has experienced LINDSEYS negative energy

Drive through is a parking lot. They trap you inline with no escape. Charge you at the front of the line and then you sit in your car for 20+ min with no possibility to move or get out. This isn't fast food, it's entrapment.

i come here a lot and i ordered fries and instead of saying it will be a few minutes for fresh fries, they reheated up ones from yesterday, and gave me mostly broken crumb pieces. Why charge the price of something that SHOULD be fresh for something that should’ve been thrown away. Disappointing.

I visit the location often. Tonight was the worst experience I’ve even had at any Chick fil A. When I walked in I stood at the counter and had 3 different employees look at me and said nothing. Finally someone one asked me if someone has taken my order and I said NO… My order was finally taken. After I paid the employee didn’t give me a drink like they always do after you pay. I asked the employee for my drink and he said they only give out drinks with the food at the location. I told him that I always get my drink after I pay. So after arguing with this employee he finally gave me my drink. When ordering I was asked if it was for here or to go and I told him here. My food was brought out in a bag. I told the employee I told them it was for here and I wanted a tray. The employee said they don’t do trays at this location. I told him ok and ate my food. I asked for large fires and no lettuce on my sandwich. Well I got a small fire and lettuce on my sandwich. Everyone also seemed very rude. I will not be back to this location.

The amount of times Chick-fil-A has made a mistake regarding my orders was shocking to say the least. Each time I have ordered through the drive through, there was a mistake every time whether it be not receiving any fries that was supposed to come with each meal, not receiving my drink, not even receiving the dressing for my salad, etc. In short, the mistakes were appalling as this happened on more than one instance. This is appalling and disappointing as this is a well liked food chain.

Ordered my food at 10:15 when I arrived at 10:30 to pick it up they ended up canceling my order saying that breakfast stops at 10: 30. I explained to them and showed them I ordered my food 15 minutes prior and they just said too bad. I was not given any options or any help at all by the staff just snickering saying you're too late. I run the shop right next door to this place and eat her every morning but will never return again after the way I was treated over a breakfast item that takes 1 minute to make

This review is based on this location. Chick fil a has always been consistent at providing quick and excellent service. This location is consistent at providing an opposite experience. I placed my mobile order 15 minutes before arriving, wait 10 minutes in the DT lane and STILL have to wait another 10 minutes in the parking lot before I eventually had to leave so I wouldn’t be late to work. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience at this location.

I live in the area and visit this Chick-fil-A often….they mess up something on my order nearly every time I am there (and I do not have a complicated order). They often forget items in my order or give me something completely different than what I ordered and there have been at least 2 times that I placed a mobile order and they gave me half of my order plus half of someone else’s order (the last one said Craig so sorry to Craig wherever you are that didn’t get your order….Chick-fil-A gave it to me lol). Last time I called and spoke to a manager, they said they were going to add the item that they messed up to my rewards in my app for me since I never received it. It’s been over a month now and I’ve never received the reward for it. Tonight they gave me the peppermint iced coffee when I asked for regular…not a huge deal but I HATE their peppermint coffee 🤢 so I poured it down the drain. I try not to be a “Karen” but it gets old when you NEVER get an accurate order. At this point I’d rather travel to a location farther away to get better service and an accurate order. Do not plan to visit this location again anytime soon. 👎

I usually have a great experience but tonight was not one of those nights. I had ordered four items: sandwich, nuggets, drink, and fries. I did not receive my nuggets at all, the fries were half filled, and the sandwich was for another person that had zero pickles (I asked for extra). I tried contacting the location four times (to get just a refund on the nuggets) and was sent straight to voicemail each time. I am severely disappointed and will most likely not order from this location again.

Love-love-love Chick-fil-a. This location is not great. Ordered two egg and sausage bowls this morning for breakfast. Had to wait while the 5 vehicles behind me got their order. No biggy, still not that long of a wait honestly. That said, the bowls that were in my bag had about 1/3 of what I normally see at other locations. If you’re going to have someone wait at least give them the bare minimum portion y’all. You can do better.

Very disappointed in this new “corporate food standard.” The food here is not cooked. I have been here at least five times since the did away with the well done option (which cane’s does with no issues) and the fries have not been cooked. How is it that the corporate standard for a fast food restaurant as well known as chick fil a raw food? Very disappointing.

I wish they could read. I asked for condiments on my delivery and didn’t receive them. The sauce is what makes the meal great. Now I have cold dry food. Please act like it’s your pleasure to care about giving people their condiments and reading what they need!

This was how the fry was delivered in delivery order. Frustrating when you charge extra fees for online orders. This was intended to be shared with 2 people but it was not even close to being full. We’ve had this issue a few times at this location is the only reason I’m posting this. Maybe the feedback can help improve quality. We love chick fil a, but this is frustrating.

So I go to this store because it's close to my house. They constantly screw up my order. Its a huge inconvenience to go back up there for mistakes made by staff and not myself. Today I called to let them know I received yet again another wrong order. Lindsey answers the phone, seems annoyed that I'm calling, she finally pulls up my order and asks if I want to return for new ones? Yeah I really want to get back out, I've already been there once today. I tell her no, then she places me on hold for 5 minutes only to have the AUDACITY to ask me to call back because they're in the middle of a rush. Um... excuse me???? That is ridiculous. I am a paying customer just like every customer waiting. Such rude behavior. I will never return. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Came in to have a late lunch with my son bc he loves to eat her but today was the absolute worst , my sons food came out first and I’m still waiting on mine , I saw one of the food runners walk by with a tray that looked like it could be mine and he said it wasn’t and I watched him return the food . Shortly after that same tray came back out to me .. food was cold …. I then spoke with the manger Lindsay who seem as if she didn’t care … when the general manager is in things run so much better . I come to this location frequently in the mornings for breakfast and customer service is always great .. I asked for a refund today and I will eat else where ..

This is the WORST Chick-fil-A. We have started going out of our way to go to other locations when possible. Something is always wrong with our order at this location. As an example, today we paid extra for a large fry and we got no more than a standard fry. It is always something... we have been coming here for years and this location has been going down hill over the past 1-2 years. We do not have issues at any other locations in the area.

16 minutes for 2 orders of nuggets and a dragon fruit drink is unacceptable for a Monday afternoon at 3pm when it was not busy at all. When I asked if 12 minutes was a normal ticket time for an order I was told that if they are holding for something it happens. The employee then handed my bag of food to someone and told them it needed a dragon fruit drink. It took almost 2 minutes for that to happen. Very disappointed in the service. Normally this store does better. This was for an App takeout order.

The Cobb salad was sent without salad dressing. The ticket on the package said 2 lite Italian salad dressing. I called and spoke with the manager and she was absolutely no help whatsoever. I would not order from this location again!

I recently went through the drive through at this location and I can honestly say I have been to countless chick fil a locations in my life and this is by far the worst . With a recent order they asked me to pull forward , no big deal I understand it happens , but what bothered me was watching 20+ cars pass by while I was waiting in my car for my uncomplicated order . I stepped out of the car to ask what was wrong and the girl I asked told me they were having issues with the sandwiches but I didn’t order a sandwich. I got back in the car to keep waiting and saw more cars pass before they finally brought our order out . By that time I was exhausted , irritated and just wanted to go home. When I got home I saw that they got the order wrong . I called and spoke with a manager luckily she was able to pull my order with the number on the bag because they had failed to give me a receipt. When she pulled the order up she was telling me what she saw and they also had over charged too. They had charged for something I didn’t order so the manger told me she would refund it back to my app . I waited and waited and waited but no refund so my husband asked about that order when he had to go in because they had forgotten my daughters cookie on a different order . Wow they messed up on 2 different orders in a short amount of time , they gave him a cookie and said they would refund to my account . Never got the refund to my account so husband called again at this point it seems as if going to this chick fil a location is asking for stress. It’s shameful this location is not living up to the standards the chick fil a brand has worked so hard to create . At this point I will drive a couple miles farther to a different location if we want chic fil a or even McDonald’s for better service.

Ordered on the app per usual for the points and to save time, but this time whenever the app said my order was ready and on the counter I went inside to get it. To my surprise its not there but I do see it on the expo line, but all of the employees are focused on the window to ask me or the 3 other people waiting to be helped, some older manager type person asked for the name of mine and one other customers order. He handed her order to her but never grabbed mine, they answered everyone else waiting even the cup refills, they had me waiting from 6:58 - 7:15 that is ridiculous, I saw two particular employees just keep shoving my order down the expo line not even a care in the world if its done or not or whos it is, this has got to be the worst customer service ive ever seen, and yes I do also work in the food industry IM THE GRILL GUY

It doesn't matter if you go through the drive through, order your food at the counter, or order your food online in the app, it will take you 20 minutes to get your food. This is by far the slowest Chick-fil-A. My tater tots were cold they tasted like they've been sitting there for quite some time. but my sandwich was hot. My drink sat on the counter the whole time. I was waiting, so it's already watery, yay.

I go to this Chick-fil-A almost every morning, and no matter how long the line is, they are consistently slow. While the employees are friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is okay, the wait time cancels out all the positives. Today, I sat in line for 15 minutes. No one in that line( including myself), was offered any kind of compensation. That needs to be addressed. It wasn’t until I asked for a gift card that they gave me one and it was for a peach shake, GROSS. . UPDATE: I tried the mobile app order, still SLOWWWWWWWWWWWW

I arrived on Friday night and there were a couple of tables full but not that busy. The girls behind the counter were very busy talking to a teenage boys. I waiting 15 minutes without being greeted, or my name taken (I was picking up food) while the employees giggle and flirted with this boy. I want to make this very clear, the ladies were not taking an order or talking about chick fil a. I was ignored. I like Chick Fil A food, I hate placing an order to pick up. The manager was busy with the drive thru and kept looking over and said nothing to the employees.

95% of the times I come to this location my order gets messed up. I ask for coke, I get Dr. Pepper. I ask for sauce, I get no sauce. Last month they left out my son’s nuggets. Tonight I gave them another chance since the remodel. I ordered my daughter a kids meal with chicken nuggets and a side of Mac and Chz. Instead of Mac and chz I get a side of grilled chicken pieces. How can you mess up that bad. Chicken with a side of chicken? Please get adults to supervise the kids. They are doing a good job but it is too much to ask from 16 year olds. I expect better with the amount it cost to eat here.
