My sandwich had too much mayonnaise - it was dripping and sandwich became soggy. Fries were cold. The restroom was crowded. Most of all parking was filled. It was difficult to find a parking on peak time. Entrance and exit are really unsafe, because of oncoming vehicles from blind side. I won’t recommend this place because of parking situation.

Smelled like a bathroom in the whole restaurant. I also paid for extra lettuce and and extra patty and did not receive it.

I visit friends in Salinas by taking the amtrak bus which stops in king city at the mc donalds This place has the touch screen kiosk.i try using these kiosk to no avail I needed help unfortunately the staff was busy dealing with many others who also needed assistance dealing with these electronic machines we only get 30 min break so needless to say I did not get any assistance and left with no food .. mc donalds is over priced for bas food and the customer does most of the work. Terrible business model will never eat at a mc donalds again!!!

I only ordered a cappuccino, and they weren’t able to make it in 15 minutes, so I missed my bus. DON’T GO THERE IF YOU’RE SHORT ON TIME. Awful service.

I'm at doordasher and the King City California restaurant I observed on Friday August 1st in the evening the staff joking around playing around standing around and not doing anything all except for one employee her name is Ashley she was busting her butt running orders to cars trying to clean the dining room trying to bag orders nobody else gave a damn

The restaurant was filthy and there were no clean tables to be found. A worker came out and noted how dirty it was then turned around and walked back to the back. Fries were unsalted and didn’t taste good.

The fries are literally burnt ones and the nuggets are also bitter. They don’t give us extra sauce until and unless we ask them. The cafe place is also not cleaned and we had to throw our food to trash which is definitely not good because we paid money for the better food.

I ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets and when I received my order I got 9 pieces. When I told them they ended up giving me 4 extra nuggets and they were uncooked, greasy, wet, and mushy

Place has gone downhill especially with the homeless camps living behind the establishment. Ordered these fish fillets and look at the piece of cheese they put in. Place is straight F'n T-R-A-S-H Grade F
