The McDonald's in my town is the best supper professional, clean great workers and almost no wait. I have many friends working there and they say there experience is great. Over all I would eat there again fluffy environment friendly.

Husband and I were passing through to get a big breakfast with hot cakes and the drive through employees were oh so friendly! All smiles and amazing service. The food is hot and satisfying :)

Service was very fast and the staff were friendly. Food was hot and tasted great. Clean tables etc. I didn't stay too long because I was on the greyhound but from what I saw it was awesome.

Good standard McDonald's fare with a solid set of ordering screens and a very clean interior. Spicy McCrispy was stuffed a little tightly in the bag and the order complete screen with my number flashed by extremely quickly, but I caught my number and picked up my order without issue. Would like to be able to get a receipt somehow though...

Tucked away from everything else, but we had a bus full of people, and they handled this surge with grace and speed. I put paid for my order and within 3 minutes had my food. Pro-tip: If you use one of the kiosks, it can't accept credit cards, so just choose to pay at the counter and save time.

Never been here before had great fast service and the price was way cheaper than our hometown also my chicken sandwich was really good not all burnt like they usually are very good place thank uuuu

I would give 10 stars for atmosphere if I could. Walking into this McDonald's at 8am on a Tuesday was unknowingly the greatest start to my road trip I could have asked for. Fast service, super clean bathrooms, and they were playing jazz of all kinds. Music sampling included Lovely Lauren by Oliver Jones, Night Lights by the Gerry Mulligan Sextet, and a blues song (can't remember title) by the Preservation Hall Jazz Band. An employee behind the counter was also very patient and kind in helping an older gentleman place his order using the digital kiosks (which have a janky UI, to be fair). If you need to make a Mickey D's stop on your trip up or down the 101, make sure it's this location.

We really like this spot as when we come through we normally are 38 ft long. It’s an easy stop. The people inside the store are very helpful and pleasant always seem to be smiling. During our most recent visit we found the food to be exceptionally good quality. The chicken nuggets were cooked just right the fries cooked just right. Our order was placed online. Everything was fresh and our order was 100% accurate.

A fun surprise near Bakersfield California - we stopped to refuel and use restroom which was clean. The we went in and purchased some homemade fudge; some cashews and other goodies. It was a great stop on our way to the California coast and Bug Sur and Carmel area.

Normally I get good service here but not today. Didn't get the coupon discount on my food and my coffee didn't have any cream or sugar substitute I asked for. It was to go so didn't notice until I was on the road again.

I like the fact that you can make a special request on your burger or ask for your fries well-done and they don't give you the impression that they're going to spend on your food or anything and they are very friendly. And as far as I'm concerned McDonald's has the best fries and the best Coca-Cola mix. There's just something about that soda at McDonald's that differs from all the other fast food restaurants.

Attractive place, clean restrooms, friendly staff. I ordered a McDouble and was surprised to find cheese in it which I didn't want...don't know if this was a mistake or just inadequate labeling. With cheese scraped off it was a tasty little burger.

Pretty reasonable McDonald's - feels as you would expect it to. The place is clean and the staff fairly friendly. If you're traveling north on the 101 it's one of the first convenient food stops after a little while with not much.

This is a busy traveler location but food is good.

Clean and exactly in line with what I expected. Great stop on our road trip with a toddler and baby, booth seating was spacious and staff was friendly. One star removed because the screen ordering system wasn’t working so we ordered at the counter.

This is always a clean and well run restaurant. It's been updated with screen ordering but you can also order from a cashier. My only complaint is that the last several times we've stopped here there has been no salt on the French fries.

On this day I was short on time and needed a quick bite to eat. I figured I'd hit the drive thru and in no time I'd get back to work. What I didn't count on was with my bad luck I needed a receipt to turn in. It took about 5 minutes and multiple employees to figure out how to replace the paper in the printer. Of all things!

Fast service accurate food buy strangely and rudely stingy with sauce. I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and wanted syrup with them.. told the employee i ordered 3 sandwiches and he still gave me only a single syrup.. after a long delay and accurately confirming with me that I ordered THREE sandwiches...... This was an EXTREMELY strange experience and definitely unncecessary rude behavior when I was nothing but friendly and thanking them loads.

It was poor. It's McDonald's what was supposed to expect. Iam not even sure the order taker speaks. English because everything before me was in Spanish. But he understood anumber 7 granda so I survived.

The service is alright and the inside is pretty clean. It seems as though it's a hotspot for homeless people though. You see many homeless people either inside or sitting outside. The food is what you'd expect from any McDonald's.

Unfortunately the cost of fresh vegetable oil has left this location selling nasty grease riddled fried foods. Which means I can never order my favorite foods. Hash browns, French fries, chicken nuggets, fish sandwiches and chicken sandwiches. All foods that I typically want to order but refuse to roll the dice on freshness.

Let’s admit it, you came here for the restroom and a quick bite to eat so you can get back on the road to wherever your destination is but you didn’t expect to an almost nonexistent service. You wanted to order your fries 🍟 and cold soda but there’s no one behind the counter. You can’t believed you have to order through this giant iPad 40? So you finally made it while there’s a growing line behind you who are also interested to touch the iPad 40.

This is a small store, and the location seems like a bus pit stop, twice I came I see bus off loads passengers to get food here. This location does not have a soda machine out so customers cannot refill sodas on their own, and I'm not sure if they probably charge or refilling or at least you will have to ask the employee to fill it up for you.

Got the new donut pieces. They weren't even warm. They look a whole lot better than they taste. They were completely cold like they had been the in the refrigerator overnight. So bad.

Small bathroom considering right off 101 and a lot of people visit. Consider more restrooms and fix the stall doors everyone can see in.

I wasn't unhappy with the food -- and it was served quickly. I was surprised that napkins were not provided with my meal not were they available in any self-serve dispenser. My friend also notice this absence of available napkins.

I just think some of the workers need to take a little more pride in their job. I order from them on a regular basis. I don’t know how many times things were missing, wrong item. Burgers thrown together so the cheese and stuff is hanging out. Nobody wants a burger like that.

It was good but seems like they have an issued with computer or just forgot our orders was took so long (coffee and tea came out for awhile but other things was lost, had to go back to ask after 2 customers that came after us done eating)

Had to go inside because the drive thru line was long and not moving at all. First time ordering a special order and they actually made it right the first time. Even though you had to wait a little going inside, it was much more efficient than the drive thru line.

My sandwich had too much mayonnaise - it was dripping and sandwich became soggy. Fries were cold. The restroom was crowded. Most of all parking was filled. It was difficult to find a parking on peak time. Entrance and exit are really unsafe, because of oncoming vehicles from blind side. I won’t recommend this place because of parking situation.

Nearly every time I stop at McDonald's, I leave asking myself why. Line for coffee at Starbucks was a tad long so we came over here for a Coke and a coffee. Coffee is larger and better at Starbucks. So, never again will we get coffee at ANY McDonald's.

I don't typically make complaints at fast-food restaurants, but unfortunately this Mcdonalds has really made me frustrated on multiple occasions. A couple weeks ago I stopped by ordered 1 McChicken add Cheese and a large french fry, when returning to my office to eat my lunch I opened the McChicken to see that there was a bun, mayonnaise, lettuce and a hamburger patty which was completely gross so I tossed it and ate the fries for my lunch. I didn't bother going back to have it corrected for a $2.00 sandwich. A couple days later I decided to grab lunch again from there but this time ordered their Crispy chicken sandwich meal ( I like to add onions to that sandwich ) so after getting my order and getting back to my office I opened the box and was so disappointed to find a ginormous chicken patty thrown on a bun with only lettuce nothing else! I put everything back in the paper bag and drove back to show them what they gave me the manager took the sandwich and sincerely apologized and expressed that the line cooks have been going really fast and just throwing things together which raised a red flag to me but I accepted her apology and they re made my order getting back to my office the sandwich was put together and did have onions but no tomatoes, confused I decided to call her and she informed me that due to the Covid-19 Pandemic they were shorted on tomatoes I explained to her that had I known that I would have ordered something different and that maybe they should put a sign or inform their customers of this shortage so that we can order accordingly. The manager I was dealing with offered me a free meal for my troubles which was really appreciated. Today I went to retrieve my free meal and again when getting to my office the fries were just about empty and wasn't filled not even half way and they were cold and stale as frustrating as it is I am leaving it alone although I do feel that the lack of consistency and effort put into our meals seriously lack at this location its unfortunate since this is right next to my work and I enjoy Mcdonalds for a quick lunch on the days I did not bring one. I just hope my review on these experiences can raise awareness for this location in hopes they can make a better attempt providing better quality food.

Decent service, but not good. McDonald's is normally above average in customer service, but not at this location. Maybe it was just a case of new below average employee, with an inexperienced manager. I just won't go to this one, for awhile.

They're just so slow. I come in just to use the soda machine which is great. Even when I'm the only person in line it takes in forever to take my order I should say they takes them forever to ask to take my order and give me my two cups for two sodas

Back in early 2021 when I lived about 20 minutes away from King City and had this as my nearest McDonald’s location, the food quality was not bad, kind of like one for your average McDonald’s. However, I revisited this location for the first time in three years and I don’t know if it was just because it was 6 PM when I ate there, but food quality was just not it. Getting some stuff out of the way, the table marker you grab to have them bring you the food was practically useless because they still had you pick up your order. Secondly, the Quarter Pounder with Cheese felt like the flattest one I felt because everything must have been smushed together or something. Thirdly, I highly bet some of the food was recooked or stale because the bottom bun to the QPC was kind of crusty-ish in texture on the edges and the fries were unusually kind of hard. Probably my least favorite McDonald’s experience in the USA.

I have been through the drivethrough here a handful of times because it's the closest of 4 separate locations on the same road. I think of 5 or 6 visits, they have only ever gotten my order correct ONE TIME. Not complicated orders either. But it's almost like a joke at this point: "what will they mess up this time?"

Drive through is not managed well. If there's a big order, that vehicle should be asked to wait on the side instead of holding everyone else up. Staff didn't lead up to even lowered expectations. Food was not at that right temp by the time I got it.

Cups half way lol. I was the only car there so it wasn’t because they where busy. Person who gave me my food was rude. I asked for one barbecue and he completely ignored me. Asked a second time and still ignored me.

I visit friends in Salinas by taking the amtrak bus which stops in king city at the mc donalds This place has the touch screen kiosk.i try using these kiosk to no avail I needed help unfortunately the staff was busy dealing with many others who also needed assistance dealing with these electronic machines we only get 30 min break so needless to say I did not get any assistance and left with no food .. mc donalds is over priced for bas food and the customer does most of the work. Terrible business model will never eat at a mc donalds again!!!

The meal was cold! And old! And I'm on my lunch break and I have to drive back and complain and the manager does not speak english? A customer has to interpret? A crowd of employees standing around doing nothing?!!! I left. I'm out my lunch and I'm out my money!? And the employees want $15 an hour to stand around and serve up cold food? Yes, it is a bus stop and they have a captured audience, so it can serve cold and old food and then say "Later!". So you travelers will get screwed. Except I live and work locally, so I can take the effort to take the purchase back. This MsDonald's don't care. Hey, no habla ingles! "No refunds!" I've worked McD in my youth. There's no excuse at this joint.

The food is okay but on the morning of 3/24/2018 the young man at the window leaned out in a threatening manner and said, "YOU DONT HAVE TO BE A DICK!" when he offered me Barbeque sause for my frys and i replied, I did not ask for barbeque sause." I immediately went inside and reported his behavior and comment to the manager. This kind of customer service is uncalled for, rude, and very disrespectful.

I carpool with a buddy , we both get off from work at 12:00 a.m. midnight. We are grateful for McDonald's at King City being open for us to swing by 2 or 3 times a week for a Big Mac late night dinner, desert and coffee that we like to eat sitting in our car (usually around that time the employee has a habit of putting up the chairs on top of the tables while she sweeps). We like to chat a bi,t and catch-up on the news on the internet Unfortunately, they seem to be turning off the Wifi and we cannot enjoy this privilege around that time. This is quite disappointing to us as regular customers. Can the manager look into this????

Slow snail service. Drive thru slower then a snail. They interupt you while you still ordering. They ALWAYS ALWAYS give the wrong freaking order. I tried calling to complain on phone thats on drive thru window they dont even answer or call you back. I would hope that next time I go is better but its worst. Never agian will I go...

One star. An employee was very rude when I asked for a burger they threw the burger at my grandma and made her fall out of her wheelchair, and when we walked in there was roaches greeting us at the door. When we went to the bathroom one of the toilets overflowed and there was poopwater all over.

I had a horrible experience today at the drive thru my daughter and I had just approached the speaker and did not hear the employee speak and he rudely told us “if you guys would stop laughing you would have heard me” and as we were pulling away I overheard him mimicking me with the car behind me.

I don't eat fast food but had no choice as our bus broke down and we had to change buses there. We hadn't eaten since early morning and we were very hungry with many more hours to go. Being on social security, I could only afford a Happy Meal. None of us wanted to eat there, but we had no choice.

Me and my employees have been going every morning this week and we appreciate that it is open so we can eat. We have been going around 5:30 am and the person who is working the drive throw window has messed up our order more then 3 times and when we ask for extra ketchup or a straw they gave us a dirty look and a bad attitude. Serious face no hello no good morning even after I say good morning just really bad customer service the only reason we go here is because we have to eat.

Bad food twice in a week. Strange smelling breakfast sandwiches one day. Apple pie today was hard crunchy with gummy bear texture chewy filling. Probably was sitting there an entire day drying out. No sell by time on the box. Stay away.

Food and setting was typical for McDonald's, but service was unfortunately bad. Ordered a plain ice coffee and got heavily flavored/sweetened instead. Number was not called, or at least not called loudly over the speaker (the store was nearly empty, no loud music, and we were paying attention for our order number... very hungry!). The employee who took our order even passed us at our table after the order was apparently ready but didn't let us know the order was done even though we were obviously unaware. As a result, our food had cooled significantly and our wait time was longer than it should have been. A frustrating pit stop, wish we had gone to Starbucks or anywhere else instead.

The badest Mc Donalds where I‘ve ever been!! I ordered a Mocha 3 times and received something different every time! First a coffee with far too much sweetener and then a black coffee. How can you issue an order incorrectly several times? What's so hard about it

As a person that lives in town and gets McDonalds every week I’d say this is the worst location! 2 times already that they park me at the drive thru on the side for over 20 minutes and having to go inside because they forgot they parked you. And right now I got all my breakfast cold and now there’s no breakfast so I can’t return it smh. Step it up managers.

1 out of 5 stars | this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to… I almost got hit by a car; because the traffic is so bad, one of the bathrooms were out of order, and the line was out of the store for the bathroom, the worst part is the food is all greasy and someone’s hair was in it. I would never go here again, or ever recommend this place to a friend. If you’re going to go to McDonald’s, don’t go to this one.

The manager harassed me because of my service animal. She asked for proof, which is not lawful. This tells me she is not informed on service animal procedures and rights, because this is something that should never be requested. She could have asked what FUNCTION the animal provides, or what the animal is trained to do, but she did not. She even called the police on me (who let me go with no issue, she was not in the right) and refused to give me her name when I told her I would report them for discrimination of a disabled person. She sent other employees to harass me and made a scene in front of the whole store. This is being reported, so I'm sure she will know the rules soon... shame on you McDonald's, train your managers better. Harassment of people with disabilities is illegal and you can and will be fined for discrimination. Good luck!

Had spent the night & went to get breakfast as I was leaving. When I ordered I asked for a soft drink instead of coffee. The woman with no nametag said there were no sodas available. So I then asked for orange juice & she said none was available & that I could only get coffee or nothing. Since I do not drink coffee I got nothing. But here is the problem. The guy who ordered right after me got a soft drink! I then asked for the manager & the same woman says she is the manager! Which I do not believe! She then tried to tell me the guy after me did *not* get a soft drink. Yet as this is happening he is at the fountain soft drink station filling his cup with PowerAde! Soon as I pointed that out she tells me to take a seat or leave! Srsly? Great customer service lady with no nametag! If you worked for me I would have fired you so fast your head would be spinning for a week!

Costa Family Farms really needs to take action on this employees. If it’s not something it’s another thing all the time.

I got there at 7:12 just before a bus drove up. I placed my order. 5 minutes later, two buses full of people came in. Then I waited for an hour while the bus people got served before me. They were under staffed. I think the staff should be trained. Awful experience. Very Rude. Don’t go there!!!

I would rate this location 0/5 if I could. The place was clean I will give them that. But when I got my food the lady called my number, then just went away even though I said “excuse me maam,” I tried calling someone back but no one came back so and then the next lady to give out food ignored me. Next is the food. The food, had a white string. I do not know what was this and the fish filet was very small. I have seen other locations have bigger sizes for the fish filet.

Ordered my food on the app and instead of making it they just said it never existed after taking my money. When i asked about my food they tried to give me someone elses food instead. Don't bother with this place eat somewhere else. The food is too expensive and its a gamble if youll even get it.
