This place has the best tasting drinks, appetizers, sides and steaks that I have ever eaten. The service here is excellent. In this place you feel appreciated, it's a great place to take your special someone for a delicious dinner. You can tell that the staff here has class, great attention to detail, and are very accommodating. Paying at the kiosk at the table was incredibly convenient especially if you need to leave promptly to your next destination, I also enjoyed that I can see everything itemized at the table kiosk tablet because I wasn't guessing what I ordered or how much each item costs. This is probably the best restaurant in America bar none.

This is a very popular restaurant. We went for dinner early in the evening without reserving a table. We waited about 20 minutes before we were seated. The waitress was very nice with an uptake spirit. We did not know how to order a raw steak. She explained to us how it works. After we were seated, another waitress came. She had a very pleasant big smile on her face. After our food came, she brought different flavors of sauce to let us try. She even explained how different flavors of sauce come with the food. I was quite surprised when the drinks came. The size of the drinks were unexpectedly large. The waitress told me this is the Texas size! 😂 The only thing that can be improved is to make the deep fry pickle not so salty.

Great food, great service, great price. I was extremely impressed with the service and the quality of the prime rib. And $48.00 for 2 14oz prime rib and 2 sides each with 2 drinks and a refill, with today’s prices I find their prices to be cheaper than others. Very satisfied.

For the money, the best steak with flavor to the last bite!

Everything from our drinks, to apps, to entree was amazing. Steak was cooked exactly how I had asked for, ribs fell off the bone and my wife was happy. Our server was just as fantastic, not ignoring us but also not coming to us too often, super friendly and kind and got us laughing. Overall great night for my anniversary and I'm glad we chose this restaurant.

Excellent experience. We were headed up to hunter on Christmas Eve. Planned on stopping at Walmart on the way up but it was closed! Then we went to ShopRite which was closed. It was at that moment that we got a little scared, were we going to have to eat gas station food for Christmas? Across the street from ShopRite there she was with a note on the door saying they would only be open until 8 that night, it was 7:45 omg. We went in and sat at the bar and nervously asked if they would still serve us. With the warmest smile and loveliness our bartender (wearing a light-up Christmas sweater) said "of course". We breathed a sigh of relief and opened the menu to behold a list of feasts! So much food and every bit delicious and hearty. And the prices were extremely reasonable. 10/10

We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and had a great meal. Our server, Kate was excellent. The food was great. I had the chicken fried sirloin with mashed potatoes and buttered corn. It was as big as the plate!

It was a 60 minute wait because it was Valentine's Day and we showed up without a reservation. Normally less than 10 minutes to get a table.

Went to eat for Mother's Day💐. Beautiful experience spending with some of my family. We enjoyed the mommy treatment. A month ago I was in Kingston it was great. I come to Middletown and this is what I get in the bathroom. The service was great but the bathroom is atrocious. It smells so bad, like something died. And I went to the ladies room multiple times. So it wasn't just because of a one time incident, like changing a babies diaper or someone going number 2.

Had an amazing lunch here. Our waiter Larry was extremely helpful. The food was delicious and the margaritas were huge! Would definitely recommend Texas Roadhouse.

We've eaten at this Texas Roadhouse on numerous occasions, and we've never had a bad experience. The steaks, chicken, and ribs have always been delicious, the sides as well, and the service has always been very good. It's generally a super busy place, and some people just don't seem to have patience. This our favorite go to place for great reasonably priced steaks.

Amazing food! The bread is so delicious, perfect with the cinnamon butter. You’re able to pick out your own steak if you’d like. The steak was well season and cooked perfectly. I’ve brought my family to Texas Roadhouse in Kingston and Middletown. A great environment to bring the whole family from my grandchildren to us grandparents and in between! From being greeted at front door to picking out a choice of steak and usually not having any wait time to be seated. The table service is fantastic! Always asking if there is anything you might need without being a nuisance. Great variety of options on menu for affordable prices. Strongly recommended!!

You can never go wrong at Texas Roadhouse. I had a 12 oz Filet Mignon cooked exactly the way I wanted it. It was extremely tender and cost only $30. The other meals for the rest of my family were delicious as well and the service was great!

We truly appreciate the 5 star guest service that Lindsey, the manager, provides at this location. There was an issue with our order and before we even realized it, she appeared at our table, offering apologies and compensation. Tonight's visit, 2 weeks later, she recognized us and again was attentive and proactive. She's top-notch! I hope the company appreciates her.The food is terrific, the deals are return-worthy and the VIP bonus is a plus. This is quickly becoming one of our favorite go to’s for a weeknight meal when we don’t feel like cooking.

We had a family celebration at the Kingston Texas Roadhouse and we had.a fabulous time! Jim who was bartending has been there a long time so it was like seeing an old friend. My server was Kaimipono. The service she provided was fast, accurate, and thoughtful. If you come to eat here I would recommend asking to be served by her! The food was very good. The rolls were hot and the cinnamon butter was the perfect addition. My shrimp appetizer was buttery and seasoned well. My steak medallions were cooked properly. The baked potato was delicious. I think the green beans had bacon in them which was a really nice savory touch. My salad was fresh and crisp. The chili was average. I was in the area for work. If I'm here again I will definitely return. If I lived in the area I would eat here often.

Great restuarant for a casual place to eat. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can get any steak, chicken, fish or potatoes dish loaded. Steaks and chicken are loaded with onion and mushrooms. Wemt to dinner with my husband and my 3 yr. It was early around 3:30/4 1st we were sat inside the bar area not a big deal but not my ideal place with a toddler. We had asked for a booster seat twice and never received one. The bar tender was more interested in his bar guest than he was with his tables. His bar wasn't in full he had just a few ppl. And it was early enough I can't imagine service bar was busy. Because he was so focused with the few guest he had at the bar service for us was very slow. When we did get our food everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. And our server when he did come over to us was nice and friendly. Overall a sub par visit for my family.

Consistently good steak, better than the fancy restaurants in Woodstock and always cooked perfectly, for good steaks in the Hudson valley come to the Mall! Sides are over salted and I can pass on the sweet cinnamon butter that comes with the dinner rolls. Meal, drink, tax and tip came to under $50 so very reasonable. We'll be back.

The staff at Texas Roadhouse was very friendly and the service overall was good. Unfortunately, the steak we ordered medium well came out rare, which took away from the meal. Everything else was fine, but the doneness of the steak was a noticeable miss.

First time visiting this location. It was really nice. It is bigger than the other location I have visited. It was a little disappointing in my appetizers. I got the grill shrimp, which served to me cold. I really wish it was hot because it tasted really good. My critters were good as always.

Good comfort food as always for our entire party. Server was friendly and efficient. My only gripe is that I used the app and we were put on the list. As we waited, they kept calling out names, but not ours. I eventually looked at my phone and I received a text 15 min prior our table was ready. Maybe my fault for not checking my phone, but I think they should call out names from the app too.

Served over rice with Mushroom or peppercorn sauce on side. I ordered veggies for my sides since I came with rice. Corn was sweet and large portion. Broccoli and carrots were fresh and al dented. Perfect. Our meal was not rushed and we had a lovely meal.

Really fun ambiance. As you walk in they ask if you would like to choose your cut of meat! If it's your first time, they talk you through the menu and are very patient and answer all questions. The portions are healthy. The dinner rolls are delicious and the peanuts are super fun to have on the table.

Restaurant makes everything from scratch in an industrial scale, which is impressive. It all starts with the “meet the meat” ritual in which you select the filet which will be your dinner (the waitress did not then specify that other menu options are available, like ribs and burgers). Bread rolls taste sweetened, with sweetened butter, but are the pinnacle of freshness. Fifteen-minute wait at 4:30pm for a party of three, but the restaurant does take pre-seating reservations by telephone. You can also pay your check by smartphone, which helps the customer and optimizes labor. Overall, good food at good value.

Waitress was not great and seemed a bit snarky. Food was warm, not hot. Took forever to get extra rolls, I think she just kept forgetting. Brought one refill at at time, is there not training? I've gotten to the point that chain restaurants hire these young kids that are interested in hanging out not the customers. The actual waiter literally took our order then never came back til we had our boxes to leave thank god we didn't want another drink. First and foremost I must say the service was way better than the food. I ordered a T- Bone porterhouse with a baked potato and broccoli . The steak was tough. The establishment was clean for the most part and take out took about 45 mins before we received our order. They also have parking for take out around to the back of the Restaurant. Overall my experience wasn’t what I thought it would be. Mostly the steak which could have been much more tender and my husbands Ribs that could of been much less burnt.

Very surprised with all the ratings how high of a rating it got, this was our first time at this location. Clearly has decent ratings because it’s the only Texas Roadhouse in the area… We go to Texas Roadhouse several times a month and have never dealt with swatting flies and nats consistently, server wasn’t up to par with Texas Roadhouse standards, found multiple hairs in the food, didn’t want to complain ended up mentioning it and the manager almost made me feel like it was “weird” because plates don’t come from the same place… hairs were clearly from the same person.. probably the server. Food was bland. Steak was over cooked. One of the worst locations we’ve ever been too. I will say manager comped the meal that I didn’t finish but it seemed almost like gas lighting me and I was a bother… I didn’t mention any other of the issues even. Just the hairs as it would clearly happen to someone else.

Took the inlaws for dinner, ordered and got our meals timely. About 5min into being served, the fire alarm goes off and everyone naturally has to exit. It takes about 15min for the FD to reset and clear the alarm. A member of the staff was going around handing out coupons for a free blooming onion or fried pickles. So if you ordered your meal and was already served such as ares, you were welcomed to a lukewarm meal that pretty much sat unattended. At the very least they should've offered a discount of some sort but did not. Side note to the proprietor, I would review and practice emergency situations with your staff. Once the fire alarm sounded, no member of the restaurant gave any direction. It took the action of a Ulster County Sheriff Deputy (off duty) to advise us and others seated nearby that we should evacuate. There were other patrons that slowly filtered out after us, but at no time was there any presence of a manager informing or coordinating a plan. Just a woman offering free apps.

Waited an hour to get seated, Saturday night so not unusual. Once seated wait staff, Judith, was quick to take our drink and app order. Once we had ordered all our food waited an hour for entrée to arrive. Food was cold, no drinks refilled, order was correct and did not see wait staff until we were done. 3 visits to the table; take order, deliver order, once we were done, came to ask how was everything? When we mentioned cold food her response was "you should have said something". Little hard when you don't come by the table. Would not suggest trying on weekend.

We usually receive good service and decent food here. My wife and I were out and haven't been here in a while so we decided to stop for dinner. The restaurant was not very busy and we were escorted to a table. This young lady took our orders and brought a basket of rolls and our drinks. My salad was brought by another employee. After quite some time yet a different employee checked on us and got me a drink refill. Quite a while later yet another employee brought our order. My wife had 6 oz sirloin, baked potato and broccoli. She said her's was good. I had the salad, country fried sirloin and mashed potatoes with gravy. My potatoes tasted like instant, the meat did not have much taste. Quite some time later yet another employee came and I requested a box for leftovers. She returned with it but not the receipt. Several more minutes she brought that and I paid. With so many employees it was unknown who would get the tip. I left my usual 20 percent, but was not really pleased to do so. Hopefully this was just an off night.

Well I had the toughest chewy steak I have had you could have fooled me that that was a ribeye would have said something to the server but only seen her maybe once right after the food was served. Drinks left empty could ask because didnt see the server. I am a big texas road house fan. And this was so disappointing do better. If you can't have a little pride in the kitchen get another job.

I frequent here quite a bit but tonight was very disappointing. Our sever Morgan was great. Drinks and appetizers came out very fast but after sitting and waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes out food never came out. After talking to the server and asking for the check the manager finally came out and with no apology gave us our food. Very disappointing.

We were greeted and seated by a very pleasant gentleman. Our waitress was also nice. She was attentive to our needs. My husband's steak was good, but the barbecue sauce and ribs were burnt. They offered to bring new one, but we needed to get going, so the price for the meal was not charged.

As an avid Texas Roadhouse frequent visitor stopped by this location on a roadtrip. Food was dissatisfying. Steaks were dry and flavorless. Also found a couple hairs in my food. Would not recommend this location. I would try the Albany location instead.

I have had very bad experiences in this place, unfortunately it is always when a coupon is involved. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU STOP GIVING THEM OUT since it is always a problem. The biggest excuse is that we ordered wrong online, so this time I went to the restaurant when they had the order ready and they gave me the same excuse that it was ordered wrong and that the coupons could not be applied. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU TRAIN YOUR MANAGERS MORE since they did not provide a solution this time.

Horrible service. Went tonight for my Uncles birthday. Sat at our table for 30 mins before anyone took our drink order. We ordered drinks and 2 onion blossoms. Didn't get our drinks till after the onion blossoms came out. Currently been sitting for 1hr. Only received 2 bread baskets when we sat down. Table of 7 people. I ordered smokehouse burger no lettuce no tomatoes or cheese. Only sautéed onions. I received a piece of meat NO BUN smothered in cheese and onions. I asked the waitress what it was cause it clearly wasn't what I ordered. Both waitresses looked confused while the one that served my food excused herself by saying "It's not her table". The other waitress had no answer. I asked for it to be corrected. Only to be brought back another burger that I DID NOT order. Now the waitress goes and gets the manager who then proceeds to stroll over asking tables "How everything is going" when CLEARLY he knew which table had a problem. Yeah I got a problem TAKE MY ORDER OFF THE BILL. Never will step foot into this place again. Don't let me get started on the dry ass ribs that you claim fall off the bone.

I went out to dinner with my family to one of my favorite restaurants! So we were seated got our drinks and realize that we got the same waitress as we've had before which she was good. And then we opened our silverware to cut our rolls and applying our cinnamon sauce on it and our silverware was covered and dry food I had asked the waitress if she could get us new she had gotten us new seven times and every single time they were dirty so then she went back to get us more silverware and then came back and said I polish them myself don't worry about it you don't have to complain anymore. Like really who in the right mind even as a waitress and customer service should not be talking to a customer like that. So then we got our actual meal and I receive a steak with shrimp and a salad with broccoli and everything on my plate literally had almost a bottle of salt on it I told her I did not want it and they said they would remove it off of my receipt but then they added on stuff on my receipt. That was the worst experience ever had a Texas Roadhouse in Kingston New York

Quick to serve beer, seltzer and water with a basket of rolls; however, never approached until my wife finally said after 40 minutes, "can we have more bread"! Meal came out 2 minutes later. Every table which came in well after us was served drinks, bread a d meals before us.
