I have been to a lot of Taco Bell's in different stats, and I must say this is just the best one. Food always seems fresh and well taken care of, and the Baja Blast is always on point.

One of the best taco bells in the area. They rarely mess up orders and if they do, they are incredibly apologetic and quick to fix the problem. Always understanding of my vegetarian choices.

Food at this location us always fresh.. The drinks are correct and from clean equipment.. Despite being busy always the staff is quick. The staff is also friendly. I just wish the were open later.

I love the bean products here. They have improved their menu for vegetarian's. This is a great place to absolutely pig out at though at a price later on the spice that is twice as nice.

The woman at the register was new but did an awesome job. She handled an eight person order, with kids screaming lol, wonderfully. I would definitely recommend this taco bell, food was great and service was above what you would expect from a fast food restaurant.

I just left there. They were busy, under staffed, still able to keep the place clean and get the food out in under 3 minutes for a complicated larger order. While this was going on a Karen was trying to get her and 8 other Karen friends food comped because some of their food " didn't have enough sour cream ". Simple mistake if it was true but she treated the staff like they slapped her mother in the face.

I was able to come here right after work and get my food fast and prepared properly. There cashier was really nice and even engaged a conversation I was able to hold with her till my food came out. The Baja blast from the one side of the soda machine was flat, But that was my only complaint.

Drive thru is so easy. Food options are good. I got a power meal and steak soft tacos. Good quality to price. I upgraded to 5 stars because the staff has been really nice and helpful the last several times I have gone.

Went here to drive-thru 2 weeks in a row and the crew on night time is phenomenal, amazing wraps on the burritos and actually stuffed fully compared to dinky burritos I've gotten elsewhere, awesome service and friendly staff on the night crew! definitely recommend here as a late night dinner spot!

Come here often for both personal orders and Doordash orders. They are a popular place, especially late at night. The one manager is amazing, always so friendly and on top of things when she's there. Foods good

I have been to many Taco Bell’s and this location had the best service I have experienced. The person taking the orders through drive through was super nice and when I received my order the food was very fresh. The service was very quick and accurate despite the long line. Excellent team and outstanding service.

I've been going here on a fairly regular basis since the Covid pandemic for take out. The service is always fast, efficient, and friendly. I'm always happy with the food and they offer a senior discount (their prices are more than reasonable).

My last visit was really pleasant, enough to be genuinely noteworthy. I was using the drive thru and the staff was very kind. The type of kind where it actually stands out and you remember it days later. Then, after we got our food we requested some sauce packets and they really hooked us up. It can be a little frustrating when you order a fair amount of food and they give you like 4 packets but not the staff we had the other night! I really hope to have an equally enjoyable experience like this one again

It's Taco Bell we all know what the food tastes like, we know sometimes they can make mistakes and not always have the greatest days but TODAY, today we had an AMAZING experience Julianna was phenomenal! We had a pretty big online order she made sure we had everything we needed, she asked multiple questions which helped me not forget a few things. I've had good service here before but everything about her was amazing! Thank you again Julianna!

Something wonderful happens every time I come here. I get to eat yummy tacos, and then after wards I am satisfied and full. I will tell you something else. All Taco Bell’s are not created equal. And not all tacos are created equally by all Taco Bell’s. The tacos they make here are very consistent, with fresh lettuce and each shell full to the brim. This is more than could be said of other locations. I have had wilted lettuce haphazardly tossed in soggy half filled flat shells before. Not so here. They also have a kiosk at this location where you can electronically place your order. I don’t necessarily agree with this because takes away an opportunity for you to interact with the wonderful staff. But maybe you find your self in a particularly awkward situation, for example a bad hair day or an extreme case of halitosis, which would behoove you to maintain a respectable distance from other people. Because you know, you would not want those nice workers to judge you or criticize you behind your back for something that may or may not be your fault. Like maybe you just forgot to buy tooth paste. Or you had a sleep over at your best friend’s house and left your tooth brush there by accident. In any case you also would not want to ruin the day of a nice Taco Bell worker. They (I would not want to assume a pro noun here) are providing a wonderful service, and should be rewarded for it, not punished.

We are not familiar with the menu and took extra time ordering. The taco bell lady was SO helpful and friendly! We got exactly what we wanted, pulled up to pay and that same lady collected the money. Food was good and the server deserves a commendation for her patience. Taco Bell was a friendly place for us due to her.

Despite visiting at 11:30pm after a wedding, this Taco Bell was super quick and efficient, serving us our meal in under six minutes. Loved the Dorito taco and found the staff to be friendlier than most late-night fast food restaurants.

One of my family's favorites although we tend to get cold food more than hot we never stop going. Sometimes when the line is long we run in for our take out order as it's usually hotter and quicker.

The service is always pleasant. The food is handy n affordable and you have choices but sometimes cold. They give out too many sauces. Then what do you do with all those packets?

They used to have a crazy number of missing items but somewhere along the line they fixed the issue and it's been solid. The highlight was getting a chalupa with no taco (someone forgot to put the taco inside and literally just put a shell inside of a wrapper and called it a day). On the plus side, staff is super nice and super fast.

Service was good and quick. 2 hard shell Taco supremes for me and a chicken quesadilla for my daughter. Tacos were a bit on the soft side, a little soggy. Still tasted good but a little softer than I would like. My daughter loved her quesadilla though.

I have been freqenting here lately. I go when it's busy so I know for sure the food is hot and fresh! The cashiers are friendly. You are welcomed with a smile and great service. they may need an extra hand to help with the dining area tho. Most times I have to wipe my own table. Which is ok with me because being in the restaurant business myself, I understand that EVERYTHING cannot be done when short staffed. I usually go for the crunch wrap! My favorite item on the menu!!

Good folks, but value for price is definitely an issue. For the same 10-15 I could get reap Mexican a couple blocks away. Good employees though, solid customer service.

Stopped here on a few occasions. The drive through teams are always friendly and very few errors with the order. The only negative is the turn around time. There is usually a line and you can easily spend up to 10 minutes in the drive trough line on most nights.

Food tasted ok but tasted like the grill needed to be cleaned for the quesadilla.

They are slow as heck. You will be waiting 20-30 mins sometimes for your order. If they had more hands on deck I think the speed would get better.

This is a solid Taco Bell. It is clean with a new interior. The music they play inside is loud, approaching club levels. This might not be for everyone but I am into it.

I used to never have problems here but recently every time I order a food it's not cooked enough, the cheese is barely melted and the tortillas are never toasted. I get the workers don't wanna be there but geez you could leave the things on there for more than 1min

It was great ordering from here but the service wasn't that good. The person at the drive thru forgot some stuff from my order and it kind of stunk at the drive thru window. The food was great and I would come here again. 8/10

It's taco bell... what else can I say? Every so often I just like to order a cravings box, it's cheap, fast, and convenient. I came here once in the drive thru, and I gotta admit it was late, so maybe the employees were just tired, but they messed my order up. They gave me the wrong craving box meals I ordered, forgot a couple stuff, honestly I think the guy behind me got my order. I didn't realize it till i got home, tried calling the place but no one picked up. I called the next day the manager apologized, and said they were actually short handed that night. He did offer to replace my whole meal. Went there a couple weeks later, and got my order at no cost, no problems. I'd rather have authentic Mexican food, but when I do have a craving for Taco Bell, I'll come back here.

Food is what you expect from Taco Bell. They just take very long to get your food to you. If you're in the mood for taco bell and like a lot of time on your hands then okay, but if you have things to do and want FAST food, this is not the place.

Food was good as usual, service was non-existent. Walked up to counter to order, was told I had to use the kiosk! 20' long counter, no one there? Apparently, this business is self service now like Walmart. Sad.

The Assistant Manager William is the most Obnoxious & Rudest Person I have come across in my life..He is definitely not a people person and is not in the right line of work when it comes to dealing with the public...But Thank God for the General Manager Dillion who is an amazing human being & a problem solver when it came to making things right!!

TacoBell on ulster Ave. has always had great service with having the order correct, but lately service has not been as good. 2 times I have asked for no sour cream on my potato griller and there was!! That isn't right!!!! Also I asked for lots of hot sauce for my 4 tacos and I got 3 packets only!! Very frustrating!!! Do I have to sit at the window and check my whole order first???!!! Your workers need to get on the ball!!! Also when I call to complain the phone is always busy!!!! Always!!!

Food is good, service not so much! Your expected to order at a face free monitor like a lot of fast food places these days and when they call you for your order they just give you the prepared food without the drink! Or should I say a cup so you can get your own drink! I was not an exception, the next several people had the exact same situation. I guess the next step will be completely self serve and we just nuke the meal we order from the robot behind the counter.

Typical Taco Bell with above average service. The cashiers are super friendly and the line staff are quick. They're good on subbing out vegetarian fillings for meat. Seems pretty clean and efficient, and recently remodled. Never had a problem and I go there all the time.

Ugh. Ordered through the app. Order was never received. Finally got that working, but then had to wait additional 40 minutes for them to finish making order. 40 minutes!? No one knows what's going on. Waiting and watching otherOl orders getting all messed up.... Wrong items, wrong names... nuthin but confusion and chaos chalupas here. Update: guy just handed me 2 free taco tickets👍 But still waiting... half hour... Now 40 minutes😵‍💫😵 *Update: finally got home. Order was correct. Food was above average taco bell. I know help is hard to find. But 40 minute wait ain't fast food.

For the most part it's an ok taco Bell but I've ordered chalupas the last 4 times I went there because they're the best thing they make and 3 of those times the Shell was old, dry, and chewy. The other time it was horribly undercooked, not even browned. Get your chalupa shell game together please.

This is breaking my heart to do, as this Taco Bell used to be great. They're not paying attention anymore, messing up on orders, and messing up on the replacement fix. Orders have been taking forever. I have a stack of free taco make it up coupons though.

Stopped in to use a free taco coupon because of an error in a previous visit in the drive thru labe. I have been to Taco Bel about 3 time in 2 years. The person taking the order incorrectly entered our order twice and it was too difficult to try and get him to understand the over charge. Finally the guy making the food heard what we needed and just made it and handed it to us. The husband and wife after us in line ended up with 12 soft taco Supremes. She had ordered 4 and was shocked when they handed her the tray! At least the manager told them to keep them. This location leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to service at the counter and drive thru.

You know how when you go to taco bell, you are expecting admittedly not 5 star food, but because of some sense of misplaced nostalgia you're just really craving a shi**y bean burrito like from when you were a kid? Well, forget it. Even as far as taco Hells are concerned this place is not great, skimpy on ingredients, way overpriced, they never get my order right and never include the drinks unless I ask for them, forget using a service like doordash. This is not the dollar burrito stoner mecca of our youths, better to avoid and just go to a real Mexican restaurant you'll be paying about the same.

Order two Frito burritos. Add sour scream two days in a row. Each time no sour scream on either, hardly no cheese sauce. They were dry and bland as hell. And you guys want a raise buy can't even make a simple burrito right. It's not hard, if a customer asks for sour cream, add sour cream. You can read can't you???

Saturday 2/18 8:04 pm... First ordering...after multiple attempts to order a number 14 combo with steak, explaining and even reading the description, the cashier finally said he got it, imagine my surprise when I got a chicken burrito, which my receipt stated I ordered. Then we sat waiting, listening to the girl prepping on the right side closest to the counter dropping "F" bombs because she kept burning her hand. And finally the beefy nacho griller burrito, which was lacking on the filling department compared to previous visits, and burned to the point of being inedible. Sadly we were already across the river on our way home and frustrated to the point that instead of returning immediately we just decided to save ourselves further headache and decided to just never return to that store.

Very rude cashier. When I got my food, she forgot my drinks and when I asked for them she took some cups and slammed them on the table. I go to the soda machine and they are out of Diet Pepsi and I’m diabetic so that’s the only one I can have. I ask if they have any on their side because they have a separate machine for drive thru and she refused to even check for me. She was giving me nasty looks throughout my entire visit so I’m not sure what her deal was.

Ordered 3 chalupa boxes,received 2,I asked about the third box and the girl proudly said she squeezed 2 orders into one box. (These boxes are for 3 different people). Who the hell does that? Then she had to open everything up to see what it was to repack it correctly. Of course everything was nice and cold by then..

Two starts for Steve specifically, he was Very happy and nice. Although the girl taking orders on the drive thru at 12:30pm was an absolute fool unfortunately , she didn’t listen whatsoever it seemed, had to repeat my order multiple, multiple times, yet it still shows up incorrect on the screen. forgot parts of our order + it being wrong. forgot one of our drinks as well. Maybe try steve on the drive thru mic instead of her, you’ll do much better , happier customers.

Worst experience of my life. Ate there with my husband. The food did not sit well with my husband. I went to use there bathroom because he didn't feel well. I guess he was in there for a while, so the manager went in and was very inappropriate when he was called on it he covered it up by calling the police. Thank god the officers were nice. Will never go there again. Much less send children to their bathroom. Booboo taco bell shame on you!

I used to like to go to Taco Bell somewhat frequently. I work really close by to this location and I would frequent them for lunch more than my figure would allow 😉. I just got done with my shift and walked over to get some food. When I tried getting in, the door was locked. An employee sat at the table and just stared at me. I then noticed the sign stating that they don't allow anybody to come into the store to order. So I walked through the drive through, wasted time waiting behind other cars, just to be turned away stating that they don't take walkups in the drive through. That's not customer service.

Every time without fail I order 3 Doritos tacos with chicken, cheese, NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATO, seasoned rice, sour cream, and spicy ranch. And every time without fail I get beef with everything on it except rice and spicy ranch. It’s so discouraging as I look forward to this 1-3x a week and it just upsets me every time there is something wrong.

Been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting on a online order. You order online so it's fast and ready not wait here wile people come and go after just ordering and I asked just to be refunded and say forget it and was refused. This place sucks

I ordered two chicken power bowls and both had very little food on them. Completely ridiculous, and instead of a chipotle melt, I was given a tiny quesadilla. This Taco Bell location is a joke and overpriced. Zero stars if I could.

EVERY TIME I come here your employees mess up my order in the drive thru. I give chance after chance but I still get disappointed whether its during the day or at night! And then you guys try to give coupons for a free taco like it fixes the fact that my order gets messed up every time. Done returning to your location.

They cant taco bell they're way out of a wet paper sack. Went for early dinner, late lunch with the family, waited over half an hour for 2 chicken soft tacos (and they were still wrong). We were the only people there when we ordered, but by the time we left, there was a lobby full of angry customers. The one cashier was super nice, but it just seemed like the kitchen staff didn't know what they were doing.

I would have to say the food did not taste too good beings that I did not eat it . I had my order delivered there was not one sauce in the bag for any of the tacos. When I called the store to complain I spoke to a Shift leader named Andrew. He told me hes very sorry about that but I need to contact doordash I did not pay doordash for my food . My bank statement clearly says Taco Bell . So I asked Andrew are you trying to tell me that doordash was supposed to check my order before it left the store he said oh no. So why is it their fault ?

No existent customer service. I literally had the entire kitchen staff look at me and not one came to the counter to take my order. There was no one else in the store and in 20 minutes of waiting, no one came to the counter or acknowledged the other 5 customers that came in. This wasn’t the first time, and this is definitely the last time I go there. My advice is if you can’t acknowledge your customers presence then it’s time to close the location, or fire the entire staff and manager. You should be ashamed to even be in business.

Staff don't care, managers show the same perspective. 3/4 (maybe 4/4) times they forget to put something in the bag at drive through. Quality has dropped low.. Tacos are made sloppy-wet almost like they just scoop water in them. Maybe it's just the after 3pm staff on every occasion. I like Taco Bell, I can't help myself. I've gone all over NY enjoying but everytime I come to this place I'm disappointed, almost like I know what the outcome is but just want to see how bad everytime.

Don't you dare ask for what you paid for. The staff making the food like to talk garbage about customers that ask politely for their whole order. My order was missing two items and the staff member proceeded to trash talk within earshot while we dined in. I had my kids with me. I let it go so not to make a scene but I will not be returning.

My husband and I work for Uber I thought it was unprofessional the manager kept calling him sweetie. It actually annoyed us . If u work for Uber deny the call because at night the work too slow you'll spend more in gas then what you would make on the trip

On the night of September 5th at 12:35am I went to Taco Bell and ordered a party pack FOR $20… as I open the first taco I realize there is literally no beef and cheese, the beef is so skimped all I taste is lettuce and shell… as my buddy was waiting for his order I hear the employee thru the window blatantly laughing and talking about how they blatantly skimped my food, god knows what else they did to it. Waited 15 mins in line and they gave me my taco with only lettuce and cheese. Had to wait in line for another 15 minutes for the correct taco. Short story long. Due to the 30 min wait we ended up hitting an ice storm couldn't drive and had to walk 2 miles home. Thanks taco bell.

HOW DO YOU FORGET TO PUT THE CHEEZIT IN MY CHEEZIT CRUNCHWRAP?!?!?! For real though, 9 out of 10 times this location messes up my order. A bunch of underage children with absolutely no guidance or training. Horrible location.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Literally the worst food establishment in kingston. Doesn't listen to customers and apparently their staff cannot read instructions for what food they're making. They can't comprehend vegetarian food and ALWAYS puts meat in it anyways. Serious sick of paying extra to make my food vegetarian and getting beef. And no one ever answers back about complaints and I have yet to receive a refund. Completely irresponsible and dangerous. Staff needs serious training or replacement.

The kingston store is harendas. U Waite 25 minutes for ur food when there not busy then they don't give u all the food or the right food. It's been none stop with this. Don't think I'm coming back and it's sad I like the food

This place couldn’t get an order correct if they were paid to! Oh, wait, they are. I paid extra for my burrito to have guacamole and lettuce and tomato on it, but they couldn’t do that? There was one (yes, ONE!) tomato square and a few pieces of lettuce mixed in the “beans”- zero guacamole. I eat here because I’m a single mom of 3 kids with special needs and I’m perpetually exhausted and busy. I’ve never come to this location and been given what I ordered exactly how I ordered it. And we come here far too often.

Found 2 long black hairs in my burrito. And another long black hair stuck to the sticker of my drink cup. And whoever did the sodas didn’t change it like they were supposed to because it had no syrup in it and the drink was disgusting. I try to call the store And no one even answers. Ridiculous and absolutely disgusting. Never ordering from here again

I ordered 2 hard shelled taco SUPREME, a chalupa SUPREME and a Mexican pizza. There was barely any meat, large chunks of lettuce ends and the shells are so old, they hardly crunch. Also, NO sour cream although I reiterated it twice. The girl at the window was curt and unwelcoming after a 15 minute wait to even get to the window. It's Taco Bell. This is literally the bare minimum. Very disappointing while hungry late-night. I'm going to have to throw away this old food. *update: I returned with the food bag to get a refund. The same cashier was very nasty. She snatched the receipt and shut the window on me. The receipt says, the cashier is a male. It was an enormous woman w/wrists that looked like thighs. Although the gentleman who processed my refund was very nice I will not be returning to this location again. This is why I drive to Poughkeepsie for food.

I was staying at the Hilton Inn within walking distance during COVID, while I could not drive or go into the building and they refused me service. Extremely poor customer service in my opinion. Walked to the window and cashier was sleeping on the order screen. Manager was rude and asked me to drive my non-existent car to make an order. My worst Taco Bell experience.
