As you can see on the video, the sandwich was made fast. It looks good. Has the proper amount of items on it and they made it to order. Nothing missing on this sandwich and it was nice and hot. I ordered an eight minutes in advance and waited, maybe one to two minutes when I got there. I appreciate that they take coupon discounts on the app at this location. That cannot be said for the subways located in humble Texas.

I come every Wednesday at around the same time every week. The guy who makes my sandwich seems very nice and always seems chipper. The food is okay, but I mean, it's a subway. What were you expecting? It's good for a quick bite and pretty clean.
I had Zenaido as a cashier and he did an amazing job! He was so nice and did an amazing job with my chicken bacon and ranch sandwich!
I come here frequently on my lunch break and the lady's always welcome me in and are always smiling. I usually go at a busy hour and everything is usually well stocked and fresh. I can tell it is managed very well and kept very clean!
Okay this subway is my go to anyway. I love when the manager is there because she serves me and she is amazing. Also she loves to talk and joke around which makes you comfortable. Bread is always soft, love it here.
So, I always order a pizza sandwhich even though it's not on the menu. Here's what you do: the type of bread doesnt quite matter, but basically on either a 6 inch or foot long, have them put just marinara on both sides of the inner sandwhich and if a little meatball falls in, that's okay. Next, shredded mozzarella cheese is the obvious choice for that pizza feel, add pepperoni or salami or both, and have them toast it. Then for a supreme pizza style, add black olives, onions, and bell peppers. For those of you who like to dip their pizza in ranch, request ranch and red pepper seasoning for spice. It is the greatest sandwhich not on their menu. Subway, you're welcome!
If I could rate them more I would, these workers are amazing, and care about customer satisfaction.
Best Subway by far... and I've been to plenty all over state of Texas. Great food, courteous and friendly staff ready to make your sandwich just as you like it. Delicious.

Came for a quick bite with my kids and was given decent customer service. They were out of milk when we ordered kids meals. The sandwiches were good and the ingredients seemed generally fresh.

We gave this location a shot due to the Porter location running out/or not having any chicken. The experience wasn’t a disappointment and worth the extra travel. Thanks
Always reliable service when you're in the store, but I have had a few problems when ordering on the app. Though the soda machine isn't always great at getting mixtures out, so I wouldn't recommend getting a fountain drink.

They are always out of chips, sodas, and toppings. You have to go in there and just kinda order what they have. Never seen everything available. It's weird for a subway. Place is clean, and staff is nice.

I have been to this location two times and I have been disappointed each time. Today, I walked in to order and noticed they were out of most chip brands/flavors. They only had the plain types today - plain baked Lays, plain fried Lays, and plain Sun Chips. Really? You couldn't order the others in time, or have you just been too lazy to stock the shelf? When I got to the register, the employee was making a personal call through the whole transaction. I paid and went to the drink fountain, and I noticed the Coke was out of carbonation. I tried the Sprite and had the same results. I turned to the same employee that "helped" me at the register (who was still on the phone) and told her the machine was broken. She said she would try to fix it, and disappeared for a few minutes. When she finally walked to the main store front, she was still on her cell phone. She pressed the levers on each soda several times and said it was fixed. While I was testing the Coke, she ran behind the counter again. I found that the Coke was still out of carbonation. At this point, I was fed up with the whole situation, especially the employee who had been on her phone the whole time. I turned to the small fridge filled with bottles sodas, took one, and walked out. I will not return to this location. Every interaction I have had with it's employees has been mediocre at best.
The last several times we have gone to this location they are out of steak or other products and they are "closed" (as in not making sandwiches bc they are putting things away and cleaning during business hours 40 minutes prior to closing). We won't wastebour time with this store again.

Two things really irritate me about this subway: 1> They seldom if ever get my order which isn't complicated right, and worse it's in black and white from an online order and they still manage to screw it up daily. 2> They have a dedicated parking spot for pick up yet it's always filled by someone inside slowly ordering a sandwich effectively making a quick pickup impossible. The people working really should say something but of course they don't. This location is mismanaged and it definitely shows across the board.
This review is specific to the Kingwood Dr., Kingwood Texas location. I had my first Subway sandwich around 1978 or 1979 when I was in college. I would estimate I have averaged at least 10 Subway sandwiches a year since 1978. So that would be about 470 sandwiches at Subway. The one I had today was in the top 5 worst, if not #1 or #2. Over the 47 years I would give Subway 4 stars. My biggest grip over the years with Subway is inconsistancy, location to location, regarding how the sandwiches are assembled. It's so frustrating. A well assembled Subway sandwich is still good tasting, gratifying, and a good value.
Order two sandwiches. One was missing the bacon which I paid extra for and the other was missing the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and cheese. No apology or customer service comp. CHECK YOUR ORDER!
Two of my subs were horribly mangled. The worst was they put RANCH dressing on Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub and put the sweet onion teriyaki dressing on a "Cali Fresh" steak sub! Not to mention, they NEVER add the "included" guac. Always have to ask, they tear it apart and add it. What a mess. Store refused to refund for the inedible subs. They did offer to remake them the next day (no one would pick up when I called the day of order), but no thanks.
First time here was today. Messiest sandwich I’ve ever had from subway they didn’t even cut my foot long in half. Didn’t ask me to toast it didn’t ask if I wanted condiments. My bread was soggy and a huge mess.
I heard Subway has issues with their bread......today I believe so......Just bought a Flat Bread (Tuna) Sandwich....the flat bread is not cooked enough, and still like a Dough..... and the first bite of bread sticks on my teeth.....I use spoon to take all the insert away, then I use my hands to stretch the flat bread.....it can be stretched like a gum......terrible! please be aware this kind of " NOT well cooked Subway bread " can cause your Thyroid issue....be away from this place!
