Loved that chicken salad, especially the cranberry and basil! The cake was amazing, and the service was so friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back to try more chicken salad and sandwiches.

This is my first time at The chicken salad chicken restaurant. They had lovely decor and a very nice atmosphere. Chris was my cashier and was the sweetest young man, and he was extremely helpful. My sister-in-law had the fancy Nancy sandwich, and I had the Turkey B.L.T. But I have to say their soups are probably the show stopper. My sister in law had their potato soup, and it was good, I had their chicken poblano soup, which was out of this world.

I went for the first time and I must say the food was good and the customer service was better. Cherry was friendly and helpful! I tried two different types of chicken salad, fruity Fran and the Olivia's old south. Both were great! I also tried the grape salad and the fruit salad which was very good. I would recommend going here if you're looking for something lite to eat. I will definitely be going back in the near future! 😋😋

Zipped in here while traveling. Great food, everyone was friendly. I’ll definitely be back to try other items on the menu. Great alternative to the big fast food chains. Plenty of non fried food option. Conveniently located right off the highway with fuel and Starbucks nearby. This will be my new regular stop. To top it off. Got a cookie with a combo. 🫶🏼

It was really good! I ordered a melt on a croissant which came with grape salad, chips, pickle, and a little cookie. I chose the fancy Nancy as my chicken salad on the melt. I only ate half the sandwich as it was more filling than I expected, and that grape salad may be the best thing ever created by God(outside of my wife)! It is mixed with, I believe, some kind of cream cheese mix and then topped with a brown sugar and pecan mixture. I ate all of that and then got some to take home. I'm tired of fast food and wanted something quick and delicious. This is now going to be my go to place. The girls working the front were really nice and hospitable. You go to so many places now where workers look like they hate being there. It was refreshing to see the girls smiling and enjoying being at work. Sarah and Karissa both spoke to the me as I believe they were both the managers that day. I would recommend you stop by and give it a shot, there is something for everyone. Sorry, I took the photo after I ate half my sandwich...I was hungry.

Love the food. Gabrielle, the cashier, was very friendly and welcoming! There are a LOT of names on the menu so it can get a little confusing. Overall, I love their salads. Right now, kids can eat free on summer nights. My kids really just eat the mac and cheese so not so bad!

I tried the "Fancy Nancy" chicken salad (scoop) on a croissant. It was a great sandwich, so fresh and light. SOUP was my choice of side this time around and it was very good. It had roasted corn, black beans, poblano strips and the roux was cream based. A refreshing lunch to say the least. The line went fairly quickly considering it was around lunch time and quite busy. Their staff was great, but I noticed that seating was limited. I'd estimate they could fit maybe 40 to 50 max customers in their dining area; it is very small. There is an outdoor seating option also; a covered patio. I ordered to-go and the wait was minimal maybe 10 minutes- tops.

I was totally WOW-ED by Chicken Salad Chick .. I mean how good or different a chicken salad sandwich be? .. Well, mine was amazing!! .. my wife's sandwich was even better! The lunch special, was SO worth the money. We will definitely be adding this place to our OFTEN list of restaurants!

To tell the truth, this was not a great experience for this location. In the past we have enjoyed the food but something was definitely off this time. We did not receive our meals as ordered and the quality of the food was sub-par. I hope it was just one of those days for them.

I’ve been on a chicken salad sandwich kick lately and THIS place offers lots of “research” opportunities. 😉 So many variations on this creamy sammy. Time to start checking them off the list and you always start with the classic. The Classic Carol was pretty tasty! A definite good base if you want to take some to go (since they offer this, as well) and build on it at home. At first bite, you get a sultry, buttery flavor from the airy croissant and then you find a good balance of creaminess to chicken ratio. For me, though, a touch bit more of salt🧂and pepper were needed and then it disappeared. The grape salad was… interesting. An odd pairing of cream cheese and red and green grapes 🍇 topped with brown sugar and crushed pecans. After every bite I just kept saying to myself: “this is interesting”, 🤔”hmm, interesting”, but then I found myself licking the bowl, so it must’ve been good.😄 The mini cookie was a nice surprise. Chewy and sweet and just the right size. 👍🏼 (Although, they do offer bigger ones individually packaged) Going back for seconds some time 🔜.

I love Chicken Salad Chick overall. I love the food and atmosphere, as it’s very consistent. It’s just the last three orders I had were either missing items, or were downsized from what I actually ordered. :( Don’t get me wrong, I’m going to continue to eat here because I just love the chicken salad, but I just wish there was more consistency with order pickup and items ordered. Love the cookies btw, they’re great!

I come here for lunch about once a month and it is usually great. This time around the chicken salad was not up to par. I always get the Fruity Fran on a croissant with chips and a drink. The chicken salad did not have no flavor besides the fruit, soggy texture, and just was not enjoyable as before. With the money I spent, I except to be buying and eating fresh food. Disappointed!!

First time here and I really enjoyed my meal. I had the jalapeño chicken salad in croissant with the poblano soup. It was delicious and filling! The cashier was polite and friendly.

We have been coming here since they opened. Love the atmosphere, the cold A/C, the staff is friendly and the food is good. Last night there was something 'extra' in my sandwich. White, chewy, plastic-like and unexpected. We were told it was a tendon. It has been nearly two months since we ate here because this occurred on our last visit to my husband. In the three years Chick Salad has been open this has never happened, until recently .Once is an oversight, it can happen to anyone, twice is an issue that someone needs to correct.
