The cashier may have been a team lead or manager....if not she needs to be!!!! She provided excellent customer service I had said if the fries are hot I would like an order of fries. She assured me the fries would be hot. So I ordered them and in the middle of us deciding on the rest of our order that wonderful attentive cashier saw out of the corner of her eye that the fries just came out of the fryer and went and got my fries she gave them to me right then!!!!! Yay my fries were hot 🔥 hot 🔥 hot!!! Yay!! Our entire order was fresh hot and delicious! Service was outstanding!! The kitchen looked clean & tidy, and the dining area was clean. The women's restroom was clean too. The atmosphere was relaxing as there was no unnecessary kitchen area commotion or loud talking. Amazing experience!

I went there dinning room was super clean employees were very helpful and food was fresh I definitely recommend there to eat.
Came through on a Monday night for a sweet treat and everyone in that drive thru was professional and so kind! Seriously most places people will barely talk to you but the workers here were thorough, quick, and just lovely! Thank you!
Anthony was amazing. We had a flat tire and had to walk up and order while we waited on help and he was so kind. He deserves all of the love and raises!

Wonderful inviting staff, noticed me right away. I order a large chilli and Dave's single w/cheese no pickle. Didn't need to ask for anything a second time and service from order to table was expeditious. Clean lobby not an out of order anything. Wholesome laughter and a high moral team feeling. I'd go every day if I actually lived in the same area. Totally satisfied with this particular Wendy's. Thank you guys.
We love our Wendy’s Wednesdays at this location! It’s become a special dinner time with my daughter. I’m so thankful for the staff there that always makes my daughter feel special and they always remember her! Special shout out to Candice who is so sweet every time we come in! It feels so special to have a nice spot like this to make memories!

Update!! They FINALLY fixed the problem with the restroom!! All is clean and smelling good now!! ******************* Bathroom always smells of sewage. It's so bad!! It looks not a new thing. I worked at an establishment in the same parking lot for 13 years and Wendys bathrooms has always been that way there!! I saw no deoderize s anywhere, not even on the wall! Fries were were warm but limp and dark, leaning all the way over in the box. They were so salty could not eat them. Nuggets were warm and rubbery. Burger was warm and all ingredients were piled directly in the middle on top of another. Place appeared clean and staff friendly. Loved the new drink machine there.
Date: 2/11/24 Approx Time: 8:40p Location: Drive Thru After placing my order in the drive thru, the drive thru worker had me to pull up to the window. I was told my total, but to verify my total I asked again when I got to the window. The worker shook their head instead of verbally responding yes, or no to confirm that the total was correct. I was then told that my food is already at the window and that is where I grabbed it immediately after paying. I told the worker to have a nice day and they didn’t respond back. Not to mention, I was not provided a receipt. As I made my way to eat my food, my fries tasted fresh and they were hot. Then I grabbed a saucy nugget and noticed the nuggets were not crispy or slight crispy and the sauce and nuggets were cold. I also asked for buffalo sauce that was not spicy, but the ones provided were spicy. After analyzing my experience within that quick five minutes, I have determined that I dealt with very poor customer service and I paid for partial poor quality food. While I find this behavior and food handing unacceptable, I will simply duly note it in this review in hopes that management will rapidly address the situation so that this does not happen to someone else.
Purchased spicy chicken nuggets and a single burger. The nuggets were burned to a crisp, was able to identify that problem before I left the premises. The only thing that was edible on the burger was the vegetables, the meat had barely been cooked. This was around 11:00 a.m. so there was no call for receiving a bad order. Will not go to this Wendy’s anymore.
Terrible service at counter this morning. I ordered coffee and burrito (with NO potatoes) at for breakfast... There was no coffee ready (at 8:45 am on Saturday?), so I had to wait while she eventually started a pot. When my burrito arrived, it was cold and had potatoes. I complained to the female at the counter who said "oh I thought you wanted no potatoes in the burrito, but on the side". Yet the spuds were IN the tortilla! The place had no customers in the dining area for the 25 minutes I was there waiting, eating, and speaking to the counter girl... just a lonely mop guy. To their credit, the place was clean... I will never dirty their floor or risk waiting for coffee in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Management needs to train up their staff.
Old nasty food, cold fries, terrible! I don’t understand how the employees can know that they’re serving cold fries and Burgers and And not care about the quality of food they’re giving to people What a waste of $27 tonight for two burgers and fries that taste like crap
Pulled up to the drive through at ~7 PM on Sunday, 8/10/25. I sat at the speaker long enough, with no one taking my order, that I pulled around to make sure they were open. As I pass the drive thru windows, I see the guy who should be taking orders scrolling what looks to be a cell phone. He looks up at me as I pass by. There are two cars at the front window waiting on their orders. So I pull back around to the drive through speaker again. This time the guy scrolling his phone, promptly comes on and tells me to hold on a moment. Crickets....long enough for me to get a text out to my son, asking for a plan B, since I am having significant issues getting them to take my order here. Finally he comes back on and takes my order, SLOWLY, very slowly... I pull around to pay, and I then have to wait for this same guy to slowly put on a pair of gloves before he takes my money. He is nice enough, asks how my day is going so far, but he was slow as molasses. I hand him $32 cash for a $31.78 order, and he looks instantly confused being given cash. He asks me if I want my change and receipt, um, Yes, please! I can clearly tell he is struggling to do the math in his head to give me back my 22 cents in change. He figures it out. I get to the second window, food is ready as expected, and the second guy tells me to have a Blessed Day. So in a nutshell, the drive thru workers here were all exceptionally nice, but they all came across as if they might have been stoned out of their minds and not working on the same time frame as sober folks. First time in my life that I have had to loop around a fast food joint to get someone's attention to take an order!
I show up to eat at this location. I was the only customer. I asked the girl working here today Jun 11, 2025 at 6:15 pm if I could order. She tells me "hold on " and keeps doing what she is doing. After 6 minutes of standing and waiting around i asked her again if could order. She finally takes my order. It took her 3 seconds to put my order in. It came out in like 2 minutes. She made me wait longer than what it was to place the order and bringing it out. Horribly service. Food is great. But maybe talk to your damn cashiers. They are the first impression of your restaurant. And it's not a good one.
If you want disgusting lab engineered trash sweet tea; this is your go-to place. It comes out of a drum, mixed with water and tries its best to taste like 3 day old tea you left in your car by accident.
Went to grab a doordash at 11:40, they wrote on the receipt to order earlier. Went back within 5 minutes and they were unresponsive on the intercom. They proceeded to tell us they were closed. There were visibly 2 guys and 1 girl, one of the guys and one of the girls were on their phone laughing when we came up to the window and the girl ran off as soon as we pulled up. They said they were closed when the store closes at 1 AM. I understand late orders being annoying, though everywhere I have worked when I worked food has required orders to be taken until the close time and in some occasions after the store has closed.
Nothing but 100% fatigue in this store. "They" put my order in a to go bag, some fries fell out dude picks the fries up and throws them in the bag? Really? Then I repeat my order then he just points at my bag says get it. LoL then when I am ready to leave I check my to go portion of the order and it's wrong. So unfortunately I had to go back up to the counter to experience more "fatigue " like it was my fault the order was wrong? Like it was my fault he picked the fries up off of the counter and threw them in the bag? I'll never go back to all that drama and fatigue. SMH.
I thought the man that took my order was doing all the work, sorry I cant remember your name. But your co workers were incompetent to say the least. The was a woman who worked for you that seemed permafried. Sorry. But she couldn't complete one task which caused your best worker( the man who took my order) to do all the work. Its a shame.
