Came in close to closing and the staff was so welcoming. My 2 combos came out hot, correct mods. Restaurant was very clean 🧼 had question on banana bread ingredients. Employees knowledgeable. Thank you for excellent customer service and delicious food.

Great place for a great hamburger and fries with fast and great service at reasonable prices. They have fresh ingredients. I always like to order a keto aka low carb burger which is without the bun. Some places are confused by this. But they are well versed in these and served an excellent lettuce wrapped burger which was perfect and delicious. It’s my first time here but I had been very interested in trying since it came highly recommended. If you’re looking for a hamburger, this is the place. Will definitely be back.

Got 3 combos for my family which consisted of 2 burger combos and one chicken nugget combo and an oreo cookie shake coming to under $30! I thought it was great! Not a gourmet burger but good quality, fresh and wallet friendly prices. The vibe was very retro with the way the outside pillars are angled, the soda machine had old school labels for the drinks. As we drove by San Antonio, we saw all the P. Terry's packed with people at all times. Now I know why. Awesome environment, friendly staff and they have a small sandpit outside for the kids to play.

P. Terry’s is exactly what it says: a burger stand. And a good one at that. Tasty cheeseburger. Very fresh. Fries were good, not soggy and not burnt to a crisp either. Great value.

We had a great visit to P. Terry’s Burger Stand in Kyle today! The atmosphere was really nice—clean, well-built, and relaxing, with a great outdoor eating area that we really enjoyed. The music playlist was fantastic, filled with hits from the 70s and 80s—a fun touch that made the experience even better. I ordered the double cheeseburger, and while it looked small at first, it was surprisingly filling and tasted great. I also had the 8-piece nuggets, which were solid. I really appreciate that they use no hormones or antibiotics in their meats—definitely a big plus. My wife had her burger lettuce-wrapped, and although it came out a bit salty and she wished there was more lettuce, she still enjoyed it. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back again soon!

Clean with a feel of a dinner in the dining area, comfortable and functional. Brand new corporate facility in Kyle. Nice location off the highway, one of the first to open in a new open area in front of the future Costco. Nice drive thru and advance order parking. Nice sandbox area outside for kido's to play. Standard grilled burger fare using quality meat and ingredients. Quick service, it was nice to chat with the GM Daisy about our experience.

First visit to a P Terrys. The menu is pretty basic with limited choices. The service was extremely slow. My wife walked next door to order carry out from a different restaurant. She ordered her food and returned 20 minutes later and I was still waiting for my order. The restaurant was almost empty. The burger was average at best not worth the long wait.

So here’s the thing… I rolled up to the drive-thru, craving those glorious chicken bites and ready to enjoy them with the sauce of my choosing — a simple pleasure in life. The employee asked what sauce I wanted (which, to be fair, raised my expectations). I answered with confidence. Dreams were forming. Life was good. Fast forward to me pulling away, bag in hand, joy in my heart… until I got home, opened it up like a kid on Christmas morning — and boom. No sauce. NOTHING. Just lonely, dry chicken bites staring back at me like, “Where’s the flavor, bro?” And the kicker? There was literally NO ONE else in the drive-thru. It wasn’t busy. There was no rush. You had ONE job… and somehow, the sauce just vanished from existence. I still gave three stars because the bites were edible, but c’mon — eating them plain felt like a personal attack. Next time I’ll bring my own emergency sauce stash, just in case.

I am a huge PTerrys fan, and I have never had any issues with them. This location, however, is incapable of getting my order correct and including all items. I get the same thing every single time: double cheeseburger with grilled jalapeños. Two items. The last 9 times (yes I kept count) there were either no grilled jalapeños, or it was grilled onions instead, or they straight up left off a whole patty. I asked the worker for a new double (what I asked for) and he asked if I wanted a patty on the side instead. If you go here, don’t even bother asking for a side of special sauce because you have to pay for it and you will not get it. Just be weary, because if you ask for more than what comes by default you most likely will not receive it, as there is absolutely no attention to detail.

I have cervical cancer and went through treatment today. I struggle with eating because I've been so sick recently. I thought I might be able to eat a burger on a wheat bun specifically because they aren't as rough on my stomach, so my husband went to get me one. We live in Buda and he traveled to the Kyle location. When he arrived home with the food, my hamburger was not on a wheat bun. It might seem like a small thing, but to me right now during treatment I have to eat the items that I can stomach. My husband went back to the store and spoke to the shift lead and showed him the receipt. The employees seemed like they had been smoking marijuana and fought with my husband while implying that he was lying about the burger being incorrect, despite my husband having been there 45 min prior and having the receipt. The employee refused to give him a new hamburger on a wheat bun, which seems like the least that he could have done and is a jarring hill to die on. My husband asked to speak to a manager about how rudely the employee was treating him, but the employee claimed he could not give him the store manager's information or correct our order. By the time my husband finally returned with the correct food, after being forced to buy another burger, I was feeling too ill to eat again. I usually love p. terrys, but I feel really upset by our treatment this evening and it's been one more thing in addition to the issues we already have going on in our lives. Something as simple as a hamburger on a wheat bun shouldn't cause this much upset. Perhaps it might be prudent to re-train your employees on customer relationships and how to handle mistakes with decorum. We will likely not be coming back to your establishment.

I was there tonight waiting on a doordash order. When a gentleman came in to try to sell his uncles art to the employees. The employee up front said ill be right back let me go get someone else then proceeded to make fun of him and had the cooks and drive thru workers laugh at him. The gentleman waited for about 5 minutes until another employee came up to him and really liked his work. Once the gentleman left i witnessed the employees making fun of him and his art. To me it made me feel uncomfortable because for one they can be doing it to anybody and its very unprofessional.

Me and my wife came here to try there milkshakes out and based on reviews decided to stop here on our trip to Austin. Well we showed up around 8pm ish and got a Mexican vanilla Lg Milkshake and and Strawberry milk shake. They were supper busy but made my order really fast. When my wife tried the Mexican vanilla Milkshake she said it tasted straight up like vanilla extract so I tried it and it was very potent didn’t taste right so I went in spoke with a manager wearing black shirt and he asked me what was wrong with it I told him it tasted bad and he said that’s no reason to get a different milk shake! Like what??? He said the milk shake has to have something wrong with it for them to switch it for a different one or a refund… he argued with me for 5 min before an employee behind him handed me a nother milk shake. To be completely honest we took one sip of the other one walked in asked if we could get this remade for a strawberry instead and I kept being told no unless something is wrong with it???? Iv been in the food service industry for 10 years and never in my life have I had to argue with a manager over a milk shake smh.. Do not come here unless you like to have to argue with a manager over the poor quality food.

We came through the drive this evening and were in the outside lane. Apparently this is my mistake. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for two cheeseburgers and fries. In the time that 2 cars in the outside lane were served, 8 were served in the inside lane. This kid in the photo had no rush, no care of my time, or anyone else. We sat and waited on him. He sat, wasting our time. Then he told me “if you wanted to go faster you should have chose the other lane, I’m busy and I’m by myself.” You look busy… When he finally got up, after I got impatient and honked, that was my food by him the whole time. Why should I come here if my time isn’t important to yall?
