Probably the BEST subway I've ever been to. The employees work well together, are very professional, and are very knowledgeable on which sandwich best fits you. Ever since Subway took my favorite sandwich, The roasted Chicken breast, I quit coming to Subway. I found myself having to go to Subway because there was nowhere else, but this little store has definitely renewed my faith in the Subway sandwich food chain.

Whenever we are traveling, Subway never disappoints as a place to stop for lunch. There is something for everyone - sandwiches, soups, salad, wraps, bowls. This location is bright and airy and looks like it is new or recently remodeled. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious.

This location was very busy when I came in, but the team of employees worked in sync and had me out the door in record time. Great customer service.

I have been coming here for years. During hunting season, I will pick up a bunch of foot longs so I can hunt without going out again for 2-3 days. They are always friendly and the food is always fresh and well prepared.

Not to be mean but please dont put challenged people on line alone. Young brother with tats seems lost . He always burns pizza and barely adds meats and drowns subs in sauce. Lol pizza arent frozen so dont overcook them they only need 55 second. I used to work at subway. 3 times last month my pizza been burned my lord. Take your time to push right buttons. Food is way to expensive to be so incompetent.

LOVE this location! They have never messed up an order and the food is always made to perfection and let's not forget the wonderful customer service from everyone. 10/10 definitely recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing! I have celiacs disease and the staff was so cautious. I 100% know that there is zero way to ensure my safety and it’s my risk, however, the amount of care they took to do everything they could. We were visiting from out of state and needed a quick and easy meal that the kids could agree to and they actually blew us away. Great job to your staff, and to your management team, it’s a reflection of their commitment to offering safe, economical, options for the community. It’s not just a chain, it’s remarkable service.

Food was great. Tables could have been cleaned. I was the only customer in the store at the time. I cleaned my own table with a napkin. The 2 girls who work there were working not just standing there talking. So I didn't complain.

Dined in yesterday, staff was friendly and store was clean. Food was fresh and hot. When I travel through I always stop and get because of the atmosphere is relaxing. Great to the staff and store owner.

Dealt with Scott tonight. He was in the middle of making a sub and decided to start cleaning before finishing the order. 4 people in line behind me and still decided to clean? Very slow on every sub he touched. Then he didn't wrap my sub with the wrap that keeps it from leaking out of the outer wrap. Love this Subway but if you see Scott.. Keep a close eye on his inability to stay focused and do his job!

Need management to call last two online orders were not ready when arrived. Today I could not wait no manager available. I will be need a refund and the points I submitted for discount will need to be reinstated. Please advise when an adult is available.

Stopped in La Grange, Texas to grab a sandwich at Subway and try their new protein wrap. Asked if they could add a few olives, a little guacamole, and use regular mayo instead of roasted garlic mayo. Manager comes out and says absolutely not—can’t substitute mayo or add olives because of the cost. I even offered to pay extra. Nope. “Our boss will get onto us.” Then a kid starts taking a sandwich out of the oven and she panics: “Oh no, child labor laws—he’s only 15!” So apparently a 15-year-old can work at Subway, just not take a sandwich out of the oven 🤔 At the counter I’m told they’re not allowed to change anything on the menu—no substitutions, no additions, nothing. Like there are Subway cameras and someone’s going to call on a Saturday over regular mayo being substituted 🤔 Someone needs to address this non sense at subway in la grange

Don't order online you never get what you order. This is the 3rd time I have order from this location and it will be the last. I ask for extra it wasn't even the regular amount. The attitude I'm assuming who is the manager I wouldn't even bother ordering inside as well. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Sigh, I did an online order for delivery and my chips and drink were not added to my order. When I called I was met with, “you can come in and get the chips and drink or if I wanted the refund I would still have to come in.” If I was able to come in, would I have used your online delivery services? No. Did I pay cash? No, so why can’t I get my refund added back to my card? So after calling the delivery company and them confirming this was a Subway mistake, the delivery company called the store and the manager said she would refund me at 3pm because she was in a lunch rush. I never got my refund. Don’t order online using their website because everything will be a disaster and you’ll miss out on food and money. DoorDash was kind enough to help me get the manager on the phone but it was still helpless.
