What a great find!! The area is full of bars & restaurants. We were fortunate enough to decide on Okay. We had sandwiches & beer and then pastry and coffees. It was just what we were hoping to find as a visitor to La Linea. Our waiter Juan made the experience even better.

It is the place where I see eye eye one's more the love that opened up my heart to love and hear the voice of HOPE that answered me in times of need and to be loved truly. De las mejores pastelerías de La Línea, los croissant están buenísimos, tiene muchisimos dulces. Es barato. Tiene terraza y muchas mesas dentro. Hay variedad de sándwiches, están muy bien

Cafetería-pastelería tradicional con una gran variedad de pasteles y bollería, ideal tanto para desayunar como para una merienda. Suele haber bastante ambiente y es un lugar cómodo para sentarse un rato. Como aspecto a mejorar, el servicio puede resultar algo lento y es habitual tener que insistir para que atiendan, algo que desluce la experiencia pese a la buena oferta de productos.

Me gusta mucho, pero ojo con los pagos en efectivo, ayer a mí y a otro cliente, nos dieron el cambio faltando 5 euros, no es coincidencia que la dependienta equivocase dos veces seguidas 👀

Pastelería referencia. Quizás si buscas pasteles algo más pequeños no sea tu lugar. Cada pastel es bastante goloso y copioso, de muy buena calidad, variedad de sabores colores formas. El interior es muy original decorativamente y ofrece terraza exterior para completar la oferta. Un clásico que perdura y alarga su historia. Enhorabuena.

Too noisy with the guitarist there & people complaining & leaving as the volume far too high as the guitarist is sat playing for so many hours across from the terrace, people are having to shout louder to talk, something needs to be done.

It was heaving busy with locals so a great sign. All ages from about 2 to 102 chatting eating drinking and socialising. How wonderfully inclusive. The drinks and food were very good and despite busy it came in reasonable time. We had both sweet and savoury food, all was good. The price was very good. Enjoy

Cuesta muy barato comprar un aparato de turnos para la pastelería, ya que se forma muchas confusiones a la hora de pedir la vez. La pides y luego te dicen que no que la cola va al contrario.Y pierdes el turno y vuelta a empezar. Gracias

Very average experience. We went for breakfast today. The place has nice decor and comfortable seating and a general nice vibe. I went to the bathroom however, before we ate to wash my hands and both bathrooms were very dirty, and not a drop of soap around. I asked a member of staff for soap, and he said there wasn't any. I REALLY wasn't impressed, as like most people I had gone there to eat and wished to wash my hands first. Makes you ask the question what the staff wash their hands with, doesn't it? Anyways, in the end I washed my hands with "mistol" which I was offered by the staff. Hardly ideal. The breakfast itself (tomato and toast) was quite good with the tomato being particularly fresh. My bf also loved his fresh orange juice! Carrot cake was nothing to write home about but acceptable none the less. Worst thing was the coffee.....have you ever forgot to change your coffee capsule before making a coffee? Well it tasted like that. Nasty stuff! So a mixed bag tbh. And they need to get on top of the hygiene situation now!

Los dulces bastante secos y el servicio bastante inconveniente, tienes que pagar y pedir por separado como si se tratara de dos negocios separados. Estamos en pleno verano y no tienen ni los smoothies ni los frappes que ofrecen en el menú

Hablo de la cafetería que está en la plaza de la iglesia (haciendo esquina) y no creo que vuelva por allí. Los dos trozos de tarta sabían a humedad y tenían pinta de ser tartas de estas congeladas que luego te cobran a precio de oro. Por otra parte, el chico que nos atendió no debía de tener un buen día. Entiendo que todo el mundo tenga el mismo carácter pero una sonrisa o un poco de amabilidad tampoco cuesta tanto, digo yo.

Famosa en la zona por el dulce llamado japonesa. Además de estas tienen bastantes piezas de bollería y también algo salado. La terraza no es muy grande pero en el interior hay varias mesas. Las dos puertas de acceso siempre están abiertas, por lo que las palomas entran y salen alegremente y hay bastante corriente dentro. No es barato y tardas en tener tu pedido ya que por un lado pides la bebida y por otro, haces la cola para la comida.

Una cafetería que no cuida la higiene de los baños, deja a la imaginación pensar en malas higienes. El baño es hedor pero en la cafetería, el aroma de los dulces y azúcar lo enmascara

Pues es complicado, las tres últimas veces que he ido, me he tenido que ir corriendo a mí casa, porque el café, es un purgante. El 08/08/2024, entre las 7:58h a.m. y las 8:59h a.m. Fui a desayunar, había 5 camareros en la barra y tan sólo dos para todas las mesas, no pueden con todo el trabajo ellos dos sólos, estuve 30 minutos esperando en mi mesa para que me trajeran la cuenta, me levanté y fui a la barra a pagar, en lo que estuve otros 10 minutos más esperando, tuvo que entrar la camarera de las mesas de afuera para cobrarme, (me guardé la cuenta) porque dos de los camareros de la barra estaban bailando y riéndose mientras los demás trabajaban, ósea nefasto. Pero la culpa no la tienen los trabajadores, la culpa la tienen los dueños, que contratan a personas sin experiencia y muy jóvenes, para hacer con ellos lo que les da la gana, pagarles lo que le da la gana y tratarlos como si fueran basura.

Todo muy bien, menos los baños. Son uno de los más sucios que he visto en mi vida. Da asco entrar. No entiendo. No ganan lo suficiente para limpiarlos?. Están sucios y llenos de papeles usados... Un desastre

The outside tables had lots of cafe litter around them; waiters needed to clean the floor as well as the tables. We found a clean space. Mint tea was good but no dish was given for the tea leaves. Coffee was reported as okay but not as smooth as other places we've frequented in LL. Crepes were presented well (but too small). However, they were not freshly made - it was a reheat job; very 'cardboard' like, lacking taste, and not hot enough. So very, very disappointing. The Ferrero crepe is way overpriced for what it is. I can't comment on pastries etc, of which a lot are on offer and look tasty? The service is very hit and miss, it seems, in terms of the time it takes for them to come outside and then deliver product. Our first contact time was okay, but the drinks took too long, yet the crepes were very fast! The table next to us, with a local Spanish person, waited 15 minutes (timed by us and them) but got absolutely zero attention, and it wasn't hugely busy. I couldn't believe it to be honest. Needless to say, they went in, complained and left. The ladies toilet in the Cafe was in an absolutely disgusting condition. There was no soap. There was no toilet paper. The bin was full of disgusting used paper and flies everywhere. This is not the way to run a food business and I suggest greater attention is given on this front. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, their comment was not of surprise but more like it was not the first time they'd heard this...like it's okay! Cafeteria Okay benefits from a prime location in terms of footfall and major thoroughfares, which is why I suspect it is often busy. It looks nice inside and the pastry displays are appealing. But otherwise there are big areas in need for improvement based on our experiences. I can't recommend it at the moment.
