Every time I come here the food is fantastic! Now tried their breakfast and it was so worth it! Delicious Eggs Benedict , so good forgot to take a picture until had already started eating. Service always friendly and efficient, check often for refills, and they have caramel apples and gelato. So good!

This is my FAVORITE place in La Mesa, the bloody Marys are terrific, the food is wonderful, the staff is great, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and chill. Every time we're in the area we stop in for a guaranteed great meal/drink!!

I can’t believe I have never been here! Came here during Friday Farmers Market and wanted coffee. This place is like the neighborhood bar. The it place to be which has food, desserts, coffee, gelato and even live music! I had the almond toffee gelato. I love that all of their gelato has some sort of toppings. I had almond toppings. I also got the Irish cream latte and it was sooo good! It has alcohol so they do check ID. It was sweet and creamy just the way I like it. My friend got Keoke Coffee which had Brandy and Kahlua. She said it was too strong for her. There’s happy hour Monday to Saturday 3-7pm and all day Sunday.

Sunday all day happy hour with a generous selection of menu items at a fair price. The $5 Cesar salad was delicious & the Lemon pepper garlic wings were actually the best I've had in a long time. Of course the espresso gelato martini is my favorite. It's the best dessert. 🍨 🫘☕️🍸

Are you kidding?? We had the most satisfying experience here!! As soon as you walk in you're greeted by a very comfortable homey vibe. We wanted to stop by for a quick brunch on Easter and they were open welcoming everyone with no wait. The food was great and reasonably priced. Turkey sausage is a always great to find at brunch. The service was incredible with several of the employees always willing to help and to make sure we were ok. It's a family owned establishment and everyone was so kind. I can't believe it's taken so long to stop by. Plus $13 for a bottle of mimosa please you can't get that these days! Even better crayons and coloring sheets for the kids, which seems to be a dying trend in restaurants these days. Thanks for keeping the small touches!

The best restaurant in La Mesa run by a nice family including the married couple that is usually there. Great drinks, quality ingredients and the nicest people. Do yourself a favor go here everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a cocktail or a nice glass of wine. 10 out of 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was very cold. Service was slow but very friendly. Biscuits and gravy were very dry. We asked for more gravy and were given 1 very small container of gravy. Hashbrowns were very cold. Never got asked to refill coffee. A lil pricey.

Breakfast was ok. Big portions. I really enjoyed their little patio because I stopped there unexpectedly and had my pup with me. I got coffee and I got him some whipped cream. I tried the pancakes and they were nice and buttery I also got some potatos which I wished had been more cooked but that’s just my personal preference.

Very nice experience good food and atmosphere plenty of football screens and nice people. I had the French toast platter and was very happy with my choice.

First time eating there. Had the tomato basil bisque soup. The soup was delicious and good size for a cup. Also had the chicken pesto panini and it was very tasty and filling. The pistachio ice cream was spectacular. Friendly service. Will definitely return.

Food is really great but yeah service was slow. My daughter had the seafood spaghetti, my husband had the lasagna, i had the build your own pesto pasta. Their pesto pasta was really good. The dried tomatoes on it was so good. Pesto sauce was creamy. I had shrimp and meatballs on it. Chicken and shrimp would have been better. The build your own pasta is good for two especially if you're having 2 kinds of meat. Their meatballs was big and good, that would be great with the spaghetti not pesto.

The buffalo wings were a bit bland but after I added the Benji's Holiday hot sauce they turned out fire! Took a little bit to get our food but our waitress was very nice. I ended up purchasing a bottle of that hot sauce before we left 😄 Will be returning soon!

We stopped in mainly to kill some time. We ordered some gelato, which was really good. The menu looked fairly extensive, and they also had a nice selection of drinks, lattes, etc. There is a large dining area and a great bar too.
