super good, clean broth, excellent service pho for $13 and it’s pretty massive
We went here on a whim one night because of the late hours. We have since been back several times. We usually always get the rare beef pho with the meat on the side, super bowl size, and devour it. This last time we tried one of the Vietnamese sandwiches as well and it was delicious. Probably the only down side to us is the distance (we live in Santee) and that they only have canned sodas. But none of that has been enough to keep us away haha.
A family-owned business, if you want a truly authentic Vietnamese meal or some of the best Boba & bubble teas- this is the place to go. I have tried almost every single tea they serve and have loved each one (you can never go wrong with a Traditional Milk Fusion Tea). Their Shrimp Fried Rice, Orange Chicken Platter, and Vegetable Pho are all favorites of ours to get and I plan on trying many more dishes to come. The staff is always kind and greatly appreciates their customers and the prices are very reasonable for the portions and quality. Thank you Min & family!
PHO that! That is not what I said when I came here. The service was amazing and the environment was awesome. Gotta love pho. Its the best thing since slice bread. I am glad that it is in my town.
Awsome people my friends and I had a great time. The customer service was also really good keep the goop work up 😋
I was a little scared to come and eat here because of some of the reviews I read but I like to risk it sometimes we don't all like have the same taste buds and boom I'm here eating and enjoying my spring rolls my honey tea and my kids shrimp pho I can't eat big portions due to my gastric sleeve so I'm happy they had a kids meal section and didn't make it a big deal by saying I'm an adult prices are affordable and I'm kinda happy they're open up late Oh and the guy that helped me out was really nice 🤗🤗🤗🍜🍜🍜
We've been coming here since they opened! We were just here a couple weeks ago again and I asked the lady how many years they have been open. She said 17 years. It sure doesn't seem like that long. Their little kids are now in college! The food has always been consistently delicious. The people are so friendly and appreciative of their customers. I noticed a sign on the wall saying they were going to be open till midnight certain days but you'd have to contact them to be sure which days. The couple that own it are very hard workers and really do their best for their customers both in service and in quality of food. And they remember you from one time to the next if you go in more than once. I think that's great. I love to go into places where people remember me. I know there are a lot of choices in town but this is one of the best ones!
Came here on a weekday evening to pick up an order. Ordered a chicken pho and spring rolls. The pho was so good! I got extra jalapeños and lime. There was a perfect balance of noodles, meat, and toppings. Spring rolls were fresh and delicious. I eat here almost every other week and I’ve never had an issue with ordering! Highly recommend
We came around 9 pm on a Tuesday for the first time. The atmosphere was just the right level of casual to relax and slurp hot soup, but very clean, aesthetic, and with beautiful table service. We order a pork banh mi, charbroiled beef spring rolls, crispy egg rolls, and pho with meatballs and steak. The banh mi roll seemed fresh out of an oven. It was toasty and soft, the pork was well seasoned and it was generously topped with daikon, carrot, and cilantro. A stuffed sandwich that can be a complete meal. The spring rolls were delicious and I think rolled very fresh with perfectly softened wrapping, not sticky or hard. The peanut sauce is dark and rich and went wonderfully with beef. I advise trying your banh with a little dip too! The crispy egg rolls were perhaps the best version of crispy Vietnamese egg rolls I’ve ever had. They weee delightful and came with vermicelli and lettuce in traditional fashion. The pho was rich and cinnamony. I don’t know if the noodles are fresh or what, but they had an amazing Al dente texture in a good thick cut unlike the noodles I usually get. Plenty of meatballs, and the steak beautifully served on the side in a display worthy of a 5 star restaurant. We spoke with the owners and it seemed they have recently revamped their hours (open til midnight!). If you have come before, I really recommend stopping back in and trying the classics. Every item I got was maybe the best one of that item I’ve had. Thieve flavors reminded me a lot of Saigon Star; if you like that place try this one on this side of town! As you can see, I barely got any pictures of the food because we were enjoying it too much! Perfect experience.

Always fresh and hot food. The staff are super kind and they are thoughtful about gluten allergies for loved ones in our family. This our go to spot for fast but home cooked style and delicious food.
We have been eating here for years. The best Pho around...We also love the fresh spring rolls. There is something for everyone on the menu and the owners are lovely. I love the rare steak pho! There service is prompt and friendly.
They have a good pho. Authentic and satisfying. Every slurp of their soup on a rainy day is comforting. Try their lemongrass pho. I love it with grilled chicken, beef and pork. You will never get disappointed. They also have TV if you love watching sports. They have bobas for those who love sweets
I've ordered take out here a couple times and it will be a go to for me from now on. It's open late and the way they package the pho is amazing. Separating the broth from the other ingredients ensuring nothing absorbs the broth too much. I've been late to pick up multiple times and the pho is still hot enough to cook the raw meat but the time I got home.

Very good pho, came here on a rainy cold day and left warm and full! Nice ambience, friendly staff, plenty of parking, cool pictures and artifacts on the walls. All the standard Vietnamese stuff on the menu, definitely worth eating here, great value, I will be going back next time I want some pho!
The pho is not that authentic but its good when u hungry... the shrimp spring roll is just way too skinny
I always ordered Pho in the past but this time I ordered vermicelli with grilled beef. Everything was fresh but the meat. It was so dry and lack of flavor. I wonder if the meat has been recooked because there’s nothing good left in the meat almost like a beef jerky but that would be an insult to the jerky. I would stick with the Pho next time.
This used to be my favorite Pho place but, it's really changed. And, what happened to Taro after dinner? That's the best part but, I haven't been served it at any pho place, lately. The staff is very nice and attentive but, the pho and boba has made a 180. I'll try something different from the menu on our next trip. :) Got to update and happy to say it was so much better; The food is absolutely delicious at this Pho Station. I stopped going for a while and started coming back recently. I'll remember to go there from now on, even if it's a drive, it's worth it for some dishes. One order of spring rolls contains 5 rolls! You don't get that at a lot of places, for sure. We had dinner for 3 and it was $36.00. That's a deal! I took a video of the noodles in the bowl so that you can see they give the noodles room to spread out which is so important. The only thing that's missing is the Taro. It changes everything. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

The pho with spareribs was good, but the beef ramen was excellent—full of rich flavor and generous portions. Service was average, and the lady owner/server seemed a bit short-tempered. Overall, great food, just be prepared for the attitude.😅
My first time here today on the way to my brother's in la Mesa. I ordered the chicken vermicelli salad with 1 strawberry boba and 1 blueberry/strawberry mix boba. The prices seem decent like most vietnamese places. But they are also on the skimpy side of portions like most places. The chicken was ok and didn't have the traditional grilled house flavor. Was kinda tangy and cant describe maybe a bit lemony. Wasnt the best and the noodles were more on the soggy side instead of being more al dente. The boba was the typical powder mix with ice and you can see the powder and liquid separate as it melted. The staff were very kind over the phone and while picking up. I personally wouldn't go back because the flavor of chicken and noodles were soggy.
25 min wait! I've never had to wait more than 10 mins for pho. Big bowl for $14, but not enough noodles.
The ambiance of this Vietnamese restaurant is nice and the employees are super friendly. This review is purely on the food. Not the best I've had. I ordered the Vermicelli Plate with Beef and egg rolls. What I got was a salad with a small amount of noodle. The sauce wasn't very flavorful but the egg rolls where nice and crispy. My bf said the sauce he got for his rice platter also needed more flavor. Overall if you're looking for PHO this is the place as I've been here before for that and it was good. But if you are interested in the rice or vermicelli noodle entrees then I don't recommend this place.
I don’t give many 5 star reviews but food and service as well as price for what you’re getting here is phenomenal. First time here and I ordered the orange chicken plate and a strawberry pina colada smoothie. Needless to say, the first thing I tried was the smoothie and WOW. I instantly on the first sip felt like I was transported to a tropical resort. Definitely an experience by itself, and cannot be beaten when paired with boba. The orange chicken was one of the best I’ve had in San Diego. A different take on a traditional dish with a very uniquely sweet flavor, and chunky pieces of white to leave to filled and satisfied. What really shined here was the sauce…tangy, rich, and surprisingly light in color yet bold in flavor. I literally added it to my rice and the side salad and was not disappointed. I’ll be returning to try their pho at this point because it is a MUST. I ate the chicken way too fast and have no pictures and the ones of the smoothie are simple so just take my word for it…. it’s summer time and you’re in the area, stop by and show the folks @ Pho Superbowl some love. They’ll do the same for your taste buds! 6/24/25- this is updated review. Ordered the same smoothie but when I went to pick up was met with attitude by owner. She stated we didn’t have an order and it took an associate saying the order for her to acknowledge. Really weird energy. This is why I’m retracting my 5 star rating. I only spend my earnings where it’s deserved and not here to line peoples pockets who are unappreciative of their customers. Really a let down as I hoped to try other menu items they offered.

The service was good;however the food was not. It's fine for the area but there are far better options elsewhere in a 10 miles radius.
The food is acceptable and exactly what you would expect. The problem is the owner. She's confrontational and has a horrible attitude. Keep her away from the clients. The rest of the staff is so friendly but you can tell they are all afraid of her. It sucks because I like this place but she makes me want to go elsewhere.
Quality was mid at best, quantities were skimpy and was left still unsatisfied and hungry after paying nearly fifty dollars on a couple of their entrees with some drinks. They intentionally put topping side plates inside pho bowls to lessen the amount they put on the bowls which is not typical of other restaurants stating that we must may extra for the bowl to be filled as it already should. This place is slightly cheaper than other Vietnamese restaurants but you're also getting what you're paying for. Better off going the extra buck somewhere else. Won't be coming back!
I have only had take-out from here once. I was very in the mood for pho and this is the closest spot to where I lived at the time, but it was quite disappointing. The opportunity to experience service when picking up a takeout order is very small, but somehow it was not good! Looked at me kind of rudely when I asked for my food. But truly the main disappointment was the pho itself.
The food is not good. The bowls are way too large and the kids portion is too small. Also, the broth tasted like tap water mixed with seasoning. It did not taste like real broth. The raw meat tasted like sponge. The spring rolls smelt like a garbage can. The service was as good and the atmosphere is nice minus the parking. I don’t recommend if you’re looking for a good pho place.

Place has gone down hill. It shows in the reviews. Not sure what happened. Service is great but Quality went down and broth is not flavorful. Do not order to go as they do skim on the meat sadly. When I first went here they were so authentic and good portions but then something changed. Maybe due to economic situations but definitely changed. Do not waste your time here until they bring back there old recipe or don't water down there broth. Might as well drive down a few miles down to Little Saigon for authentic pho.
First time ordering from here. It was a phone order for pick up. Honestly, not worth it. Pho had small portions barely any meat, broth is ehh. Wouldn't order from here again.
Usually the go to place for pho. Called in a to go order and arrived a half hour later. Checked in and was told five minutes. Fifteen minutes passes by so I check in again and am told 5 to ten more minutes. Fine. Usually the service here is great so I’m willing to wait and chalk it up to a one time thing. People are coming in to dine and being served their meal as I’m waiting. Once it hits an hour since I ordered I check in again and let them know it’s been an hour and I’m considering canceling the order. They say they check really quickly and see what the status is in the kitchen only to come out again and say five to ten more minutes. I said I’m sorry I can’t keep waiting five to ten more minutes each time I ask. I like this place and the staff are very nice but you have to figure out communication with your guests and priorities of orders. Waiting an hour with no end in sight is ridiculous. Perfect response from the owner. Instead of being understanding and apologetic of making a customer wait over an hour without any explanations you say don’t come back. After eating here for the last ten year I’m very happy to never give my business to you again after your response. I’m also happy to tell all my friends and family that also go not to. Well done.
Stay away!!! Very low food portions. Also the pieces of meat is very low. Lastly, even the meat I got for Pho was full of fat and I feel like they didn't even give me enough soup broth. The lady I spoke to, I think Vivian, seemed so non chalant about it. No apologies nothing. If people don't want to provide good customer service and serve their customers well, then they shouldn't be in business or work somewhere else. Don't dine here if you are expecting to get normal and regular portions.
Beef Sandwich is pretty small, comes with no broth no veggies like before!
Came in here first things first it smelled like fabulouso I get it smells clean but that was waaaaayyy too much got some spring rolls came out super fast little sauced pair with it tasted like water it was nothing usually it has some taste in other places and aside from that the pho was not good it had some mildew taste idk it tasted so not good at all many years ago was good now idk what they did not good at all super nasty not tasty at all
Despite being recommended and making the long drive from SOMA, I was disappointed by this pho restaurant. The place was clean, which was a pleasant surprise, and offered a bar with drinks. However, the food fell far, far short. It was actually horrible by far. The pho noodles were excessively overcooked, and the broth was flavorless. There was little to no meat, and the flavor was predominantly MSG other than meaty flavor. The combination pho arrived with cooked meat instead of the expected raw meat. The vegetarian and tofu pho was even worse, as it felt like it had been mistakenly delivered to us. The portion size was small, and the bean sprouts were scarce. When I requested additional onion slices, I was told it's $3 surcharge. The price itself was reasonable, but I prefer quality over quantity. The noodles were so poor that I didn't even bother ordering extra. The service was basic, limited to taking orders, delivering food, and processing payments. Overall, I was very unimpressed with this restaurant.
Place is a hole-in-the-wall. Kind of dirty looking but sometimes those are the best places. My hopes were still up... Wrong. Soup was not soup. It was salt-lick. They took 15 minutes with one other table seated and they had their food already. This means they were prepping the broth?? Sure enough, one sip of the broth and me and my with cringed so hard! It was so ridiculously salty and sour like from fish sauce. I could literally handle 2 or 3 spoonfuls. Not edible. Little to no steak was added. They had to be using some kind of bouillon to make soup. Really sad. No traces of floating fat-broth... I ordered the grilled port spring roll, holy shut, the meat had to have been days old and dried out worse that'll beef jerky. Also couldn't eat that. Egg rolls were small, sometime good thing come in small packages.... no! It was old ground Portland, no noodle or other ingredients to be seen. I would rate this place and negative 5-star for be so gross and deceiving. I told the owners, the lady didn't care and evil-eyed me and the man said he would look into it... On the drive home, my tongue felt burned from the amount of salt/sodium in the broth and I only had a couple spoonfuls.
Worst..customer is not valued. Server and owner tried to argue that meat is supposed to be brown 😔. Broth is slightly sour, possibly turning bad. Pho started giving me stomach ache after consuming a few bites and slurp of the soup. I would give negative ten stars if I could. I've had better Chinese food. This pho is making my stomach hurt. I didn't even finish. The reasoning and arguing made things worst. And they had the decency to give me a bill anyway. We did not even eat halfway thru the meals. Watch out for the brown greenish meat and soup broth.
I travel around and eat a lot of pho. This was rough, tasted like it needed to be cooked more. Wasn't good at all. The "steak" looked like cooked leather. Really low grade and cheap meat. The crispy spring rolls were tiny. Usually they're bigger. No grilled pork options. Service was slow even though they weren't busy and never came back to the table to check up. Restaurant was clean and tidy. That's about the only good thing.

I actually eat pho regularly, but I didn't like the taste of the food at this place; it tasted like floor cleaner. Not to mention, the employees were making fun of me, assuming I couldn't speak English. Terrible experience, I don't recommend it.
First time eating at this Vietnamese Restaurant. Usually I go to one located on El Cajon Blvd. and 52nd st. That one is far better than the one here. Only came here because the other closed early and this one closed at 12. Arrived around 10ish. Do not be fooled by the small ambient, this place was not very welcoming. Service was okay when we walked in, but as soon as we ordered the food and received it, the lady who appeared to be the wife of the owner kept eyeing our group (3 people, 1 kid) and we felt as if she wanted us out asap. The food was mediocre at best, the broth was not too good, and it left an aftertaste that was not very pleasant. Barely and noodles or steak in the pho, and the noodles tasted like cardboard. Thank goodness we didn’t order any appetizers, as looking at the reviews of this place they do not look good. Only 1 person in our group was able to finish it all, and they had a stomachache right after finishing the food. Only go here if you are TRULY desperate.
